We booked a schedule last month in May 2019 for the free Service of our newly purchased AC last year on 13/06/2019. On visit of your technician service was denied in want of original bill, we requested him that as you have all our information linked with our mobile than purchase date and bill date should be with you Which is given by your dealer only. On this argument service denied and now the free service period has been expired on 13/06/19. We are using other brands and other electronic devices as well but none of them ask us or annoy for the bill or other verifications as they get all these from their own database before the end visit. Very pathatic service from voltas

My Voltas Window AC is not working from last 25 days, I have filed a complaint about services around 24 days ago but still, it is not fixed.
Many time I called a service center and customer care they only giving me time but there isn't any improvement, they only passing time and moving me around, Which is ridiculous and intolerable. Please check my Service request and put it on an emergency case.

I bought a split ac 1.5 tonne from voltas two years ago. the after sales service is very poor. the ac's gas started leaking within two years the people of service center came and could not find the leakage they somehow repaired it and charged rs 2200 fo the service with a guarantee of 45 days. within a week the ac's gas gas again started leaking. i then again filed a complaint on 13 june, 2019. now its 19 june, 2019 and no action has been taken till now . kindly do the necessary as it is giving us lots of inconvenience.

I purchased voltas 32 ltr air cooler before 1 month ago. After 1 month it suddenly stopped working. After raising complain in customer care technician did not visit the side with in 24hr instead after following up with the customer care multiple time technician called me after 36hr and asked me the details of the problem.He suggested me that the main motor got damaged and need to replace and it will take some time. I asked please visit he said the same thing i will do after visit. So i called the customer care and asked me to get replace the cooler completely .But they are not cooperating and always giving me excuse.
I really got frustrated about this and need the resolution asap.

Hi I have a complaint of my split ac which I took July 2019 and didn’t even use for a month as I live out of india and this week my brother went india and asked for maintenance and today the guy arrived at home and said there is charge of 4000 for maintenance of ac which I got to know and got shocked that what kind of company is this which is charging for maintenance not even a year passed please take my complaint seriously and rectify the issue .

Heavy noise coming from the AC. Many time complaint submitted but no body is listening. I received call from customer care, every time they told me that our service engineer will visit to your home but no body is attending this issue. Me and my family suffering almost from 2 months with this heavy noise problem in AC. Our experiance with voltas AC is very disappointing.

My Name is Sandeep, I am writing in regards to the Service Request No. - [protected] that was made on 16th of June’19. It is so disappointing to see that a brand like Voltas is so unprofessional. No one is coming to install my AC. The technician from Muzaffarpur denied to Install my ac due to a different district and According to the database of Voltas the pin code and my area are in Muzaffarpur (Olipur - 843117). After follow up of multiple time there is no response. Very Poor after sales service by Voltas service providers. The contact number of Muzaffarpur Service centre is [protected] (Rajeev Ranjan).

I kept on requesting to install, but service center kept on delaying. Firstly they did not picked up the phone.Later on when they picked they kept on procastinating.I kept on requesting to voltas customer care as well, but all efforts were in vain.
They too I BELIEVE have no sense of responsibility and they hardly care for what they say.I m fed up with their conduct . I BELIEVE voltas should take up responsibility of installation much seriously or rather they should handover the installation responsibility to individual shops.
We have bought a.c. for comfort, but we still have to suffer day and night with in the summer. Though, voltas may be top brand but they really dont deserve to be standing TALL as a brand name. I think strict action must be taken against the service provided by them. We are victimised and we feel we have been mistaken to buy voltas a.c.

Raised multiple tickets against the same issue with Voltas customer service helpline ( case id#[protected]) and a technician visit was issues by them on the June 17 2019 by US Center (after sales service francisee in Kolkata) and they charged me Rs.400 to explain me my situation that I already knew about and therefore had them at my place to resolve it for me.
Because the unit it installed on the 3rd floor they wanted me to get a bamboo stair installed from outside to provide better servicing for both the indoor and outdoor units. After they left that day since then I have been trying to reach the kolkata service franchise byt none responded. Person handling the customer front Mr. Anindya Ghosh from US Center in Kolkata was ordeally rude and unprofessional over yhe call. However, I registered another ticket on June 19 2019 (case id# [protected]) with voltas customer service and have not received any responses from the team as of yet.

