I bought two voltas ac 1.5 ton each .
One in the year 2017 and the other one in 2019. Since then we have to regularly get the gas filled in both the ac and have also got the coil changed of the ac bought in 2017 and the ac bought just last year too. This is not what you expect from such a prestigious brand. I am so disheartened with both the purchase and also not likely to recommend anyone.

Sir, i had complaint on 27 jul 20. After that, as per policies, within 24-48 hours after giving complaint, mechanician will attend the complaint. A rat has entered inside the indoor unit and don't come outside. It may damage the inside of the indoor units. However, after giving complaint, nobody has attend the complaints. If any damage will occur then ur company will pay for this. My request no is [protected].

Sir with respect to above mentioned subject i needs to resolve my ac problem. It does not gives the cooling effect it might be due to the gas likage. So i needs repairing of ac. Kindly help me.

He person who came for installation of my ac installed it very pathetically. Now i camplaint about it now his screwing me and not coming back for its correction.

I have purchase Volta's split Ac on 08/02/2020 but due to covid-19 my city is Under lockdown that's why my split Ac not o installed.

I have requested a installation service through Voltas customer care but and after that receive call from Your Authorized service centre the are charging 1500 but Instead of 599.

And also charging for Outdoor Angle on which Outdoor will mounting.

So I request you to help and provide complete Information about company charges that are fixed by your company.

I own a voltas 1.5 ton split ac and the ac has issue like not cooling well and wire was burnt inside the ac and i called up for a technician visit and technician visited my place and was claiming that it was a rat bite but they was no was for rat to enter ac and moreover the hope was 1/2 inch size. I spoke to the manager but manager is not responding to any calls and he was rude in behaviour. The worst company ever is voltas and i want voltas hq to take immediate action against the service center in pondicherry.

I am getting p3 error code on the ac bought 10 days back. I want you guys to fix this as soon as possible or replace the entire ac set because problem within 10 days is completely unacceptable. I turned off but again p3 error reported in display after 1 hr.

Hi Team,

I was give the complaint about P3 not solved since 6 months and water is coming from AC.Due to lockdown I was did give any complaints about water. Service person came suggested stabiliser to be installed to avoid P3 error so I have brought it but the issues remains the same.

Hello, I am Birender Kumar, purchased Voltas 1, 5 ton Split AC, 2 year Back.

My AC was not Colling from last few days and creating a different sound, for that I registered a complaint in Voltas customer care ( complaint no. [protected]), .
Today (20-July-2020) the technical person come and check the AC and found AC required Gas filling. He estimated cost of Gas filling will be Rs 2500/ and only for this advice he charged Rs 400/ even he done nothing.

My product is under warranty period but technical person refuge it.

Kindly resolve my issue

My ac cooling decrease so I complain for it . But the service of company is just ridiculous around 20 days are over but no statement. Such a bad services

I have purchased voltas inverter ac on may 31 2020. It worked fine till 11 july 2020 and suddenly it started showing an error pc 01. I believe there was a voltage fluctuation and thereby that error took place. We logged a complaint with voltas customer care, we had a technician coming in to check after more that 24 hours. He had checked and suggested us to contact the line man as we were apparently receiving high voltage. Line man checked and informed that we are receiving the voltage what every house is receiving and not high voltage. I had to lodge complaint again with voltas for technician visit. This time he had told that pc board in th external unit is burnt and need to be replaced due to high voltage. Was it not his responsibility to check and inform properly in his first visit? We had the same technician coming in two times. All this process any way took a week now they say the pc board has to be ordered and received from mumbai and it will take more than 10 days. So we have no ac working for almost 15 days in jut 2 months of purchase. Is it not your responsibility to give speedy response to your customers? I am highly disappointed with the customer service of your company. I want a quick solution from my problem. I would never recommend any of my known people to buy voltas ac.
