I have been trying to follow up my complain (logged on 23-May, 2014). COMPLAIN NUMBER: [protected] I have called up the toll free number:[protected] and other numbers : [protected], [protected]) BUT MY COMPLAIN IS YET NOT ATTENDED. I spoke to: Rohit, Sumant, Rama, POOJA DEVI, B. Suresh. But nobody is taking the matter seriously. Kindly take my complain seriously HERE. With lots oh hope: A tired and frustated consumer.     I had requested for the A/c service 4 weeks ago to customer service (Service request - [protected]), service engineer visit to my home & told that Gas has leaked & refilling @ Rs 2100 will be charged, I paid & got service, Service center gave me 3 months verbal warrantee, Service center didn't provide any Bill even after a several request. after few days I feel that A/c is not giving proper cooling & contact to service center directly, engineer re-visit & commented that "A/c is working on Switch-on, we are not responsible for cooling" & went, I made several calls to Customer care & as well as directly to service center, but till date the problem has not resolved. Each time when I made a call to customer support, they assured me that technician will visit, 3 times customer support made a call to service center in conference, but as A/c is to be repair in warrantee, the service center is not willing to take any action & we all (including Voltas customer support) are feeling helpless.       Dear concerned person; I have bought a Voltas !.5 ton split AC on 3/7/2013. It worked fine in the starting but now it has stopped cooling, My AC's model no. is 183DX which is being purchased by Shivam Enterprises, Najafgarh. I have filed a complaint with complaint number- [protected] stating my issues. The concerned executive told us that it will be taken care within 24 hours. We waited for 72 hours to let somebody come but there was no response. When we called customer support asking about the status, they said that they have resolved the complaint stating that it has been taken care of but their technician(cleaning the filter) 2 days back which was very shocking for us because Voltas company doesn't even bothered to send its technician to us.Then we filed a new complaint with number- [protected] on 6/6/2014 stating that issue is still persistent and we are facing issue. They registered the complaint saying they will come within 24 hours but it has gone to severe case now as nobody has come yet(6/11/2014). I and my family never expected this kind o[censored]nhealthy unsatisfied response from such a big brand "TATA". They don't even seem to care for their customers. they force people to go to consumer court for such issues. I request the concerned person to resolve it on high priority before we take any big step against them.         Dear concerned person, I have purchased Voltas Split AC capacity of 1 TON last year. Since the date of purchasing I am facing the cooling problem in this product. I have lodged several complaints (Request ID- [protected]) but when the tecnician visited to my house, instead of rectify the fault they said its working fine but in actuality its not cooling. They said to change the stablizer and we have changed and replaced with the older stabilizer.Since last month, I requested to visit a senior technician to understand the fault and after that two very young boys visited and said its working fine. I have re-opened my request but I am not getting any positive response from your end. Every time I called to your customer care and they provide their superior contact no. but they either those contact no. are switched off or they dn't pick up the call. Its very dissapointing to get such a rude and unsatisfactory behaviour from a reputed brand.Somehow I feel, I am using a defective product as its not working fine and none of your technician rectify the fault. Nobody is responding from the service centre in delhi (Suri Aircon) and customer care executives just forward the request but all in vain as I am not getting any response.To resolve the problem I request that you Replace the product with a product that is the same or of equal value, repair the item or refund the full purchased price of the product. I look forward to hearing from you within the next 7 business days.If I do not hear from you within 7 business days, I will forward my complaint to Consumer Affairs for further advice.I look forward to receiving your satisfactory response.           Team Voltas, Refer : Ticket number :[protected] Raised on 6th June, multiple reminders each day to call center are a waste of time since nobody has attended to the problem in the last 4 day? Pathetic service and the height is agent disconnecting to the call and not letting speak to any senior saying her reporting person is not available??? 10 am in the morning on a week day! (Check/hear the voice recording at 9:48 am today) This is one on the most careless customer service I have ever experienced.

            I bought a 1.5 ton window ac 183dy (deluxe), s/n:4011125a14d009601, on 27 april 2014.as soon as we turned on the ac and tried to set the temp.to our desired degrees the ac could not adjusted it.we lodged complaint at your customer care but your company technician never visited us.after several follow ups one of the technician reached our address and after checking the ac he told that sensor is not working which ought to be replaced immdtly.but again we had to lodge a complaint no[protected] and still no body has nt came to look at ac even.further i wish to inform to your deaf n dumb authorities that ihave got installed the above ac for a PATIENT whose body cannot bear a temp .of 18 deg which as a result affecting adversely.this is my request to get my ac replaced to a new ac other wise iwill have to take an legal action.

            I bought 1.5 ton 3 star Voltas AC from reliance digital in Apr 2014, from there on its PCB has been issue, it has been changed and repair for around 6-7 times by Voltas but still yesterday again issue arised. I have been informing voltas that this seems to be a machine issue as this issue is occuring every 3 months but they are not responding in good way. i asked them that please see previous complaints but they are saying if product is not in warranty we can't do anything. Last time i got the PCB repaired from them even by paying extra amount but just at the end of 3 months warranty it again broked up so they came and repaired it, but now after operation of 2-3 months it agian broked up. Is this the quality work being done by Voltas. I am really annoyed with the service and the product and will never recommend anyone to buy Voltas AC. Voltas people don't think its there responsibility if issue is reoccuring.

