Jab complain kiya jata hai to fir itna sayam. Kyij lagta hai... Complain resolve karne me.
15k 16 k paise kya koi value nahi hai kya, to fir new product me turant se issue kaise aa jata hai.
Abhi sahi se 2 month bhi nahi hua hai par fir se same issue ho gaya hai, water tank alam issue.

Yaar sirf product bechna hin aata hai ya fir usme jo. Issue aa raha hai use resolve. Karna bhi hota hai.

Voltas grand 72 e, iska review dekhna maine, jab mere cooler me issue aaya to.

Same issue maine kai logon ka dekha, in new cooler. To kya voltas service ko. Nahi dikhta problem.
Bas product banate jao, baki customer to. Hai hin murkh banaane ke liye

Yaar, resolve karao, ye issue. Complain kiye 3 din se zyada ho. Gaya hai par koi abhi tak action nahi hai.

Yahi haal raha company ka to fir customer bhi samajhdar hai...

Compressor of Freezer is not working, bill is also submited to Voltas service team, but they requested 8500 rs to repace this. But as Freezer is under warranty, it should be replaced without any extra charge.

    REQUEST NO. [protected] dtd. 16.08.19 - COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED AFTER 08 DAYS: SERVICE CENTER NO. MR AARIF - [protected].
    Service person checked on 17.08.19 and informed that PCB is not working and has to be be taken for repair and will be fixed tomorrow. But came after 04 days on 22.04.19 after repeated follow up. Fixed the PCB but it was not working. Again took away the PCB with a promise to fix it on next day. But neither any one came nor picked the phone. I was lucky to contact the service center on 23.08.19 in the late evening and he informed that the PCB has been repaired and will be fixed tomorrow. No one came even today and he is not picking the phone. I called the costumer care and came to know that the complaint has been closed due to false reporting by service center that the complaint has been resolved. The complaint was reopened and I was assured that service head will contact me to resolve the complaint immediately. No one ha contacted me and my complaint has not been resolved so far (24.08.19). It is requested that the complaint may be got resolved on priority - Rajiv Dhall, Mob no. [protected]

      Respected sir/madam,
      With due respect it is intimated that a 5 star split ac purchased through flipkart in the name of samir sen.. As per call booking by flipkart and talk with voltas company, person came to my house for installation.

      Voltas authorised service centre, cool and comfort, 32, baguihati, 1st lane, kolkata-21, mobile no. [protected] came to my relative house for installation, call no.[protected]. I strictly instructed to him as well as the above company who came on behalf of voltas that to submit the proper bill with no. And gst number but they chages extra amount and handed over duplicate bill with number which is totally illegal and it is mandatory to have gst number on the bill as per rule. An offender not paying tax or making short payments must pay a penalty of 10% of the tax amount due subject to a minimum of rs. 10, 000. Consider — in case tax hasnot been paid or a short payment is made, a minimum penalty of rs 10, 000 has to be paid.
      In view of the above please submit your clarification for further legal action.

        I bought 1.5ton voltas split ac last year. Before completing a year, the ac shows some problems like water leakage low cooling effect... Etc.. And i've complained regarding the same to the voltas complaint centre. Some one came from there and told me that the problem is bcz of the low gas content and he had filled it. He charged me 1500/- for that. The very next day the same problem happened again and i called the complaint centre. I've faced a very bad behaviour from them, after that, whenever i called them, they won't attend my call... Now i cant switch on my ac for a second. Water leakage is heavy...in effect i lost rs1500/- for the inefficiency of voltas ac technician... Voltas should monitor your technicians some times atleast. Otherwise you should lose many customers like me... From now on i wont recommend a single voltas product to any one...

          I am facing this problem from last one month but i thought this is some energy saving mode which will save my electricity but after sometime when i saw again it is stable at df... So what is this df & how i will overcome from this issue.
          And according to see so many complaints i understood this is the defect. So please do needful for me or take your product back & refund me money or change the product as soon as possible.

            I m pankaj agrawal from nagpur. I m very old customer voltas (Most reputed brand), almost evry consumer product in my house is o[censored]r make... Today ur representative who came to repair my water cooler tallked in such a rubbish language that i m sorry to say that i will not be ur customer any more.. He used so filthy words that i m unabel to write those here.. That guy detiriorated ur brand image in my mind.. And i will share my this bad experience with my friend and collegue tooo.. Pls try to send polite and well mannered people for service...

            Ur produce is packed properly bcoz i dont want to use it any more. Pls pick it up and throw it any where u want to... I dont want my money back.. But i m so much embarrased by ur representatives behaviour...

