Hi, I ordered and got delivered Voltas Beko Dishwasher on 22nd of October 2020, the product is got scheduled to install by there Voltas Representative on 25th of October 2020. We were waiting till that day and not even received a call from them. So finally we find the local agent number who install it and he accepted that he will install it by the next day. We accepted that too and we were waiting, but still they do not respond even we call them repeatedly. When they lift the call and when we are asking them they were very arrogant spoken with us and refused to do. So i would like to take a necessary action on the local representatives to change there way of attitude towards the customer and looking forward to get my machine installed asap. I have registered complaind for ac before 7 day. But not resolved yet. I have purchase it on 13/05/2020. There are problem in on /off. And display are not working properly.

Timer function is not working. Machine time is reverse . Not end the process. Reverse many time

A subcontractor was sent to repair my room window AC which was not cooling effectively . He checked and said there is a leak in the cu tube and gas is completely gone. Took out the machine and kept on floor and sent someone else next day. He didn't come. This new person confirmed leak due to a hole in the tube and by welding arrested the same. Said initially will fill has and start but later after talking to person A said would come next day and placed on the floor and went.
Next day when I called A said they are on the way at 11 30 AM. Didn't turn up till late evening. Called the subcontractor and fired them for useless customer service. Suddenly person B turns up at 630 PM . I didn't allow since it was night. He came again next day during my lunch time only (12nto 1 PM) though my request was 10 AM or 3 PM.
Job done gas filled and machine started.
But condition has not improved. Sent a sms to sub contractor I am going to take up with Voltas. No response so far.

My Ac is not working properly. It is not cooling as it was cooling some days back. I think it needs servicing.

After many complaints, i have received new indoor unit mechanic came and installed new indoor unit, but my problem have not solved, i have purchased tata voltus 1.5ton 5 star unit after four year indoor unit pc board failed i maid complaint to tata voltus company they arranged a new indoor (3 Star)unit with company cost i paid but my problem has not solved so please kindly respond, please arrange a new indoor unit here iam attaching my bill where i have purchased

I gave a complaint and your service people get it done. (It took 7 days) after few days only the same problem happened. Again i gave a complaint on 30 th september. Till today nothing happened. I escalated the complaint to asm mr uday. He responded in the morning and given assurance to get it done to day. I wait till the evening and i cald him again and he is not responding. So please do the needful as soon as possible.

I am having 1 ton voltas inverter Ac. Now the external unit is not running. Internal unit in working fine. Seems like some connection issues. Please reply back ASAP.

Their service is really bad and they don't have any data to tell exact how much time compressor will be installed in dispenser.

They just keep saying today or tomorrow will be done but nothing done till now.

Fed up with this Voltas service.

Bought the AC on 24/5/2020, not cooling, informed local voltas guy, as I live in first floor, HE ASKS ME, IF I HAVE A LADDER?, DO ALL THOSE LIVE IN 1ST AND BUY YOUR AC SHOULD BUY A LADDER, ?, THIS HAS HAPPENED DURING 'SHABBY INSTALLATION. Informed local guy 4 days back, again asking for a ladder. Pay twice the cost of the product I'll buy some other brand.

I have purchased a voltas split ac model no. 183v mzj3 r32 (1.5 tonnes) in june, 2019 from reliance digitalno. Second floor, z square mall, mahatma gandhi rd, kanpur, uttar pradesh 208001. The ac unit purchased has not been working properly for the past few months. When informed to the dealer he has asked me to directly contact the company to get the problem solved. I have approached your authorised service centre in kanpur nagar and have spoken to mr. Neeraj gupta (Phone no.: [[protected]]); my old complaint date is (30 july, 2020). Mr. Neeraj gupta had informed over the phone that they will get the unit checked and. They didn't take any action. I have tried reaching him 7-8 times in the month of 30th july and 25 september but he has stopped responding to my calls. It’s a brand new ac and its compressor is not working properly. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as it is under warranty. Also request you to take action against your authorised service center akarsh electronics who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the purchase ac. He has been using bad words whenever i try to tell him the problem. This kind of after services are not acceptable from a reputed company like voltas. Nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in the next 2 days i will not be left with any other option but to approach the consumer court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.

I have purchased a a/c last year march 2019. As per the shop and users manual 2 free service are offered but still there is no free services provided even it is registered. There is nobody contacted as well in this regard. I need a revert on the subject matter with a solution at the earliest as possible.

It has been more than 30 days (From 20thaug) since we have registered the complaint but till now neither the customer care centre nor the service centre (Super breeze regd.) has taken any action regarding changing of coil. Now they are even not picking up the call at all.

Hi, i hv purchased a voltas ac from Flipkart before 4 months. now a days when ever i am turning on the ac, it is making a noise while running. It is very noisy and hard to sleep with such noise.Please check this issue ASAP

As per my complaint registered, your service person had attended on 24th august 2020 and given reply in writing that odu pcb has to be replaced. Till date the issue is in pending. Kindly take necessary action and sort out this issue.

I bought 2 ac, this company has cheated in the name of year free serves.

From 30 july my issue is been raised today is the 46th day still getting the same answer "part has been ordered but not yet delivered. From costumer services getting the same answer we have passed on your request to higher authority & you will get the call but never received any call. Synergy guy also don't know when i will receive my part. Area manager doesn't have a time to speak & solve this issue. Its look like that voltas had given me air conditioner as a charity.
