It has been more than 30 days (From 20thaug) since we have registered the complaint but till now neither the customer care centre nor the service centre (Super breeze regd.) has taken any action regarding changing of coil. Now they are even not picking up the call at all.

    Hi, i hv purchased a voltas ac from Flipkart before 4 months. now a days when ever i am turning on the ac, it is making a noise while running. It is very noisy and hard to sleep with such noise.Please check this issue ASAP

      As per my complaint registered, your service person had attended on 24th august 2020 and given reply in writing that odu pcb has to be replaced. Till date the issue is in pending. Kindly take necessary action and sort out this issue.

          From 30 july my issue is been raised today is the 46th day still getting the same answer "part has been ordered but not yet delivered. From costumer services getting the same answer we have passed on your request to higher authority & you will get the call but never received any call. Synergy guy also don't know when i will receive my part. Area manager doesn't have a time to speak & solve this issue. Its look like that voltas had given me air conditioner as a charity.

          I have bought voltas inverter a.c 1.5 ton.as well as i have another inverter.but a.c not working.i register complaint.service engineer came and checked.he tells that board not working..so it will take 8000 for replacement board.why its happen in 2 years.

            Dear team voltas,

            I m extremely dissatisfied with your product. It feels as if buying this ac is the waste of money. Last time when your technician visited my place, i. E around 15th - 16th july 20, they changed all the pipes to ensure there should be no leakage further or no for that case, no problems further.
            But again today i have raised a complaint against the product (Sr-[protected]) because this ac has stopped working and some noises are coming from the ac as if the pieces inside is falling apart and lightening is taking place inside the ac.

            Now i request you to kindly send your technician and uninstall the ac so that i can throw it away. Or else this time i will seriously take some other action of filing a complaint in consumer forum. I done with your product and will ensure no further acs to be bought from your company or for that matter of fact, any product from voltas.

            I am sure you will definitely take an appropriate action against it.

              Hi,
              I would like to inform you that i had booked the voltas split ac service which was done on 3rd september. First of all the technician were not competent enough and neither did they had the tools for ac service. Upon asking they told me that company does not provide them tools. I was highly dissatisfied ith the service they provided.

              Besides this, after the ac service, my ac remote stopped working, which was working before. I have been chasing the cco of voltas of my area (Mobile - +[protected] and the service technician (Mobile - +[protected] also but they have not yet visited my home to fix the remote. I am highly disappointed and frustrated for this behaviour. I was told that till 1 month of the service i can raise if there is any issue. It has been almost 15 days and even after constantly contacting them nobody has visited my home. They are not even responding to my calls. Please help me in this regard.

                I am purchasing a window a c 1.5 ton of voltas company. I was purchasing it in july 2019 then after 1 month the a c cooling coil was defective then service centre replaced it and now before 2 months my a c was defective again then again service centre were repair it then now my a c is defective again and i am calling to customer care before 3 days no were technician is visited. The service of voltas service centre is so poor. So please see in this matter on priority. And reply as soon as possible.

                  I have few queries regarding recent split ac service done for my ac:

                  Query 1:
                  I have raised a service request for my Split AC.And during service it was found there is some insulation issue found with wire.
                  The wire needs to replace but we don't have it now with us.
                  The Technician said we came to service the AC and you need to separately raise the request and have to pay again for the service charge to fix this issue.
                  Is that the policy?

                  Query 2: Regarding servicing, the technician said that the outdoor unit fan cannot be cleaned ?Is that the case with split AC that outdoor unit is not part of cleaning?

                    I have purchased voltas split ac 1.5 ton in year 2017 from ac point sector 14, gurgaon 122001, suddenly compressor stopped working and i am trying to contact your customer care team but they are not responding.

                      Had purchased one voltas split ac as detailed below.
                      1. Name of the product : voltas 243v-szs/2.0 ton split ac
                      2. Name of store from which purchased : great eastern retail pvt. Ltd.
                      Ho chi min sarani, kolkata-700061.

                      3. Invoice no. Skp/sa2021/00341 dtd. 10/06/2020

                      Within a week after installation it was observed that water drops were falling from the indoor unit and the same problem is still continuing despite the fact that complaints were lodged multiple times and the indoor unit has been checked by their maintenance team on all the complaints. After visits made by mechanics the relief was for a few days only and water drops are falling again from the indoor unit damaging my furniture. There is no doubt that you voltas supplied a defective unit to me and therefore i need a replacement immediately. Sending mechanic again for temporary repair with a tape is not acceptable. The unit is being giving me problems from the first day itself and voltas is not repairing the machine.

