I bought a Voltas 1.5 ton window AC on 25.03.2018 at GIRIAS, LB road Adyar branch. bearing serial no 4011234A17LC01368. On 20.04.2022, I had registered a complaint through SR no.[protected], in spite of repetitive calls no one attended the complaint. On 25.04.22, Through the internet I got Mr. Doss, service MGR number and complaint and on 27.04.22 Mr. Ashok from your service partner Weatherpoint inspected and said there is a gas leak and to be taken to the service center for replacement. He asked for the bill copy which I couldn't as I misplaced it. Mr. Ashok said he can't make the indent without invoice. I requested him to take the machine for service, meanwhile I will organise a copy from Girias. He obliged. I went to Girias to take a copy of the bill, but unfortunately their system was down . I had to give a manual request to Girias but they said it will take 10 days to come. Meanwhile, I received a recorded message yesterday stating my service call is cancelled.
I checked my details with Voltas self care with my registered phone number, I was able to retrieve my machine model, serial number and the date of purchase. I just want you to take Voltas self care details as purchase proof and replace the parts. You know it's very hot to sleep at night with kids. Please do the needful ASAP.