                Dear sir/madam, I purchased a voltas window ac 1 ton model number 122 px in january 2014. I have been using this ac for 2 weeks now. The ac worked fine for first 4 days but since 28 may 2014 the compressor switches off itself. The temperature of the ac is set to 22 on cool mode, but compressor turns off at 30. I have made complaints regarding this on customer care number [protected] where the executive says that the technician will take an appointment and then visit. Firstly, i would like to inform you that the service provider in my area says " we are in your area right now we cant come later" Then why the false information that the technician will take appointment. Secondly, i have called the service provider GS. Airconditioning works directly to request them to send the technician in the afternoon and still the technician has not visited and ac is not working.                       I purchased one split AC of Voltas make - capacity 1TR from Defence Electronics Jodhpur on 2nd June 2014 and same was installed on 3rd June 2014 at our premises. But after two days working abnormally, the AC started giving trouble and at all not coping the small rom of size approx 9'x9'x8'(height). And after numerous calls to the shop keeper - Defence Electronics he shunted his responsibilities and showed his inabilities to check the AC. We called the customer care of Voltas and lodged a complaint vide no. [protected] on 6th June 2014. We request the customer care to immediately attend the complaint. Thanks Naresh Kachhwah

                        My Voltas 1 ton Split AC was not working so i logged a complaint on 23-05-14. A 18-19 year old novice technician visited (he didn't even know how to check gas leakage) on 28-5-14 and refill gas for Rs.1800 and took additional Rs.500 service charge. From the very same day, the AC still didn't work and in addition, it keeps shutting off every 5 min (exactly 5 min).I again called the Bulandshahr service center and they assure me that the technician will visit next day. Since then, i am calling them 3 times a day and they say that someone will visit shortly but till now no one visits at my home. I called Voltas toll free number, they again forwarded my complaint to the same service center. and still there is no hearing for my compaint.Know i want complete rectification of my problem by a senior engineer.                             Its regarding my voltas split ac gas leakage problem from last 3 day the voltas service guy remove my outdoor unit & told me he will check in there workshop to find the cause of gas leakage. but now 2 days has already pass no one from ace engineering voltas service centre tagore garden were come to took the machine & even they didnt pick up the phone it was really a bad experience from voltas company product.

                              We from IL&FS have been customer of Voltas for last so many years and in Guwahati we’ve purchased 9 ACs (1.5 Tn) with Voltas stabilizer which are installed in our office. One of these is giving problem for the last few months and for which we have already registered our complaint through Voltas call centre. Voltas service engineers have already visited our office twice and during these have changed most of the parts, Gas fill and finally the stabilizer to correct the same. Still the AC is not giving proper cooling as expected. Now we have launched another complaint following which one of your service agents came and blamed us for our ignorance in the subject of ACs, its technology and various aspects of temperature control etc. with an insulting manner and attitude.(he measured the room area with the measuring tap to show that we are wrong and don’t know anything about the AC) It’s really ridiculous & disappointing to get such feedback / behavior from an agent who supposedly came to solve our problems. We request you to look into this matter and revert with your action (follow-up) taken.

                              Though I've received a reply with in 2 hrs till have posted my complaint...no one is
                              taking this issue seriously in Guwahati.

                              Request you to take necessary action against such negligent attitude of Voltas officials in

                                I have a Voltas 1.5T Split A/C. It is not cooling. For this I lodged the complain thru helpline on 29th May 2014. Complain no is [protected]. But no response received till the time writing this ie 3rd June . I also contacted twice Mr Tyagi Area Service manager Ghaziabad but there is no result. I don;t know what to do. It is better to go local persons

                                I am sorry to say that the complaint has not been read carefully. Complaint no is already given in it. Please go thru. While accepting complaint contact details are collected, otherwise how your service person will make a visit or call. Little more seriousness is required on Voltas part and complaint should not be taken as casually. All the required details are available and even that you are asking. You are simply wasting time or delaying resolution.

                                  We have already registered two complaints in connection with the complaint of the Voltas AC's one before. The service team has attended the same but still the problem remains. It may also please note that be service team has not repaired till now and they are not taken this as a serious case. As our institutions is a Central Government University ( under Ministry of Shipping), I request you to take immediate action in this case and otherwise we will forced to move legal procedures like black listing etc., The complaint booking number is given below for your kind reference 1.                                     In spite of calling several times to Voltas authorized person(Akshat sharma-[protected]), in Jodhpur, for compressor problem of my air conditioner, we are not getting any response from their end and even if he is not picking up the phone also. It feels very bad that such a reputed company does not have proper customer follow up service. Thursday 29th may’14 again I log a complaint (Complaint no: [protected]) with Voltas service center and I was assured that the call would be escalated with 24 hours. Now I am highly frustrated with the entire thing and in complete dark as to what is going to happen now… Will I get a proper solution?                                       After we have paid the amount in ful to climax agency, mani sahoo chowk, cuttack, odisha, for installation of splittthe personnel did not install the ac in right way.As a resultthe ac is not working properly.They have also fitted the machine without satisfaction
