I had got my warranty extended for 5 years with your service provider m/s synergy
My ac was not working hence called team to look into it they came twice took 3-4 ac parts and no one is giving me a proper response it's mora than 20 days now nothing is resolved yet
1st they told me inspite of same inti warranty I will be charged 4k of which they took 2k in advance later I got a call stating nothing will be charged we will refund then again they started chasing me to take money
Secondly the engineers who come at home for repair do not have manners to speak

Voltas dispensor with hot normal & cold, among this hot water is not working, normal& cold is working

This is to inform you that we have purchased one Voltas Beko Dishwash Machine, EAN No:[protected] from Reliance Digital, Bangalore -560045 on 9th November 2020 but it is not cleaning utensils properly. We have tried with different option of cleaning but not satisfactory. You are requested to replace with new model or refund my money asap.

Voltas installation is not proper and wall hole is not jammed by technician and my ac display wireing cut by mouse. But the technician is not agree his fault. So my ac is down due to negligence by service centre installation. I have photograph for his installation how the hole is not jammed.

I bought voltas AC on december 1st 2019, installation then cancelled 4 times without any information /installation. After complaint customer care given area manager and agm contact numbers from anantapur but then are use less and they force me to pay installation charges of 3000/- from my pocket, cc also confirmed that iam eligible for free installation, i just need to pay 750/-, still they forced me to pay

Again on 6th Nov 2020 i got a call for prevention service, even this call also service people cancelled without any contact.

Let me know why??

If required i can give all complaints details, let me know why these guys are doing such worst things and spoiling TATA brand name

Cooling and display problem

I had register a complaint on 3rd November. And a technician visited my home. And i got a message from your end as under

"Your SR No [protected] is proposed for Cancellation, Reason: No Purchase Proof(No Payment). To stop Call [protected] or escalate to [protected]@voltas.com"

I have already submitted(attached) the orinal bill of purchase with my complaint itself.

And I am ready to produce the purchase bill. Please inform me to whom i share the bill.

It is very serious complaint for me. If there is no positive response I may register this complaint with consumer court

Please consider this as an urgent matter.

Worst experience ever

This is in reference with the request no [protected], [protected] and [protected]-

The service center is not being able to solve the problem after 3 visits - the ac has also been taken to the service center for repairs but the issue still persists .
Moreover my ac stopped functioning at 27 october 2020, till date the problem is not yet solved .
I have already coordinated with the manager and senior field manager numerous times regarding this but my issue still persists .

The technicians sent to fix the ac was not professional, he has done very shoddy work as the AC worked for only 1 hour and stopped functioning. It was informed to me that I will have to wait for one more day for it to get resolved .

Till date I have made numerous calls to the service center and the customer care services and now I am fed up with calling and following up .( Kindly check the call log from my number - [protected]). The services provided by Voltas customer care and the service center has become the worst experience of my life as a customer .

I have voltas ac which I repaired with new parts in March 2020. People from Global Home Appliances, Vaishali did the repairing. I reported issue on the issue as it was not giving the cooling effect. I complaint to them few months back but because of lockdown, nothing happened. However this october month I asked them to visit and check the issue and they scjeduled a visit next day but did not turn up. Since then they are not answering my phone calls.My october 2020 warranty is nearing end now and need immediate addressal.

Hi, I ordered and got delivered Voltas Beko Dishwasher on 22nd of October 2020, the product is got scheduled to install by there Voltas Representative on 25th of October 2020. We were waiting till that day and not even received a call from them. So finally we find the local agent number who install it and he accepted that he will install it by the next day. We accepted that too and we were waiting, but still they do not respond even we call them repeatedly. When they lift the call and when we are asking them they were very arrogant spoken with us and refused to do. So i would like to take a necessary action on the local representatives to change there way of attitude towards the customer and looking forward to get my machine installed asap. Timer function is not working. Machine time is reverse . Not end the process. Reverse many time

A subcontractor was sent to repair my room window AC which was not cooling effectively . He checked and said there is a leak in the cu tube and gas is completely gone. Took out the machine and kept on floor and sent someone else next day. He didn't come. This new person confirmed leak due to a hole in the tube and by welding arrested the same. Said initially will fill has and start but later after talking to person A said would come next day and placed on the floor and went.
Next day when I called A said they are on the way at 11 30 AM. Didn't turn up till late evening. Called the subcontractor and fired them for useless customer service. Suddenly person B turns up at 630 PM . I didn't allow since it was night. He came again next day during my lunch time only (12nto 1 PM) though my request was 10 AM or 3 PM.
Job done gas filled and machine started.
But condition has not improved. Sent a sms to sub contractor I am going to take up with Voltas. No response so far.

My Ac is not working properly. It is not cooling as it was cooling some days back. I think it needs servicing.

After many complaints, i have received new indoor unit mechanic came and installed new indoor unit, but my problem have not solved, i have purchased tata voltus 1.5ton 5 star unit after four year indoor unit pc board failed i maid complaint to tata voltus company they arranged a new indoor (3 Star)unit with company cost i paid but my problem has not solved so please kindly respond, please arrange a new indoor unit here iam attaching my bill where i have purchased

I v s ramachandra raju, registered ph no [protected]. I bought window ac in the month of february, 2020. Problem (Not working) started from august. I gave a complaint and your service people get it done. (It took 7 days) after few days only the same problem happened. Again i gave a complaint on 30 th september. Till today nothing happened. I escalated the complaint to asm mr uday. He responded in the morning and given assurance to get it done to day. I wait till the evening and i cald him again and he is not responding. So please do the needful as soon as possible.
