I bought voltas 1 ton inverter ac model from pondicherry[protected]., within 48 hrs installation has been done.,
After completion of installation ac have run only 10 minutes after we feel melted smell from indoor unit.,
Next day we trying to register complaint but there is no response from voltas customer care and authorized delar but they are not even pick my call.,
Next day i register complaint to customer care...

I purchased the product through amazon on 17 may, 2019.
It was installed on 20th may, initially the authorized person did not turnup for installation and instead two men who were unable to fit and start the ac had come. On insisting that it should start functioning immediately another person came and the unit started functioning.
However there seems to be a defect in the product as the cooling is not effective as per the temperature...

Ac not working due to pcb fault. Made complaint on 9/6/19 but till date ac not repai red. They have to change the pcb but the so called no.1 company is not able to change the pcb. With in such period of 15 days one can import that part from abroad but voltas is not able to arrange with in india. Pathetic after sales service. Not recommend to purchase voltage ac only due to poor after sale service....

Several complaints have been lodged to the voltas care and even after multiple escalations to their managers and to their social media pages, no one has provided a resolution.
It's been 2 months and this problem has been occuring since day 1. Request you to take it on a priority with voltas care.

No service provided by the voltas for invertor ac despite a number of complaints on customers care. My complaint no [protected] has been closed six times without even a single visit of the technician. It seems that customer care is only to register complaints, not to solve them. I have purchased voltas ac just in april and it is not cooling properly.. It doesn't cool the room even at 17 degree temperature which is highly u accepted from the world level company of ac volta's. I want the engineer should visit and check. If the problem is solvable he should solve otherwise company should provide me a new ac if they are not able to find the solution....
