My complain for high electricity bill for my 1.5 ton ac is still persisting. Though after several reminders and follow up voltas team change some part of the compressor but still the electricity bill is coming 2 times than the rated.

My issue is not yet resolved. Every now and then i am following it up for the issue to be get resolved but less intent was shown from voltas team for the resolvency.

Problem: Consumption of high electricity bill

Statement:

Electricity construction of ac is 2 times than mentioned.
Escalated several times but team Voltas didnt bother to resolve.Deepak Nayak, area sales Manager is always giving false commitment of resovency soon but i think he didnt even bother .

This is the response i am getting.Its show how team Voltas attitude is?

    Respected Sir/Mam,

    I hope this mail is recieved by someone in higher authority who can take responsibility and not just give a solution but a "RESOLUTION"!!

    My name is Bharat Chhajed. I had purchased :

    Product : Voltas 1.5 Ton 4 star inverter 184V SZS copper (R32 WHITE) from Amazon

    Date of purchase : 26th May-2019.
    Order ID of Amazon :[protected]
    Seller : Cloudtail India Private limited

    I made a big mistake I chose VOLTAS. I regret, I regret, I regret.

    After the installation was completed, within 6-7 hours of period, the ac began throwing out water and flooded room with the water.

    I called the installation person and he said me rudely that it is not his work. "My work is only installation, if you get any problems ahead you've to call customer care at voltas and not me." It was such a big shock for me. I felt extremely weird.

    Further, I called the customer care. The complain was registered. The concerned person came and resolved the issue promising there won't be any water leakage problem again.

    10-15 days later the water leakage problem came again. I called the customer care and they solved the issue same way promising same thing again.

    On 18th of July I have registered the case for third time, voltas technician came and then again the issue is not persisting. This time Mohammad senior service person([protected]) says there's a gas leakage problem. He further asks me that he'll be having to take the ac to service station and repair. I was so frustrated by now that I had informed him I dont want any kind of repairs. I just want my ac to be replaced or else I want my money back with interest!!!

    It's pathetic.

    I've now talked to following persons :

    1. Sunil bhai ([protected])
    2. Dabhi bhai ([protected])
    3. Mohammad bhai ([protected])
    4. 4 persons at Voltas customer care.
    5. Amazon representative
    6. Vinod Bhai([protected])
    7. Ahtesham bhai ([protected])

    Sunil bhai is very busy man. He's attending meetings. He is always out of my reach.

    Dabhi bhai is responding and I'm not sure if I will get resolution or not.

    Mohammad the technician is saying nothing is in hands. He went on holiday. He cannot replace. He says he further has informed it to his senior ahtesham bhai and is seeking response from him since last 72 hours.

    Ahtesham bhai is someone who I have contacted several times and he picked just once to say hi and after that there were talks between ahtesham and Mohamad after which I had never been able to talk to ahtesham ever since after trying again and again and again to reach out to him.

    Vinod Bhai is so busy at bank he can never call back after 10 minutes as promised. It is very annoying me now.

    Amazon has said me they'll be working very hard and are with me in this problem.

    Voltas customer care has no business but to only escalate escalate and escalate. Some of your service person at customer care keeps singing song when they pick up call. I felt utmost remorse as to which company's ac have I bought for myself. I'm HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed.

    I'm writing this with utmost discouraged and dissatisfied feeling. I'm highly and extremely living at discomfort because of everyone at voltas and all persons involved.

    I hope consumer court or voltas themselves take strict actions about this and I deeply regret my choice of going ahead with voltas. I want to flood the voltas with all the foul words possible in the world.

    I can no further accept this air conditioner and I strictly want a new replacement or else my refund with interest.!!!

    I am highly regretting the procrastination, unprofessional behavior, lazy company Voltas and all the funny customer care person involved.!!

    Hoping for the problem to get solved. Attaching as many proofs I have.

      Dear sir my ac is not working properly since purchase, i have raised complaint also several times regards this but your area service provider always make me sure that their. Technician will be available tomorrow definitely but i cant find any support from ur team.
      It's my new ac purchasd in 2019, now i m very dissatisfied with voltas.

      The main problems are
      Not cooling the room
      And water leakage prob. Too.

      U should take a serious step towards this.
      Else nobody will have faith on u.

