My registration number is [protected] one month back i bought a voltas split 1.4 ac from amazon and retailer sent his electrician that's guy did a blunder mistake and abruptly leave water drainage pipe after a month ac wall became wet bcoz of water drainage. I filled a complaint and another electrician came from shree electricals who told me that installation guy who came for fitting put outer fan in extra distance just to make money extra for copper wire. We gave 7000 rs for installation and he left pipe in hurry because of which we face problem.

    I have voltas split ac. I have requested so many times to voltas's athourised service centre to provide service but no response from the company side. My compaint closed without provide any service. My request no. Is [protected] dated on 21-06-19, 25-06-19 and 29-06-19.

    I want to compensation for this negligence because company's duty not only to sell a product but its responsibility to provide service for a product and also depreciation of my ac due to not providing service from company on time. Till date no technician visit us for this purpose.

    I request to you sir plz provide us relief.

    I purchased this ac 6 months back ..it worked for a month ..and after than winters came..not I started again summer's .and not it's not working..I done complaint several times.but still not my problem is resolved..2 -3 times person came from voltas to see the ac..but still not it's working.. plz look into this matter.

      Complaint# [protected], raised on 12th Jun for AC remote which is not working, and due to this we are not able to use the AC, AC is hardly 5 months old and your remote is already dead, site engineer visited twice but it is still not fixed look like inexperience service team who doesn't know what to do, and they still not able to provide any resolution from past 1 month. Your local person Sajith doesn't know how to interact with the customer and he doesn't respond to our follow-up calls, look like you people are here only to sell the product, not to provide any service. This really frustrating with your customer service, I will be escalating this further if the issue doesn't resolve in the next 2 working days.

        I purchased a voltas 1.2 ton inverter ac (Model 153v dzv) from flipkart on[protected]. And the ac was installed today[protected] by voltas authorised service engineer after i directly contacted volta's customer care.
        But when i tried to register for the comprehensive 5 year warranty for the product i was denied. I did send the sms wta to [protected] but voltas said since i bought it from flipkart the extended warranty will not be available. They said the offer is only for products bought from authorised dealers. But since they installed the product and also the product serial number (Serial number - 4552369a19bc11098) is also registered on their website for the regular 1 year warranty. So i don't understand why voltas is saying that my product cannot be covered under the comprehensive 5 year warranty since nothing is mentioned in their offer page about not buying from flipkart.
        Please kindly help me since i have used my hard earned money to buy this ac and would like to have the best protection for my product as other voltas customers have.

          In the month of may’2019, we had issue with our 1.5 t voltas window ac and it has been resolved via job no: [protected]. The cause mentioned was cooling coil repair, capacitor, gas charges and visiting charges totalling to inr 4000.

          After approx 2 months, my ac stopped working again. So we submit our request on july 2nd 2019 via job no: [protected]. On july 5th, technician zafar visited and used my ac remote to turn on the ac and after inspection confirmed that cooling air is the issue and since you get it done within 3 months, it will be fixed again at no cost.

          Our ac got picked on july 5th itself and got delivered today after continous follow up. I was told that my pcb is not working properly today evening, after my calls. Whereas, zafar used my ac remote to turn it on and check it.

          I was unnecessarily asked to spend another inr 2400 for fixing the pcb. And now when my ac delivered, its panel is not working and i cannot change the temperature or mode. Which must be a fault from your side. And to fixed by voltas at no cost.

          Please make sure to get this issue resolved within next week as my kid is small and we cannot have our ac running at 23c fixed permanently as it will also cost environment!!!

              To, whom it may concern,
              I purchased my voltas 155 cy 1.2 ton 5 star split ac on 02/04/2017 from shop clues, saler's name anuj trading company, 180 pratap nagar, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi, phone-[protected].
              Ac had a warranty period of one year from 02/04/2017/ to 01/04/2018, the compressor warranty is for 5 years till 01/04/2022.
              When i make it installed, the mechanic says"sir your ac looks different because it is not giving instant cooling as other ac do". As i was not aware about the way of functioning of ac so i neglected hill, secondly i was getting my first split ac.
              Till 20/6/2017 its cooling came to zero, i complained, voltas service men came and refills the gas but didn't try to find the reason of leakage of gas.
              On 23/03/2018 this ac again face the problem of leakage as told by service mechanic against my complaint in this regard.
              This time again only gas filling is done not the cause is found out.
              On 01/06/2019 i again felt the same problem, this time ac is out of warranty. Your mechanic comes and checks ac properly without my request because a called him for gas filling only.
              He concludes a minute leakage in condenser coil whose replacement cost is 6500 rupees.
              But when i saw him working i saw something like oil leakage from compressor, about which he didn"t explained.
              This condenser coil does not have any active or passive damage or any rusting, i personally have seen without touching this great machine, then how can be a leakage in condenser coil and if it is then it is a manufacturing defect which repeatedly and intentionally neglected to repair till the expiry of warranty period, because it could cost heavily for the company.
              Its an indirect cheating. It is like continuously giving a paracetamol in fever without finding the cause or type of fever. How funny.
              So, before making any legal proceedings in this case please answer my questions within 2 days.
              1. Hiding/ not sorting out any problem in ac even after two visits repairing person isn't it a violation of warranty promise?
              2. Who is responsible for this?