              We bought a new split air-conditioner in may 2017. At the beginning of 2018 summer and again this 2019 summer, gas had to be refilled. Now, august 2019, there is a leak in the internal piping. We are told it can be temporarily repaired but really the whole inside portion needs to be replaced (Almost half the cost of the a-c). We travel a lot so this has not had a great deal o[censored]se. It is shocking that it should give so much trouble so quickly. My advise do not buy voltas. We have an old lg split air conditioner which is still working with hardly any maintenance after 13/14 years. Talk about built in obsolescence...! Avoid voltas.

                I purchased voltas 1.5t split from flipcart, during instalation the un qualifyed person drill the wall he damaged the neighbours power cable due to shortcircuit theirs house hold electrical things like friedge washingmachine dwas damged, i asked the other technician stop the work and call the contractor but he denied and completed get the money, also he took the copper tube extra unnecessary onemeter, so the neigbour given complaint apportment association i paid the cable damaged charges, i given the report to the your recommanded contractor they sent one # he asked all our personals but i know he is the fraud, particularly he watch the house details so we suspect he is the informer for the criminals, we thought voltas tata group relaible but your chosing the worst service decoit, who is the responsable for this damage the consealed powercable for the neighbour, first party voltas, second tge contractor, luckly that unqualifyed fellow escaped from the highvoltage if there was accident votas is the response for the accident death, think, anyway if you are not take action and repay my penaltycharges electrician paid800rupees and wire1500rupees neighbours damaged equipments repair charges 1500rupees, i have to go legaly.                 Dear, india's largest company TaTa Voltas, i am given complaint against the above technical mistake by your worst service contractor unqualifyed, but your custimer care crews every day calling me and asking the complaint they listening from me like serial story, not replying what is the action about my compaliant, pls, take necessary actiin and repay my money which i spent for the damaged by the your recommanded instalation contractor, i have to take action through my appartment legal lawyer advice, now i am the responsible for the neighbours powersupply cable damaged by the instalation your contractor.                 Dear, so for there is no reply about my complaint last tendays back one of customercare unit crew called and asked the inceident but no action or reply but i am facing lot of problem due to the poor instalation contractor which u sent he burned the power cable of neighbours durring driil the wall, i explained in my complaint so now the housing society penalty for me, i paid the money for recabling pls, you have to repay my money otherwise we have go for consumercourt .

                  I purchase voltas ac for my office in feb 2019, voltas engineer install all four ac in feb and they are ok.in feb ac not required so we start them in march. When we start in march three ac not start only one ac work, i send complaint your engineer come and filled gas in two and change electronic part in one. From march to till date these three ac run 15 to 20 days and then again their is problem of coolling. Now from 20th july my one ac is not working your engineer vist four times first they told gas problem, second visit they told compressor problem, third vist they told electronic problem. Pl help me how i use my all four ac.

                    I had complaint in july'19 regarding vibration & noise in my air cooler purchased on may'19 via sr. No. [protected].

                    It took 15 days to your executive to visit & check the air cooler on checking he told that cooler need to be replace there is fault in many parts of cooler & had placed the request. He made the cooler temporary working condition by using some glue & flour but on 2nd night the fan of cooler broke suddenly & motor of cooler moved from its place & it stopped working.

                    Its been 2 months i'm waiting for response & very time i'm calling the customer care or the agency i'm not getting any type of satisfactory response.

                    Customer care every time tell me to call agency, agency is saying to call vinod tiwari (Which is branch manager) but agency don't having his number so they told to call customer care again then when i call customer care they are saying they are not authorize to give his number only seniors can give but there seniors are not there when ever i call. These type of round-round things i'm facing when ever i call any one.

                    Its not even the 4 months when i purchased the cooler. Its been summer time i had purchased cooler for summers but i'm not able to use it even one month.

                    Please help to resolve my problem.

                      Dear 17aug19 instalatiin people from praksh refregstration service chennai Ambattur 600053, while they drill the wall they cut the neighbours main power supply due to pwr short circuit their mainboard damaged, but the technicians ignored their mistake .finally i paid the repair charges, voltas given the contract wrong person, i will take this issue legally. Voltas has the responsible for this .volats think only the selling not think about consumers, i will never recomand people to voltas products. The technicians are unqualified for aircondion knowledge.

                        My ac has got some problem and i have complained in company last month on 21st July 2019 and machanics come and check my ac and there is some parts wich has to be changed and they give me date 3rd August but they have not arrived and then i called many times to them and also the customer care centre and today is 19th August 2019 but till now nobody has come to repair. So the Service of voltas company is worst.

