My voltas split ac has some problem. As such the service engineer of voltas mr. Goldi singh, mob no-[protected] (Smart cooling) of bhawaniptna, dist - kalahandi, odisha, pin - 766001 visited the site.

He saw the outdoor unit and told to saw the indoor unit sometime later as he was busy. He took the service charge too.

Later on after repeated call he sent another person known to him but not from voltas. The new mechanic could not made it ok but took the service charge again.

We have already paid the service charge 2 times, but our problem could not be solved as yet.

When we are calling mr goldi, every time we are getting reply that he is busy. Sometime he is giving time, bu not coming.

This process is continuing for last more than 1 month.

Certainly it is not the quality of service that tata is known for.

Request you to be kind enogh to do the needful at the earliest possible.

    After service at uma service center (Guntur) they charged me 4000 rs again problem came after 10 days.. Visited personally complained online.. But no response they are not lifting my phone and the manager adviced me to sell the ac (1 yr old) and buy new one. Bcz it was a defective model made by voltas. They are very arrogant.. Refund my money if you dnt want to service my ac..

    With reference of my services request [protected]. Regarding cooler, they sent a person, who is not aware about his job, I just told him to service same, but in this process he damaged one parts and charged RS 500 for same. Moreover after service tm my water pump is not working.

      I have problem in voltas inverter ac 1.5 ton outdoor unit pcb. On 12th march, my voltas inverter ac out door unit pcb and remote taken by voltas service person, till date 5 times they came with the pcb to resolve the problem but it is under maintenance. I had given lots of complaint to customer care senior officer they discussed with the servicing area manger in conference mode 3 times. But the problem not yet resolved, if there is problem with voltas inverter ac it should come out. When we are going to buy ac i have decided to some other model but knowingly the soap keeper given me the inverter model and he told it is the latest technology and 5 year warranty. But now i came to know that lots of problem coming in pcb in voltas ac which minimum 12 thousand. Till now my problem is not resolved and god knows when it will rectify.in my company approx 1500 voltas ac installed so i thought i will get good service, so i decided for voltas ac but when i discussed with out company maitanace manager he told me one of worst company is voltas ac. Only i respect our industrialist shree ratan tata sir, when voltas changed to tata voltas i thought it is a good company, but i m wrong. I never take this type of wrong decisions in my life. Hope atleast my ac will rectify.
      For voltas team if your system is recording to development then plz listen my all communication what i made with customer care.

        When power is on initial start is shown but no further continuation. First it shows 88 on screen then there is nothing. No remote operation. From the date of purchase is a problem of cooling, very slow cooling. Using remote there is a sound of start but not operating. Restart shows only 88 on screen, it happened when we operated ac with remote not stop working.

        I purchased an AC and during installation I spent 8k till date and now the team is saying that the AC is damaged and needs tp be repaired. I just dont understand why is the need of repairing for brand new product as it is in warranty. Request you to please replace my AC and look into my issue ASAP.

          Since last 10 days I have been registering complaint for my 2 numbers of Voltas 1.5 ton ac purchased in 2015 June vide SR no # [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], which is automatically cancelled with absurd reason without been attended by service engineer .. this is a very wrong practice observed by local assigned service centre .. both the ACs need immediate repairing in this hot summer .. pls look into this else I would hanged the brand even though incur huge loss

            Pathetic after sales service from Voltas. I had never imagined that the servicing from the voltas would cost me so much.I had just done normal servicing from the Voltas technicians and the A/C was still in warranty. The machine was handled very very roughly by the technicians, After the servicing, we are facing some problem in our ac that the compressor of the same is regularly cutting off after running of 10-15 minute. On calling the same technician again he was totally clueless about the reason. Also, other technicians that came in either had no idea or could not stop the problem. After 4 - 5 visit they will come to know about problem that sensor is not working and they replaced it, but that was not actual problem but they changed it, after changed it, same problem was occurring than again they sent some other technician and he came to know about PCB problem and they changed it again, but same that wasn’t the actual problem, Today 4 weeks have passed and still dont have a solution to this even after 6 to 7 technician visits. In fact, I have to call the service center again and again to ask when are the next set of technicians coming. And this is another problem because of which I am fed up. If I lodge a complaint in the customer care, it takes minimum one week for the technicians to come in; also they commit one time but never come on that time. It gets really frustrating. After lodging my last request in the customer care, I am still awaiting the technicians from the service center; but nothing as of now. I dont have to explain that in the month of May, how hot it can become and I am suffering only because of the wet servicing done by the Voltas AC technicians. This problem within a year of installation is absolutely unacceptable from a company like Voltas especially if it is due to the technician rough handling of the machine. I do not want any repair of my one year old AC, because of technician fault. I want it to be replaced by a new unit; as it happened during the warranty period and while the servicing was done. One month is over and I am completely fed up.
            I am attaching the activity sheets related to the technician visits and also the bill for the AC.
            Please help, we are suffering from 1 month.

