Dear voltas team,
It's an extremely serious issue. My ac has got a problem with the pcb board. After making complain serviceman came and said action will be taken as soon as possible. But 15 days have passed, so far no action has been taken from your end. May i know what is the issue??
I bought 3 spilt inverter acs from khosla electronics, kolkata in may 2018. One of the acs malfunctioned in march 2019, and its pcb was replaced as it was within the warranty period. But as soon as the warranty period got over, another ac's pcb board malfunctioned in june, 2019.
Tell me one thing you people are advertising and claiming that your inverter acs are best and you offer best after sales service, is this the kind of worst product you make and offer such disgusting after sales service???
I bought 3 acs, 2 of them malfunctioned and currently i am eally worried about the last one.
I want a very specific reply from you, why these acs are malfunctioning and why your after sales services are so bad??
