Voltas service is pathetic. I am just suffering due to irresponsible behaviour of voltas guys. I've been continuously chasing you guys still haven't received any response in return. This is my worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone ever. You guys are Cancelling my requests repeatedly #[protected] & #[protected] by entering fake comments.Contact No. - [protected]

    This seems to be a very bad company these days. I bought ac on 2nd june 2019 from local dealer and installation was done on same day but unfortunately the ac didnt work for a minute as it is defective. I am asking for replacement of the unit bt there is no action from dealer. Voltas support came to check and confirmed that one unit is defective but there is still no actions. It looks i wasted 40000/-. I should have gone for some other brand instead of voltas. Any recommendations hoe to proceed and get it replaced as it did not work even for a single mintue.
    I have given 40000/- so there is no question of getting it repaired and use a defective product. Better i could have gone for refurbished acs if i have had to use repaired ones. Please suggest. I need new unit.

      We bought the ac 1 month back. With installation itself they intraduced two issues.
      1. Water leakage
      2. Gas leakage
      1st issue fixed 2nd day as we can see the issues.

      Total gas leaked and filled after 2weeks.

      While filling the gas they intraduced again water leakage issue.
      On 24th may issue rised

        We have brought the Voltas AC 1.5 TON on 19.04.2019. from Gunjan Electronic, Choudwar From last one week, we have observed, it not worked properly ( Compressor not worked). We also complained the matter in Electronic shop as well as in customer care. But, till now, no representatives come and look into the matter. We can not tolerate the situation in summer season, hope you can understand.

        In spite of giving complaint on customer care, no body resolve the issue, which is actually a shame for a multinational company like VOLTAS.

          We had bought a voltas water cooler from enn kay electronics, jawalamukhi on 10 may 2019. It is fixed at sood car parking near pnb, jawalamukhi for public use. As it is not working properly we complained about it to the dealer but he couldn't made any changes to it. Kindly make a solution to this problem on urgent basis. Hoping for a positive reply from you.

            I have just purchased couple of split ac n while installing a unit it was found that gas is leaking from the unit point. Technician said that it is not belong to him n should go for complaint in company site. I m calling in given no. But person is not giving proper response. Have i choosen wrong brand as should i feel it. It is requested to concern person to look in the matter as soon as possible.

            We have lodged an issue on cooling of AC on Dt[protected]. For which, we got an appointment scheduled on[protected]. But still there is no service provided by any assistant. We are disappointed and hopeless for this service.

            I had problems with my voltas split ac 1.5 tone.the technician visited still the problem persists and the customer care are charging for every visit.
            Voltas are only for wasting your money..never ever buy the product of voltas

              So many times i called on voltas service centre in mumbai and registered service request on 03 june 2019 but they are doing purpously sending me messages that your sr is cancelled and rescheduled and when i asked why all this then they said technician will call you and no-one called. And again when i called, same reply. Very bad response and service. So far no necessary action was done by voltas.

                New ac but some times water drops coming in indoor pls resolve this asap... Some times cooling downgrade my room... Dust also already cleaned.

                  I purchased voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac from flipkart on 15th march 2019, it is installed at my house by voltas technician... Present it operates at low cooling... I raised a complaint on 2nd june 2019 through toll free number, they said voltas service man will call or visit at your house but still now any one from voltas not contacting me... So, please help me

                    Dear sir/madam
                    this is to take your attention on what is happening on ground level of customer care and product services . I have brought voltas ac on 29/04/2019 from radhe krishna enterprises kapurthala punjab it is not working well hence i have launched 4 complaints regarding this matter but after each visit of service boy there is no improvement in this matter of resolving cooling of my ac.But complaint is resolve by there side . now it is is not working in this hot whether so there is no reason for me to buy ac of and paying its EMI from my pocket .When i asked to my local dealer from which i buy this product he ask me that he has no role to play and he is not ready to replace this piece of ac.Now i am ready to go to consumer forum and ask them about negligence and how much they all harass me and my family hence we are forced to sleep without ac in this hot wheather while we are having ac of voltas company .plz help me to replace my ac.

                      I have purchased an AC i. E inverter AC. On 17.06.2018
                      One year has not been completed and I am facing many problems while talking to customer care about its problem.

