We booked the service for my AC with request number. [protected] but despite of showing them five years extended warranty, the same was denied. We agreed to pay the relevant charges. However, before moving further, we asked them to show there ID proof which they did not have. Further, they also did not have the seal of the company to put on invoice. When we insisted for the seal and the ID proof, we were threatened by the official of Swastik aircon to cancel my paid extended warranty and also told me that my AC from now on will not be repaired and serviced. This is how these executives behave with the customer?

Updated by Gautam anamika No my issue has not been resolved yet. I have not received any call or email regarding any action taken on the executive and my servicing. My AC is still not working. Nobody has turned up till now to service our AC
