I registered my request on 29th june for second free service of ac, and my warranty was to end on 5 july, the next day message came my service has been done, but no one came for the service. I reopened my complaint with customer care 4-5 times, and they always said technician will come. And now when i called them yesterday and asked about complaint number for approaching consumer forum, they assured me that my service will be done for sure, now when technician came today, (10-aug) voltas is asking for charges, why should i pay when i registered my request in warranty time period.
Also a call from voltas came for assistance, when i described my issue to her, she refused for all the registered requests, and was talking rudely and unpolite manner.