                      Actually about 1 one month ago, i have talked to customer care that my AC is not cooling. I have talked about 10-15 times to mob-[protected], every time a new person takes the full details of problem anf was saying that within 48 hours, somebody will go and see the problem. But nobody has come literally

                      I have managed with local boy who is in voltas, ARA, BIHAR PIN-802301
                      he has talked to any body i donot know and tell me that EARTHING is to be replaced.

                      I have changed the EARTHING whatever needed to AC

                      But still is not cooling.

                      Again i have lodged a complaint regarding this and after 4 days, the same engineer has cone and tell me that AC COMOPESSURE KIT IS DAMGED. and it will take at least 2 month.

                      Now you can think during this too much hot climate, how one can survive. If for one part replacement, it will take so much time

                      So being a big brand name, you should see the some lethargic way to resolve the problem.

                      Do the needful at the earliest.

I have purchased a voltas ac from ludhiana split ac on 1 june 2019 registered a complain regarding my AC installation on same day by dealer but local service center take no interest to install my ac i called many times to customer care (near about 100+ times) nut nobody helps me in the end customer care provide me asm contact number they helps me and installed my ac with his involvement otherwise mr surinder([protected]) the service center head refuse to install my ac due to peak season means i m not important in peak season ac istalled my home at 3rd june 11.30 pm (time noted) and technician installed ac and its not cooling the told me that its takes about two hours in the starting i agreed and they go back but after full night ac doesn't cooling little bit i again complaint in customer care they always told me that we take your complaint on urgent base and priority but after so many calls result is zero i again called to asm chawla ji they take concern and send techinician from other service center after full day now but technician just come to me to check the fault only not solving it they said me to we send other techinician with gas filling cylinder but now i involved branch head mr yash arora ji but they also can't be able to solve my problem and take time after time 3 pm to 4 pm to 5pm to now 6 pm and i am so harrased with voltas company its my life's big mistake to choose this type of company no body helps me but given false commitment ho jayega santawna rakyie. in this time when ac is must needed they take my problem lightly please check my call record overall to customer care near about 250+ asm 50+ branch head 20+ service center countless but nobody solve my problem so harrassing.

                          Purchased date- 5th April 2018, within one year my AC is having issues of Gas Leaking. It is one and half month when the AC gas has leaked again. For which I need to pay 2200Rs. Worst product received by Volts. Never suggest to anyone.

                            I am writing this letter to grab attention on my issue. I have registered a complain regarding my ac unit is not cooling on 14th of april. With few disputes with the service center i have registered a complain with you on 18th of april. Till now voltas authorized ac service center is not able to resolve my issue.

                            Dear sir please pay attenion on these points:
                            1. After submitting a complain your service center personal asked me to pay much more amount.
                            2. He left my indoor unit opened for about 7 to 10 days and visited to my place after the interference of mr. Kailash chandra sharma.
                            3. After 5 to 7 days he came and work with outdoor unit (Fill the gas).
                            4. After that he said all the things are right now there must be no issue with your unit but after that also the problem remains same.
                            5. Aftre so many calls and appointments he came on 10 may and took my indoor unit with himself for testing and told me that within 2 days it will be ok and get installed on my place.
                            6. Once again after so many calls and he came on 22nd of may and installed my ac indoor unit.
                            7. I called him on 23rd and told him about the issue that remains same.

                            But now till today he is not able to visit to my place.

                            Now i just want to know sir is this the way to handle a consumer that is trusted on you only. We have purchased the ac from voltas and was the happy customer till date but sorry to say that your service team is not as per the standard of you.

                            If a single problem is not resolved after 50 days during the summer time that is the most required time for ac then please tell me what is the use of my ac.

                            I request you to kindly interfere in between the issue and try to resolve my issue asap.

                            I think this voltas customer care is no use. They dnt do anything. Its very big mistake to buy AC. Can you imagine that installation dnt know properly and nect day after installation only leakaging happening. I am screaming and telling customer care guys to followup my request.