        Purchased visi fridge on april 18 @ 32, 000/-. Now not working. Company saying that comp guarantee is only for one year. Generally any refrigerator compressor is having a long time life. This is too much... Voltas is the only one company which supplies this type of low level compressor in their refrigerators. Pls be careful when purchasing refrigerators

        Purchased voltas visi cooler from wanare furnitures on 02.02.18 at the cost of 32, 000/- . Bill No: 24911. Now compressor not working . Voltas is not ready to repair or replace the compressor. They says compressor warranty is only for one year only. Any reputed company compressor is having a long time life .. Not like this ..

          I bought a visi cooler last august and the bulb inside is not working
          The rubber beeding also has come off please attend to it asap
          I am surprised a company like voltas supplies a product which doesn’t last even a year after me having above forty thousand for the same
          Without the led build it’s dark inside and customers are not able to see what’s inside the cooler

          They are not even responding over the complaints. Very bad response from Voltas service team 8 engineers come and no one gives a solution. They are not even talking professionally. They know the problem but not providing the solution. The PCB board is not working thats why AC is not turning on.they told me 3days ago but no one is responding.

              Complain :- they came and changed it's compressor as it was in warranty, but they told us that this new changed one is also not working, that's why they didn't filled the gas. After that i am just helpless in this scorching heat. I called customer care number of times, but all useless. I tweeted many times but again nothing. I don't know what to do. I have never seen such pathetic service in my entire life. Please do something.

                pc 04 error

                Hello,

                I have the same problem in my voltas inverter 1.5 ton ac. After 3-4hrs of starting the ac the error comes and blink 5-6 time pc 04 and ac restart again and its cooling also low when you compare to its first start.

                I am very disappointed with this issue. I need you to sort this out this issue today. Send me your expert technician who know how to resolve pc 04 issue...

                Hello this is madhu kothari from guntur.. On may 22nd of 2019 i've called voltas service as my ac breakdowns. Next day the technician visited our house from (Uma services guntur). He said ac output motor is to be replaced and he did it. He later removed motor fan nd placed a new one. The safety mess is now could not be placed because of that fan. I said him it is risky to me but the technician said he will visit again tomorrow and place it but it's been 2 months he did not visited. I called the voltas authorised executive for this from one month but he is speaking rudly. He wants me to adjust. From one month i'm calling him once in 2 days nd meet him many times begging him to complete my service but trust me he is so rude. He shouts at me wants me to adjust it. He give false promises that he will send technician soon but in vein. I've came to know from his office that there are many customers facing same problem. To be frank voltas don't care it's customers. There is no grievance cell, no toll free number and even no feedback call after service.. The representative charged me 2350 for motor for which bill given me is hand writing. The fan cost 800 no bill given for that.. How should i know the cost i paid is geninue. Uma services at guntur should be looked seriously for his rude behaviour and service purpose. Voltas should be looked into it.

                  I am very disappointed to inform you that i have got a defective refrigerator and the service centre is not cooperating with us. Infact the person who came to solve my problem was from SAMSUNG.

                  I took the fridge on 24th may 2019 from since that day i am facing the problem of water logging in the fridge but the problem is not solved and the person who came to solve is not a able person. His name is K.Das from Dynasty, Dibrugarh, Assam.

                  The water overflow is contined till date.

                  Plus the so called machanic misbehaved with my mom.

                  I am going to file a fir and i am going to file a case in consumer forum as well against it if no action is taken and if my fridge is not changed.

                    This is col krishan singh caveeshar, contact number [protected]. I had lodged a complain at the call center on the 4 june 2019 for a new remote. On the 5 june’19, the technician from noida franchise had come over and told me that he would come back with the remote the next day but failed to do so. The called up the franchise centre of volta’s again in the end of the month of june (28 or 29 june’19) for the remote. This time we the received the contact number of the area manager who informed us that the technician is on his way to sort our issue. When the technician arrived home, he told us that the remote will take another week to arrive and rudely asked us to learn to be patient. Is this how you train your employee to talk to the customer? And its been over a month and a half of wait for the ac remote! We are very disappointed with your services and deserve quick response regarding this issue and an apology from your technician.

                      I have purchased voltas ac 1.5ton split eu183dzz from one of suppliers in kathua (Jammu & kashmir) pin 184101 on 14th/may/2019 and installed on 16th of same month.
                      From the very next day it stopped working and then i raised a complaint & technician confirmed compressor is faulty in ac which is really disappointing.

