I had requested for the A/c service 4 weeks ago to customer service (Service request - [protected]), service engineer visit to my home & told that Gas has leaked & refilling @ Rs 2100 will be charged, I paid & got service, Service center gave me 3 months verbal warrantee, Service center didn't provide any Bill even after a several request. after few days I feel that A/c is not giving proper cooling & contact to service center directly, engineer re-visit & commented that "A/c is working on Switch-on, we are not responsible for cooling" & went, I made several calls to Customer care & as well as directly to service center, but till date the problem has not resolved. Each time when I made a call to customer support, they assured me that technician will visit, 3 times customer support made a call to service center in conference, but as A/c is to be repair in warrantee, the service center is not willing to take any action & we all (including Voltas customer support) are feeling helpless.
In the peak of summer, i am struggling to get repair of My A/C & feel just a poor consumer.
