I bought aircooler from raj electronics bus station road hata kushinagar uttar pradesh 09 pincode 274203 on 22 may 2019 after one week the cooler mother had stop working i complained to seller he gave me a no who cared about such products but he also give me only time to reach me today tomorrow and within 2 days or three days but he did not came here then i again contacted to seller and he send a person who checked and told the motor is not working and motor will be changed after that i contacted many times but there are no reply from that person. So tell me what i do? I hasina from village and post shahjahanpur district deoria uttar pradesh pincode 274408.

    I had purchased new window ac 1.5t from "bombay electronics" industrial area jagdishpur district - amethi (Up) on 02.06.2019. After installation unusual sound is coming from my ac. We have called three times to customer care number but no technician has not attaended my complain till date. I called to madam debolina and she was trying to contact to mr. Ashish srivastava (Head sultanpur) but she failed and she had connect me to area manager. Area manager connected me to mr. Ashish srivastava via confencing. Ashish promised me to solve my problem on 24.06.19. At 5 pm i was calling to ashish srivastava but he never receive my call then i called to my shop holder "bombay electronics" then he send his own technician. I got message from voltas that your problem has been solved. How it can be possible. Voltas customer care is to most careless.

      We have purchased on 01.06.2019 through tata cliq two new 1.5 ton adjustable inverter copper split a. C. Machine installed at my new apartment i. E. Om skylark, block-1, flat no.10d, 59 b. T. Road, kolkata - 700 002, but one machine is not working out of two machines. Your service centre sent your technician, who has after inspection informed that one censor is not working. Being a new machine, you are requested to please replace the machine immediately as it is defective, otherwise i shall have no other alternate but to approach to the appropriate authority.

        A split ac was installed on 18th june 2019. The outlet of my split ac is just kept on a slab without any screw or support. Despite of calling the service agent (Named chotu, as he told me with his phone number being-[protected]) many a times, he delayed the work. At last today he refused to do the job and was way too rude while talking. Kindly look into the matter asap and i ask for strong action against the service agent (I already have provided the details).
        A quick response would be much appreciated.

          Hi,

          I am gunateja, bought voltas 1.5 ton ac for 40.5 k and within 2 months ac damaged, i have raised complaint # [protected] on april 12th, customer executive gave me service center number: [protected], it never works,
          I got the correct number ([protected]) from outside sources, they came on 14th after repeated calls and said pcb board is damaged and it will take 4 days to get that part, i said ok but when i called care to check the status they said 22nd june is the delivery date of pcb, we needed to vacate the home by 19th june and without pcb board we can't uninstall the ac,
          We have no other option other than vacating the home without ac, we told owners that we will take it by 23rd june,
          When i call customer care on 17th for status, they said pcb board delivery date is 30th june... So i got tensed and daily been calling them to get it faster as i commited date to owner... But today instead of getting it fast.. They said delivery date is 5th july... I am left with no options now... Can't tell another lie to owner like voltas... And another persons should join there.. I called to manager but no proper response... Pleas help me to solve issue

            No service provided by the voltas for invertor ac despite a number of complaints on customers care. My complaint no [protected] has been closed six times without even a single visit of the technician. It seems that customer care is only to register complaints, not to solve them. Very poor service of voltas after sale, even customer care only give assurances, they do not botther. Due to this reason i bought another lg invertor ac, more good in quality and service provided within 24 hours. Again very dissatisfied with voltas.

              I have purchased voltas ac just in april and it is not cooling properly.. It doesn't cool the room even at 17 degree temperature which is highly u accepted from the world level company of ac volta's. I want the engineer should visit and check. If the problem is solvable he should solve otherwise company should provide me a new ac if they are not able to find the solution.

                Sir,

                I am colonel (Retd). R. Rajkumar. I have been working in afghanistan for 10 years now as a security advisor.

                My family resides in lucknow and had purchased a voltas ac 1.5 ton from messrs. Sawhney electricals, sadar bazar, lucknow cantt., on 17 july 2018.

                The ac strarted malfunctioning last week and my wife contacted the voltas repair unit who came and took the ac for repairs. After three days the ac was brought back and re-installed. After hours it again started to malfunction and was blowing out warm air.

                As long-time ucliebts of voltas products, we are extremely disappointed that a reputed and respected company like voltas is unable to ensure the satisfactory performance of a very basic product.

                  Very sadly i wish to inform you that, i purchased a product voltas 1.5 ton inverter 5 star (Bee rating 2018) delux cool 185v dye split ac (White) on 12.06.19 which was delivered on 18.06.19. Request for installation was raised on 19.06.19 but even after 4 days no technician had yet contacted me for installation. More than 8-9 times i requested to customer care to resolve my complain then they asked me to contact service center on [protected]/ [protected] but no one is responding my calls. I have been frustrated and harassed in last 4 days. The after sales service is very poor. 2 times customer representative hold my call to connect with higher authority and hold me waiting for 17 mins and disconnected the call without any conclusion.
                  I ask the management, what kind of service you are providing to customers. I was also asked not to install the ac from other technician outside your company else warrantee will not be covered.

