We have purchased AMC sheme 4 PM Service (4 years) for 3899 as per the instruction of your Authorised Person Gaurang Patel (Hi Tech Services Ahmedabad Mob [protected]) on 01/03/2021 UTR No: N[protected] for Amount 3899/- from our account number [protected] to Your Citi Bank Account Number 1061275

However, we have yet to get any notification or AMC Certificate from your end, and as a result, our services are due. Please investigate this situation and give the AMC Contact Certificate as soon as possible.

Everyday I'm requesting Call back but i never received any call back from your end also sent several email but no response from your end

            मैने 21-04-22 को नया AC लिया Aditya vision store danapur से और aaj 22-04-22 को शाम को voltas AC instal के लिए इंजीनियर आया, Ac लगाने का जगह देखा AC को packing से बाहर निकाला और इसी दौरान बोला की पानी का पाइप खिडक़ी में छेद कर के बाहर निकाल दे रहे है, इस पर मेरी पत्नी ने कहा कि पाइप vantilator से निकाल दिजियेगा, तो इस पर आपका इंजीनियर attitude और घमंड के साथ बोला की हम आपके बिस्तर के पास पानी का पाइप छोड़ देते हैं आप बिस्तर पर एक bucket लगा लीजिएगा, ये बात मेरी पत्नी को बुरा लगा और मेरी पत्नी ने उनसे कहा कि आप instal मत कीजिए, इस पर आपके इंजीनियर सामान बिखरा हुआ छोड़ कर वापस चले गये

                But it regret of matter that no installation done yet. Also no one responding... Customer care only giving hope, but service centre not responding, not receiving call.

                  Hi, We ordered a volats 1.4 ton 3 star inverter split AC (copper 173V JZJ white) B078SFHYL8 from Amzon on 26th May 2020 and same got installed through voltas service center professional. Now when i loge the complaint regarding cooling issue then Voltas is denying to give 1+4 yr extended warranty just bcos I purchase it from Amazon. Please look into this.

                    We have purchased a 1.5 ton AC last June on 6th June 2021 with Tata Cliq, with Address as Ward No 4, Tajpur Road, Samastipur which was delivered on 09 June 2021. The installation was done by 12 June 2021. Since than we have just seeing the AC running but the cooling is not there at all. We have logged the complaint many times and the engineer visited and cleaned the AC and went away saying that the AC is working fine. We have a doubt that the cooling gas has got leaked while installation so we asked them to check the Gas Pressure on every visit but the engineer didn't check and said that every thing is fine. Since then the issue was not resolved and on every complaint we get the same answer. As the rise in temperature we again registered the complaint on 17 April 2022 and on visit of engineer we found the AC was running without GAS. He said the issue will be address in couple of days but till date no one has returned back. We request to get the item replaced/repaired on priority. Also extend the warranty by a year time.

                    The product was purchased from Tata Cliq with Order no: :[protected] dated: 06/06/2021. These are few complaint Request no [protected], [protected], [protected] and the latest is [protected]. The same has been registered with mobile no [protected].

                    These people are not having trained staff because of that the consumers suffers. They also don't bother to take a call on the number provided by central helpdesk. And the service engineer asks for money for immediate resolution.

                    Every day I use to call to CC for information on scheduled visit of engineer that they don't have and confirms me that the call has been put on priority, after that no one turns up.

                    We have spend almost a year having new AC working like a fan. Request for a immediate resolution and replacement of the unit, if required.

                      I am using Voltas Inverter AC since April 2017. Till now there is no problem were arised. In the beginning of this summer there was a cooling problem so that we tried to contact voltas customer care for this problem and one technician named Sandeep (+[protected] was assigned for that. Technician came and told us there is no cooling due to gas leakage and I have to refill not top-up the gas (Refrigerant 410a) although the gas was up-to-the-mark with no leakage. He also told while installation of this AC technician didn't use vaccum pump so that I have to remove all the gas and then refill just after vaccum cleaning. We allowed what he is telling in order to get rid of this cooling problem. But after servicing and refilling of gas there is also no cooling. We have paid INR 3656 (706+2950) for that. We are feeling cheated from Voltas company. Is this Voltas's highly efficient and trained technicians who refilled the gas while there is no leakage. I need solution immediately.

