Dear Sir, I have registered a complaint of my Voltas 1.5 ton windows AC on 21-May-2014 with reference no. [protected]. Even after several follow-ups with customer support the problem is not solved (as of 13-June-2014). Everytime I reach customer support they say that they have added a follow-up and that's what they can do from there side. They give me a local vendor number who is not all reachable. I have even escalated the issue with the UPWest contact (Kshitij Gautam/UPBG/GAZ) but there also I am not getting any response. Kindly help. Regards, Vikas Garg

    Hi, This complain is opened from 29th april Complaint#- [protected]. I purchased a brand new voltas 1.5T split AC and it has not worked for a single day since start. Technician could not fix the AC even after 3 retry. First time- Compressor Problem Second Time- Indoor PCB Problem Third Time- Indoor PCB problem even after replacing PCB. Now voltas customer support is saying they will again repair it by putting new PCB, but why would I accept multiple repair on a new product which has not worked for a single day? I need a replacement immediately or otherwise I have to take legal route for the mental harassment that been done by Voltas. Till date, even after 2 months of purchase it has not worked.       Does this site work when it comes to action on the complaint various consumers have registered and a number of them in the recent times? Or is it just another way to fool the customers? I don't see any response in writing against the Customers complaints being logged here. Has been attended to? If so, dont you think you should make it public against each complaint logged here? Else your credibility is at stake and proves all this is an eyewash and you dont care to resolve issues of the consumers and the site created is just another way of a typical Indian mentality of fooling people. No doubt Voltas is the WORST when it come to services and this has been so since the past 5 years at least because I've experienced it personally while being a Corporate as well as domestic Client. Voltas hasnt improved at all and continue to being the WORST in service. When I was a corporate Client, I remember escalating to the Sr Vice Presidents and later to the MD and even then it didnt help much as I thought Tata's are a Employee friendly Org and thats the advantage the employees take without shouldering any responsibility and accountability. WORST service.

        I am one of the consumers of Voltas product who bought a split type AC(2Ton) on 11/02/2013 having invoice no.9/13/15171 from National Electronics, Jamshedpur. After few days of purchasing, it had started troubling me like anything.In the month of April'13(13.04.2013) the "Gas changing" of the AC was suggested by Voltas service team and was executed accordingly, which could not resolve the issue.On 18.04.2013 the both units of the AC were removed and taken to service station by your team and fixed back on 25.04.2013 after repairing.You can well imagine how intensely a consumer can get annoyed by these activities when he purchases a new set of product and it starts delivering trouble within few days of purchase.Its not all, even after these we never got a satisfying performance of the product and we kept reporting the things to your service center(local) which counts not less than 6 times during these period.I am sure the voltas service team is being challenged hard by my case and they have no more options left with them.We had been suffering a lot with this idle AC in this scorching summer.After escalating the matter, the team voltas assured that they would take the machine for the final time and fix the problem.They took the machine on 28/05/2014 and refixed it on 31.05.2014.Just after few hours of fixing the machine, the fan/blower of the machine got stop at high speed.At medium speed also it started malfunctioning.We logged another complaint and mailed the matter to the customer support manager(Mr.Sanjoy Chakraborty).Mr.Manoj came to us on 07.05.2014 with the local service team voltas and started finding solutions with it.We expressed our dissatisfaction and explained him that we need a decision on replacement of the machine now. Mr.Sanjoy Chakraborty replied that they are not in position to replace the AC rather they will extend the warrabty period for just three months.

          Hi, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have recently purchased a Voltas AC from Voltas sales partner - EasyDay store situated at Sohna Road, Gurgaon on 9th Jun 2014 vide Regd Mobile # [protected]. I also got a service request # [protected] for installation from Voltas. I was told by Voltas sales partner that it will be delivered and installed at my place in Gurgaon itself on the same day i.e. 9th Jun 2014. I agreed to purchase because the store manager promised me that it will get installed on the same day at my place. The AC got delivered on 10th Jun 2014 and till now, it has not been installed. I never expect that from Voltas sales partners make false promises to your customer to meet sales target. I urgently need that AC for my father who is not well and it’s difficult for him to stay without AC. Volta never understand these things and just focus on their sale. Voltas sales partner manager should have informed me before sale that it can’t be delivered on the same day and installed only after three days. I would have purchased that AC from somewhere else. At least inform that you can’t get that installed on the day of delivery, I would have make my own arrangements to get that installed so that my father wouldn’t have to suffer in summers. It seems Voltas has instructed their sales partner to make sale even if they have to make falls promises to customer. This is clearly unprofessional and unethical practice that Voltas is following.             Voltas service is the worst of all,
            I made a complain on[protected] around 8:00 am about my ac not working properly,
            In response i was told that my complaint would be attended within next 24 hours
            I have been waiting since then for technicians to turn up and do the job. It has been more than 96 hoursand still my complaint has not been dealt with.
            Whenever i call customer care they just ask to wait for the technicians to call me
            And i am assured that my complaint will be solved in a few hours . These few hours have extended to 100+ hours and it is really testing my patients in this hot weather .
            This is the worst customer service i have ever seen

