I purchased a voltas 1.5t window ac in 2017 after only 5 months o[censored]sage cooling stops i called the customer care they said cooling coil has corroded because nearby there is sewer, because it was in warrenty cooling coil was replaced free of cost then in 2018 its gas got leaked and then i had to pay 2000rs but it was leaked again in 3 months called customer care they said leak is due to sewer and they suggested to top up gas again but i refused cause every two months i can't pay 2000rs now in 2019 i topped up my gas again guess what leaked again in 2 months i suggest everyone never buy a voltas product they make cheap quality ac and never mention on their website that this ac should not be installed in houses located nearby sewers.

    My voltas ac (1.5 ton) compressor has failed on 25-july-19, i have called to service center but no one has time to listen my problem.
    Date of purchasing of ac is 22 april-2016. Its showing under warranty, so please change on yrgent basis.
    I had purchased my ac from district unnao, so please arrange accordingly.

    Request you to change the same as soon as possible.

      I brought voltas 1.2 ton inverter ac for may 2018. 1 year warranty completed. Now my ac cooling is very low. On 02.08.2019 i given service voltas customer care. They send one service person. That person no.[protected]. He check my ac. He told ac two board was fault. Board service charge rs.9500/-. Again i informed local ac person. He come and make general service (Wash &clean).ac was good cooling. Voltas company person told wrong information....

      I have purchased a split ac from mahima enterprises, sanjay place, agra on 8th july 2019. Few days after installation, i noticed that there is excessive moisture on the ac pipe which is connecting outer and inner unit and water starts dropping from the pipe. I complained it to mahima enterprises for which they sent two different people two times. Both of them on separate occasions accepted that the problem is due to faulty/inferior quality insulation material which is very thin. I cantacted the owner/dealer for the same on many occasions which he every time assured me but not getting it corrected.
      Sir i m an old user of voltas and myself a retired army officer. Such small negligences from these dealers are spoiling the name of such a nice company. I request you to interfere and get my problem rectified.

        Sir,

        I have purchase a voltas a/c on dated 5-6-2019. I am facing the problem in the cooling. We have complaint against complaint no: [protected] your service engineer visit at my place to check the a/c and say a/c button panel need to be replace for this issue. But the part not available and also take 15 to 20 days for the part replacement under warranty. Within a month 2nd time same complaint was reported.

        Till now we are not received any call from your help line team regarding repair. Now i m not allow to repair my faulty a/c due to your bad product and service quality.

        So you are requested to change my faulty a/c or refund my billing amount as soon as possible otherwise we are take other necessary action against your company.

        We hope you will try to understand my problem and change this faulty voltas a/c as soon as possible.

          On 26/1/2019 i purchased a voltas 2 ton split ac from alv trader, c-135, 5th cross, thillainagar trichy vide invoice no 1035. He sent a mechanic to fix it but it was not fixed properly due to which the gas was leaking. After making lot of calls he sent another mechanic who fixed it after many days. Meanwhile i made complaint with voltas authorised service centre. Though they came they refused to do it saying that the ac was fixed by third party. I am surprised with their behavior. How do a customer can know whether the mechanic sent by the trader is authorised or third party. If it was to be fixed by authorised mechanic the trader should have arranged it. Here he has cheated the customer and now nobody is attending our request for servicing although we are entitled for one free service with in 6 months. Although the trader is promising to arrange the free service he is not sending anybody. This has given me lot of mental tension and i am loosing my confidence of tata product. Kindly look into the matter a d take suitable action against the trader for cheating the customer and also against the authorised servicing centre for not attending to the complaint of customer.             I have purchase voltas 1.5 ton a. C on dated 18/06/2019 in aaditya vision opp:-taramandal bailey raod patna.
            After first call loged for installation technicain come & unboxing a. C we found handset display broken. After second call loged by me call no:-[protected] on dated 20/06/2019 but no any visited technicain & not any phone calls & call was cancelled without any information.
            Again called by me customer care & new call was loged call no:- [protected] on dated 17/07/2019 one technician visit with handset other model handset
            I'am not recived this handset & we found call was close with handset replaced.
            Kindly help me in urgent basis...
            So, plase look this matter & change my display broken handest.

