We booked the service for my AC with request number. [protected] but despite of showing them five years extended warranty, the same was denied. We agreed to pay the relevant charges. However, before moving further, we asked them to show there ID proof which they did not have. Further, they also did not have the seal of the company to put on invoice. When we insisted for the seal and the ID proof, we were threatened by the official of Swastik aircon to cancel my paid extended warranty and also told me that my AC from now on will not be repaired and serviced. This is how these executives behave with the customer?

No my issue has not been resolved yet. I have not received any call or email regarding any action taken on the executive and my servicing. My AC is still not working. Nobody has turned up till now to service our AC

    Dear Voltas Team,

    I have purchased a windows inverter 1.5 ton ac from retailer Ms. Asian Electronics on dated 3 April 2022. After usages of 1 month i.e. 3 May 2022 product started malfunctioning. i have raised the complain to Voltas Limited, engineer visited and fixes the issue. Again after 29 days on 29 May 2022 o[censored]sages, product started malfunctioning and not cooling. I have raised the complain to Voltas limited. After several follow up and calls engineer visited on 1 June and informed that AC Coil condenser has been leaked. A new AC how it can be possible that multiple problems arising. any way they fixed the issue and left. Again after 1 hour o[censored]sages it came to the same issues Malfunctioning and not cooling. Now Technician and his office person not picking the calls and neither any responce from Voltas.
    I Personally feels that a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM VOLTAS LIMITED HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND MY SINCERE REQUEST TO VOLTAS TO PLEASE LOOK IN THE ISSUE AND ARRANGE TO REPLACEMENT THE DEFECTIVE AC ASAP.

    Till the date 7 June 2022, issue not resolved and no one is taking the responsibility of the defective product.

    Poor Team! Poor Service ! Worst Product! Voltas Limited!

      I registered my 1 ton new ac for my home. Voltas asking following charges extraordinary when available in open market.
      Additional copper pipe 950/- per metre (available same 350/- in open market)

      Installation charges 950/- but you have to pay separately Rs.250 for outdoor unit stand fixing labour charges.

      Its punishment to me to trust on tata group.
      Because i forced to pay and install through their service centre technician only. Otherwise i losse warranty.

      I request never buy Voltas product.

        It is not been even three years that the mechanic told AC gas is not full, which is why the room is not getting cooled. I also have a different brand AC for which I had to refill gas only after six years. Is this issue with all the inverter ACs. Now even after refill and service, within two months again the AC is not working. Room is not being cooled and there is water leakage inside the room

          We have raised issue last month for cooling issue. Technician has replaced coolant.. Now again we are facing the same issue and when we raised complaint, they are asking to change the coolant which is not right. Worst experience. Technicians not trained enough or knowledgeable to check the issue. They are not even worried of answering properly and more interested in getting money than resolving it. I doubt if this is a kind of service I can expect for a tata product.

            I Had purchase it on 15/4/22 fro that time to till time cooling issues AS it is, Not bad smell comimg, on 21/5 /22 i had again complain aganist smeel issue, techician came wash out the unit, 10 days ac running without cooling with smell ok . But Now again from last night again smell issue starts.

            I am getting irrite with voltas response I want to replace it immediately either please return my Money.

              I bought this AC in July 2020. it was working good before but from last 1.5 month i am facing cooling issue with it. I complaint 2, 3 times service man change outdoor compressor also but still i am facing same issue.

                  I purchased volts AC 16TH APRIL I have done a complaint on voltas customer care on 22-05-22. After that 5-6 times technician have came from voltas and making excuses that they will replace that in 1-2 days. I have talked with technician and service center head(Saurabh Khanna) they said it will be replaced in 2 days. Today I again called technician and service center head(Saurabh Khanna) they are not picking calls. I called customer service to know my complaint details and they said there is no complaint related to burning smell(wire connector replacement)

They came after 2 weeks to service my AC and after that it just worked lessthan 5 hours and again they came and told me that pc board is failed in your indoor we ordered that like they said and after all that they are not even responding everyone since 2 weeks am calling daily 3-4 times they are not attending my phone calls worst service from TATA Ever and am from andhra pradesh, kadapa pls take necessary action thank you.

                      I have lodged complaints against Product from Voltas with complaint number 3010232 at National Consumer Helpline . From Past 12 years I have been a customer of voltas and again came back and purchased from Voltas. We have a very good opinion on voltas but now we are facing issues.
                      As we have purchased an AC on 25/06/21 and received the product on 2/07/2021 and installation done on 4/7/21.From that date we are facing issues with the AC. We have lodged 1st complaint orally within one week to show room people. We have lodged a 2nd complaint online to voltas on 02/08/2021. We are facing a lot of issues with this product. After complaining technicians are coming to rectify but there is no permanent solution as we are getting repeated complaints.
                      For one week we are struggling and reaching out to the call center people but they have not been rectified till now. Again same complaints . we got exhausted please replace or refund my money . In one month warranty also will be closing. lodged around 20 complaints. And local service people are not picking calls and technicians are not giving proper response. Please replace the product as soon as possible. As we are facing a lot.