              I have purchased new voltas ac 183CZP on 14 may 2019. Ac compresor is lot of noise compare than other voltas ac model..
              I was complaint many times but company executive visited 3 times but not solve this problem and said it is normal noice according to voltas employees. I suffered for many days and wastage of my time to call again and again company . I want to change my ac or change this product otherwise give my money back.

                I bought a new ac and it is not cooling well please send your technician at my home to fix it. I had instal it. It is urgent to be resolved because its too hot . And the air it supplies is not cool it gives normal air . Please make it solve early

                  I am sumathi residing in ambikapuram, ponmalai, trichy, tamilnadu.in the last week of april i put a complaint on voltas air cooler, the service man checked and asked me to replace the motor and i agreed to replace the motor but still now they haven't replaced the mottor and not responding to my call.                   Now one of that is cooling very less and other one is 0% cooling.

                    Ac get serviced on 25-04-19 and the day after the service ac not working. We informed star cool thaliparamba (Fr code: 150742). The next day service man came but not solved the problem. Then he came by on 10-05-19 but still the ac not working. He said he will come next day, but he didn't come. We informed service centre for several time, but they didnt responding to our complaint. They are not attending our call. If we call them from other number they say that he will come today. Every day they say the same words.

                    We had worst experience with star cool thaliparamba (Fr code: 150742) service centre, i wouldnt recommend any voltas product to anyone.

                      I bought an ac (Split) from aircon paradise, 9/3 judge colony, vaishali, ghaziabad 201301on dated 10may2019.

                      This complaint about the dealer mr suhail khan ([protected]/67).

                      When i purchased ac from him than he told me that pay only 500/- rs to installation person and at the time of installation asking to pay 700/- while the sales person from aircon, asking me not to pay extra 200/-rs. So due to little confusion i called to suhail khan (Owner) than he misbehaved me on phone for 200/-rs and loudly said that nobody from voltas will attend your complain in future if you will not pay this amount.

                      So this is to inform you that not to going buy again voltas product in future.

                      And if i could pay 33k for ac+3300 extra for installation than why i will not pay 200/-rs.

                            I have purchased voltas ac this time only looking at the brand name of tata group but fact is very much unacceptable for services. I already have another ac of lloyds and fully satisfied with the services.

                            I am feeling voltas is my very bad selection.

                              I procured one Window AC 1.5 Ton from Voltas authorised distributor - Santosh Enterprises, C 30, Main Road Kanti Nagar, Delhi 110051 on 18th May 19.

                              At the time of installation, it was giving some abnormal noise from the fan. It's outer body had dent. At the time of installation, technician put some gatta / pulled air compressor hardly to stop the noise. The noise stopped for 5 - 10 minutes but it started again after 5 - 10 minutes.

                              Installation technician - Idrees said that Voltas Engineers will come and rectify this problem on 19th May. 2 days had gone but nothing happened.

                              I have been cheated by Voltas Dealer. He charged for new AC but supplied old and defected AC.

                                  पिछले एक महीने से मेरे द्वारा (के. पी. सिंह ) एसी खराब होने की समस्या के सम्बन्ध में शिकायत की जा रही है और इतने परिश्रम के बाद आपकी कंपनी से एक टेक्निसियन पहुँचता है और एसी की जांच पड़ताल करता है। वह बताता है की एसी में गैस नहीं है और दूसरा टेक्नीशियन आएगा और गैस डालेगा मई रिपोर्ट बनाकर दे देता हूँ। दो से तीन दिन में आपकी यह समस्या हल हो जायेगी परन्तु ऐसा नहीं हुआ और आज एक हफ्ते से ऊपर होने जा रहे हैं लेकिन जब भी मै वोल्टास के सर्विस सेंटर( [protected] ) पर फ़ोन करता हूँ तो बताया जाता है की सर आज हो जाएगा परन्तु ये आज अब तक नहीं आया यह भी बता दूँ कि मेरी एसी गारंटी में है और वारंटी ख़त्म होने में मात्र एक माह बचे है और इनके द्वारा जानबूझकर लापरवाही दिखाई जा रही है और मेरे पास इसके सभी साक्ष्य उउपलब्ध है। यदि इस समस्या का हल समय से नहीं किया जाता है तो मैं कंपनी के खिलाफ न्यायालय जाने को बाध्य हो जाऊँगा।

                                        I raised sr [protected] on 15.05.2019. Technician planned to attend this request on 16.05.2019, but on that day he rang me around 4 pm and told me that he will come on 17.05.2019 to attend the request. But today he has not come and someone from voltas office rang me mentioning that she is going to cancel the request as the request has not been attended within stipulated time. I didn't agree with that proposal and requested not to cancel the request. But just now i have got sms "dear customer, you have requested for reschedule beyond six days for sr [protected]. Kindly book a new sr or call on '[protected]' for reschedule".
                                        Considering above mentioned fact, i would like to complaint against your representative and technician who has rescheduled my sr by making false statement without providing service. Please note that this is the 2nd free service request of my voltas inverter ac.
