Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to grab attention on my issue. I have purchased a voltas ac from ludhiana split ac on 1 june 2019 registered a complain regarding my AC installation on same day by dealer but local service center take no interest to install my ac i called many times to customer care (near about 100+ times) nut nobody helps me in the end customer care provide me asm contact number they helps me and installed my ac with his involvement otherwise mr surinder([protected]) the service center head refuse to install my ac due to peak season means i m not important in peak season ac istalled my home at 3rd june 11.30 pm (time noted) and technician installed ac and its not cooling the told me that its takes about two hours in the starting i agreed and they go back but after full night ac doesn't cooling little bit i again complaint in customer care they always told me that we take your complaint on urgent base and priority but after so many calls result is zero i again called to asm chawla ji they take concern and send techinician from other service center after full day now but technician just come to me to check the fault only not solving it they said me to we send other techinician with gas filling cylinder but now i involved branch head mr yash arora ji but they also can't be able to solve my problem and take time after time 3 pm to 4 pm to 5pm to now 6 pm and i am so harrased with voltas company its my life's big mistake to choose this type of company no body helps me but given false commitment ho jayega santawna rakyie. in this time when ac is must needed they take my problem lightly please check my call record overall to customer care near about 250+ asm 50+ branch head 20+ service center countless but nobody solve my problem so harrassing.

    I have purchased a window ac of voltas make from croma store, jalandhar. But still pending for installation instead of repeated follow up for the same. I think don't waste your time to buy this make product and deal with croma store.

    Purchased date- 5th April 2018, within one year my AC is having issues of Gas Leaking. It is one and half month when the AC gas has leaked again. For which I need to pay 2200Rs. Worst product received by Volts. Never suggest to anyone.

      Dear sir,

      I am writing this letter to grab attention on my issue. I have registered a complain regarding my ac unit is not cooling on 14th of april. With few disputes with the service center i have registered a complain with you on 18th of april. Till now voltas authorized ac service center is not able to resolve my issue.

      Dear sir please pay attenion on these points:
      1. After submitting a complain your service center personal asked me to pay much more amount.
      2. He left my indoor unit opened for about 7 to 10 days and visited to my place after the interference of mr. Kailash chandra sharma.
      3. After 5 to 7 days he came and work with outdoor unit (Fill the gas).
      4. After that he said all the things are right now there must be no issue with your unit but after that also the problem remains same.
      5. Aftre so many calls and appointments he came on 10 may and took my indoor unit with himself for testing and told me that within 2 days it will be ok and get installed on my place.
      6. Once again after so many calls and he came on 22nd of may and installed my ac indoor unit.
      7. I called him on 23rd and told him about the issue that remains same.

      But now till today he is not able to visit to my place.

      Now i just want to know sir is this the way to handle a consumer that is trusted on you only. We have purchased the ac from voltas and was the happy customer till date but sorry to say that your service team is not as per the standard of you.

      If a single problem is not resolved after 50 days during the summer time that is the most required time for ac then please tell me what is the use of my ac.

      I request you to kindly interfere in between the issue and try to resolve my issue asap.

      I think this voltas customer care is no use. They dnt do anything. Its very big mistake to buy AC. Can you imagine that installation dnt know properly and nect day after installation only leakaging happening. I am screaming and telling customer care guys to followup my request.

          My warranty has been extend by voltas wta team. When i asked for warranty certificate now they are saying they will not able to provide warranty certificate. Please check with concerned person who is closed my ticket first time. Also received two confirmation message from your side that my warranty has been extended. I also called multiple times on your call center number [protected] they always says that your warranty is showing extended in system and for the certificate they are saying that they facing some issue in our system that why are not able to sent you warranty certificate. I also received call from sameer saroj[protected] he was saying your warranty was extended due the executive has less knowledge and he was not aware the voltas policy.
          As per sameer saroj that you have fired that person from your organization. Please discuss with mr. Saroj he can explain you about the matter. Please take me in conference call with mr saroj. But i don't want to listen any excuse because my warranty was extended and i have many proofs. This is your problem if you have not given proper training to your executives and they don't know the policy. Now your team totally making me fool.

          You can check how many times i reopened the request [protected] and how your team close the ticket. They always saying why you required certificate as your warranty has been extended and showing on system.

          I am attaching message screenshot again for reference. Please check this issue and shortout. I have sent email multiple times no one reading my email also they are not opening the attachment.

            Totally cheated us with the product. We never expected this from tata. The ac unit was installed in the month of october and we have raised more than 10 complaints so far. Our last complaint was registered on may 11th and we are again facing the problem today (June 3rd). There is zero cooling and water keeps leaking 3rd time now. Earlier gas was completely drained. The other problem was too much vibrations in the unit. I wonder if the brand new ac could cause so many troubles.
            We wanted a reimbursement of our 36, 000 or replacement of the unit. Voltas have tested our patience enough. Out of 6 months we were dealing with these complaints for more than two months now. We are from a middle class family and every penny matters a lot for us. We have kids finding very difficult to sleep in 40 degree heat. Is this what we deserve after we make a payment of 36000 rs which is our hard earned money. Please help!

