I made an online complaint on 12.06.19 regarding the above subject. They told me the issue will be solved with in 24 to 48 hours. No one has attended to resolve the issue I gave a compliant vide email and called the customer service centre New Delhi for atleast 10 times. However 5 days passed no technician called me or visited my house. Kindly peruse the request and do needful favour.

    I had get the gas refill in my Voltas Ac as on 29.03.19. But few days back I felt that the Ac is not working properly. So I raised a query to Voltas custom care regarding my concern. So they assure me that we will send our technician to resolve the same & we will not charge anything as same is in warranty period i.e 3 months. But when the technician arrive they ask us Rs 350/- as visit charge. I have asked Voltas Customer Care regarding same but they are not entertaining and said that you have to pay the charges. After that I have to pay that 350 Rs as a visit charge irrespective of the fact that the same is under warranty period. So I want my money back. I am enclosing copy of bills to corroborate the same.

      We registered a complaint about the a.c not cooling properly. they send some service centre who checked and left saying that send it to the service centre by yourself. somehow we managed to get it there. after a numerous walk to the centre they come up with a new issue everytime ' also the service centre person talked very rudely with my father . Being warned by my father that he will complain about him he said that do whatever you want am not scared of anybody and was impolite as we were asking for some charity. after complainig about both the issues to the service centre numerous times none of the issues get resolved .

        i buy new ac and install on 13june19 but its not cooling then i complaint against this in costumer care they ask me to solve this in 24hrs i request them to solve this urgent bases they said ok but after this 2day after i call them 10time and also they gv me many numbers my ac is still not working no one call me and i wast my hole day for calling them again and again but no one is responding and also i fed up from ur stupid slogen in waiting "india no. 1 company and service center " pls change this to india poorest service pls

        my complain is still there after one week after more then 20 complaint my problem is still tr they said we r not able to do this u call any one from ur side and solve ur problem from ur local mechanic and they charge me installation charges and said cooling is not our problem PLS THINK i buy AC 10day before and pay money and after one day on 13june i pay for installation and i call many many times and complain manyyyyyy time on VOLTAS costumer care but always they wrote my complain and many time they put my call on hold and m waiting and waiting but after 10min they cut my call or put my call silence then i call again and again to the new costumer care person every time and my time is wasting then I STOP CALLING bcoz this is the limit HOW SHAME FULL IS THIS BCOZ I PAY MONEY FOR AC and ALSO I PAY FOR INSTALLATION BUT its still not working PLS TELL ME WHAT IS MY MISTAKE

        I bought voltas AC and stabilizer on 19th may 2019, full payment was done.Still, I have not recieved the bill for stabilser till date from divya refrigeration, center market, sector-5, bokaro steel city-827006.

        I have window AC in AMC which is not cooling properly. Voltas people took that AC and it's been 6 days, I call them daily and they say, it will 2 -3 days.

        I don't know why voltas giving AMC service to customers.

        It's worst service. I never recommend voltas product to anybody.

        Purchased tata voltas ac on april 2nd 2018 at sonuvision rajahmundry

          yesterday. Today Installation has been done. But now the Water is Leaking direct through AC instead of water pipe assigned for it.
          Our whole wall is wet. I don't know whether it's manufacturing defect or mistake of installation guy.

          This is to complain that it has been more than 3 days since i bought a split inverter AC and nobody has come for installation. Now I am being told that since it is EID it will take two more days.

              I purchase a Voltas 1.5 Ton Inverter Ac from flipkart. For installation Rs. 1500 is charged where as on company website there is Rs. 499 offer is valid till 30 june 19. I asked why they are charging Rs 1500 then they are telling I purchase online so offer is not valid. They are not providing proper warranty and extended warrant also. Is it is legal action by company because they not mentioned anywhere on there website that these offers are not valid on Online Purchase. Now what I can do please guide.

              My product is in warranty ...and I have submitted the complaint on 21 may 2019 many technicians visited ...and my ac also fitted in your service centre ...but my ac problem is not solving ...they all r ignoring the problem ...I have all the call recording ...if my problem is not solved I will file a case in consumer court ...

                Purchased Window AC of 1.5ton through Air Distributors uttam nagar and product was delivered with broken fan, i tried to convince service as well as distributor to replace the complete unit but they assured that only fan replacement is required.
                After certain days the fan started making noise and i contacted the service person over phone and sms but nobody responded to my issue.
                Plz look into the same and resolve my issue immediately.

                      I have bought AC under replacement scheme of BSES model WAC-185ZZP . It is installed by their people as installation was free under this scheme. I complaint about noise but their installation people do not rectify the same. After that I logged a complaint for noise again they put some cardboard & noise stopped for some time. Every time they keep on doing the same. They also accept that noise problem is due to improper installation. They ask for money to rectify the installation . I refused to give the same. Then they keep on rectifying the same by putting card board. who is responsible for this kind of response . Voltas is a worst company in AC, now I realise this is my biggest mistake to buy the voltas AC & again never buy AC under scheme for BSES.
                      They simply do just an installation, they are not technically sound, they don't even know what is the problem, they keep on experimenting. In doing so they made some dent in the body of the AC .

                        I ordered a Voltas 1 ton Window AC (Model No. 123LZF, Copper Condenser) from Flipkart. When I received it the front grill was broken as 2 window direction leafs and the side that holds the leafs were missing (pic attached). When I discussed it with the people from Voltas who came for Installation they gave me 2 options:
                        1. Either you apply for replacement or
                        2. We will order a new front grill for you and replace it when it comes.

