Greetings for the day!!!
We purchased a voltas sac183iz13 on 5th july, 2019 from rajouri, j & k (Invoice attached). Within few days of purchase in august 2019 ac stopped working and a complaint was registered but due to restrictions of article 370 revocation technician came in september and informed that the compressor is having some fault and need to be sent to jammu for repair and we took the compressor to jammu on our own expenses. Service people at jammu repaired the compressor and we again took it from jammu and shipped back to rajouri on our own expenses. After reaching rajouri technician came and said that there is no gas and filled the gas into it. After a few days winter season started and ac was no longer used. On 20th may, 2020 with the start of summer season we started ac but it didn't work and again a complaint was registered on 21st may, 2020 again technician came on 8 june, 2020 and again filled gas. After filling gas ac worked for only one day and stopped working. Again a complaint was registered on 19th june with complaint number [protected] but till now no one from the service center responded. Now when we are calling the service center they are repeatedly saying that our senior will contact you but no one called back, when we tried to contact the senior he doesn't receive a call.
The above facts are self explanatory that what amount of harassment and inconvenience we are going through but there is no support form voltas service. Company didn't even ship the compressor to jammu and back to rajouri. The ac is having some kind of manufacturing defect due to which it does not work even for a few days of purchase. I request the service head to kindly replace the defective ac and provide a new one as your technicians are unable to repair it even at jammu service center.
If the company does not replace this defective ac i would be forced to move to consumer court for replacement of ac and compensation for the harassment and denial of service etc.
Looking forward to resolution of the issue.
N again on 8th of july 2020 a. C stops wrking n cooling. But no employ of voltas company picking my phone. Iam v. Much harresed by the company plz help me

Once again voltas team jammu not replacing my A.c this season also .last year when i complaint about voltas product .they came to my residence but after one week A.c again stop cooling . So i requst them to replace ..but yet ..They take it very lightly ..now in june 2021 again i complaint about voltas replacement because in this pandemic n in this hot summer my family n kids suffers alot .so i registered a complaint in the month of may ending .n voltas technician came to my house on 08/06/2021. n saying that apke A.c ki leakage ka pta nhi chal rha yeh humse theek nhi hoga..so isko replace karein.. gay..but my complaint is that during these hot days once again team voltas harrasing me by not picking my phone calls .even one of the ASM named Arun misbehaved with me n saying " Hum apke naukar nhi" Lakin me Sandeep ro customer hu..jisne jabse product purchase kiya hai tabse suffer kar rha hu..so its my hand folded request to u that please consider my complaint n take some steps against these employs and voltas team .to replace my A.c with in a week time .i hope u should take some strict action against voltas n there team

    I purchased voltas ac in 2016.
    1st it's external aluminium fins start leaking. No response from voltas then i repaired it from outside.
    Now its compressor is not working.
    But still they are not responding.
    Compressor is under 5 year warranty.
    I don't have bill.

      On 26-jun-2020, i have purchased a voltas split ac 1.5 from rajputana rifles, delhi cantt, delhi - 110010 (Jain radio).
      When the installation team came to install my ac the opened the box and found damaged cabin of indoor unit. I called to dealer to replace it and he send someone from service center (A. M. Services) to lodge the complaint.
      That guy said my unit need to replace and it will be done in 4 days max 6 days. He raised a complaint and gave me a silp of it. But today its 9th day and that unit not replaced yet.
      I called service center they said we didn't receive yet and can't say when the unit will come.
      Someone please help me as summer is on peak and i am not able to use the product which i already paid for.
      This type of service is damaging the name of voltas.

        Hi team,

        I am getting p3 error code on 2 of my ac that I bought together a month back. I want you guys to fix this as soon as possible or replace the entire ac set because problem within a week is completely unacceptable. I turned off but again p3 error reported in display after 1 hr.

          I purchased 2 acs of 1.5 tonn voltas from tata cliq.
          I purchased indian ac from india website as for local for vocal.
          I ordered on 15th june 2020 but received 2018 models.
          Both the acs are not working from day one., both of them are showing f4 error.
          Technicians have visited 7 times but they are unable to find solutions.
          I spent around 80 k from my hard earned money.
          Voltas and tata cliq together are making customers fool
          Earlier i am having panasonic ac, it has never given trouble in past 7 years
          I want my money back

            Hi i bought 2 ton inverter split voltas ac but gradually it stopped cooling within 15 days please help i tried calling customer care multiple time but everytime call gets disconnected.I thought being an indian brand voltas is good but it is the sheer case of metal harrasment from the product.please help my contact [protected]

              Dear sir,

I have made many complaints to voltas service center and mahamaya electronics also. The complaint no.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] as followed. More then 5 voltas service engineers came but they cannot solve the problem and each engineer told a different problem. So sir please help me on above problem as soon as possible because after few days the weather conditions are going to normal and no need for a, c.

                Dear sir my free service has to attend on April due to covid I received message from service department that they are unable to attend service due covid.and again send message that your zone is in red zone so we will attend later but today I call service centre then they told me that I have to pay 500/- sir it is our fault it's your duty to attend if your person not come so it's our fault sir all fan co and other ac co visit and they are completed his pending work without charge do needful

                  Hello,

                  I am facing issue with voltas product (1.5 ton window ac) since last 6 years. Product was purchased in 2011 and stopped working in 2014. I called customer service and technician visited he told me compressor is not working and he will replace the same within 2 working days.

                  I waited for two days but there was no response then i contacted them again and again for a month but there was no response from them nor from customer care

                  Later my father passed away i would also like to share he was heart patient and brain stroke patient warm weather was not suitable for him same has been conveyed to your customer centre and workshop and there was no response. Such a inhuman behaviour if they told me it will take months to replace compressor i would have purchased new ac. Wrong information given by workshop guys was very upsetting.