                        I placed a complaint on 12/04/2022 that the A/C is not working to the phone number provided and the service Centre guy reached out and said that a paid visit is needed that complaint number was [protected] and he came and said that AC was all fine and the problem was with the voltage so we changed the stabilizer and the reading shows perfect voltage but still the issue was not resolved the behavior was also rude and we wanted to give the unhappy OTP but he forcefully took the happy OTP and took 600 rupees of the paid charge too which went to total waste.

                        again we placed a complaint on 20/04/2022 with the reference number [protected] and that guy reached out again but this time he is giving time again and again and again but not resolving it.

                        we have paid over excessively but still our issue is not resolved and which is causing health problem due to severe heat and we did not pay such a huge amount to face these kind of problem.

                        kindly resolve the issue with repairing and refund of that paid visit which we paid unnecessarily as soon as possible cause we have a patient here whose health might get affected due to the heat.

                          It's been almost 10 days since I've dropped a complaint regarding my cooler and the motor needs to be replaced, however, noone is coming to get that changed, I've been told part is not there, it will take time. This is highly disappointing and frustrating because my cooler is under warranty and basically you guys are waiting for the day my warranty gets over so that charges can be applied. This is not done, I want my cooler to get fixed as soon as possible. I would want you guys to look into it.

                            I would like to inform you, i purched Voltas AC your Ac instalation guy installed ac after 6 month AC gas box is empty and cooling. they not installed properly.
                            he has taken money approx 2000 rs for installtion, after purched date completion of 1 years they charge ac service 590.. i have all recipts of that .

                            you AC service is very petatic . you product is very bad .. i am very surprised with in one years lot of chalanges i have faced,

                              Hi Sir

                              I created a request on 1st april for service my ac under warranty. 1st of all it takes 4-5 days to make my ac service and after that a technician arrived and did his things and reinstalled the ac after service. But after the service my ac isn't cooling and make noice more than a gun fire in every 3-4 hours. That's the real issue.

                              So i complained on 6th april but no action was taken till.

                              And today i called your customer care and he was trying to making me fool by giving nonsense issues. And at last cuts the call without saying anything.

                              Is this the way The Great TATA Voltas behaves with their customers?
                              And this is your within warranty free service of ac??
                              You treats us like this???

                              Please help me to get my ac repaired as you makes it worse. And make your customer care more familiar as we all know who is behind them.

                                  I have purchased New Voltas window AC from Amazon few days back in April..i hv received faulty used product..i am facing issues from day one at the time of installation..AC is making huge noise & cooling also not proper..i requested replacement from Voltas team but they denied to that..my AC is just few days old..should I file case under consumer court or I'll get replacement from Voltas..

                                    I bought a new AC unit- Voltas 1 T. Cooling is ineffective. Technicians have visited 6-7 times in 6 months. This itself shows that the unit has a defect. None of them could provide a proper solution. Besides, they say they will come later with new gadgets & it does not work either.
                                    The new unit which was purchased in August 2021 had a defect in the compressor which the installation person of Voltas overlooked & went ahead installing the unit. This was pointed out to Voltas & a replacement compressor was arranged which again is not cooling the room..
                                    This unit is defective.
                                    Calling their customer care is of no use. They send technicians who are not able to fix the problems. It is a waste of time. They also put you on hold for long durations & finally disconnect your call.
                                    I thought Voltas could be trusted but it proves it cannot be trusted.
                                    Disappointed. Waste of money & time.

                                      I am really disappointed from voltas because I had registered my service complain in voltas 2days ago and he replied that our mechanic will reach you in 2, 3days but today is the day no. 4 and their is no information about that. The machanics are not coming to do the service. Please improve your after sales services.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        We have raise the complained at[protected] in the morning.Service Request no.[protected]. At last seven days no engineer has to came and check the AC. We have little daughter which body doesnt suitable high temperature of climate. So i request you please repair the AC. I think voltas understand our problem and provide us solution
