I hope this mail is recieved by someone in higher authority who can take responsibility and not just give a solution but a "RESOLUTION"!!
My name is Bharat Chhajed. I had purchased :
Product : Voltas 1.5 Ton 4 star inverter 184V SZS copper (R32 WHITE) from Amazon
Date of purchase : 26th May-2019.

I made a big mistake I chose VOLTAS. I regret, I regret, I regret.
After the installation was completed, within 6-7 hours of period, the ac began throwing out water and flooded room with the water.
I called the installation person and he said me rudely that it is not his work. "My work is only installation, if you get any problems ahead you've to call customer care at voltas and not me." It was such a big shock for me. I felt extremely weird.
Further, I called the customer care. The complain was registered. The concerned person came and resolved the issue promising there won't be any water leakage problem again.
10-15 days later the water leakage problem came again. I called the customer care and they solved the issue same way promising same thing again.
On 18th of July I have registered the case for third time, voltas technician came and then again the issue is not persisting. This time Mohammad senior service person([protected]) says there's a gas leakage problem. He further asks me that he'll be having to take the ac to service station and repair. I was so frustrated by now that I had informed him I dont want any kind of repairs. I just want my ac to be replaced or else I want my money back with interest!!!
It's pathetic.
I've now talked to following persons :
1. Sunil bhai ([protected])
2. Dabhi bhai ([protected])
3. Mohammad bhai ([protected])
4. 4 persons at Voltas customer care.
5. Amazon representative
6. Vinod Bhai([protected])
7. Ahtesham bhai ([protected])
Sunil bhai is very busy man. He's attending meetings. He is always out of my reach.
Dabhi bhai is responding and I'm not sure if I will get resolution or not.
Mohammad the technician is saying nothing is in hands. He went on holiday. He cannot replace. He says he further has informed it to his senior ahtesham bhai and is seeking response from him since last 72 hours.
Ahtesham bhai is someone who I have contacted several times and he picked just once to say hi and after that there were talks between ahtesham and Mohamad after which I had never been able to talk to ahtesham ever since after trying again and again and again to reach out to him.
Vinod Bhai is so busy at bank he can never call back after 10 minutes as promised. It is very annoying me now.
Amazon has said me they'll be working very hard and are with me in this problem.
Voltas customer care has no business but to only escalate escalate and escalate. Some of your service person at customer care keeps singing song when they pick up call. I felt utmost remorse as to which company's ac have I bought for myself. I'm HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed.
I'm writing this with utmost discouraged and dissatisfied feeling. I'm highly and extremely living at discomfort because of everyone at voltas and all persons involved.
I hope consumer court or voltas themselves take strict actions about this and I deeply regret my choice of going ahead with voltas. I want to flood the voltas with all the foul words possible in the world.

I can no further accept this air conditioner and I strictly want a new replacement or else my refund with interest.!!!
I am highly regretting the procrastination, unprofessional behavior, lazy company Voltas and all the funny customer care person involved.!!
