[protected] aapke customer service management bhi helpful nahi hai na service centre wale jo technician aate hai cooperative bhi nahi hai customer ke saath maine unko ladder bhi provide kari height ke liye jb bhi unko proper slab waali chahiye wo kaha se lake du mai 10000 ki purchase thodi karunga Mai ab service ke liye cooperative nahi hai staff aapka pehle bhi issi height pe karo ti technician ne service ab bahana lagaya ja raha hai inki tarah se aaur mujhe trust hai jbhi leta hu voltas ke product magar is baar helpful nahi hai customer care aaur service centre aapke

      Very poor service. Ac cooling not working properly. Customer support not able to listen the queries provide contact number of the nearest branch but thet did not pick up the calls. Services not done on time. Facing a lot of trouble for installation my ac 7 months before after alot of difficulties for 1st ac service and then 2nd ac service... Calls more than 8-10 times once a day

          Dear Sir/ Madam,
          This is serious complain regarding voltas Faridabad Team, who visited 2 times my house to solve water leakage from indoor panel, but they failed every time. First time when they visited charged 350 and second visit 1500 for which bill have not been provided.
          Water is still leaking and I dont know how much they will charge for failed service next time.

          Even they closed my request without my consent. This type of mismanagement is not expected with tatagroup of company.

            My Voltas ac outdoor unit fan blade and the outer grill got damaged because of mosquito.

            I registered a complaint regarding the same on 8/04/22 .

            There Service engineer visited my place on 16/04/22 . He took photos of the outer unit. When I asked him when will he replace the parts he gave me service center contact details.

            There service center initially didn't pick up my call . I called them 20 times .
            When I called from other number they picked up and said they do not have any idea when the part will be replaced!!

            They abused me and asked me to call customer care instead.

            I called the service center on daily basis they used to keep me on long hold with no resolution at the end. I even wrote them multiple mails regarding my issue but no resolution.

            They shared there Area service manager number I called him multiple times but he didn't pick(screenshots attached).

            Recently I contacted there regional head and he assured me that my problem would be fixed on 4/05/22. The Voltas technicians came late night 8 pm on the same with wrong outer fan grill!! My problem still not solved after almost a month now.

            Ac is seasonal used electric appliance . For more than a month I couldn't use my ac in this 44* C temperature due to extreme negligence and ignorant attitude of Voltas.

            I would request Voltas to take back their Ac and Refund me the amount .

            Also I would request them to compensate for the inconvenience that I have faced.

            If not I will take this matter further legally .

              Scam from Voltas

              I registered a complaint with Voltas on 5th of April for repair of my Split AC.
              2 people came on 6th from "Hind Air Cool" which Voltas claims to be officially outsourcing it's repair to. They were saying that Capacitor and Reverser replacement is needed but since it was already 8pm, they said they'll fix it tomorrow and get official parts with bill next day.
              However, next day they gave me a Hind Air Cool handwritten-bill without...

                  Hi Team,

                  I purchased Voltas Split AC from Shiv Light house, Mathura on 12/02/2021.
                  Voltas engineer came to my home for installation of AC. After few month, leakage issue come (during warranty) but till now no one able to fix it.
                  Gas has filled almost 3 times but engineers didn't identify the leakage.

                  As installation done from Voltas end so this case belongs to Voltas. I have raised lot's of complaint as well but didn't found any solution. Request you to please fix this issue by permanently fix OR replace this AC as it's a defective one.

                  There is no solution till now. Can I expect the exact timeline to fix this issue OR it will take time of 2-3 months to fix it as I am chasing since last 1 month with Voltas.
                  Voltas is just creating service request and service engineer not going to fix it. May I know what the hell is going on.

                  Nothing is resolved even I need to pay 590 rupees to engineer for refilling the gas. Again gas is going to leak after 2 days.
                  As I mentioned previously so many times that this is defective AC from Voltas as lot's of engineers have visited in past but no one able to identify gas leakage point.
                  It will be good for you if you can replace them as this is the issue since beginning OR send me an email for free of cost refilling the gas if issue comes in future as well.

