I rakesh jaiswal son of late ramnarayan jaiswal resident of house no 1031 b block avas vikas colony unnao up mob no [protected]. I purchased a voltas split ac 183 v adw from mahamaya mega mart 650 moti nagar near raibareli railway crossing unnao up mob no [protected],[protected] gst no 09abmfm8960e1zr on dated 29 may 2020 sr. No. Eu 183vadw (R32), 4552528a19fc06169, 4512555d9eb04110. A. C its not working properly from the first day of installation. I have made many complaints to voltas service center and mahamaya electronics also. The complaint no.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] as followed. More then 5 voltas service engineers came but they cannot solve the problem and each engineer told a different problem. So sir please help me on above problem as soon as possible because after few days the weather conditions are going to normal and no need for a, c.