                      Complaints:
                      1. Water is coming from AC vents
                      2. Ice Cubes are falling from Vents
                      3. Less cooling
                      4. A Lot of noise inside the AC

After complain again and again voltas company technician came on 19th may 2022. He checked here and there then he said some damege I took it with me and resolve your problem in 10 days. But today (29 may 2022).Dealers comes with cooler and drop without checking and he installed it and said there is no problem. But after 2 hour cooler blower is not working . What we can do sir ?? I want full replacement of my Cooler . Other wise I'll filled a case on voltas in consumer forum.

                          I have bought this AC in 2018 with 5 year of full and 10 year of compressor warranty.
                          I used to take 2 paid service every year to continue there warranty terms.
                          One year it has some issues in PCB which took 15 days to resolve. In the heat of May my newborn baby use to cry whole night due to the same.
                          Now I have same complaint repeatedly 3 time since 8th April 22 to 28 May 22.

                          F0 is error massage showing on the display.
                          On 8th April gas was filled.. issue resolved.
                          On 19th May Again same issue... Gas filled again on 20th May issue resolved... Today it's 28th May same issue. F0 massage on display. Guys will come Gas will be filled.. but I don't understand why these guys are not interested to know route cause of the same. Why these service person are so casual on same case within 1 month.
                          Just because product is under warranty and they will not get any money on service and parts.
                          If it is than guys... I would never ever suggest to buy any Voltas product ever.
                          And now it is under warranty I can manage to fill the gas thrice within a month. But what would happen when warranty gets over... How will manage to pay for gas every 15 days?
                          And what is the price of mental suffering of me and my family.
                          We purchase products to get mental and physical peace but this one product get me nuts.
                          I am just frustrated to call voltas service.
                          I am just exhausted to get it repaired again and again.
                          I need replacement of this product otherwise I will sue.
                          And I would prefer to pay the lawyer rather pay for gas every 15 days.
                          I suffered alot..It would good if I can save any other consumers time and money to aware them regarding this product.
                          I WANT REPLACEMENT. NOT LESS THAN THIS OR COMPULSATION OF THIS MENTAL HARRASMENT.

                          The person came & fooled us that, the display has to be change & PCB as well. While it's been only a year when we got change the PCB.
                          Cooling is zero.
                          The repair person did not try to get to know the root cause of failure of cooling again n again.

                          I will never suggest anybody to buy Voltas products. @voltas is bakwas. In product as well in service.

                          It's been 1 month to place the order for PCB and display. Today they came and said the PCB of outside unit is not working. Now they are telling that it has to be replaced. Now it will took 1 more month I guess.
                          I asked to replace my outside unit till the PCB being arrived.
                          I don't let my kids suffer 1 more month.
                          Kindly look into the matter.

                            I had purchased AC on 15th April, 2021. Mg second service was pending, I was busy in some urgent work and I forgot AC’s purchase date. Today I checked bill hence I got to know purchase date but I was expecting little help from Voltas to extend my warranty and accept my second service in free service as I had not got any reminder call, message or email. Voltas customer support is helpless in any way because company doesn’t care about their customer. I will never recommend Voltas electronics to anyone as they are helpless in all condition and want their customer to spend unnecessary after purchasing from them . Such a irresponsible company. Customer satisfaction doesn’t matter to them. They all are trained at same level to present Voltas company service . Thank you customer support for feeling helpless for I guess every customer and useless company. Bad experience with this so called brand Voltas, who cannot spend their penny for customer satisfaction.

                                Sir, i requested a service request for my ac which is not working since 29-apirl-2022, with the service request no -[protected] from the date of my service request to now i try to contract them multiple times but they have said its will be resolved soon please wait please wait or call on our service center but when i call them, they are so rude and unprofessional they doesnt even pic my call and keep ignoring me or even they pic they used such a bad language which is kind o[censored]nbearable, and i try multiple time to contract them over phone call or message and even i requested them over their mail id but they remains so unprofessional now its almost a month and im still sufffering even i request them that i got my oral surgery i can't even talk but they remains so unprofessional

                                    I Ashish Khemka purchased new Window 3 star AC from Electric Appliances Center in Amritsar on dated 01-Apr-2019. Since the day I have purchased this AC I have been filing multiple complaints but the AC is not doing cooling at all. I have contacted the service center and the person do visit but they dont resolve the issue, just do basic cleaning service and leave. As I have been facing this issue since Day1, I have raised a issue to change it with new one but they didnt responded back.

                                    Worst!!! Worst!!! Worst!!! In my recent complaint, the service center team contacted o multiple calls within half an hour just to ensure If I would pay service charges or not! They visited us and not even touched the electronic and started claiming for Visiting charges of 350 rupees.

                                    By this worst immpression on voltas product and people who are intersted to buy a voltas product please revert your opinion better.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Its been 10 days i am regularly chasing on the ticket [protected]. My mobile no is [protected]. Cooling coil of my new AC purchased in July last year is not working as appropriate. Danish your service man told me that cooling coil needs be changes for this new ac. and was given a timeline of 5 days. Today is 10th day i am still seeking from the company about the change in cooling coil. But no one has answer to it. They are still saying its not received. can this be looked into priority. Also a very bad customer care experience I am facing. No one has the details where exactly the product is. Danish took 3 visit to find out that actually a problem is in cooling coil. I am contacting Customer care since early may and still no service.
