I want to share my review about 3rd class service of Tata voltas AC. I purchased a new split AC of voltas on[protected], but till date after 6 days it is not installed. Company commit they install within 24 working hours. I suggest everyone if you want to borrow tension then only you purchase Voltas AC. Costumer care center response is also very disappointing. There executive Munish, Sukhpreet, Harjot from senior team only give false commitments....

We have purchased 1.5 ton split air conditioner on 18/02/2014 after installation is does not work properly and cooling is totally nill. I have tried to call in your customer care office but I don't get any response. Its a humble request to you to please solve this problem as soon as possible....
