Why does the technician not attending for the demo even after complaining two times most pathetic service given by voltas and voltas service centre mansa punjab 151505 team i request everyone not to buy any item of voltas...
I called many times but no resolution and service manager mansa no proper way to asking for diffrent charges for installation no time value improper staffand is this trust with voltas. I not received any resolution and complaint solve

Raise a complaint and take action if my problem no solve i do legal action i have more 4 ac never expected this from voltas worst pathetic services

      1. Further reference is made to complaint registered to consumer complaints forum on 22 May 19 on subject NON ATTENDING OF VOLTAS SPLIT AC COMPLAINT.
      2. Still my complaint is not resolved and still no respresentative from voltas is visits to resolve the problem.
      3. Voltas gives wrong statement that your problem is resolved.
      4. Please look into the matter.

        I have voltas 1 ton split inverter ac purchased on march 2018.
        For ac repairing, (Not in warranty today)
        I had raised complain with request. You number [protected] on 9th may.
        Technician visited and told me to main pcb damaged. I have asked him to replace. He told me that another guy will come to replace pcb which cost around 5k. I gave him go ahead still got no response till 20th may.
        On 20th may, i had raised another
        Request no. [protected]
        Another technician came again without pcb even if i have told him to bring the same.
        He told me that pcb will take 7-10 days from now to reach ahmedabad office.
        I am taking follow up still getting not proper response or direction.

        Very bad experience with voltas service

        Please help me if you can.

          I have recently purchased 1.5 ton voltas window ac throgh flipcart. I have requested volats to register my product for free warrant. I have clearly mentioned that i have bought through flipcart. First they asked for invoice. Now saying there is no extended warranty on products purchased from flipcart. If it is so why they dont mention clearly when they are selling the product when payment is making.

          The standard charges of 499 + 18% GST are only applicable on the product purchased from Tata Cliq and for authorized dealers but charges may differ if purchased from Flipkart or another e-commerce site.

              My ac inner unit not working, made online complaint to customer care, received request no. [protected].

              Expecting a technician visit. But nobody visited. I spoke to customer care ([protected]) thrice, the number i received after launching the compliant.

              I tried to reach next level to escalate the issue, but the customer care executives keeping call in hold for long time and not connecting the call.

No: 4552408a19bao1225, cbu code : 4502565, idu code: 4552408 and invoice no: 1201/19e/s-4470, dated 10.5.2019 from bajaj electronics, kphb, hyderabad - 500 072. I am trying to get toll free number as well as through online for furnishing the details to them for 5 years warranty certificate. But i am not able to get toll free number though tried several times, which is not working and also online site which shows that technical error always. It is disgusting to deal with voltas people. Please ensure to issue warranty certificate to me immediately for the above item purchased by me.

                  I had raised complaint on april 2nd with complaint no [protected] against noise issue in my volta's split ac, i have been calling and every time i got answer the issue will be resolved with in 48 hours. But no one visited my place and after 1 month i got the issue resolved message. Igor suprised by seeing the message. Not sure what basis the issue resolved. I am still waiting for the response and resolution not sure how much time (2 month around) to visit my place to check ac.

                    I purchased voltas inverter ac 2 years back during installation mechanic from voltas told me that this is defective ac need to change body. After so many calls body being changed. But ac not giving desired cooling again service engineer came next year as 1 year already past he just fill the gas and said probably problem will resolve now. When i talk about strange sound comming out from ac he told its inverter ac it work like that.
                    Same problem came this year also no cooling only sound...
                    Thinking of selling this or posting all this on face bok so atleast other people not take care while purchase voltas ac
                    If any of prospective customer of voltas want to take feedback please call me i ll give proper feedback of there service and product.

                        My voltas split ac has some problem. As such the service engineer of voltas mr. Goldi singh, mob no-[protected] (Smart cooling) of bhawaniptna, dist - kalahandi, odisha, pin - 766001 visited the site.

                        He saw the outdoor unit and told to saw the indoor unit sometime later as he was busy. He took the service charge too.