I also received call from sameer saroj[protected] he was saying your warranty was extended due the executive has less knowledge and he was not aware the voltas policy.
                                As per sameer saroj that you have fired that person from your organization. Please discuss with mr. Saroj he can explain you about the matter. Please take me in conference call with mr saroj. But i don't want to listen any excuse because my warranty was extended and i have many proofs. This is your problem if you have not given proper training to your executives and they don't know the policy. Now your team totally making me fool.

                                You can check how many times i reopened the request [protected] and how your team close the ticket. They always saying why you required certificate as your warranty has been extended and showing on system.

                                I am attaching message screenshot again for reference. Please check this issue and shortout. I have sent email multiple times no one reading my email also they are not opening the attachment.

                                  Totally cheated us with the product. We never expected this from tata. The ac unit was installed in the month of october and we have raised more than 10 complaints so far. Our last complaint was registered on may 11th and we are again facing the problem today (June 3rd). There is zero cooling and water keeps leaking 3rd time now. Earlier gas was completely drained. The other problem was too much vibrations in the unit. I wonder if the brand new ac could cause so many troubles.
                                  We wanted a reimbursement of our 36, 000 or replacement of the unit. Voltas have tested our patience enough. Out of 6 months we were dealing with these complaints for more than two months now. We are from a middle class family and every penny matters a lot for us. We have kids finding very difficult to sleep in 40 degree heat. Is this what we deserve after we make a payment of 36000 rs which is our hard earned money. Please help!

                                    I had my voltas 1 ton split ac serviced on 27/4/19 along with refilling of its gas for 2500inr. 2 weeks after that, the cooling of the ac started deteriorating and 2 days ago ice started getting thrown out of the inside unit and there is minimal cooling now for which i contacted the same voltas guy who came and checked today only to report the gas levels are at a minimum yet again and the only solution he kept offering was refillling the gas again for 2000inr.
                                    I am pretty sure 1 month is way shorter life span for the gas than normal, and i want my ac checked for the gas leak and gas refilled again free of cost. Paying every month 2500inr for gas is just ignorance from your side, hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible

                                      I have registered 2 different complaints for my 2 different voltas window ac which had problem with cooling. The person who has visited my house checked both the ac's one was having voltage related issue which was connected to the stablizer, i told him to give ac direct connection but he denied and told me to buy voltas stablizer instead, then i told him that it will take me 10-15 minutes to bring a new stablizer if he can wait he told me he don't have time to wait he has to attend some other complaints and charged me rs.350
                                      The other ac complaint was that it was getting triped after some time. The executive told me that the gas was short so has to charge some gas in my ac and the pcb was faulty the relay which give indication to ac to start after 3 minutes was also not working. The person told it will charge me rs.2100 for pcb and rs.2000 for gas. Somehow, the ac was cooling fine when it was working for 5-10 minutes. Then after some arguments i told him to do the ac service only which is needed. He told me he has not brought the tools for servicing and he will send someone other day to service and taken rs.350 for the same by saying visiting charges.
                                      Can u explain how can gas need to be top-up if it was leaked and if it was leaked where is the leakage and if it will not be repaired the gas will be leaked again, and if the gas is short and there is no leakage then its the voltas company fault that they gave the window ac without filling proper gas in it.
                                      This guy was having gas cylinder to fill the gas which he can make rs.2000 in 5 mins and not having tools for servicing the ac which will take his time.

                                        I had bought two 1.5 ton split ac from shree vardhman traders, 506/23 bhagwan mahavir marg. Gur mandi, sonepat on) 1/06/2019.
                                        On 01/06/2019 your installer came but the acs were not delivered by then.
                                        So the installer jitender (Mob [protected]) left and never came back.
                                        Then we were told that mr deepak (Mob [protected]) will come but he also dod not come. The some sunil dutt (Mob [protected]) called and told me that he will come on03/06/2019. But he also never came
                                        Then we talked to some chetan who said that he will book in urgently.
                                        We then called vishwas referigeration centre (Mob [protected]) who said that they will come on04/06/2019.

                                        Sir in this heat i have been made to suffer

                                        I just wanted to bring this to your notice.
                                        If no one comes tomorrow i will return your acs and buy some other company's ac who do not behave like this with their customers.

                                        By the way i have a 4 started flat under construction which will need % split acs on each floor in delhi. You can well imagine who stands to loose.

                                        Hope you will look into this matter and solve it soon.
