    I have purchased an inverter ac last year on 24th may 2018 and i have been following up for my ac repair as there was colling problem from last two months and 3 times your service enginiers has visited every time they have told that the preious guy has not done proper work last time on 22nd engineirer has visted and ask that your ac i out of warranty and 650 rs will be charged for repair any how i have agreed he did some cleaning but have changed then he ask that there is not enough gas so we need to fill it and same will be charged and he left.
    Surprisingly when again i call the customer care they have told that your call has been closed and they have visited the house again and reairing is done and now thigns have been resolved but no one has visited and nothing has repaired till date.
    People from customer care and from servie teem are behaing live government official and asking to call and here and ther and keeps on postponing the to resolve the issue. Now after one and half month latter they have identified the issue and now asking the one week time for replacment.

      I just wanna submit a complain about the ac. The ac has been bought just 3 months before and its not cooling in the way it has to. We just put it on whole day at 16 degree and its still not cooling from morning till evening a bit. So just wanna warn you to immediately look into the issue otherwise i will have to take some immediate actions as i am facing too many problems.
      Waiting to hear back asap. The engineer and the technician just visited 7 times till i am disturbed but every other person have some other reasons for the lame excuses but not providing me the solution. I just want to replace my ac as its not cooling after the gas has been refilled and wiring is checked./

      Take some immediate and try to provide better service.

        Hello voltas team,

        I have bought one split ac on may 2018 and got problem of water leakage in last 2-3 days even after regular maintenance servicing was done 35 days ago.

        I called to voltas support but they said i have to pay to the technician if he visit to check the issue.

        This is very disappointing response from the support and very bad experience too by getting this problem just after the the warranty expired.

        So please look into this issue and reply me what i have to do.

          Dear voltas team,

          It's an extremely serious issue. My ac has got a problem with the pcb board. After making complain serviceman came and said action will be taken as soon as possible. But 15 days have passed, so far no action has been taken from your end. May i know what is the issue??

          I bought 3 spilt inverter acs from khosla electronics, kolkata in may 2018. One of the acs malfunctioned in march 2019, and its pcb was replaced as it was within the warranty period. But as soon as the warranty period got over, another ac's pcb board malfunctioned in june, 2019.

          Tell me one thing you people are advertising and claiming that your inverter acs are best and you offer best after sales service, is this the kind of worst product you make and offer such disgusting after sales service???

          I bought 3 acs, 2 of them malfunctioned and currently i am eally worried about the last one.

          I want a very specific reply from you, why these acs are malfunctioning and why your after sales services are so bad??

            I had bought voltas invertor (2 ton) split ac. I had submitted complaint on 16 june19,, complain no is [protected], regarding non-functioning of ac. It's been so long my ac is not yet repaired. Tens of time in a day i made calls to customer care, service technician, service centre and the owner of that service centre (Jai verma) and even to area sales manager (Mr. Vicky, who is not picking my calls since last 10 days.) of voltas but there is no satisfactory response from any of them. I’m facing a lot of mental harassment from voltas regarding all this. Take appropriate action pls...
            I have all the proof of their commitment like calls recording, whatsapp chat and text msgs if needed i can send you.

              I have purchased a window 1.5 ton ac from ace technomark (Gip) noida in an exchange offer. I have received a faulty unit and it is not even powering on. I had to spend my night in a hotel as the old ac was gone and it was impossible to spent the night with a kid in the delhi heat. The dealer was non cooperative and asking me to do all the things to fix my issue. Now seeing the attitude of the dealer itself i have lost all the trust in the tata brand and do not know how they will fulfill their warranty. I do not want the ac and wants a complete refund asap.

                Hello

                I have facing issue since the day i purchased the ac.
                First i had to make multiple follow ups for the installation. Later 2 very ill mannered engineer turned up.

                Soon after installation the led panel stopped working. We called for service and the guy who turned up said that some wire was left loose.

                1 week after installation we figured that the installation was incorrect. They did not setup the drainage properly. The ac was full of foul smell water.

                Once this was fixed, i raised another call for the noise from the ac, which is still unresolved.

                Please work for the replacement of the system.

                  I purchased voltas 63 l water cooler with remote control. There is a tank alarm system in this unit. Even if there is sufficient water level it gives an alarm due to which water pump will not work. Every year i cont change the sensors for tank alarm unit. Please ask them to give a parmanent solution for this issue or change the unit which doesn’t have this system.

                    We have made a complaints in the company regarding the replacement of the ac outdoor fan but the unprofessional behaviour of the company's employees they are not taking action against it. As it has been more than 15-20 days.

