I kept on requesting to install, but service center kept on delaying. Firstly they did not picked up the phone.Later on when they picked they kept on procastinating.I kept on requesting to voltas customer care as well, but all efforts were in vain.
They too I BELIEVE have no sense of responsibility and they hardly care for what they say.I m fed up with their conduct . I BELIEVE voltas should take up responsibility of installation much seriously or rather they should handover the installation responsibility to individual shops.
We have bought a.c. for comfort, but we still have to suffer day and night with in the summer. Though, voltas may be top brand but they really dont deserve to be standing TALL as a brand name. I think strict action must be taken against the service provided by them. We are victimised and we feel we have been mistaken to buy voltas a.c.

    Raised multiple tickets against the same issue with Voltas customer service helpline ( case id#[protected]) and a technician visit was issues by them on the June 17 2019 by US Center (after sales service francisee in Kolkata) and they charged me Rs.400 to explain me my situation that I already knew about and therefore had them at my place to resolve it for me.
    Because the unit it installed on the 3rd floor they wanted me to get a bamboo stair installed from outside to provide better servicing for both the indoor and outdoor units. After they left that day since then I have been trying to reach the kolkata service franchise byt none responded. Person handling the customer front Mr. Anindya Ghosh from US Center in Kolkata was ordeally rude and unprofessional over yhe call. However, I registered another ticket on June 19 2019 (case id# [protected]) with voltas customer service and have not received any responses from the team as of yet.

    I had purchase on 29 april 2019 and after 10 days ac gives me trouble. I have complaint 10 times but there is no respond plz replace my ac as soon as possible.other wise i have to go consumer court and prime minister office...ur customer care centre making fool to costumer...kindly replace my ac ...

          We have bought a Split Ac in the month of May, We started to use it from 18/6/2019. It broke down on 12/6/2019. You can imagine the condition when you have purchase AC for your comfort and it broke down in the month of June when temperature i s 45 degree and above . We have raised the complain to the dealer from where we have purchased the AC. Technician came after two days but in vain, he could not repair and said someone from voltas will come to repair it. But not to our surprises, no one came . We went to the shop again to ask, again we have been promised engg will visit in the evening. Everyday it has been promised that engg will come but no one came. Today it is 6th day and the AC is still not working . what is the use of spending on AC when we have to get roasted in this heat. Pleas get it repaired immediately of provide a new AC for kindly provide us our money back . It is not even 2 months of purchase and it is breaking down as such

              I had purchased voltas 1.5 ton 3star inverter ac 0n[protected], then nobody came for free service, now I am facing problem with outdoor unit. And consulted the dealer and local service centre. But no response from the distributor. We are working in appartment Construction department, we will purchase so many ac units, and never faced such type of problems. First time facing with the ac, dealer, service team and technician's of voltas in guntur. Please help us, to trust voltas for further purchasings. Mainly service team was not responding quickly take some action on those dealers in guntur, and give dealerships to responsible persons.

                I had purchased a Voltas 1.5ton Split AC (5 star) on 30 June 2018 and on 8 july 2018 it got some problem with outdoor unit they took that unit to their service centre and installed again.
                Again in may month it got failed and repaired and now again it got failed.

                I dont want to use such faulty unit of Voltas.

                While asking for a replacement they shared multiple numbers and asked me to contact dealer, sometime servi cec centre some time are sales manager.
                No one is helping me out and my AC is not working since last 1 week .

                on 30 June 2019 its warranty will get expired and all the future expenses will come on my head.

                I belong to middle class family and cant afford such high maintenance AC .

                Looking for your support to get that faulty AC unit replacement or refund of my money.

                As your Team members forced me to get the compressor changed as they said filling a petition will take long time to resolve the issue.
                For the time being they have replaced the compressor of the unit.

                However i am not at all satisfied, i need a replacement of this faulty unit.

                      AC bought just 55 days back is not cooling. Finally technician visited, and now he has informed that the PCB (can we say brain of AC) is faulty and will have to change. It will take 4 days. Why can't it be replaced soon, specially when I need the AC to work urgently? Don't you have multiple service centres? Don't you keep spare parts with your service centres? Why just changing a part will take 4 days?

                      When I tried to call customer care that can this be expedited he blatantly said no. This guy named "Manish Kumar" was so unsure about what he is saying, felt confused between product and product parts and suggested me to get a new product altogether. At the request that I need this to be resolved by tomorrow anyhow and to raise the concern let me highlight the concern to his seniors, he simply kept my phone on hold for eternity.

                      What kind of service are we expecting from Voltas. And my [censored] decision: got the second AC from Voltas just 2 weeks back. I regret trusting the name "TATA" so blindly.