            I have bought two voltas acs 6 month ago
            Since then there has been leakage problem 8 times
            I have complained many times
            All the times servicemens come and refill the gas
            And they didnt even allow me to contact the head office

              I have filled a complaint on 1 july 2019 about the repair of the outdoor fan but the careless attitude of your employees it doesn't get repaired yet.               After replacing a new mother circuit, AC making lot of noise because of the technician being sent by company was not reliable due to of their mistake they broken a fitting clamp. Now indoor unit making noise like fan and vibrating.

                This is with regards to request no [protected] registered on 02/06/2019 per the communication from voltas customer care. My voltas ac of make hwac 1.5 ton 18v dy inverter (H/c) has been nonfunctional, which was later found out to be due to pcb gone haywire. And despite a functional amc which is in operation till 04.08.2019 (Pl. See the attachment), there has been no end to my woes due to an inept and inefficient service staff employed to maintain the brand value and customer trust of an iconic brand like voltas!
                Despite repeated complaints and reminders the problem was not solved over a span of nearly a month till out of exasperation i wished to escalate my problem to the next level of resolution. I was was asked to talk to area service manager of north delhi mr. Jitender kumar (Mobile no.[protected]) who told me that the pcb of my ac was not being manufactured and there was management decision to offer discount/depreciation on buying a new ac that too of brand voltas only!!
                I reminded him of the amc in operation and with great reluctance he agreed to collect the faulty pcb from my ac. Exactly fifteen days later the team tested the so called corrected pcb at my home, however the ac remained non-functional. This exercise has been repeated twice over a period of one and half months and yet the ac remains non-functional despite a valid amc and mr. Jitender kumar area service manager of north delhi’s repeated and persistent demands that i go for a new voltas ac with discount offer continue!!!
                I would like to know whether mr. Jitender kumar and his management can arm-twist bona fide customer with valid amc to go for a new ac unit that too of voltas only without rectifying the problems in the existing unit.
                Isn’t this a case for mrtp purview or a consumer court? How can a valid amc be ignored and a customer be taken for a ride by a reputed brand like voltas that has been known for customer satisfaction and brand integrity. I would like your intervention for the resolution of my problem.

                My ac issue is not solved after 5 engineers visits and they still don’t know the cause of default in ac . And this is a case of mental torture from Voltas .

                  On dates 04/06/2019 i had purchased a voltas 1.4 tone split ac and installation done by voltas dates 07/06/2019, after one week i noticed that ac remote not working properly and ac have some cut-cut noise with bad smell i had lodge complaint dated 13/06/2019 having sr number [protected], but issue is still pending (24/07/2019).
                  I have mailed to area service manager and [protected]@voltas.com, after that technician visited the site and he unable to resolve issue and returned.

                  Now i am regularly mailing to vcare and area service manager but he nothing doing.
                  My ac is not working from 13/07/2019 i crossed whole june and july without ac but voltas does not care.

                  Please don't buy voltas. Go for daikin

                    We have purchased a voltas stabilizer from your registered vendor mr nath m/s maa trading voltas authorised service partner opp ban theather, tezpur-784001, sonitpur assam. Mob no [protected]. Gstin no 18akapn3752c1zf on 12/09/2018. Invoice no 124 dt 12/09/2018. The stabilizer was under guarantee upto 12/09/2018. A complaint for non functioning of the same was registered with your customer care on 31 may 2019 and complaint no [protected] was provided. The vendor did not respond after numerous calls and later picked up the product for replacement. Till date no replacement has been received and the vendor does not answer the calls.
                    It is requested to either refund the amount (Rs 6692/-) or replaced the item immediately. Contact no of the buyer is [protected], [protected]

                    My ac still has not been repaired after complaining so much and you people have assured to get it repaired as soon.. I have complained about it on 1 July and today is 26 July still no action is taken of.

