Bought three AC’s of voltas from lotus electronics bhopal. Installing was also done by official voltas service centre people. Its been just one month that I am using them. Out of three, gas of two AC’s got leaked.
Called the service centre guys and they charged me both the times for refilling although the AC’s are still in warranty period.
After 5 days the Gas from AC got leaked again, calling the service centre people from 4 days but no one showed up.
Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have purchased Voltas AC in 2019 September. Since then I have more than 10 times have complaint and have checked by technician and third party vendors but still the issue exists.

    Product purchased had Compression and copper coil damaged, and I am facing this issue from 2 years.

    I have spent more than 25000+ on the fixes after the original amount of AC.

    Company people totally ignore the issue and have left me in a confused state.

    Really dissatisfied with the voltas product and service from Noida based service center friends air conditioning.

    My request no is [protected]. Sir I had taken ac window voltas 1.5 ton on 5th July 2021.Whose sound was coming from behind after the insulation. I informed the customer care about this. He said that your technician will be sent as soon as possible, but despite repeated requests, the technician is not being sent to me and the number of that service center was given. He doesn't pick up the phone through customer care and says Babar talks abusively.please solve my problem as soon as possible

      Hi teamVoltas
      We have Purchased Voltas washing machine a year 10 Months Ago, Facing issue in it since last one month related to drier not working, for that we raised first Complaint on 14'June with Complaint ID [protected] for which Technician visited on 19 'th June for resolution, but post his Correction & Issue turns out to be more prominent & machine has stopped working, Despite of the follow-up Call to the technician neither has revisited nor send anyone for resolution .
      After Such irresponsible behavior, We are bound to contact Call center again & raised issue again, for which new Complaint Number was given as
      customer Complaint ID [protected], which is still unattended since 29'th June.

      Expecting a Faster closure on escalated issue.

        This is a complaint for AC bought on June 8, 2021 .
        Unit stopped working on 30 June, 2021.
        Lodged complaint number [protected].

        2 technicians visited, and left saying they are not able to detect the fault.

        And we should re- register the complaint. This is height of incompetence of your technical personnel who read our voltage as 260. Ribbish.
        The stabilizer company technician as well as BSES person refuted his claim and showed voltage as 220.
        Your technicians can't even read meters. Why do you mey them.

        The mobile number of your technician is [protected].

        Again we were given an other number[protected]. The person on the other end was too rude. He said the part is not available and will not be able to provide. Better we should throw the unit out
        Shocked with what he said, we again rang up customer care.

        He said a senior will ring up back in half an hour.
        No one rang up.

        Again we contacted customer care. We were told senior will ring up.

        No one rang up.

        We are in flux now. What to do.

        Our 30000 rupees is wasted in 20 days by buying a product of your company.
        It's disgusting.

        Please get it repaired at the earliest or replace the product.

        Else we will be forced to sue in consumer court with all audio recordings we have in hand.

          This is with reference to AC I bought last December. I registered complaint on 23rd June for remote condition and technician comes to my house to pick the same and he commit to return that back within 2-3 days but unfortunately inspite of repetitive calls and reminders I haven't get the same and he gave me excuse that we don't have additional stock so it can take uncertain amount of time. So I just want to understand is this true position company is going through and seriously is this a rapport of such a big company.

          It would be really great if you could pls resolve that asap and also pls provide some technical trainings to service center appointed people as they even don't no how to provide service to customers and don't even know possible solutions.

          I want my issue to be resolved by tomorrow otherwise pls do refund and I am happy to adopt service of some MNC

            I bought the my 1.5 ton AC from authorized dealer in Chandigarh last year on 14.6.2020. AC's stopped cooling and started giving PC04 error this year since May this year, within warranty, I registered the complain on whatsapp on 9th June, 21 and technician visited on 10th june.
            Technician just checked the power voltage and said it needs stabilizer, you will have to buy it, despite it being a inverter ac with inbuilt stabilizer. I spend Rs.3000 got it installed but the error was still not resolved.
            I complained again after some days on 30th june as the error is still coming, same technician came again for same issue and now checks the whole AC and says board needs to be changed. And the customer care says you will have to pay for the part, now when its not in warranty.
            What type of SCAM are you guys running ?
            I have spent 3000 already on 35000 ac, just in 1 year and still I need to spend few more thousands because technicians are plain defrauding the innocent customers.
            Its peak of summers in corona and I have to bear all this, thanks Voltas.

