I had purchased voltas 1.2 ton 5 star 155 cy split air
Conditioner, item code:. Hb911477, serial no:"4511767h16c010934
Please find attached purchased invoice and installation report for your reference. Product was installed through voltas only. Now product is not under warranty.
In feb 2019 in started facing cooling problem. To solve this issue i called voltas customer care, service engineer came to home for checking the same. He told me that gas is leaking from outdoor unit. Since outdoor unit coil is aluminium, welding is not possible and hence outdoor unit coil is to be replaced by copper coil as informed by service engineer. He took the outdoor unit along with him and replaced outdoor unit coil and gas filled. I was charged 7000 rupees for the same. Kindly find attached bill of the same for your reference.
Now currently 10th august 2019 again ac stopped cooling. I called customer care for the same. Today (10t aug 19) service engineer came to home to check the problem. He informed that now there is a leakage in indoor unit and gas is leaked. I will be charged 4250 rupees for gas charging and leakage repair, nitrogen pressure testing. I fought with the customer care for this much amount and finally he agreed to take 2800 rupees.
This is pathetic, in feb 2019 i was charged 7000 rupees for outdoor unit, now for indoor unit i will be charged 4250 rupees. I will be paying 11000 rupees in 6 months for ac repair.
Is this the quality of the voltas product and this is how you loot the customer??
I am not at all happy with the voltas product and service. Voltas is different different dealers, we can not trust these dealers what they do with our product after taking into their service center.
I request voltas, to check my product completely for the issue at free of cost.
At present my complaint is in active status, registered with [protected] mobile number. Request to look into this complain of cooling issue and leakage of gas. Request to contact concern dealer and inform them not to charge for this issue.
If such cooling issue comes in future, it is better for me to buy other new product (Off course not voltas) instead of giving 4-5 thousand rupees for repair. Next time some new issue will com in compressor or some other part. I am not at all comfortable with the voltas product now.
Request to look into this issue on priority, and provide me this ongoing repair issue at free of cost.
