A subcontractor was sent to repair my room window AC which was not cooling effectively . He checked and said there is a leak in the cu tube and gas is completely gone. Took out the machine and kept on floor and sent someone else next day. He didn't come. This new person confirmed leak due to a hole in the tube and by welding arrested the same. Said initially will fill has and start but later after talking to person A said would come next day and placed on the floor and went.
Next day when I called A said they are on the way at 11 30 AM. Didn't turn up till late evening. Called the subcontractor and fired them for useless customer service. Suddenly person B turns up at 630 PM . I didn't allow since it was night. He came again next day during my lunch time only (12nto 1 PM) though my request was 10 AM or 3 PM.
Job done gas filled and machine started.
But condition has not improved. Sent a sms to sub contractor I am going to take up with Voltas. No response so far.

        I v s ramachandra raju, registered ph no [protected]. I bought window ac in the month of february, 2020. Problem (Not working) started from august. I gave a complaint and your service people get it done. (It took 7 days) after few days only the same problem happened. Again i gave a complaint on 30 th september. Till today nothing happened. I escalated the complaint to asm mr uday. He responded in the morning and given assurance to get it done to day. I wait till the evening and i cald him again and he is not responding. So please do the needful as soon as possible.

            They just keep saying today or tomorrow will be done but nothing done till now.

              Bought the AC on 24/5/2020, not cooling, informed local voltas guy, as I live in first floor, HE ASKS ME, IF I HAVE A LADDER?, DO ALL THOSE LIVE IN 1ST AND BUY YOUR AC SHOULD BUY A LADDER, ?, THIS HAS HAPPENED DURING 'SHABBY INSTALLATION. Informed local guy 4 days back, again asking for a ladder. Pay twice the cost of the product I'll buy some other brand.

                      Dear sir,
                      I have purchased a voltas split ac model no. 183v mzj3 r32 (1.5 tonnes) in june, 2019 from reliance digitalno. Second floor, z square mall, mahatma gandhi rd, kanpur, uttar pradesh 208001. The ac unit purchased has not been working properly for the past few months. When informed to the dealer he has asked me to directly contact the company to get the problem solved. I have approached your authorised service centre in kanpur nagar and have spoken to mr. Neeraj gupta (Phone no.: [[protected]]); my old complaint date is (30 july, 2020). Mr. Neeraj gupta had informed over the phone that they will get the unit checked and. They didn't take any action. I have tried reaching him 7-8 times in the month of 30th july and 25 september but he has stopped responding to my calls. It’s a brand new ac and its compressor is not working properly. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as it is under warranty. Also request you to take action against your authorised service center akarsh electronics who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the purchase ac. He has been using bad words whenever i try to tell him the problem. This kind of after services are not acceptable from a reputed company like voltas. Nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in the next 2 days i will not be left with any other option but to approach the consumer court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.

                                  From 30 july my issue is been raised today is the 46th day still getting the same answer "part has been ordered but not yet delivered. From costumer services getting the same answer we have passed on your request to higher authority & you will get the call but never received any call. Synergy guy also don't know when i will receive my part. Area manager doesn't have a time to speak & solve this issue. Its look like that voltas had given me air conditioner as a charity.

                                    Dear team voltas,

                                    I m extremely dissatisfied with your product. It feels as if buying this ac is the waste of money. Last time when your technician visited my place, i. E around 15th - 16th july 20, they changed all the pipes to ensure there should be no leakage further or no for that case, no problems further.
                                    But again today i have raised a complaint against the product (Sr-[protected]) because this ac has stopped working and some noises are coming from the ac as if the pieces inside is falling apart and lightening is taking place inside the ac.

                                    Now i request you to kindly send your technician and uninstall the ac so that i can throw it away. Or else this time i will seriously take some other action of filing a complaint in consumer forum. I done with your product and will ensure no further acs to be bought from your company or for that matter of fact, any product from voltas.

                                    I am sure you will definitely take an appropriate action against it.

                                      Hi,
                                      I would like to inform you that i had booked the voltas split ac service which was done on 3rd september. First of all the technician were not competent enough and neither did they had the tools for ac service. Upon asking they told me that company does not provide them tools. I was highly dissatisfied ith the service they provided.

                                      Besides this, after the ac service, my ac remote stopped working, which was working before. I have been chasing the cco of voltas of my area (Mobile - +[protected] and the service technician (Mobile - +[protected] also but they have not yet visited my home to fix the remote. I am highly disappointed and frustrated for this behaviour. I was told that till 1 month of the service i can raise if there is any issue. It has been almost 15 days and even after constantly contacting them nobody has visited my home. They are not even responding to my calls. Please help me in this regard.

                                        I am purchasing a window a c 1.5 ton of voltas company. I was purchasing it in july 2019 then after 1 month the a c cooling coil was defective then service centre replaced it and now before 2 months my a c was defective again then again service centre were repair it then now my a c is defective again and i am calling to customer care before 3 days no were technician is visited. The service of voltas service centre is so poor. So please see in this matter on priority. And reply as soon as possible.