                Hi,

                My name is Shikhar Dwivedi and I am writing this email for one of my service request no- [protected]. I raised this complaint for my Voltas Air Cooler on 17th May 2021. The fan of my cooler was not working.

                The technician came at my home and after checking the cooler, he said that the capacitor needs to be replaced. We asked him to get it replaced and I paid more than ₹500 for service charge and capacitor charges.

                The air cooler stopped working after one hour and I called Mr. Vinay/ Praful several times and every time, they assured me that someone will come to see it.

                After calling several days, they send one technician and he informed that fan motor needs to be replaced which is not in stock and they need to place an order.

                I informed them to replace it and they gave the assurance of replacing it.

                It’s been more than 1.5 months since I raised the request to repair it and summer is about to over but my cooler is still not repaired and whenever I call they just give one more assurance.

                I am totally disappointed and fed up at the same time.

                I also tried calling to all the numbers given in the escalation matrix but no one answered. I just want to know if there is any procedure of escalating this issue or I just need to keep it as a dummy at my home.

                Hi,

                I can see the complaint status is resolved but there is nothing happened with my cooler. It still needs repairing. I got the call from Voltas but no technician came to repair it.

                      Sir,

                      This is my 5th Air Conditioner of Tata Voltas.

                      This AC was purchased on 30.05.2020.

                      Now exactly after one year and one month, when the service engineer visited, he is saying there is a gas problem and he told us charges of approximately Rs. 3100 /- to refill it.

                      Due to lockdown and Second wave of CoronaVirus conditions in the country, we were avoiding engineer visits at home. So we could not register a service call at the time when our Air Conditioner was on warranty.

                      So technically, this AC should be in warranty period as warranty period should be extended as already done by other sectors in the country.

                      If there is gas refilling problem in the AC within 13 months, it means the product is faulty and TATA VOLTAS is selling faulty products to it's customer...

                      It is my humble request to consider it and to get it done at free of cost.

                        The issue that I have experienced was: We are highly disappointed by the service of the TATA CLIQ.
                        Our return request has been declined.

                        We have also checked the AC after running it for 5 hours at 16 degrees, the AC is not cooling the room.

                        Your company has been known to provide good services and such events tarnish the company name so please address this issue soon.

                          Now my AC start auto cut and show error code P3.

                          In new AC this should not be done.

                              This product I bought after searching that voltas provide best service and I hear on every voltas electronic calls saying that "THANK YOU FOR CALLING VOLTAS, INDIA'S NUMBER 1 AC COMPANY . ALWAYS GET YOUR NEW AC INSTALLATION AND SERVICE FROM VOLTAS AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE FOR LONG LIFE OF PRODUCT".
                              What I found is VOLTAS IS THE WORST COMPANY, they are simply lying.
                              My issue now:
                              I bought this on June 2020, and it started with heavy water leakage issue from August 2020. I put a complain and get it resolved by Voltas, but that wasn't enough because I believe the AC or the installation is not proper.
                              Again this issue came up in September 2020 and I asked them to replace the AC as the leakage is very heavy, But the technician made promise that this won't happen again.
                              If i get this resolved in September, we cannot check the performance because no one is going to use the AC in winter.
                              And now again in summer 2021, I requested for 2 pending free services and get these done in March and May 2020.
                              Its June 2020 and now again water leakage issue and yes no cooling.
                              When I ask them to replace this machine as this is faulty they are refusing and even asking me to pay for service because the product is out of warranty.
                              This is silly that you provide a faulty machine first and repair multiple times and then refuse to replace by simply saying that this could get repaired only and that too with applied charges. If the repair is not working then this is obvious that the machine is faulty.
                              Is this really INDIA'S BEST AC COMPANY OR simply a fake promise maker.

