It's been almost 10 days since I've dropped a complaint regarding my cooler and the motor needs to be replaced, however, noone is coming to get that changed, I've been told part is not there, it will take time. This is highly disappointing and frustrating because my cooler is under warranty and basically you guys are waiting for the day my warranty gets over so that charges can be applied. This is not done, I want my cooler to get fixed as soon as possible. I would want you guys to look into it.
