Facing repeat problem year on year from our 1.5 ton Split voltas AC, purchased in August 2020. It may have some manufacturing defect which is causing repeat problem.

Why should we have to pay again & again on a product which is just two seasons old.

Very Dissapoint with the quality of the product which Voltas is delivering.

These quality standards dont Match with TATA Groups Name.

We demand from Voltas to Resolve the Complaint on their on.

      Purchases Voltas make 1.5 Ton A.C. around 2020, just after few days o[censored]se, it stopped cooling due to gas leakage/loss, which was filled by service team as it was under warranty, but again this year its not responding & cooling is almost negligible, Now service team is asking for visit charges etc, My point is that a new unit which is not even two years old, developed fault twice, and problem is of same nature as in first case, very Bad experience with Voltas Brand, We want to replace this unit as it may have some manufacturing defect because we are facing problem of (Not cooling) again at the start of this year. We fail to under stand that Voltas earn more by Selling its products
      or earn even more than that from Service & Comprehensive Service packages etc, really a low quality product we purchased from Voltas, it has shaken our confidence in TATA Brand...Vishal Parasher - [protected]

        We have purchased VOLTAS 1.5 ton split AC online through Amazon on[protected] for Rs. 36, 290. Its specification as noted in the bill is Voltas 1.5 Ton Inverter 5 star split AC (185 V JZJT, R-32, White) B089D2666Q (SP185V JZJT001). Because it was winter we did not have occasion to use it till middle of March, 2022. When we started using it, we found that it was not providing effective cooling. Even when the temperature is set at 16, the cooling is in the range of 28-30 only. The compressor is continuously working but temperature is not reducing. We placed a complaint with VOLTAS costumer care No. [protected]. Complaint was registered on 6-4-2022 with SR No. [protected]. No body turned up. We had been calling them over phone and the response was that the technician would visit soon. We tried to raise another complaint; but we were receiving message that already there is complained and till such time it is resolved, new complaint will not be registered. On[protected], we could raise another complaint with SR No.[protected]. They gave the number of technician : [protected]. After great pursuance, the technician, Mr. Nadeem visited our house yesterday[protected], and said that there was no gas and asked to pay Rs 3500 for gas. When asked about warrenty, he said he would report to company and would act as per instructions of company. When the customer care was contacted again they pleaded helplessness and gave a phone number [protected], purported to be the number of Mr. Ravindra, Area Manager of Voltas. We tried to contact that number several times, but no body answered. I tried this number once again while raising this complaint; but there is no response.
        The AC was almost not used ever since it was installed; but when we started using it in March, its malfunction came to be known. We are suffering the heat of summer and the company is not at all responding. Kindly do the needful.

          Purchased A C from authorised dealer in Noida (U.P.) on 28.04.2022 afternoon.

          Got request no from Voltas form installation on the same day.

          Technicians who visited (same day evening) did not have Voltas ID, shown extra poor workmanship.

          Burner used by them for joining copper pipes was faulty, exploded in our bedroom, there was fire which damaged wooden wardrobe & other furniture. Somehow the installation was done but with heavy water leakage.

          Narrated the story to Voltas customer care on 29.04.2022, requested to send technician to at least fix water leakage problem, even after 48 hrs. nobody has visited.

          Deeply hurt by such experience with a Tata Enterprise company.

            We had registered a complain for AC servicing due to water leakage on 26/04/2022. It has been more than 96 hours and the technician is such a liar he said he is on the way since 3:00pm on 30/4/2022. It’s the 1st of may .
            God knows if he is coming from another county to repair the AC.
            We bought Votlas as it was associated with Tata . The customer service just repeats like a parrot, the lines which are taught to them . We had to take a leave of absence in our job to make sure we attend the serving person . The worst experience ever . If the technician is unable to attend, he can be honest to tell us . But he was lying that he is on his way. Now not picking up our call.

              I have given a complaint regarding my Tata Voltas Inverter IDU - 1 Tonne A/C on 14th April. The service team visited and said that the outdoor unit copper coil was having issues and due to that A/C cooling is not working.

              I told the team to replace my outdoor unit as it's under warranty. I purchased this unit on 8th May 2020. It's not even two years and this outdoor unit got a 9-year warranty.

              Till now I did not hear anything from the technical team, my outdoor unit should be replaced without any cost.

              I have also escalated the issue to level2 service esclation and waiting for a response.

