I purchased voltas 1.5t split from flipcart, during instalation the un qualifyed person drill the wall he damaged the neighbours power cable due to shortcircuit theirs house hold electrical things like friedge washingmachine dwas damged, i asked the other technician stop the work and call the contractor but he denied and completed get the money, also he took the copper tube extra unnecessary onemeter, so the neigbour given complaint apportment association i paid the cable damaged charges, i given the report to the your recommanded contractor they sent one # he asked all our personals but i know he is the fraud, particularly he watch the house details so we suspect he is the informer for the criminals, we thought voltas tata group relaible but your chosing the worst service decoit, who is the responsable for this damage the consealed powercable for the neighbour, first party voltas, second tge contractor, luckly that unqualifyed fellow escaped from the highvoltage if there was accident votas is the response for the accident death, think, anyway if you are not take action and repay my penaltycharges electrician paid800rupees and wire1500rupees neighbours damaged equipments repair charges 1500rupees, i have to go legaly. Updated by Achudha Dear, india's largest company TaTa Voltas, i am given complaint against the above technical mistake by your worst service contractor unqualifyed, but your custimer care crews every day calling me and asking the complaint they listening from me like serial story, not replying what is the action about my compaliant, pls, take necessary actiin and repay my money which i spent for the damaged by the your recommanded instalation contractor, i have to take action through my appartment legal lawyer advice, now i am the responsible for the neighbours powersupply cable damaged by the instalation your contractor. Updated by Achudha Dear, so for there is no reply about my complaint last tendays back one of customercare unit crew called and asked the inceident but no action or reply but i am facing lot of problem due to the poor instalation contractor which u sent he burned the power cable of neighbours durring driil the wall, i explained in my complaint so now the housing society penalty for me, i paid the money for recabling pls, you have to repay my money otherwise we have go for consumercourt .