                    I brought TATA all weather split ac 1.5 ton ac from munger electricals in year 2014.n satisfied with TATA product. But now due to inefficent technician who tarnished the satisfaction.He Confirmed pcb damaged/ censor not working/remote not working n many more issues like motor is working slow when on 9/6/19 I lodged complaint about ac not working with request no.[protected].
                    Since then following up with the agency or even with your manager went in vein. Your manager Mr Rajeev Ranjan not even bothered to revert or call back or support in resolving the issue .
                    Such callous n rude behaviour with customers I don't think is known to be the culture of TATA industries. Hope the sanctity will be maintained.
                    Its now 13 days passed with status quo.
                    Trust you will help in resolving n prioritizing my complaint to the satisfaction.

                      We had purchased an air cooler of 70 litres capacity on 18th june 2018 by the registered name of Pratibha Rathore. Recently the pump of the cooler became dysfunctional. Also the wheels at the base of the cooler are broken.
                      We registered a complaint regarding these issues with the complaint number-[protected] on 12th june 2019. We were promised that our issues would be resolved within the warranty period. But just today they cancelled our complaint which was well registered before the completion of warranty period.
                      Due to sheer carelessness of the service, our warranty period has ended and our issues are still unresolved. It will be appreciated if you resolve this issue as soon as possible with the warranty being extended just because of poor customer service.

                        My AC was sent to service centre to refill of gas and to recitify leakage if any, i was asked to pay Rs 2750. But next day i hot message that it was beyond repair and machine was dropped to my place. When i asked call centre they did not had any answer. A technician suddenly came and he installed the machine he took Rs 2750 from me. I dont know if he had refilled the gas. When i askef about leakage he did not answer. When asked at service centre they kept me on hold for 20 minutes.
                        I think they are cheating.

                          We have registered a complaint for AC not working condition at our Home. Complaint was attended by Arakkonam service centre, they were not properly communicating the actual fault, the time limit was taken more than one month but still the AC was not working. We paid to service charge and Fan charges. Service peoples of Arakkonam didn't have proper technician and way of speech and behavioral not satisfactory. Kindly give priority and take necessary action immediately.

                            We booked a schedule last month in May 2019 for the free Service of our newly purchased AC last year on 13/06/2019. On visit of your technician service was denied in want of original bill, we requested him that as you have all our information linked with our mobile than purchase date and bill date should be with you Which is given by your dealer only. On this argument service denied and now the free service period has been expired on 13/06/19. We are using other brands and other electronic devices as well but none of them ask us or annoy for the bill or other verifications as they get all these from their own database before the end visit.                               My Voltas Window AC is not working from last 25 days, I have filed a complaint about services around 24 days ago but still, it is not fixed.
                              Many time I called a service center and customer care they only giving me time but there isn't any improvement, they only passing time and moving me around, Which is ridiculous and intolerable. Please check my Service request and put it on an emergency case.

                                I bought a split ac 1.5 tonne from voltas two years ago. the after sales service is very poor. the ac's gas started leaking within two years the people of service center came and could not find the leakage they somehow repaired it and charged rs 2200 fo the service with a guarantee of 45 days. within a week the ac's gas gas again started leaking. i then again filed a complaint on 13 june, 2019. now its 19 june, 2019 and no action has been taken till now . kindly do the necessary as it is giving us lots of inconvenience.

                                  I purchased voltas 32 ltr air cooler before 1 month ago. After 1 month it suddenly stopped working. After raising complain in customer care technician did not visit the side with in 24hr instead after following up with the customer care multiple time technician called me after 36hr and asked me the details of the problem.He suggested me that the main motor got damaged and need to replace and it will take some time. I asked please visit he said the same thing i will do after visit. So i called the customer care and asked me to get replace the cooler completely .But they are not cooperating and always giving me excuse.
                                  I really got frustrated about this and need the resolution asap.

                                    Hi I have a complaint of my split ac which I took July 2019 and didn’t even use for a month as I live out of india and this week my brother went india and asked for maintenance and today the guy arrived at home and said there is charge of 4000 for maintenance of ac which I got to know and got shocked that what kind of company is this which is charging for maintenance not even a year passed please take my complaint seriously and rectify the issue .

                                      Heavy noise coming from the AC. Many time complaint submitted but no body is listening. I received call from customer care, every time they told me that our service engineer will visit to your home but no body is attending this issue. Me and my family suffering almost from 2 months with this heavy noise problem in AC. Our experiance with voltas AC is very disappointing.

                                        My Name is Sandeep, I am writing in regards to the Service Request No. - [protected] that was made on 16th of June’19. It is so disappointing to see that a brand like Voltas is so unprofessional. No one is coming to install my AC. The technician from Muzaffarpur denied to Install my ac due to a different district and According to the database of Voltas the pin code and my area are in Muzaffarpur (Olipur - 843117). After follow up of multiple time there is no response. Very Poor after sales service by Voltas service providers. The contact number of Muzaffarpur Service centre is [protected] (Rajeev Ranjan).

                                        Valtas company tecnitions are irresponsible they have not value for customer time and money, wrost behaviour so bad attitude, from 2 days I am waiting for technition but they have bad behaviour the saying but not come and not responding phone also, they are layer, very bed service won't deal with valtas never I anybody won't want to be harres