                  I purchased the split inverter ac 1.5 ton 3star of Voltas from Flipkart order I'd OD[protected]. On flipkart they mentioned that 1179 Rs is charged for installation. They didn't mentioned any hidden charges. When the technician come for installation then he was talk harsh words with me. He said that 850+gst per meter is charged for extra copper wire. And if I'll give all the items then 350 + gst per meter is charged for copper wire. He talk with me in a rude manners and said that I didn't install your ac.
                  Then I call to Voltas helpline number and talk with executive of Voltas. Then executive of Voltas talk with executive of service center he also talk rudely with me on call in front of executive of Voltas. I have call recording as a proof. After that he told me that 250 Rs Per meter should be charged for extra copper wire if I'll give the material to technician.
                  It means the technician demands 100 rs per meter extra charged because according to service center it is 250 per meter and technician demands 350 per meter. It is act as a fraud in system with the customer.
                  Let's talk about another hidden charges of Voltas which is not described on flipkart or Voltas site. Today I spoke in service center and I asked if the customer has already installed the copper pipe then what about your installation. He said that we will charged 950 Rs. We will not installed the outdoor unit. We will first check that any leakage in already installed pipe or not. So we will charged 950 Rs. It is purely act as theif market.

                  Voltas System plus Flipkart system act like as to make money from everywhere from customer.

                  My suggestion to all the customer please not bought the product of Voltas. Voltas is a brand of Tata, but this time Tata also makes fool to Customer.
                  Executive of Service center not responding well. They treated customer like they were fool. No manners how to talk with customers.So, please not bought the product of Voltas. And also not from flipkart. Flipkart also not told the charges.

                    I, Pavan Enterprises, Tuni, Andhra Pradesh (Voltas Dealer) writing this email on behalf of customer "Nani" who purchased Voltas Split AC from us and it is in warranty.

                    6 months back, AC started not working properly and I raised a complaint request ([protected]) with voltas service center which is located in Tuni. After that the support engineer visited the customer place and identified that the motherboard is having an issue and it has to be replaced with a new one.

                    Service center team placed a request for a new motherboard from the head office, after a few days they received a wrong product which did not match the customer AC model.

                    From that day to till date the customer did not get the support from the service team and they did not replace the motherboard. Customer is very unhappy with Voltas service and he comes to my shop everyday shouting at me and behaving rudely on this issue. He says he will go to consumer court or police station to raise his voice and pain with Voltas, but I convinced him that I'll talk to the higher command of the service station to fix the issue.

                    When I spoke with East Godavari Dist Service Manager ASM (Sureshbabu, [protected]) on this issue, Everytime time I call him, he says he will try to fix the issue, but there is no proper response. I asked the service head to provide an official letter that they will not support the products, But the service manager is refusing to provide a letter neither fixing the customer issue from the last 6 months.

                    Also i contacted Sales ASM Praveen ([protected]) to provide any support, but he also says he is not responsible for this issue and he cannot help anything here.

                    Last year, as a dealer I sold nearly 50 Voltas AC's, but due to the bad service and rude behaviour of the service team, this year I'm not getting motivated to sell any voltas AC. Not only me, all dealers in Tuni are unhappy with service and no one is getting motivated to sell voltas AC's this year.

                    As we all know, customers are god for any business. But here customer is crying because of the purchase of Voltas AC.

                    I request the voltas team to take this matter and help us to fix the customer issue as soon as possible.

                      On 21th april i complained for my tata voltas a/c which was not working properly or cooling properly after that a technician executive comes and did a/c service and charges 590/- rupees for servicing but still my a/c was not cooling.
                      Its been a week since calling on your customer care number, there is no one to solve my problem and even they are trying to fool me.

                      And now they have also started abusing if i ask anything regarding my a/c, .Is this the way The Great TATA Voltas behaves with their customers?
                      And this is your within warranty free service of ac??
                      You treats us like this???

                      Please help me to get my ac repaired as you makes it worse. And make your customer care more familiar as we all know who is behind them.

                      He has been using abusive words whenever I try to tell him the problem. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.

                        at outside temperature near 40 degrees external unit trips and doesn't start again AC is not working, have registered complaint with authorised service centre but they don't understand the problem and hv returned without any solutions

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is regarding my Voltas AC's malfunctioning and no resolution from your end. Before the start of summer, we requested for Air Conditioner Service by your company on 14/04/2022. The electrician serviced the AC with gas filling on April 16-17 and assured us that now AC would not cause any problem for this season.
                          However, only after a day or two the AC started making weird noise and stopped its cooling. So we thought that there might be some problem with AC and called service center and they told us that the cooling vents need to be changed and request of the parts has been sent by him to the company. After 2- 3 days I called the authorized center person (Alam Khan) to know the status of my ticket. Then, he said “ ab company jab part degi tabhi to lagenge hum kuch nhi kr skte. Jab part ayega hum lga denge.” After that I waited for 3- 4 days more. I called him again and he told me to speak to service center. Then I called your service center and a person named “Prateek” Picked up the call and said there is no information regarding the part change with us. So I called the person named Alam Khan working in authorized center at Jangpura Bhogal and had a conference call with both service center and him. Then I asked service center person Prateek to talk to warehouse team so that part would be available as soon as possible. Then he said he can not call them. I asked him the method of resolution then he asked we cannot do anything do what you can do AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL. The other person Alam Khan said they have cut the call. They will not do anything for you. Let me send one follow up email to warehouse. Yesterday( 27/04/2022) I asked him the status he said the truck is enroute and he will call me. He did not call back and also today on 28/04/ 2022 he even did not picked up my call.
                          It has been 16 days but my issue has not been resolved .
                          I HAVE MADE A VERY BIG MISTAKE BY PURCHASING THIS VOLTAS COMPANY AC.
                          Even I had purhcased the extended guarantee and my AC is in Guarantee. I think that is why your company is treating us like this.