                      Highlights

                      - ac usage 0.5 days, 2 months passed without ac
                      - waiting for replacement of split ac from approx 2 months now
                      - false commitments from very start by asm, bsm, escalation team & support team as well (Last week commitment passed as well like earlier 4 weeks continuous commitments)
                      - no way to track or know updates on approvals or my current status of request
                      - worst mistake of my life to go along with voltas ac selection
                      - peoples should take there job & position bit seriously that i felt in your support case
                      - i hope no other customer in future would suffer like you make people do
                      -i waited patiently till now... So called again & again but no results.

                      My voltas semi automatic washing machine spin dryer not working. When i buy it its works but now when i use it 3 to 4 time it do not wok. Its wash motar works properly but when i put cloth in spin dryer its doesnt run its timer run only. So plese service this washing maching machine as soon as possible.

                        I have a Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Window AC which was purchased last year in May 2018. It was fine until 2 months back as it started giving low cooling all of sudden and the consumption of electricity has gone drastically up. My usual bill use to come somewhere around 900 and now it has crossed 3700 and above respectively. I need a solution for this problem. I have already checked with the electricity department that my meter is working fine and has no problem so it leaves me with only one option which is your faulty Ac. Even if the Ac is turned on for 5 mins or so the meter starts jumping like anything. I need a possible solution as soon as possible for this.

                          I had purchased voltas inverter ac 1.5 t 185 vh vide invoice no. Sla[protected] from croma faridabad on 24/03/2018 amounting to rs 59489/=. The ac was installed during last week of apr18. The ac is not working properly since installation. And i have been facing issues with this. The cooling is not sufficient. The ac is very loud.
                          Previous year the said pc was breakdown several time. This year ac is under complete shutdown since 20/05/2019. On 20/05/2019 service engineer came from cool care faisalabad, call no. [protected]. He said pcb is faulty and take rs 2000/= advance vide invoice no 173 dated 20/05/2019. After that on 11/07/2019 ie after 51 days, mr khurshid ahmed came and replaced the pcb but problem not resolved.
                          Again on 12/07/2019, mr vivek came but still problem not get rectified.
                          The said ac is not in working condition in whole summer season.
                          It means that damaged ac was supplied to me, therefore it is requested to replace the defective ac at the earliest.

                          We bought Volta's AC 183V MZJ2 a week ago. We are getting P3 system error from last 3-4 days. Its not even cooling the room properly.The fan of AC is making a lot of noise.

                            On 28 june 2019 ac stopped cooling. On switching on ac it was running but there was no cooling at all.
                            As my product is under warranty period i called voltas costumer care (Phone number - [protected]) on the same day i. E. On 28th june 2019. Its been 15 days since then but no service have been provided.

                              My compalined is three months old, mr. Ashok hasija from voltas is making me fool in this. He does not reply to my mail also
                              A very ;poor service from voltas service team, in my opinion they are very sluggish. I have tried to approach them but they do not pick call.

                                I raised a complain for my 1.5 ton voltas split inverter model ac on 23rd june 19 regarding consumption of high electricity. The technician used to come after 4 days which are incompetent and they taken away both the machine and compressor. From that days till now they didn't resolve the issue and every time they are making fake commitment to resolve.
                                I already talked from area sells manager to branch sales manager but still it's not get resolved. It shows their intention to serve the customer. It's a shame on team voltas. Request not to purchase voltas ac.

                                  On 20 june 2019 ac stopped cooling. On switching on ac it was running but there was no cooling at all.
                                  As my product is under warranty period i called voltas costumer care (Phone number - [protected]) on the same day i. E. On 20th june 2019. Its been 20 days since then but no service have been provided.

                                  Since fault have appeared in my ac within 1 month of purchase thus it seems like i have been provided with defective piece so its complete fraud from company side. I appeal for replacement of my model with new one.

                                    I bought an AC on 21 jun. It was a defective. It took 16 days to replace. Now when I have got a new ac on 6 july it has not yet been installed. Customer care only says we understand your problem no effect after that. No follow up. Only I have to call. Bad experience and a mistake of buying your product. I would be happy if you can take back your product and return my money. Very unprofeasional conduct.

                                      I had lounged a complaint on 27th june vide complaint no. [protected] regarding non working of my voltas window ac. Two different technicians visited & updated some part replacement to be done. I am following with the company/call centre from 29th june, no one bothered to update the status. Anyhow i managed to contact the registered vendor of voltas who is taking care of my complaint, no courtesy, no manners how to talk to a customer & no update, i managed to talk any one of them by dialing any number minimum 7 to 10 times.