                I bought a voltas split ac (1.5 ton) from value plus retail pvt. Ltd. Which shop situated at nagar palika road deoria 274001. I bought this ac on dated 04-june-2019. They delivered the product on 05-june-2019 and installed by mr. Ravi (Staff of voltas service center) same day. After installation my ac were not cooling then we calls voltas helpline, voltas service center and also i call value plus retail pvt. Ltd. Then after 20 days technicians visit and says that indoor are changed after that we again call to value plus retail pvt. Ltd. Then we received new indoor on dated 24-june-2019. Then again technicians visit after 2 days and installed the new indoor and charging the gas but next day again same problem occurs. My ac again not cooling. After that we informed to mr. Sheetal mishra (Area incharge working in voltas service center). After 2-3 days he again send the technicians and again charging gas but its time my ac not cooling i told to technicians onsite same time but he says that it will cool after some time and gone from there. After that i calls many times to mr. Sheetal, voltas service center but they did'nt pick my phone calls. I was socked when he call back to me and says that its not my faults i have no gas when gas will received then i will send the technicians.
                Kindly resolved my problems as soon as possible also i suggest that voltas services are so bad and they could not give better services to his customer.

                  I purchased voltas window 1.5 ton ac with 5 years comprehensive warranty from hariom electronics (Unit of hari om retail pvt ltd) lajpat nagar delhi. Mr. Abhishek (Representative) bring this offer to us and we agreed on this offer.ac was delivered and installed on time. But as per abhishek for 5 years warranty offer we need to register by sending one sms. He him self sent that message "wta" and told us you will get the call max in 7 days. But we didn't get any call yet even i resend that message after 14 days, still no call. When i talk back to abhishek he simply said its about message he doesn't know why there is no call.

                  I request voltas please resolve my issue and register my product for 5 years comprehensive warranty. Hariom elctronics is very bad retail no support after sale they don't care about customer relationship.

                    Voltas has cheated me with money and REFUSE to fix the product even when in warranty

                    I received the below communication on the submitted request:
                    Comm 1: "Your SR No [protected] is proposed for Cancellation, Reason: Beyond Repair Machine. To stop Call [protected] or escalate to [protected]@voltas.com"

                    Comm 2: "Dear Customer, Your 'Premium AC' is Beyond Repair ref SR '[protected]"

                    I first registered the request on Apr 10 and it took Voltas almost 3 months to decipher to the above only.Voltas kept me in dark for about 3 months saying that the part had been ordered and it will be fixed within FEW days everytime I called customer care and the authorised service centre, Infinitiy Solutions!!

                    Please let know why would the Company is unable to fix my product for which I paid handsomely earlier. As suggested by the company I always had it serviced by Voltas until now.

                    I believe the company MUST fix the product asap.And SHOULD NOT send such communations as it is liable to service the product which it has manufactured.

                    Please DO NOT CLOSE the SR as the product I own is still not fixed.

                    I require Voltas to call me at my phone number and get the product fixed as the Voltas customer care executives have an affinity to drop customer call when they cannot answer to the queries and it has to be started all over again with the new call and new executive.

                    I hope Voltas considers this email on a serious note as the Company had so far not been able to service client until now!!

                    Also please note that I have to address this as a grievance to consumer forum if the company does not communicate on this email within 24 hours.

                    I would like to register it as a complaint in the name of company and like to see strict action taken to file the customers and misguidance.

                      We have purchased voltas invertor ac from flipkart on 7th April 2018.
                      Just after one year of completion and out of warranty it's started trouble.
                      On 9th June 2019 compressor was not working properly then I contacted voltas customer care then the engineer came and has done service and said your unit is out of warranty and charged 450 rs. Even though voltas has done service on 26th May.

                      Now again even though not even though one month is completed ..unit is started the same kind of problem..compressor is not working and one or two times I have seen p3 error on the display unit

                        I have voltas 1.5 ton window ac -2014 model. On 15.06.19 when my ac stops working, i register complaint with voltas customer care - request no. Is [protected]. On next day when technician came he told me that your fan motor is not working and it will be handled by voltas workshop. On the very next day i. E. 17.06.19, i receive a call from voltas workshop and he obtain my consent for purchase of fan motor. At the time of obtaining my consent he told me that the motor will be replaced within 2-3 days. After the expiry of 3 days i called him and this time he told me that your ac model is old so it will take another 2-3 days to arrange the motor. Again i call him after 3 days and this time he told me that you talk with mr. Krishan chawla-service center head and told him to supply the motor as early as possible. I called him several times but he had not picked my call. Meanwhile several times i called voltas customer care to help me. Finally, i receive a call on 03.07.19 from workshop that motor is supplied by service center but when the technician came to replace the motor then he found that new motor does not match with my ac motor. Again i called voltas customer care and this time he arranges my call with mr. Chawla and this time he told me that it will take another 2-3 days to arrange the motor.