                          I purchased this AC as this is a 'TATA' product. A company about which everyone around the world knows. But my experience with this brand's AC has been the worst so far.
                          You should not spoil such a big brand by not doing your job. And its not about only one AC, you have no idea how far this can go and how negative mouth publicity can destroy a big brand name also within a very less time.
                          I will never purchase any Voltas product in future and even suggest my friends and family to avoid purchasing the same because of your after sale service.
                          Even no one from your company called me to check the status of the ticket even after 15 days. Its me who is calling your company and chasing the persons.
                          How pathetic service you are giving to your customers.
                          I will post this email screen print on my social media to know your company's reality. As my more than 2 lakh followers must know how your company is spoiling my time and money.

                          You should work for the customer satisfaction and keep the name of such a big brand by not behaving unprofessionally.

                          Hence, you can send all the required parts to the concerned centre and get it fixed immediately by sending your executive to our house. You may contact me for further queries.

                            We purchased a voltas visi cooler in Aug 2020. 1.5 months back we made a complaint with voltas and in 4 days a technician visited and told us the compressor is defected. He took Rs 300 in the name of inspection charges. He insured us that the company would replace the compressor free of cost in 4 days and only gas charges would be there. There was no reply from the company and the technician blocked us. We made a new complaint with voltas after 1 week and told them that compressor has to be changed, but they sent a new technician he checked and he told the same thing that compressor would be replaced free of cost. But there was no reply from the company. I started writing mails to the company where I was insured for urgent services but nothing was done. I made numerous calls and emails and now after 1.5 months they are giving services and suddenly they are telling that the fridge isn't in warranty and they would charge rs 8500.

                              I have purchased AC of voltas on 3 rd April.

                              7 April it got installed. From the day it got installed i am facing so many problems.

                              Sometimes display doesn't work properly.it doesn't provide cooling at all.Gas is missing sometimes Gas is overfilled, water is falling in indoor unit.one of the technician said the entire system inside is chocked.Main PCB is not working properly

                              I keep calling customer care they raise issue, technician comes and go till now its been almost month more than 7 technician has visited my home but none of them provide satisfactory service.

                              I am facing issue from very first day of installation so i would like to demand replacement of this piece.

                              In one month of this hard summer this Ac hasn't worked even a day

                              I have purchased Ac from croma.i always have believed in TATA.but now i am having many doubts.

                                I have purchased a brand u new AC, after 2nd service I faced issue of not cooling and the entire gas was leaked out, I raised a complaint to customer service on the 22/04/2022 the mechanic came to check on 23/04/2022 and stated they will need to take the outside unit to the service center on 25/04/2022 but no one turned up, called the mechanic and customer service on 26/04/2022, was promised the issue will be actioned on 28/04/2022 on priority but still no sing of anyone to service it. It's such an inconvenience to leave other work and waste a day for the service man to come and get the AC fixed but still no one comes.

                                Bad product & pathetic service even after speaking to escalation team and they had a word to their service manager and was promised the mechanic will be sent on Sunday 1/05/2022 and my issue will be resolved.and even after I personally followed up service manager on 1/05/2022 he confirmed the person will be sent for repair but once again my day went in waste because of the false promises made my the company staff. Not appreciated at all

                                    Recently, have purchased AC from Flipkart. Now, I am looking to purchase extended warranty upto 5 years from Voltas. When I checked with your customer care, they said Flipkart is not authorised seller and we cannot provide extended warranty to you. Please provide me the extended warranty or confirm that Flipkart is not authorised seller. So that I can take the matter with them.                                       Good evening Team,

                                      I raised a complaint on 19 April 2022 regarding ac cooling issue and till date no technician visited to solved my problem. Service Request Number- [protected]

                                      I have call around 10-15 times in your customer care service and Service manger and they are giving me false commitment till date.

                                      Last month I have also raised the same type of request (Colling problem and AC service) on dated 17th March 2022 and in one month we are getting the same issue AC Colling problem(AC Gas empty with in 1 month) . if you want I can also share you all call recording conversation with your customer care or service center. How they cheated every time.

                                      NOW YOUR ARE THE ONLY HOPE FOR ME

                                        I've raised a complaint to Voltas regarding my window AC which was having compressor issues. Voltas had replaced the compressor and taken the money but the issue is still there. I raised the complaint again regarding this, but no technician visited my place to fix the problem. I tried calling Voltas customer care and they always say that the technician will be visiting the place soon. I also tried calling our area service manager of Voltas but he is not picking up the call. I am having a very bad customer experience now as this issue was raised to the company a week before and still no resolution.
