Hi Team,

I purchased Voltas Split AC from Shiv Light house, Mathura on 12/02/2021.
Voltas engineer came to my home for installation of AC. After few month, leakage issue come (during warranty) but till now no one able to fix it.
Gas has filled almost 3 times but engineers didn't identify the leakage.

As installation done from Voltas end so this case belongs to Voltas. I have raised lot's of complaint as well but didn't found any solution. Request you to please fix this issue by permanently fix OR replace this AC as it's a defective one.

There is no solution till now. Can I expect the exact timeline to fix this issue OR it will take time of 2-3 months to fix it as I am chasing since last 1 month with Voltas.
Voltas is just creating service request and service engineer not going to fix it. May I know what the hell is going on.

Nothing is resolved even I need to pay 590 rupees to engineer for refilling the gas. Again gas is going to leak after 2 days.
As I mentioned previously so many times that this is defective AC from Voltas as lot's of engineers have visited in past but no one able to identify gas leakage point.
It will be good for you if you can replace them as this is the issue since beginning OR send me an email for free of cost refilling the gas if issue comes in future as well.

Note - Technicians are not going to work if they are getting any money, this is disgusting from Voltas.

Any update so far ?
Voltas team took my complete Split AC to their service center but didn't find out any issue. Further test test pipe still no issues figure out.
Still AC is not cooling and almost 2 months of summer has passed.

Either replace this AC as it was the defect since beginning OR refund my amount.

Note- Please don't waste the time to passing the case from one to another.

    Hi,

    Within one month there is fault in AC, AC is not cooling at all, Engineer said repairing need to be done, within 30 days it’s my 3rd visit by engineer for different reason .

    Requesting for replacement but no response

      I complaint to voltas for my AC.That it is not cooling and they gave me 24-48 hours. Now its been above 10 days . And i complaint to volats 3 times in these days but they not hear anything from me.

        We had purchased the Voltas Windows AC from "Sony Center - Goel Bros" on 1st May 22 and right installation, AC has started giving me issues like Loud broken noise and not cooling, seesm they have sold faulty product to me.

        I complained to them as well as Voltas customer care but no luck, all i got is message from Voltas that i requested for cancellation of request. The AUDACITY to send such messages.

        Please help to resolve this issue or refund the product.

            I bought an ac in june 2021 then i taken installation b y voltas they installed my ac now tehy telling me that ac is installed at wrong location so there is no proper air circulation so i have to take ac reshifting for this they asking 2000 rupees from me so just check and ask them to not make me fool. since they have to also see this at the time of installation if there is not proper air circulation then why they have shifted the ac

                  I have purchased one voltas split air conditioner from vikas electronics sawaimadhopur on 07/04/2022.on installation by authorised franchisee. leakage in indoor unit observed.From 7th april to 1st may approx 24 days passed but my problem not resolved till now. The temp in rajasthan rises more than 47 degree and in this situation no body wants to listen me, neither from customer care nor from service centre.

                  After purchase of AC it has not operated even a single minute

                  dealer also not replying satisfactorily.

                  Voltas is a company of TATA group and such type of poor services can't be accepted or imagined.

                  Kindly look into matter on priority and arrange to replace my indoor unit urgently.

                    My contact number is 7676986840 and complaint no. Is
                    22032533299 and 22042921261. Nobody is coming to check the ac. We have spoken to the service head Mukesh multiple times through the dealers as well. But he is not taking any action. Nor anyone from the service center in jabalpur are even making a call for the repair. It's 45 degrees and in this scorching heat it's been more than 1 month that the complain is not looked upon.

                      Hi,

                      I had purchased a Voltas AC from Borivali Mumbai on 10.09.2018 from Vijay Sales.
                      I have upgraded my warranty from 1 year to 5 year. In the meanwhile I have been transferred from Mumbai to Dhanbad (Jharkhand). I have sent so many mails, calls, messages to Voltas to change my address and do the servicing as per the warranty. However the address did not changed and did not received any service from Voltas. Now some how my address changed and as my AC is not working properly, i raised a request from voltas whatsapp number. Today one service person from Voltas came to my home told me that you are not eligible for free servicing. Now tell me what is the meaning of extended warranty taken by customers. This is completely a breach of trust. I have all records of address change request or servicing request or dismantelling request. Please resolve my queries, the details of my purchase is :

                          Facing repeat problem year on year from our 1.5 ton Split voltas AC, purchased in August 2020. It may have some manufacturing defect which is causing repeat problem.