              Dear Executive, I had purchase a 1.5 tonne window Ac on 06.06.2013 and lodge a complaint to your customer centre from my mobile number [protected] for the service of my air conditioner. The customer care issued a complaint no. [protected] on the day complain register i.e. on 25.05.2014. The dilemma starts once I started following the complaint no. Issue by the customer care. After continuous following regarding the complaint no. your customer care again issued a fresh complain number [protected] on Sunday i, e. 08.06.2014 giving the reason that the complainant not pick up the phone called by the service station which is just a total false allegations on the part of customer care. Moreover they even not bother to ask me whether I am satisfied with the service provided by the service centre. Now the biggest question is that your customer care now ignoring me and still I am sitting with folded hand as far as servicing of my Air conditioner is concerned. The point of question raised 1. Whether I committed a crime while purchasing from you or else if not than whether I have no right to ask service from your company as you are advertising a lot about your product and service at the time of selling. This is the scenario of the country biggest brand known as TATA which is famous for its fare business policy and this the main reason why I simply buy your product...but i don't know the other side of the mirror as there is not much difference between you and other company Now the least and the last whether I am able to get service from your so called service station or my complaint on your registration form also went in vein.                 Voltas is a worst company I have ever seen. I bought a watercooler and it was damaged from inside. Now the dealer is not replacing it not even bothered to repair it.
                The most shocking part is company VOLTAS is also not bothered as I have made so many compalins about it.
                Such a shame !!!11

                    I had requested for the A/c service 4 weeks ago to customer service (Service request - [protected]), service engineer visit to my home & told that Gas has leaked & refilling @ Rs 2100 will be charged, I paid & got service, Service center gave me 3 months verbal warrantee, Service center didn't provide any Bill even after a several request. after few days I feel that A/c is not giving proper cooling & contact to service center directly, engineer re-visit & commented that "A/c is working on Switch-on, we are not responsible for cooling" & went, I made several calls to Customer care & as well as directly to service center, but till date the problem has not resolved. Each time when I made a call to customer support, they assured me that technician will visit, 3 times customer support made a call to service center in conference, but as A/c is to be repair in warrantee, the service center is not willing to take any action & we all (including Voltas customer support) are feeling helpless.                       Dear concerned person; I have bought a Voltas !.5 ton split AC on 3/7/2013. It worked fine in the starting but now it has stopped cooling, My AC's model no. is 183DX which is being purchased by Shivam Enterprises, Najafgarh. I have filed a complaint with complaint number- [protected] stating my issues. The concerned executive told us that it will be taken care within 24 hours. We waited for 72 hours to let somebody come but there was no response. When we called customer support asking about the status, they said that they have resolved the complaint stating that it has been taken care of but their technician(cleaning the filter) 2 days back which was very shocking for us because Voltas company doesn't even bothered to send its technician to us.Then we filed a new complaint with number- [protected] on 6/6/2014 stating that issue is still persistent and we are facing issue. They registered the complaint saying they will come within 24 hours but it has gone to severe case now as nobody has come yet(6/11/2014). I and my family never expected this kind o[censored]nhealthy unsatisfied response from such a big brand "TATA". They don't even seem to care for their customers. they force people to go to consumer court for such issues. I request the concerned person to resolve it on high priority before we take any big step against them.                         Dear concerned person, I have purchased Voltas Split AC capacity of 1 TON last year. Since the date of purchasing I am facing the cooling problem in this product. I have lodged several complaints (Request ID- [protected]) but when the tecnician visited to my house, instead of rectify the fault they said its working fine but in actuality its not cooling. They said to change the stablizer and we have changed and replaced with the older stabilizer.Since last month, I requested to visit a senior technician to understand the fault and after that two very young boys visited and said its working fine. I have re-opened my request but I am not getting any positive response from your end. Every time I called to your customer care and they provide their superior contact no. but they either those contact no. are switched off or they dn't pick up the call. Its very dissapointing to get such a rude and unsatisfactory behaviour from a reputed brand.Somehow I feel, I am using a defective product as its not working fine and none of your technician rectify the fault. Nobody is responding from the service centre in delhi (Suri Aircon) and customer care executives just forward the request but all in vain as I am not getting any response.To resolve the problem I request that you Replace the product with a product that is the same or of equal value, repair the item or refund the full purchased price of the product. I look forward to hearing from you within the next 7 business days.If I do not hear from you within 7 business days, I will forward my complaint to Consumer Affairs for further advice.I look forward to receiving your satisfactory response.                           Team Voltas, Refer : Ticket number :[protected] Raised on 6th June, multiple reminders each day to call center are a waste of time since nobody has attended to the problem in the last 4 day? Pathetic service and the height is agent disconnecting to the call and not letting speak to any senior saying her reporting person is not available??? 10 am in the morning on a week day! (Check/hear the voice recording at 9:48 am today) This is one on the most careless customer service I have ever experienced.

