    This complaint is with respect to Voltas AC with which i have registered the ac serving for getting the filters cleaned. But in a day or two the outdoor unit started making the noise. I raised the request for the same but noone showed up. When they did the date was crossed and then it is being told the date has been crossed and extra must be paid

      I purchase my window ac in june month of 2018 and my ac is under 5 year comprehensive warranty but i purchase it from bajaj finance and i dont have original bill but company have all service record of my ac so please provide me coils and regiatered mobile no is [protected] service centre of my area rufuse to raise request withou bill.

        I purchased a bottom loading - HOT/COLD water dispenser from them on 9th of May 2022-It came with missing parts the water drainage cap is missing and the water pipe which goes into the jar is cracked. I am calling again and again to the showroom guys they are of no help the customer service is very rude no body came for the installation - so i bought a new pipe and started using it then water started coming out from the drainage whole i covered it with a 3M ear bud - The installation/demo people call and they confirm my address and then they say this is not my area, I have sent them a email no reply and no action either also its a brand new machine there is no hot water coming - water heating is not working.

          I purchased voltas 70 litre capacity with remote control. There is a tank alarm system in this unit. Even if there is sufficient water level it gives an alarm due to which water pump will not work & cooling air isn't coming, please ask them to give a parmanent solution for this issue or change the unit which doesn’t have this system.

            I have registered a complaint on 11 Apr 2022 and till today 15 Apr 2022 nobody’s attained complaint even not call me to understand the issue. Temperature is too warm and AC not working. Very poor service I didn't expect this from Voltas. I have called many times to customer care representative they told me that issue will be resolved soon but till now i did not get any resolution

              We are facing issue for Volta's 1.5 ton inverter AC. For after few minutes it is showing pc 04 error and now it's continuously showing it and AC doesn't working at all... Customer service is not able to resolve it permanently as the problems persist after sometime...I’m not getting a solution of the problem...I’m very disappointed with this..very bad service!!!

                    12 May 2022 ko mainay voltas window ac 1.5 ton kalkaji jo voltas ka authorized outlets hai waha purchase kiya thaa next day installation ka commitment hua lekin after sale kalkaji outlate ka concern person aur installation voltas walo nai abhee tak koi contact nahee kiya hai mai phone karta hu too sirf jhut boltai hai ki with in hour banda aa jaiga two days sai yahee drama hoo rahaa hai. Pls suggest me what I can do.I don't know ki voltas etnee buri aur ghatya employees wali company hai.Jo sirf apnai customer sai paisa etnai k leyai hai

                      Sir I have Purchased My Air Cooler May 2018. And when i have purchased it then after two days its fan motor is not working so i have complain then it fan motor has changed but within three year i have to purchase new motor every year because its working only three month. means i don't understand which kind of product your company has manufacture which is not working at least two season of summer. and every time i have to paid 2200 Rs. which is more costly for us. so please give me the suggestion what should i have to do every year in summer season first i pay 2200 Rs and Replace new motor then it will work. please Resolve my issue As soon As possible.

                        Hi, My Name is nirmal singh, I bought an inverter AC of voltas on 28 May 2021 and they are providing 2 free services as per company policy. I got 1 service and now my concern AC is under warranty of 1 year. My 2nd service is pending which scheduled day was 2 May 2022 but nobody (technician) visited my home from that day I have contacted the service center on a phone call with Mr. Vishal Kapoor, but they did not provide a technician they are only delaying my service, after that, I reached with customer care regularly each and every day. Still, I didn't get any result my complaint number is -[protected] please check this, I also reached to area manager but he was also saying yes technician will visit but nobody came. please give me results please provide service.

                          I purchased an AC from voltas, from Amazon. I received extended warranty along with the purchase. Extended warranty certificate mailed to me includes the details of 'gas filling' among other things during the warranty period. But now, when I contacted service center regarding the gas filling, they are saying I have to pay for the gas charging since I purchased from online. What logic is that. I registered the product after the purchase, and then only I received the warranty coverage terms. So, now disclaiming the warranty is unethical and cheating.
                          Please give me a quick resolution.

                                This year I purchased inverter ACs 1.5 T capacity for my house installed on 1 Feb Invoice No A[protected]A330 Date 27-01-22 and because of winter, I could only start it in end March. There was water leakage from inside unit so I raised complaint on 31 March. After many followups and after many days a technician arrived and simply said your air conditioner is wrongly installed and team who did this will only do it reinstallation. I am continuously following up with customer care and every time I get response will be resolved in 1-2 days. When escalted, some mangers assured me to get this resolved on same day. About 10 days back it was agreed product will be replaced but only verbal and no action again. I am sorry but my whole experience of Tata products is lost now and I am feeling i did a big mistake of taking this product and even service contract for 5 years.                                   Hello, on April 30th, I bought a Voltas air conditioner. It was installed the same day. It ceased working after an hour. We filed a complaint on May 1st, and on May 2nd, one of their engineers came to our house and told us that the PCB was not working and that it will be replaced. He removed the PCB. It's been 12 days since there has been no update. This crap cost me Rs. 35, 000 to purchase. What are the service breakdown criteria?

                                    I purchased a Voltas AC from Amazon, a technician from Voltas came for a fitting on May 07, 2022. From the same day evening water leakage and low cooling started happening. I immediately contacted technician he told me that he will come to visit tomorrow and fix the issue. I called him on May 08 repeatedly but he didn't come. Then, I contacted Voltas Customer care on May 08 evening to register the request to fix these issues but no technician has visited till now. I have contacted Voltas customer care several times, more than 5 times till now but I didn't get any help from them, no technician visited.

                                    I purchased Voltas AC, because of its brand value and reputation.
                                    But my experience is very poor so far. I hope you will take this email seriously and help me as soon as possible, thanks in advance !!

                                      I bought a 2 ton ac from voltas and its seems to be wrong decision ever. I took the necessary services on time and now there is some bad smell issue in their AC and also no water coming out outside. I logged complaints multiple times but they are asking 600rs to come to my place to check however it seems that the compressor warranty is still 10 years and If I’m complaining about your product why would I pay for it? Really disappointed

                                        I am Akash Garg Chartered Accountant From Shamli, i pur a Voltas Inverter AC in sep 2021 now the PCB was damaged and the AC was not Run, ard one week was passed but my AC PCB was not repaired by the Voltas company, the name of voltas was very big but the company has no money for PCB change of a customer after seeng that type of service which i never expect from voltas, i am build a new house and new office from i will not purchase a voltas AC in future.