                  Note - Technicians are not going to work if they are getting any money, this is disgusting from Voltas.

                  Voltas team took my complete Split AC to their service center but didn't find out any issue. Further test test pipe still no issues figure out.
                  Still AC is not cooling and almost 2 months of summer has passed.

                  Either replace this AC as it was the defect since beginning OR refund my amount.

                  Note- Please don't waste the time to passing the case from one to another.

                    Within one month there is fault in AC, AC is not cooling at all, Engineer said repairing need to be done, within 30 days it’s my 3rd visit by engineer for different reason .

                        We had purchased the Voltas Windows AC from "Sony Center - Goel Bros" on 1st May 22 and right installation, AC has started giving me issues like Loud broken noise and not cooling, seesm they have sold faulty product to me.

                        I complained to them as well as Voltas customer care but no luck, all i got is message from Voltas that i requested for cancellation of request. The AUDACITY to send such messages.

                        Please help to resolve this issue or refund the product.

                            I bought an ac in june 2021 then i taken installation b y voltas they installed my ac now tehy telling me that ac is installed at wrong location so there is no proper air circulation so i have to take ac reshifting for this they asking 2000 rupees from me so just check and ask them to not make me fool. since they have to also see this at the time of installation if there is not proper air circulation then why they have shifted the ac

                                  I have purchased one voltas split air conditioner from vikas electronics sawaimadhopur on 07/04/2022.on installation by authorised franchisee. leakage in indoor unit observed.From 7th april to 1st may approx 24 days passed but my problem not resolved till now. The temp in rajasthan rises more than 47 degree and in this situation no body wants to listen me, neither from customer care nor from service centre.

                                  After purchase of AC it has not operated even a single minute

                                  dealer also not replying satisfactorily.

                                  Voltas is a company of TATA group and such type of poor services can't be accepted or imagined.

                                  Kindly look into matter on priority and arrange to replace my indoor unit urgently.

                                  I have purchased one voltas split air conditioner from vikas electronics sawaimadhopur on 07/04/2022.on installation by your authorised franchisee leakage in indoor unit observed.From 7th april to 1st may approx 24 days passed but my problem not resolved till now. The temp in rajasthan rises more than 45 degree and in this situation no body wants to listen me, neither from customer care nor from service centre.

                                  dealer also not replying satisfactorily.

                                  Voltas is a company of TATA group and such type of poor services can't be accepted or imagined.

                                  Kindly look into matter on priority and arrange to replace my indoor unit urgently.

                                    Registered a complaint arnd 1 month back, with complaint no.[protected].But still the problem is same & still leakage is there. I even spoke to the service head Mukesh & escalated the issue.But no response anymore. I opened a new complaint no. [protected] So that a senior technician visits on an urgent basis.But nobody has visited till now.Mobile no. is [protected]

                                    My contact number is 7676986840 and complaint no. Is
                                    22032533299 and 22042921261. Nobody is coming to check the ac. We have spoken to the service head Mukesh multiple times through the dealers as well. But he is not taking any action. Nor anyone from the service center in jabalpur are even making a call for the repair. It's 45 degrees and in this scorching heat it's been more than 1 month that the complain is not looked upon.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had purchased a Voltas AC from Borivali Mumbai on 10.09.2018 from Vijay Sales.
                                      I have upgraded my warranty from 1 year to 5 year. In the meanwhile I have been transferred from Mumbai to Dhanbad (Jharkhand). I have sent so many mails, calls, messages to Voltas to change my address and do the servicing as per the warranty. However the address did not changed and did not received any service from Voltas. Now some how my address changed and as my AC is not working properly, i raised a request from voltas whatsapp number. Today one service person from Voltas came to my home told me that you are not eligible for free servicing. Now tell me what is the meaning of extended warranty taken by customers. This is completely a breach of trust. I have all records of address change request or servicing request or dismantelling request. Please resolve my queries, the details of my purchase is :