                            I have purchased a brand new voltas 1.5 ton window ac on 25 april 2019. Today i asked for free servicing at ser request no [protected]. Technician came and firstly checked and found servicible. After that they washed and cleaned the ac. After fitment ac was not getting s/w on. After two hrs work they were unable to detect the cause. Then they said that this ac might be unservicible. I talked to service enng and his behaviour was also rude. They are unneceesary urguing and saying that they will resolve the issue after two days. My request to u that it is better to close the company or other wise satisfy the costomer. They have not resolved the issue. My registerd mob no is [protected]

                            We have purchased voltas A C from CROMA Ahmedabad. during one year non of your service engineer visited for free service, after our complain one engineer came but he only clean in side unit only. he did not touch out side unit. we have complain for water coming in our room from A C but we did not get any solution yet

                              We had ordered a 100ton ductable split unit for the school auditorium.
                              There was some delay on our part to make the 2nd installment of payment but now that the machines have come the ducting work has not been completed. Today i spoke to one mr signh in allahabad representing voltas that the man would reach our site and start work today. I amfraid as to how far can your people lie. No work has started and it will begin only day after tommorrow as informed to other team members.
                              He is well aware that for the auditorium size measuring 75x100 ft the false ceiling work is held up and so is the flooring
                              I dont know why this should be happening and why should such people in the 'house of tatas' be allowed to betray customers.

                                I bought a window 1.5 ton ac last year in april, since then there have been multiple gas leakages and every time technicians visit they charge the service fee. Again on 10th august i had raised a request to repair the ac as it's not been working, even after 7 days there hasn't been any resolution to my complaint. They are asking to wait for another 4-5 days, this is so ridiculous.

                                    I had purchased voltas 1.2 ton 5 star 155 cy split air
                                    Conditioner, item code:. Hb911477, serial no:"4511767h16c010934

                                    Please find attached purchased invoice and installation report for your reference. Product was installed through voltas only. Now product is not under warranty.

                                    In feb 2019 in started facing cooling problem. To solve this issue i called voltas customer care, service engineer came to home for checking the same. He told me that gas is leaking from outdoor unit. Since outdoor unit coil is aluminium, welding is not possible and hence outdoor unit coil is to be replaced by copper coil as informed by service engineer. He took the outdoor unit along with him and replaced outdoor unit coil and gas filled. I was charged 7000 rupees for the same. Kindly find attached bill of the same for your reference.

                                    Now currently 10th august 2019 again ac stopped cooling. I called customer care for the same. Today (10t aug 19) service engineer came to home to check the problem. He informed that now there is a leakage in indoor unit and gas is leaked. I will be charged 4250 rupees for gas charging and leakage repair, nitrogen pressure testing. I fought with the customer care for this much amount and finally he agreed to take 2800 rupees.

                                    This is pathetic, in feb 2019 i was charged 7000 rupees for outdoor unit, now for indoor unit i will be charged 4250 rupees. I will be paying 11000 rupees in 6 months for ac repair.
                                    Is this the quality of the voltas product and this is how you loot the customer??

                                    I am not at all happy with the voltas product and service. Voltas is different different dealers, we can not trust these dealers what they do with our product after taking into their service center.

                                    I request voltas, to check my product completely for the issue at free of cost.

                                    At present my complaint is in active status, registered with [protected] mobile number. Request to look into this complain of cooling issue and leakage of gas. Request to contact concern dealer and inform them not to charge for this issue.

                                    If such cooling issue comes in future, it is better for me to buy other new product (Off course not voltas) instead of giving 4-5 thousand rupees for repair. Next time some new issue will com in compressor or some other part. I am not at all comfortable with the voltas product now.

                                    Request to look into this issue on priority, and provide me this ongoing repair issue at free of cost.

                                      Complaint no.[protected] dt. 09.07.19 & complaint no.[protected] dt.25.07.19. Spoke to voltas customer care several times. Representative came from service centre on 9.7.19. He told that there is problem in inner unit pcb and took it. Again another service man came on 24.7.19, he fixed the inner pcb unit, still the a/c was not functioning. He identified that outer unit pcb problem and took for replacement with time frame of two weeks. On 3.8.19, i again spoke to one aditya, who assured that the problem will be solved by 10.8.2019. Today when i rang up to cc at 1310 hrs, the representatitve told that the service centre will call within 4 hours. Again, i rang to cc and spoke to meenakshi sharma, who told that it will take time upto 20.8.19 to solve the problem. Fed up with the behaviour of voltas cc and the aircon service centre, chennai. Finally no solution & i am helpless. Please intervene and resolve the issue