                      Sir I had requested the service center to service my window voltas 1.5 ton AC which was not cooling and the service people attend my call and check my AC and said there was a leak in piping and it is not repairable and they do not want to take any risk and charged me Rs 350 for visit saying that as it is out of warranty therefore they cannot do anything and it is a scrap now as it is not repairable but outside service person came and repaired it without hesitation and now it is working properly so I want to raise the concern that how efficient are the authorized service centre and the charges they take now I have no faith in VOLTAS brand as due to its inefficient service centre.                         Hi,
                        I have purchased voltas split ac & product was good as usual the tata brand but major issue of their services and ignorance even cheating by giving fake bill with high charges!!!
                        Initially the installation was very poor and the service center also not bothered about the quality and closing my complaint without resolution everytime.
                        Finally after many follow-up, they have attended the installation issue and corrected better than previously (Some concern is still there but they have assured me for any fault in future due to this improper addressal will be voltas responsibility) but during installation they have charged me very high wrongly and given the fake and local bill. For same i raised the issue to voltas area manager (No responce at all), then reached to regional manager also but they have tried to close loop but unable to resolve the issue as its involve the billing issue. Now still struggling to get the proper invoice along with part detail which they have installed (Note: they have used local item part which they are not able to provide original bill). Now they are very confident to ignore the issue, shared multiple mails, telephonic conversation but issue is still as it is.. From tata brand this was not expected so highlighting here also to take action. However everytime getting assurance only but no action.

                        Just to update, Voltas is still given false assurance.. from last 2-3 days am getting call from their customer care and they r asking me the status instead of giving resolution. Surprisingly they are still closing my complaint without resolution. They have given me fake invoice also without item code, item description, price, qty etc...which was never expected from TATA.

                        Worst and never expected services from voltas. Still regularly I am getting call from voltas customer care for updated status of demo and am reminding for actual issues of extra charges and original invoices. But useless from the same executive also getting multiple such calls. So am considering that no body is there who will actually look into the issue. Here am sharing the 2 different bills for same work what voltas has given to me but still seeking clarity on item code, price and the brand for which they are charging such huge amount. Also clarity is required for which bill to refer finally to quote in department of consumer affairs

                        Can you please confirm the action being taken to resolve the issue and also please share the resolution date and original bill with extra charges amount apart from the shared bill here the cash memo from my side.

                        Just to inform, no resolution have been provided from voltas after multiple follow-up and sharing the post here along with fake bills. But always complaint has been resolved like this only. Shame to voltas concerned team who are such irresponsible while working in tata group.

                          Dear sir, i had purchased a freezer few year before, date 25/02/2017. Now days it is not under the warranty but compresser have warranty date because company gave 3 year warranty compresser. Few days ego our freezer not cooling working properly. I have call continue day by day before 3 days in voltass costumer care but company employees not give properly reason. Now day your worker not come there for check the fault.

                            सर यह फ्रीजर 13 तारीख को खराब हुआ था और उसकी कंप्लेंट कर दी गई थी और कोई भी कंपनी की तरफ से रिस्पांस नहीं आया एक बार टेक्नीशियन आया था उन्होंने इसका कंप्रेसर खराब बताने के बाद यह का वादा किया था 25 तारीख को ठीक कर दिया जाएगा उसके बाद सर यहां कोई नहीं आया और अब तक यह fridge बंद पड़ा है जिस टेक्नीशियन का हमें नंबर दिया गया है वह फोन नहीं उठाता तो हमने कोई गलती कर दी क्या कि वोल्टास का प्रोडक्ट खरीद कर इस तरह कस्टमर को तंग करना यह कंपनी के ऊपर एक नेगेटिव इंपैक्ट डालता है कृपया करके इसे जल्दी से जल्दी ठीक करवाएं

                              Tareekh pe tareekh, tareekh pe tareekh voltas service center to ye he de sakta hai.. Pehle 17 june fir 25 june fir 1 july aur ab 7 july...,. Aur kitne din chaheye 1 pcb badalne k leye.
                              9june 19 ke complain hai. So called no. 1 company ek pcb bhi nahi badal pa rahi.

                                I have purchased four ac of your company. Which i purchased last year. Felt cooling problem just after 15 days of installation. I complained, it took about 15 days to refill the gas. Again after one month i got same problem. I ignored because rainy season was close.in april 2019 i again complained, someone came and again refilled gas. Same thing happened after15 days. There is no cooling. Now since one year passes i will not get any free service. This ac is like a scrape for me. It is torturing me so please remove this ac. I am not asking for any ac in return of this only you take it return. I will be obliged.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I had purchased the voltas ac on 16th july, till now i have made more than 50 follow-ups. I think i have wasted my money and made a big mistake to go with voltas ac. Till now my ac is not in working condition.
                                  Yesterday the technician told me that he will come but he won't, again he told me that today he will come but again he is denying.

                                  Now i am frustrated with voltas. No one in the company dares to make a single call his customer about the updates.

                                  Worst service is ever seen in my life.

                                      Hi this is siddharth singh and presently located at siliguri. I had purchased a 1.5 ton window ac in may 17 and was assured by the voltas employees that service requests and maintenance schedules shall be followed up by the company as i had made them aware with my service profile, however the same hasn't happened on ground. I am a govt servant and have been away for the past 2 years on a remote area location due to my job profile and my family due to limited awareness and education could not approach the company and the company post selling the product didn't care either and both my free service vouchers are still balance and ac is in a bad state. It is appalling to see a major brand like voltas failing to do up the basic deeds rather poorly and only reflects the attitude towards consumers. You are requested to address the issue and help me avail free service that has not been rendered to me failing which i shall be forced to initiate a legal action from my side against voltas.

                                        Today we installed ac of voltas inverter. And at the time of installation it shows error e6. The technician came for installation says same motor or sensor if ac is not working. At the moment we feel ditched by your company. Why company not did final testing of product before packaging.
                                        Please guys maintain the reputation of tata's. They made it since long run.