                        Later on after repeated call he sent another person known to him but not from voltas. The new mechanic could not made it ok but took the service charge again.

                        We have already paid the service charge 2 times, but our problem could not be solved as yet.

                        When we are calling mr goldi, every time we are getting reply that he is busy. Sometime he is giving time, bu not coming.

                        This process is continuing for last more than 1 month.

                        Certainly it is not the quality of service that tata is known for.

                        Request you to be kind enogh to do the needful at the earliest possible.

                          After service at uma service center (Guntur) they charged me 4000 rs again problem came after 10 days.. Visited personally complained online.. But no response they are not lifting my phone and the manager adviced me to sell the ac (1 yr old) and buy new one. Bcz it was a defective model made by voltas. They are very arrogant.. Refund my money if you dnt want to service my ac..

Regarding cooler, they sent a person, who is not aware about his job, I just told him to service same, but in this process he damaged one parts and charged RS 500 for same. Moreover after service tm my water pump is not working.

                            I have problem in voltas inverter ac 1.5 ton outdoor unit pcb. On 12th march, my voltas inverter ac out door unit pcb and remote taken by voltas service person, till date 5 times they came with the pcb to resolve the problem but it is under maintenance. I had given lots of complaint to customer care senior officer they discussed with the servicing area manger in conference mode 3 times. But the problem not yet resolved, if there is problem with voltas inverter ac it should come out. When we are going to buy ac i have decided to some other model but knowingly the soap keeper given me the inverter model and he told it is the latest technology and 5 year warranty. But now i came to know that lots of problem coming in pcb in voltas ac which minimum 12 thousand. Till now my problem is not resolved and god knows when it will rectify.in my company approx 1500 voltas ac installed so i thought i will get good service, so i decided for voltas ac but when i discussed with out company maitanace manager he told me one of worst company is voltas ac. Only i respect our industrialist shree ratan tata sir, when voltas changed to tata voltas i thought it is a good company, but i m wrong. I never take this type of wrong decisions in my life. Hope atleast my ac will rectify.

                              When power is on initial start is shown but no further continuation. First it shows 88 on screen then there is nothing. No remote operation. From the date of purchase is a problem of cooling, very slow cooling. Using remote there is a sound of start but not operating. Restart shows only 88 on screen, it happened when we operated ac with remote not stop working.

                                  Pathetic after sales service from Voltas. I had never imagined that the servicing from the voltas would cost me so much.I had just done normal servicing from the Voltas technicians and the A/C was still in warranty. The machine was handled very very roughly by the technicians, After the servicing, we are facing some problem in our ac that the compressor of the same is regularly cutting off after running of 10-15 minute. On calling the same technician again he was totally clueless about the reason. Also, other technicians that came in either had no idea or could not stop the problem. After 4 - 5 visit they will come to know about problem that sensor is not working and they replaced it, but that was not actual problem but they changed it, after changed it, same problem was occurring than again they sent some other technician and he came to know about PCB problem and they changed it again, but same that wasn’t the actual problem, Today 4 weeks have passed and still dont have a solution to this even after 6 to 7 technician visits. In fact, I have to call the service center again and again to ask when are the next set of technicians coming. And this is another problem because of which I am fed up. If I lodge a complaint in the customer care, it takes minimum one week for the technicians to come in; also they commit one time but never come on that time. It gets really frustrating. After lodging my last request in the customer care, I am still awaiting the technicians from the service center; but nothing as of now. I dont have to explain that in the month of May, how hot it can become and I am suffering only because of the wet servicing done by the Voltas AC technicians. This problem within a year of installation is absolutely unacceptable from a company like Voltas especially if it is due to the technician rough handling of the machine. I do not want any repair of my one year old AC, because of technician fault. I want it to be replaced by a new unit; as it happened during the warranty period and while the servicing was done. One month is over and I am completely fed up.
                                  I am attaching the activity sheets related to the technician visits and also the bill for the AC.
                                  Please help, we are suffering from 1 month.

                                    I was complaint many times but company executive visited 3 times but not solve this problem and said it is normal noice according to voltas employees.