                                Dear all,

                                This is the case of Voltas inventor AC 1.5 ton which we bought on 15th April . (Voltas win AC 185 V DZA) model details . Now the issue is cooling issue one the very first day this ac cooling not properly working neither Cool the whole room . If we sit in front of wings then air and cooling comes and when we move cooling gone . My room is very small around 250-300 square feet but still it’s not cooling . Strange to feel that . We bought the newest technology 1.5 ton AC and if it’s working like this then I think company and the dealer both cheated with me.
                                We call the cx care and booked a complaint Its Chandigarh Phase 2 industrial area . When the Techincian came he told me that their is no issue in ac but might room temperature problem and he suggest that their is another team will come and check the room temperature and all . 1 st visit they not satisfied and leave the complaint as it’s . Next day again new Techincian came and checked the temperature of the room . He’s checking inside and outside the temperature and discussing on phone with someone . Firstly I think he’s not getting a product knowledge and if he’s not having a knowledge then company should send that person who knows about it . After 30 min he said their is no problem . Then I told him to connect me with senior person
                                Senior name :- Balwinder who is the owner of the service department firstly he talk to me very rudely way ( please give him some guidance or training how to deal ) secondly he told me that their is no prob in Ac, ( agar prob lagta hai to mein AC Utha kar workshop le ata hu phir dekh lenge ) when we said still if not ok then what will you do he said ( phir dekh lenge) not a valid answer and his Tone so rudely way . Purchase a new ac and with in 2 months sending to workshop why . It means this Ac having a bigger prob and this has to be replaced .
                                Please give him some knowledge about cx dealing first and also way of talking to cx we have purchased a ac which is costing me 32k and it’s not a small thing for me .
                                I am sure their is a problem in this AC because they keep sending a new Techincian and the way they described not justified . It’s a technical thing that only company knows not me, I just want if I purchase a AC it should feel me good and cooling which is not happening .
                                Volta’s as it’s a trusted company and stand with a good service but glad to know that Type of service and employees hired I never expect that . This Ac having a problem and it’s a major issue on this . So I want my replacement asap I will not go with that condition ac which is un useful for me .
                                I hope you guys take action on this complaint seriously and resolve this ASAP. Otherwise I’ll go on legal action .

I bought Voltas Split inverter AC from ASHOKA TRADING COMPAY, SEC 16, FARIDABAD on 9th aug 2020, I have raised a complaint 2 times that there is showing error like PC 04 / PC 02, and it get off after that. The representative had came four times but the complaint is still there. As per them the problem is not going to solve by there end and they dont have any idea about that inverter AC. its been around 5 day and i am chasing service guys like hell. its really pathetic.kindly short this out or i will through that Wrost AC to the same dealer.I attached the copy of bill with mail.

                                  One more person came today to fix the problem and again he is not going to understand the issue.
                                  My problem is still the same as before and no one is going to take such action regarding that.

                                  One of there head is giving us such childish excuses. It's because of HEAT on outer and put a sheet on it... IS THAT A SOLUTION..??
                                  Last day when a guy came and worked till 9 pm..there was no heat at that time, and the problem was not solved
                                  Why are you guys kidding with me... outer is set on the roof most of the time and they worked properly.

                                  Should I put my outer one in my room ??????

                                    We have purchase Air cooler from M/s Kishore Electricals Bathinda vide invoice no. GST828 dated 10/8/2020. The cooler had problem or leaking from overflow point. It does not leak every time but intermittently it leaks. We registered complaints thrice. The engineer visited twice but could not resolve the issue. The same problem started after a week. We registered complaint for the third time. This time the behaviour of customer care was not upto the mark. They said why are to registering the complaint when there is no issue with this cooler and cancelled our complaint.
                                    I have immense trust with TATA products but this time we are disappointed

                                      I have purchased Volta's 1.5 ton Window AC on 13.06.2019 from Authorised dealer as Sargam Electronics, , Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi. There is 5 years compressed warranty. My AC stopped cooling and I made complaint vide Service request No-[protected] dated 10.06.2021 same was registered and technician was deputed to visit at 901, SunTower, BlockA-1, Shipra Sun City, Vaibhav Khand Indira puran, Dist-Ghaziabad by Snow Cool Service Centre, Abhay Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Technician visited on 13.06.2021 and he reported that it's Compresure is working and same will be changed after receiving from Volta's company. Inspire of repeated request 16 days have passed but no action is being taken by Volta's Ltd. I am very hopeless that company is violating warranty condition.Applicant- (Vinay Kumar Ojha)
