I installed voltas inverter AC 1.5 ton 3star last year.exactly after 1year, while switching ac, it's not cooling the room and showing PC 04 error in every 2mins and compressor stops in every 2 mins.i had already called the Voltas service man, but they didn't adress the pc 04 error.just saw and left.i hv already told them there is an error, but they didn't adress that. it's very sincere request kindly adress this kind of error.its so frustrating...

Hi, We ordered a volats 1.4 ton 3 star inverter split AC (copper 173V JZJ white) B078SFHYL8 from Amzon on 26th May 2020 and same got installed through voltas service center professional. Now when i loge the complaint regarding cooling issue then Voltas is denying to give 1+4 yr extended warranty just bcos I purchase it from Amazon. Please look into this....

We have purchased a 1.5 ton AC last June on 6th June 2021 with Tata Cliq, with Address as Ward No 4, Tajpur Road, Samastipur which was delivered on 09 June 2021. I created a request on 1st april for service my ac under warranty. 1st of all it takes 4-5 days to make my ac service and after that a technician arrived and did his things and reinstalled the ac after service. But after the service my ac isn't cooling and make noice more than a gun fire in every 3-4 hours. That's the real issue.

So i complained on 6th april but no action was taken till.

And...

I have lodge service request almost 5-6 times but no any engineer visit at my location.
Even I had a discussion with service center incharge but nothing happen.
Is this kind of customer service Voltas providing?