                        After that i told the workshop person to return my motor which he has taken with him to arrange the new one and finally on 05.07.19 i receive a message from voltas that "you have requested for a reschedule beyond six days for sr [protected]"

                        I have only one question that how a voltas is india's no. 1 ac company when they will not able to supply the fan motor of just 5 year old ac even after the expiry of 20 days.

                        Now finally i take decision to repair my motor from outside market so that my ac will work and in future i will never buy any voltas product and never recommend anybody to buy the voltas product.

                        My motive of filing this complaint is to bring the reality of voltas staff behaviour and working culture.

                            Hi, I have purchased a split AC in the month of Feb 2019, I have logged a complain for not cooking properly having complain no [protected] on 27th June, The engineer came but problem not resolved and case had been closed. I have again logged complain on 29th June but till time no response received from ur company. Again I have asked the customer care on 4th July again no response received.
                            What should I do should I log a complain to consumer forum? I want to change the AC immediately.

                            The mechanic came and was trying to repair but while repairing I look the scenario the condensor coil was already repaired which was shocking for me how is it possible in new AC I have not sone previously. Request you to replace the product and stop cheating customer. How repaired product is being sell as a new product in shop.

                              Very much dissatisfied with voltas product. Its going lower day by day. I have 11 voltas ac in my family and 3 at my home. Brought 2 ac last month only but now i think it's my fault to trust it blindly.ac which i brought last year, it's not cooling only after 1 month of purchase. Filed complaints but service people just come and go and problem still exists. Today also, they came and told gas leakage is there and another person will come tomorrow to solve it i have taken leave today only for this purpose and today also it's not done. Request to do the needful by today only. Very much unsatisfied 🙄🙄😈😈

                                I have lodged complaint for repairing of my voltas ac vide request no.[protected] and same has been attended to on 30.06.2019 with replacement of condenser and charging of gas. There was leak in the condenser so the gas leaking for which no cooling was felt. The technician from the service center of sambalpur was deputed for the purpose. After a through checking they got the fault with condenser where in the gas was leaking. So they advise me to replace the condenser. Accordingly i agree to it and the technician contacted to sambalpur service station and asked them to send one condenser which was received at deogarh and got replaced.
                                Here doubt has been arised on the cost of the condenser. Previously i have contacted with the service station regarding rate. They intimated me that the cost of the condenser is about rs.3500/-, but the technician collected rs.4700/- towards the cost of the condenser. The condenser was supplied to me without any bill supported with the article. Arbitrarily they have collected rs.4700/-. Secondly, as regards the charging of gas, the technician intimated me that 1300 mg gas required for the first charge. Doubt has been arises whether they have filled up 1300 mg gas in the ac? And collected rs.2200/- towards the gas. Thirdly, i have received sms message from you " your requested no.[protected]is resolved. Fe collected rs... (Not mentioned). At this stage we are in darkness please clarify me that whether i have paid the correct amount and trty to intimated the cost actually they collected from us and the actual price of the condenser and procedure to check regarding filling of gas actually how much they filled in.

                                My AC outer blade is broken. The Voltas service dealer visited and changed the blade but after changing blade it again broke. Same happened 5-6 times. Dealer didn't find any mistake. The service person who visits to repair are illiterate in their own work. Please see the issue.

                                  It has been three days since when we purchased a volts 1.5 ton air conditioner and we are extremely unhappy with the service. First of all there is no clear communication on the installation charges neither from the dealer nor from the technician. We ended up paying more than what was told to us. There is no proper installation done till today and we have been trying to reach the technician numbers of times and very irritated with their non-responsiveness. These people kept on changing the technician and we ultimately suffered following up with them. After all the trouble in installation there is a problem of water leakage in inside unit which they are again not intending to fix immediately.

                                  I think the bran sells with word of mouth and customers review. I would definitely not recommend voltas to anybody. A big no for the kind of service they have provided so far.

                                    My split ac stopped cooling. The complaint was made with service centre on 13 jun 19. The service engineer visited, filled the gas and charged rs 2100 plus rs400 visiting charge. The ac worked for week plus but again stopped cooling. The complaint was lodged again on 23 jun 19. Service engineer visited and told that there is leakage and a subunit is to be changed. He said he had demanded the item vide order no[protected]. Inspite of number of requests made on tele the part has not arrived yet and the ac is non functional. Request for looking into the matter & expediting the same.

                                        air conditioner: technician left the ac open with massive risk of accident

                                        The model r51m/bgce bought in june 2016
                                        Was leaking a week after installation and had to be repaired. Second
                                        Year also i paid 3000 inr for gas and repair. Now the third year,
                                        Apparently the fan/or some back unit has to be replaced as well for
                                        Total price of 5000. 2 weeks after that, i was told that i was sold a unit with aluminum filter which is not repairable, and now they will replace it with copper.in 2 years...