                            I bought a 1.5 ton window ac 183dy (deluxe), s/n:4011125a14d009601, on 27 april 2014.as soon as we turned on the ac and tried to set the temp.to our desired degrees the ac could not adjusted it.we lodged complaint at your customer care but your company technician never visited us.after several follow ups one of the technician reached our address and after checking the ac he told that sensor is not working which ought to be replaced immdtly.but again we had to lodge a complaint no[protected] and still no body has nt came to look at ac even.further i wish to inform to your deaf n dumb authorities that ihave got installed the above ac for a PATIENT whose body cannot bear a temp .of 18 deg which as a result affecting adversely.this is my request to get my ac replaced to a new ac other wise iwill have to take an legal action.

                            I bought 1.5 ton 3 star Voltas AC from reliance digital in Apr 2014, from there on its PCB has been issue, it has been changed and repair for around 6-7 times by Voltas but still yesterday again issue arised. I have been informing voltas that this seems to be a machine issue as this issue is occuring every 3 months but they are not responding in good way. i asked them that please see previous complaints but they are saying if product is not in warranty we can't do anything. Last time i got the PCB repaired from them even by paying extra amount but just at the end of 3 months warranty it again broked up so they came and repaired it, but now after operation of 2-3 months it agian broked up. Is this the quality work being done by Voltas. I am really annoyed with the service and the product and will never recommend anyone to buy Voltas AC. Voltas people don't think its there responsibility if issue is reoccuring.

                                Dear sir/madam, I purchased a voltas window ac 1 ton model number 122 px in january 2014. I have been using this ac for 2 weeks now. The ac worked fine for first 4 days but since 28 may 2014 the compressor switches off itself. The temperature of the ac is set to 22 on cool mode, but compressor turns off at 30. I have made complaints regarding this on customer care number [protected] where the executive says that the technician will take an appointment and then visit. Firstly, i would like to inform you that the service provider in my area says " we are in your area right now we cant come later" Then why the false information that the technician will take appointment. Secondly, i have called the service provider GS. Airconditioning works directly to request them to send the technician in the afternoon and still the technician has not visited and ac is not working.                                       I purchased one split AC of Voltas make - capacity 1TR from Defence Electronics Jodhpur on 2nd June 2014 and same was installed on 3rd June 2014 at our premises. But after two days working abnormally, the AC started giving trouble and at all not coping the small rom of size approx 9'x9'x8'(height). And after numerous calls to the shop keeper - Defence Electronics he shunted his responsibilities and showed his inabilities to check the AC. We called the customer care of Voltas and lodged a complaint vide no. [protected] on 6th June 2014. We request the customer care to immediately attend the complaint. Thanks Naresh Kachhwah

                                        My Voltas 1 ton Split AC was not working so i logged a complaint on 23-05-14. A 18-19 year old novice technician visited (he didn't even know how to check gas leakage) on 28-5-14 and refill gas for Rs.1800 and took additional Rs.500 service charge. From the very same day, the AC still didn't work and in addition, it keeps shutting off every 5 min (exactly 5 min).I again called the Bulandshahr service center and they assure me that the technician will visit next day. Since then, i am calling them 3 times a day and they say that someone will visit shortly but till now no one visits at my home. I called Voltas toll free number, they again forwarded my complaint to the same service center. and still there is no hearing for my compaint.Know i want complete rectification of my problem by a senior engineer.