                  I was getting calls from voltas team to change the faulty compressor after few months but i refused to do so and asked them to change the complete unit.

                  I have all the records of the complaint which can be shared with you if required.

                  Complaint raised in 2014.

                  4 complaint raised from 2014 to 2016.

                    We bought voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac in last year august 2019. Not even completed 1 year too much noise is coming from indoor unit. Very worst product. It's better to buy daikin or other good brands.

                          I parches volts 1.5 ton split inverter ac on 19 June 2020 13 days go today but ac not cooling well i complane many time but no result found..
                          really so bed product and so bed service i suggest every person never purches volts product.

                              I am nitin panchal from vadodara (Gujarat)... I own 4 voltac ac at my home... But one of my new ac is not working since 20 days... I complaint and one of your colleague came to my house n said that theres a problem in p. C. B... And then he checked my bill... And said your machine is still on warranty so will replace the part within 7 to 10 days... But now 20 days has gone... They have not replaced p. C. B not even they have contacted me... I contacted them but not received any proper answer from their side... I also contacted your manager najeeb but i got very bad response and he was very rude... So now i request you to clear this problem... Or else i ll throw ur ac and will not buy any o[censored]r ac and never suggest anyone to buy voltas ac just because of service... I had very worst experience with u guys... Hope u take this seriously and fix the issue... Thank u

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Good day to you.

                                  I had purchased an AC - Voltas 1 ton split with inverter on the 12 May 2020, from Kothari Sales

                                  In the peak summer when I needed it the most. The problem as below:
                                  After I purchased it I was not provided a bill.
                                  The kothari sales person - Mr. Parth told me that installation will be done tomorrow on the 13th of may and will charge Rs 1500
                                  The next day the installation was done but with lot of errors. - The installation person charged 1500 + 400 for drilling hole, the hole was not filled with putty, the wires were not connected properly just kept naked. Please see photos of installation.
                                  During installation I realized that the remote display was not working.
                                  I called and messaged Mr. Parth of kothari sales the same day. Please see Whatsapp screenshot.
                                  This is when the problems started. Since then i have been to kothari multiple times and requested completion of installation and bill. which kothari sales did not give me.
                                  I understood that due to the lockdown it might take time as advised by kothari sales.
                                  I raised a complaint which was closed by the installation person on call. I kept raising complaint and they called and closed this i came to know by the messages. Please see the screenshot of the messages.

                                  One lady from the installation office called me to tell me that they will send the remote earlier this month and said that the installation bill will have GST and require extra. I am a honest person I want a bill with GST. I have not received the bill ylast week on sunday bearing the date 13.05.2020 while the payment was made on 12.05.2020 and the bill does not include the 2% credit card charges and installation charges.

                                  Also, the lady said that the installation charges was 600 or 700 ( I don't Rem) and that she will send me 500 rs cash as I was charged extra.

                                  Finally last week I received a call from voltas and I explained my problem and raised another issue which was again closed to by someone else who called them and closed. from phone number [protected]. I can't even raise a complaint over the phone as it will be closed by someone else from kothari sales or the installation company over phone. I am not aware of the system.

                                  Sir. I am a working professional in Bhavnagar Gujarat and work Monday to Saturday. I only get Sundays at home. Its been over a 1 and a half month and no resolution yet.

                                  My AC remote is not working and the temperature is stuck at 28 degrees. What is the use of this AC as the entire summer has already gone.

                                  I had bought the Voltas AC thinking Voltas is a good company with reach in small towns also but I feel cheated and I have not been able to use the AC.

                                  Please accept my prayer and take the AC back and refund my money. I hope you will do justice.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    1. We have installed one 1.5 ton split ac in our office complex at meerut.

                                    2.ac was purchased in may 2019 and is not working since april 2020, due to lock down the call center was not responding. Finally i was able to speak to call center on 16 june 2020 and complain no [protected] was register. As their was no response for two days i called back the call center and they cancel led my complain no [protected] and gave me new complain no [protected] on 23 june 2020.

                                    3. I was informed that complain no [protected] is been cancel led as the service center where my complain was register is not working.

                                    4. Regarding complain no [protected], i had to coordinate with call center and received phone number of service center in meerut.

                                    5. Finally the service representative visited our office complex on 25 june 2020 and informed that pcb card is damaged and will be replaced by the company.

                                    6. On 26 june 2020 i got a message on my phone that my complain no [protected] is cancel led, i had to call the call center and get my complain activated again. Now iam getting call from voltas call center that my compliant is cancel led.

                                    7. You are requested to look in to my complaint and provide an early solution, failing which i will be forced to file an complaint and look for legal options.

                                      I was trying to register my product my newly purchase voltas window ac 1.5 ton unit. But not able to do so because their website doesn't have functionality to register a new product or even register a complain.
                                      I have purchased ac in june, 2020.
                                      I want to register my window ac so that i can avail warranty in future if needed.

                                        Bought ac (Split type) in april 2018, but it stopped working since march this year, tried and approached the dealers, service centres etc. The error visible on screen was p4, after so many attempts, the service provider figured it out as "defect in motor". Since then they are issuing dates after dates to replace the same even after agreeing to pay the cost of expenses. Despite being a customer of such a leading cooling equipment brand, it is quite disappointing to experience such maintenance service. I understand the ongoing phase of lockdown, covid - 19 and pandemic but after waiting for this long, even i expect to utilise the asset during need of heat waves, humidity etc. I believe that we deserve better, responsible and more professional services from brand like yours. So, it's a humble request to you and the authority concerned to look into the same and not letting us to wait for the upcoming year to use the much needed voltas leading product.