                        I have bought a 1.5 ton AC from Suraj Prasad & Sons (CHITRATOLI ROAD, ARA, BIHAR-802301)
                        He billed me the with the serial number (4011294A19BC00967) but when I was opening the AC CARTOON I got know that I have received different product with different serial number which is (4011239A18KC02697). Then suddenly I rushed to dealer and asked him to change my product as I have received different product.
                        And it’s been more than 20 days and still the issue is same. So I just wanted to get my product which has been billed to me.

                          its not even an year has is completed and we are facing problem with our AC
                          the technician said the coil in not working, my request no is [protected].

                          we already have to more splits(Hitachi and Samsung ) in our home and they are working fine wit more than 2 years now this time we trusted in you and it was not up to the mark.

                          we request you to please either get the machine working or get it changed ASAP as this is the peak time and we are suffering coz of this .

                          hoping you will try and make it up to further uphold the brand credibility in our minds.

                            I've complained voltas about my problem. It's been more than 2 weeks the problem has not been solved. No response from voltas. Complaint number [protected]
                            I've talked with voltas associates and area manager of voltas and other concerned people they have been telling stories and delaying this since 2weeks. I was told I'll get new ac but it's been 2 weeks I'm waiting for ac but I didn't even receive message regarding same. Summer is going to end but voltas is not even looking at my problem. My ac is brand new and it's not even been 1 month since I bought ac.

                              I bought a Voltas air cooler about an year back from Bajaj electronics Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. After using it for 4 months, the pump stopped working. When I tried calling the Voltas service centre, there was no response from them. Then I asked the Bajaj electronics people about it, they said that ‘Voltas service is very bad, they don’t respond, sorry we cannot help you’. After that the cooler is lying without service in my house. My experience is that I have used many brands, but the worst service is from Voltas. I advise people not to buy any of Voltas products. TATA is good, but Voltas is bad (service)

                                voltas ac showing pc 01 & pc 08 error

                                I purxhased Voltas AC one mo the back. Now I am getting the PC 01 & PC 08 error in the AC display panel. Not getting the expected support from Voltas customer care.                                 We gave purchased Volta's AC on 02 Jun'19. From day 1 we are facing the issue that cooling of ac is same on 20 degree & 16 degree. AC is not cooling properly. It look like ac is not working. Further, voice is also making disturbance. Initially we thought since it is new hence it may take slightly time but since from last two weeks we are facing the issue, hence we are making complain. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                I had Purchase voltas Ac last month I installed it on 12x10 room in a low roof top room their cooling are very low even they not cooled out full room, in short please change my ac or fix my problem ASAP.

                                  I m Dr Anil pulipparambil. I purchased an 1 ton inverter AC from NANDILATH GMART, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur dt on 7th April 2015. It's there in my clinic since then. Cooling was good for past 4 yrs. Last week of March 2019 I noticed that cooling is not there. I called up the authorised customer service centre. Complaint s registered with no [protected]. They came and without inspecting properly they told that gas is not enough and filled it. It was alright for the next 2 weeks but then again the same problem came up.
                                  I called the service centre . This time the complaint was registered with no [protected] and was assigned to egg Nandhu. They took the AC May 23. After few days and multiple phone calls they concluded tat there 's a hole in the compressor and it can be replaced under warranty. On 13th of June they brought back the AC. But it was still not working. Took it bak to service centre on 14th.
                                  Sir
                                  I[censored] have ever been to a dental clinic and undergone any procedure u will know that each of these procedures will take 30 to 45 minutes. Without AC with the patient and doctors sweating how can v complete such skillful job with precision.
                                  I m a great fan of TATA products. I insisted many doctors to buy the voltas AC. But if they come to know about the poor service experience where will be the reputation and good will of the company.

                                  Complaint was registered one and half months bak. Till date this person Nandhu never called me. I noticed tat all the work has been performed by some guys who have no knowledge on air conditioners.

                                  Pleas take up this issue with utmost priority and importance and resolve it as soon as possible

                                    Hello,
                                    I did purchase voltas 1.5 ton AC on 24/04/2019, The installation was done by 2 young guys who are inexperienced and did a very worst installation. Then we start AC to test and then found the display not working, the guys said sir we can't do anything, you need to contact with the seller, then I did call to seller and he said I can't do anything, sir, he said AC came from company directly and we just send to you . If it's defective then contact customer care. And from the past two months, we just fed up to call everywhere and no one cares about it, They provide the worst product and then said we can't do anything. I did attach the invoice copy.

                                    Please resolve this issue at the earliest so that I can use my new product, else I will escalate this issue to an even higher authority.