                      I talked today to your service center manager contact no.[protected] and your helpline no.[protected] none of them gave explain what is the status of my request and when it will resloved. Kindly note again AC is just one month old and under warranty period. You have to solve it as soon as possible. Now what I say about Voltas. You take approx 4 days did not resolve it.                         Hello Team,

                        please take necessary action on this as my ac cases is not resoved. One technician visit my flat and he don't have any idea about inverter AC and unable to identified the issues. and told me that defective AC but AC working some time after 20 min autometicaly outdoor unit stop and hot air coming on indoor unit with bed smel.
                        Please escalete this case. I have already complained register at customer service desk on22nd jul-2019 against request no [protected] but did not got proper responce from service center to resolve my cases.

                            I hope this mail is recieved by someone in higher authority who can take responsibility and not just give a solution but a "RESOLUTION"!!

                            My name is Bharat Chhajed. I had purchased :

                            Product : Voltas 1.5 Ton 4 star inverter 184V SZS copper (R32 WHITE) from Amazon

                            Date of purchase : 26th May-2019.
                            Order ID of Amazon :[protected]
                            Seller : Cloudtail India Private limited

                            I made a big mistake I chose VOLTAS. I regret, I regret, I regret.

                            After the installation was completed, within 6-7 hours of period, the ac began throwing out water and flooded room with the water.

                            I called the installation person and he said me rudely that it is not his work. "My work is only installation, if you get any problems ahead you've to call customer care at voltas and not me." It was such a big shock for me. I felt extremely weird.

                            Further, I called the customer care. The complain was registered. The concerned person came and resolved the issue promising there won't be any water leakage problem again.

                            10-15 days later the water leakage problem came again. I called the customer care and they solved the issue same way promising same thing again.

                            On 18th of July I have registered the case for third time, voltas technician came and then again the issue is not persisting. This time Mohammad senior service person([protected]) says there's a gas leakage problem. He further asks me that he'll be having to take the ac to service station and repair. I was so frustrated by now that I had informed him I dont want any kind of repairs. I just want my ac to be replaced or else I want my money back with interest!!!

                            It's pathetic.

                            I've now talked to following persons :

                            1. Sunil bhai ([protected])
                            2. Dabhi bhai ([protected])
                            3. Mohammad bhai ([protected])
                            4. 4 persons at Voltas customer care.
                            5. Amazon representative
                            6. Vinod Bhai([protected])
                            7. Ahtesham bhai ([protected])

                            Sunil bhai is very busy man. He's attending meetings. He is always out of my reach.

                            Dabhi bhai is responding and I'm not sure if I will get resolution or not.

                            Mohammad the technician is saying nothing is in hands. He went on holiday. He cannot replace. He says he further has informed it to his senior ahtesham bhai and is seeking response from him since last 72 hours.

                            Ahtesham bhai is someone who I have contacted several times and he picked just once to say hi and after that there were talks between ahtesham and Mohamad after which I had never been able to talk to ahtesham ever since after trying again and again and again to reach out to him.

                            Vinod Bhai is so busy at bank he can never call back after 10 minutes as promised. It is very annoying me now.

                            Amazon has said me they'll be working very hard and are with me in this problem.

                            Voltas customer care has no business but to only escalate escalate and escalate. Some of your service person at customer care keeps singing song when they pick up call. I felt utmost remorse as to which company's ac have I bought for myself. I'm HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed.

                            I'm writing this with utmost discouraged and dissatisfied feeling. I'm highly and extremely living at discomfort because of everyone at voltas and all persons involved.

                            I hope consumer court or voltas themselves take strict actions about this and I deeply regret my choice of going ahead with voltas. I want to flood the voltas with all the foul words possible in the world.

                            I can no further accept this air conditioner and I strictly want a new replacement or else my refund with interest.!!!

                            I am highly regretting the procrastination, unprofessional behavior, lazy company Voltas and all the funny customer care person involved.!!

                                Purchased voltas visi cooler from wanare furnitures on 02.02.18 at the cost of 32, 000/- . Bill No: 24911. Now compressor not working . Voltas is not ready to repair or replace the compressor. They says compressor warranty is only for one year only. Any reputed company compressor is having a long time life .. Not like this ..

                                  They are not even responding over the complaints. Very bad response from Voltas service team 8 engineers come and no one gives a solution. They are not even talking professionally. They know the problem but not providing the solution. The PCB board is not working thats why AC is not turning on.they told me 3days ago but no one is responding.

I have never seen such pathetic service in my entire life. Please do something.