                        I agreed for the 2nd option and got the AC installed. However, I waited for the new front grill. After 4 days when I followed up with Voltas regarding the grill, they told me that they were not able to arrange the grill and you can apply for the product replacement on Flipkart. Being the 10th day (the last day of product replacement as per the flipkart return policy), I applied for replacement on June 06, 2019.

                        Here is when the cheating happened. I told Voltas about the replacement. Voltas people came the next day and uninstalled the Window AC and kept it in the box so that Flipkart people would come and take the defective AC when the new AC comes.

                        However, after 2 days I saw that Flipkart has rejected my product replacement request. They also mentioned that the Technician visited on 10th of June (in the tracking status). 2 technicians from Voltas came and uninstalled the AC and charged us INR 350. The AC was kept uninstalled for 3 days and we again had to install the same when my replacement request was rejected. Voltas people had charged me INR 350 for uninstallation and told that Flipkart would reverse the charges after the new AC comes and is installed.

                        To be precise: Cheating and Fraud was done by Voltas. Rejecting the replacement request is because Voltas sent its technician with the request number generated by Flipkart ([protected]) and did not update Flipkart after the task was done. Flipkart than rejected my return request by telling the reason (Pending return approval). The issue is: Voltas did not update Flipkart and thus my return was rejected. They kept on saying why would we update Flipkart (that means they were unaware of the process). Anyways, we were suffering.

                        Now the Voltas people have again installed the same AC and said that we would give you a new Front Grill when it is available. This time the installation was also not proper.

                        I have been harassed, cheated and misguided throughout and we had to go for an installation, than an un-installation and than an installation thus wasting everybody's time and energy.

                        Desirable Resolution:
                        1. I want an apology from Voltas.
                        2. Front frill of AC to be sent to me and installed ASAP.
                        3. A refund of INR 350 which they charged for uninstalling the AC when I made a replacement request to Flipkart. Flipkart does not even know that the work was done and INR 350 was taken from me.

                        Note: I am not going to apply for the replacement again as installing and uninstalling an AC again and again is not a joke.

                          Purchased AC (Srl No. 4011284A19ECO1971) on 08 Jun from Vijay Sales, Lajpat Nagar, N/Delhi, in response AC delivered and installed on 10 Jun at Pushp Vihar, N/Delhi. After installation when mechanic started it, AC not worked and found compressor out of order. Next day i.e. on 11 Jun Voltas mechanic came to enquire it and after checking found that gas leakage. Now dealer and service centre saying me to refill the gas, while I am not satisfied this and requesting for replacing this AC with new one, as I have paid Rs. 26, 000/-+2000/-+1500/-(AC price+stablizer amount +installation charges) in cash. I now desire that this must be replaced with new one and my grievance be resolved as early as possible. my contact is [protected]

                              I have registered for AC service 10 days ago but no one called me and then receiving the message: Dear Customer, We tried to contact you for SR No'[protected]'. Your number was unreachable or switched off or not responding. Please call us at '[protected]' for an appointment.

                              They will charge you for no reason by saying that need to fill the gas and all that. then again the same problem will occur again they will charge...

                              I don't recommend buying voltas products.

                                Hi Team,

                                I am very disappoint with the service provided by Voltas .They given contract to third party company - ON spot air conditioning. i made a complained for air conditioning and technician visited at my home .

                                Technician was asking additional 500 rs for service and even VOLTAS customer care confirmed only 400 rs need to pay. they was asking visit charge 400 + 500 rs service charge.i escalated this to thier manager Ravi then they agreed to take 400 rs .After that technician said gas need to fill and you have to pay advance.

                                I paid advance money and they committed that by evening technician will visit .No one visited and even they stopped picking my phone .
                                In the morning again i did followup and after multiple calls i got a call some one will come..this is verybad and poor service response from service provider.
                                Still issue not resolved and they take advance with me for gas refill. i am feeling cheated by company .

                                    We have purchase Split AC 5 star from your dealer M/'s SONOVISION, Tirupathi on dated 8th May 2019 and out door unit not working and lodge 3 times complaint and no body attend the complaint. every time call centre are giving complaint no. complete formality to giving false commitment to attend technician within 24 to 48 hours but nobody is attend to resolve issue.
                                    This is not good for customers oriented products and this type of business will not help in longer period.

                                      I hv lodged complaint fr my split AC on 4th June, but engineer came on 10, and checked the AC and said other engineer wl come and fill the gas.

                                      He charged rs. 500 and said it will b adjusted in final bill. But till today noone turned up. It is ridiculous on ur part that even after 8 days, complaint has not b been resolved.

                                        I (Kishan Arora) am too much disappointed by Voltas service.

                                        I brought a Voltas Split Air conditioner (1.5 Ton, 3 Star) on dated[protected] and given a 1000 rs. for installation persons also (However it should be free)
                                        From the first day when voltas company engineer installed the AC, It was not running even he disassembled all the AC parts during installation.
                                        and all parts placed here and there. Some parts laying on my bed and some parts lying somewhere else. That thing did by Voltas service engineer.

                                        What kind of service providing by voltas engineer and why you people are cheating with customers. I can not understand.

                                        I warn you to replace this third class AC and provide a new one.

                                        otherwise i will report this to consumer court.