                          Why should we have to pay again & again on a product which is just two seasons old.

                          Very Dissapoint with the quality of the product which Voltas is delivering.

                          These quality standards dont Match with TATA Groups Name.

                          We demand from Voltas to Resolve the Complaint on their on.

                              Purchases Voltas make 1.5 Ton A.C. around 2020, just after few days o[censored]se, it stopped cooling due to gas leakage/loss, which was filled by service team as it was under warranty, but again this year its not responding & cooling is almost negligible, Now service team is asking for visit charges etc, My point is that a new unit which is not even two years old, developed fault twice, and problem is of same nature as in first case, very Bad experience with Voltas Brand, We want to replace this unit as it may have some manufacturing defect because we are facing problem of (Not cooling) again at the start of this year. We fail to under stand that Voltas earn more by Selling its products

                                We have purchased VOLTAS 1.5 ton split AC online through Amazon on[protected] for Rs. 36, 290. Its specification as noted in the bill is Voltas 1.5 Ton Inverter 5 star split AC (185 V JZJT, R-32, White) B089D2666Q (SP185V JZJT001). Because it was winter we did not have occasion to use it till middle of March, 2022. When we started using it, we found that it was not providing effective cooling. Even when the temperature is set at 16, the cooling is in the range of 28-30 only. The compressor is continuously working but temperature is not reducing. We placed a complaint with VOLTAS costumer care No. [protected]. Complaint was registered on 6-4-2022 with SR No. [protected]. No body turned up. We had been calling them over phone and the response was that the technician would visit soon. We tried to raise another complaint; but we were receiving message that already there is complained and till such time it is resolved, new complaint will not be registered. On[protected], we could raise another complaint with SR No.[protected]. They gave the number of technician : [protected]. After great pursuance, the technician, Mr. Nadeem visited our house yesterday[protected], and said that there was no gas and asked to pay Rs 3500 for gas. When asked about warrenty, he said he would report to company and would act as per instructions of company. When the customer care was contacted again they pleaded helplessness and gave a phone number [protected], purported to be the number of Mr. Ravindra, Area Manager of Voltas. We tried to contact that number several times, but no body answered. I tried this number once again while raising this complaint; but there is no response.
                                The AC was almost not used ever since it was installed; but when we started using it in March, its malfunction came to be known. We are suffering the heat of summer and the company is not at all responding. Kindly do the needful.

                                  Purchased A C from authorised dealer in Noida (U.P.) on 28.04.2022 afternoon.

                                  Got request no from Voltas form installation on the same day.

                                  Technicians who visited (same day evening) did not have Voltas ID, shown extra poor workmanship.

                                  Burner used by them for joining copper pipes was faulty, exploded in our bedroom, there was fire which damaged wooden wardrobe & other furniture. Somehow the installation was done but with heavy water leakage.

                                  Narrated the story to Voltas customer care on 29.04.2022, requested to send technician to at least fix water leakage problem, even after 48 hrs. nobody has visited.

                                  Deeply hurt by such experience with a Tata Enterprise company.

                                    We had registered a complain for AC servicing due to water leakage on 26/04/2022. It has been more than 96 hours and the technician is such a liar he said he is on the way since 3:00pm on 30/4/2022. It’s the 1st of may .
                                    God knows if he is coming from another county to repair the AC.
                                    We bought Votlas as it was associated with Tata . The customer service just repeats like a parrot, the lines which are taught to them . We had to take a leave of absence in our job to make sure we attend the serving person . The worst experience ever . If the technician is unable to attend, he can be honest to tell us . But he was lying that he is on his way. Now not picking up our call.

                                      I have given a complaint regarding my Tata Voltas Inverter IDU - 1 Tonne A/C on 14th April. The service team visited and said that the outdoor unit copper coil was having issues and due to that A/C cooling is not working.

                                      I told the team to replace my outdoor unit as it's under warranty. I purchased this unit on 8th May 2020. It's not even two years and this outdoor unit got a 9-year warranty.

                                      Till now I did not hear anything from the technical team, my outdoor unit should be replaced without any cost.

                                      I have also escalated the issue to level2 service esclation and waiting for a response.

                                        I purchased brand new AC from Flipkart . It's been 8 months and now the remote is not working .