Dear sir /medam this inform to you ...your product was very good...but your service was very very bad...its unexpectable...and guwahti service centre stuff was very bad ...his behave his unresponsible work are be very bad ..total service are very poor...i[censored] not provide the service so plz dont sale ur product in to the market... i belive... now customer buy voltas product then he will be hurras...and he will not happy in future with this product.

We have bought a Split Ac in the month of May, We started to use it from 18/6/2019. It broke down on 12/6/2019. You can imagine the condition when you have purchase AC for your comfort and it broke down in the month of June when temperature i s 45 degree and above . We have raised the complain to the dealer from where we have purchased the AC. Technician came after two days but in vain, he could not repair and said someone from voltas will come to repair it. But not to our surprises, no one came . We went to the shop again to ask, again we have been promised engg will visit in the evening. Everyday it has been promised that engg will come but no one came. Today it is 6th day and the AC is still not working . what is the use of spending on AC when we have to get roasted in this heat. Pleas get it repaired immediately of provide a new AC for kindly provide us our money back . It is not even 2 months of purchase and it is breaking down as such

We have purchased VOLTAS AC Machines from RECO Elctronics, Asansol in 2015. Now compressor of one of the machines is out of order.We have already made a complaint through your toll free no [protected] vide ref.no:[protected].We have contacted with them several times. But no action has yet been taken from their end.Every time they are telling that they will solve it.Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest for the satisfaction of customer.

I had purchased voltas 1.5 ton 3star inverter ac 0n[protected], then nobody came for free service, now I am facing problem with outdoor unit. And consulted the dealer and local service centre. But no response from the distributor. We are working in appartment Construction department, we will purchase so many ac units, and never faced such type of problems. First time facing with the ac, dealer, service team and technician's of voltas in guntur. Please help us, to trust voltas for further purchasings. Mainly service team was not responding quickly take some action on those dealers in guntur, and give dealerships to responsible persons.

I had purchased a Voltas 1.5ton Split AC (5 star) on 30 June 2018 and on 8 july 2018 it got some problem with outdoor unit they took that unit to their service centre and installed again.
Again in may month it got failed and repaired and now again it got failed.

I dont want to use such faulty unit of Voltas.

While asking for a replacement they shared multiple numbers and asked me to contact dealer, sometime servi cec centre some time are sales manager.
No one is helping me out and my AC is not working since last 1 week .

on 30 June 2019 its warranty will get expired and all the future expenses will come on my head.

I belong to middle class family and cant afford such high maintenance AC .

Looking for your support to get that faulty AC unit replacement or refund of my money.

I purchased one split A/C from Prakash Refrigeration service 4, Krishna Ranga complex Cholambedu Main road Ambattur Chennai.600053 on 05/12/18 More than six months passed I personaly remind them to the above voltas service centre . They registered the complaint in the computer.Three weeks passed after my complaint. My voltas all weather ac was not working so i called service centre there service guy came and took pcb of my ac today it's been 3 month they haven't replace or repair my ac everytime i call customer care they give me a date and tell they'll repair it till that date but they haven't repair so what the point in paying such amount for your acs when i cannot even use them in summer my complaint no is [protected] so plz provide me with solution

AC bought just 55 days back is not cooling. Finally technician visited, and now he has informed that the PCB (can we say brain of AC) is faulty and will have to change. It will take 4 days. Why can't it be replaced soon, specially when I need the AC to work urgently? Don't you have multiple service centres? Don't you keep spare parts with your service centres? Why just changing a part will take 4 days?

When I tried to call customer care that can this be expedited he blatantly said no. This guy named "Manish Kumar" was so unsure about what he is saying, felt confused between product and product parts and suggested me to get a new product altogether. At the request that I need this to be resolved by tomorrow anyhow and to raise the concern let me highlight the concern to his seniors, he simply kept my phone on hold for eternity.

What kind of service are we expecting from Voltas. And my [censored] decision: got the second AC from Voltas just 2 weeks back. I regret trusting the name "TATA" so blindly.

I have bought a 1.5 ton AC from Suraj Prasad & Sons (CHITRATOLI ROAD, ARA, BIHAR-802301)
He billed me the with the serial number (4011294A19BC00967) but when I was opening the AC CARTOON I got know that I have received different product with different serial number which is (4011239A18KC02697). Then suddenly I rushed to dealer and asked him to change my product as I have received different product.
And it’s been more than 20 days and still the issue is same. So I just wanted to get my product which has been billed to me.
I have attached both the serial number details
Which I have received in box and as well as with billing.

we request you to please either get the machine working or get it changed ASAP as this is the peak time and we are suffering coz of this .
