Hi,
I am gunateja, bought voltas 1.5 ton ac for 40.5 k and within 2 months ac damaged, i have raised complaint # [protected] on april 12th, customer executive gave me service center number: [protected], it never works,
I got the correct number ([protected]) from outside sources, they came on 14th after repeated calls and said pcb board is damaged and it will take 4 days to get that part, i said ok but when i called care to check the status they said 22nd june is the delivery date of pcb, we needed to vacate the home by 19th june and without pcb board we can't uninstall the ac,
We have no other option other than vacating the home without ac, we told owners that we will take it by 23rd june,
When i call customer care on 17th for status, they said pcb board delivery date is 30th june... So i got tensed and daily been calling them to get it faster as i commited date to owner... But today instead of getting it fast.. They said delivery date is 5th july... I am left with no options now... Can't tell another lie to owner like voltas... And another persons should join there.. I called to manager but no proper response... Pleas help me to solve issue