                          My name is lakshman singh tanwar. I live in h. No. F126 tirkha colony ballabgarh, faridabad, haryana. Sir, i am very upset. I bought voltas' ac on 24 june 2020. Which was bought in the name of naresh. This is split ac and a half ton inverter ac. A few days later i had it installed. A few days after the installation, there was a problem of leakage of water and the problem of not cooling. I reported this problem to the service...

                          I have 9 voltas 1.5 ton split ac’s in a building. 6 ac’ s in them have gas leakage problem. I am facing this problem since march 2020 and regularly complaining about the same on customer care. Technician visited sometimes saying today we don’t have gas with us, sometimes took indoor with them and bring back with problem unresolved. I am complaining here because i am not getting any support. My ac’s are in wta (5 year warranty period). Purchase year in 2018.

                            Hi,

                            We brought new ac from amazon on nov - 2019. We raised compaint as room not getting cool with request no [protected] on 24th aug 2020.

                            Service executive reached on 26th and checked it. Informed as it's gas leakage issue, we need to replace. As it's under warranty, it will take 5 days to get new part. We will be back. Closed the request by updating as resolved. But till date, no one came to fix it.

                            Almost 10days, no proper response from that person.

                            Customer support team given local manager mobile number. Local manager ask to call customer care and no proper answer.

                            Again raised same complaint on 4th sep 2020 (Request no is [protected]).

                                Air/ mam, ive bought voltas split ac last year february. After first free service, water leakage problem stil exists. The mechanics four times serviced it. Even on 11th feb, mechanic took the ac for service to their centre telling me that v should change the coil and it's free of cost for warranty exists. After 15 days they reinstalled it. They told me they changed the coil but later the service centre receptionist told me they r waiting for the coil. Once v received, wil rectify the problem. But it doesn't happen. Stil the water leakage problem exist. Day before yesterday on 30rd august, again i raised request for water leakage through watsapp. Mechanic came on 3rd september did something and charged me 500. For service request. I'm much depressed in this issue and the service made by u. Suggest me what to do.

                                    I have been facing a problem with p3 error for my air conditioner, find below details of the same.

                                    Sharing you the video of the error message through google drive.

                                    This is with reference to the subjected matter which i have been following up with your concern team for more than 4 months, the technical team has attended the call more than three times in the situation of covid 19 pandemic.

                                    The problem still persists, and i being a customer have been left shocked with this behavior, the last time when the technical team visited my place they insisted that i need to fix an stabilizer which indeed will resolve this p3 problem.

                                    Recently i have attached the stabilizer and found the same problem, can you please help me to get this resolved at the earliest
                                    Also to inform you this time i would need some proper investigation, and not false perceptions from the technical team.

                                    To my surprise i seen similar cases reported for voltas on the consumer complaint site, still the technicians are unable to solve the problem.

                                      I bought Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 star split AC white through flipkart on 20.04.2019. Within one year duration I am facing issue of non cooling, I registered services request for many time but no service person came during my one year warranty period. I again register complain of same on 18th July, 2020.After that Godhra District Valtas Authorizes service centre technician came and taken away my AC compressor. After one and half month yesterday 03rd September, 2020 technician reinstalled compressor and GAS refilled but still my AC cooling issue do not resolved. Technician demanded money but we inform to resolve our same issue and provide Voltas Company bill than after we will surely pay Rs.2, 200/- as discussed.

                                      Today 04th September, 2020 I called technician Mr.Manhar to resolve same cooling issue and provide me bill of Rs.2, 200/- for Gas refiling charges. He denied to come my home and told me to deposit Rs.3, 200/- in my personal bank accounts than after I will visit your home.

                                      This is purely irregular & illegal demand without providing proper services, resolve issue and any bill how can Voltas Service centre technician demand such Rs.3, 200/-. I am having recoding of same demand and conversation.

                                      I am very much unsatisfied with this Voltas company Service and I want to complain all platform till my issue not resolved. I will not suggest to purchase any Voltas products.They are very much poor in their after sale services and their service centres technicians are inefficient to resolve Voltas product issue and demanding money in personal bank accounts.

                                      I am attaching the invoice of same product purchased and request you to take necessary all action against this Voltas Limited company for not providing required services to their customers.