              I had my voltas 1 ton split ac serviced on 27/4/19 along with refilling of its gas for 2500inr. 2 weeks after that, the cooling of the ac started deteriorating and 2 days ago ice started getting thrown out of the inside unit and there is minimal cooling now for which i contacted the same voltas guy who came and checked today only to report the gas levels are at a minimum yet again and the only solution he kept offering was refillling the gas again for 2000inr.
              I am pretty sure 1 month is way shorter life span for the gas than normal, and i want my ac checked for the gas leak and gas refilled again free of cost. Paying every month 2500inr for gas is just ignorance from your side, hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible

                I have registered 2 different complaints for my 2 different voltas window ac which had problem with cooling. The person who has visited my house checked both the ac's one was having voltage related issue which was connected to the stablizer, i told him to give ac direct connection but he denied and told me to buy voltas stablizer instead, then i told him that it will take me 10-15 minutes to bring a new stablizer if he can wait he told me he don't have time to wait he has to attend some other complaints and charged me rs.350
                The other ac complaint was that it was getting triped after some time. The executive told me that the gas was short so has to charge some gas in my ac and the pcb was faulty the relay which give indication to ac to start after 3 minutes was also not working. The person told it will charge me rs.2100 for pcb and rs.2000 for gas. Somehow, the ac was cooling fine when it was working for 5-10 minutes. Then after some arguments i told him to do the ac service only which is needed. He told me he has not brought the tools for servicing and he will send someone other day to service and taken rs.350 for the same by saying visiting charges.
                Can u explain how can gas need to be top-up if it was leaked and if it was leaked where is the leakage and if it will not be repaired the gas will be leaked again, and if the gas is short and there is no leakage then its the voltas company fault that they gave the window ac without filling proper gas in it.
                This guy was having gas cylinder to fill the gas which he can make rs.2000 in 5 mins and not having tools for servicing the ac which will take his time.

                  On 01/06/2019 your installer came but the acs were not delivered by then.
                  So the installer jitender (Mob [protected]) left and never came back.
                  Then we were told that mr deepak (Mob [protected]) will come but he also dod not come. The some sunil dutt (Mob [protected]) called and told me that he will come on03/06/2019. But he also never came
                  Then we talked to some chetan who said that he will book in urgently.
                  We then called vishwas referigeration centre (Mob [protected]) who said that they will come on04/06/2019.

                  Sir in this heat i have been made to suffer

                  I just wanted to bring this to your notice.
                  If no one comes tomorrow i will return your acs and buy some other company's ac who do not behave like this with their customers.

                  By the way i have a 4 started flat under construction which will need % split acs on each floor in delhi. You can well imagine who stands to loose.

                  Hope you will look into this matter and solve it soon.

                      Voltas should be given highest accolade of bluffing it's costumers. We are tired of making calls and complaining from last 2 months and there is no back call or self approach from company's side and that's not satisfactory. Our ac is not cooling even though there was one time gas filling by voltas service for which they charged ₹2800 with 3 months guarantee... And from that time we are asking them to check our ac once again coz there might be some other damage in ac.. But the service providers keep delaying.. And one thing serious but at the same time strange is that... The foolish mechanic coming to check ac once not coming or picking up the call again... I mean seriously is this tue way to treat your customers that too senior citizens... Shame on u. After our so many calls and requests they sent us one new mechanic again on 1june.. Who checked again and said that he will come tomorrow again and there is minor damage but that tomorrow never came... He cheated # mechanic... We are not understanding why the hell they are doing this... Are they doing it to every customer? But ya i hv to say that voltas is such a speck on the name of brand. And half the summer is over now when they will come in winter or next summer?

                        Hi,
                        I purchased voltas split ac invertor type 1.5 ton on 6th may, voltas technician installed it & within a week its breakdown occured, gas leaked as reported by voltas technicians who visited there, they filled the gas & dis some activities with outdoor unit of ac to get the problem solved, after this hardly my ac used for a week and again on 30th may i faced the same problem again, i reported next day, their initial visit team came and did some chekup & again reported us that its gas leaked.

                        I am very shocked with voltas, the kind of product they have given to me :
                        Now the conclusion i got is :
                        A either the ac provided to me by voltas is having surely some manufacturing error due to which it is not able to perform. Or
                        B the technicians of voltas are not that efficient that they can install a latest model split ac with proper checks so that it can be install properly & perform, i dont know on what basis you are providing 5 years of warranty.

                        However in both the cases, the ultimate sufferer is consumer, that is me in this case & i think if it is the issue of case a, then please replace the ac, & if it is the issue with technicians then please reimbure my money as i guess in case you provides me new ac but still the assembly people will remain the same & i will face the same problem which iam facing with, even after lot of request to customer care, they even did not cooperated to rectify the problem on next day & asked me to wait till further updates.

                        I request to take care, either replace the ac or reimburse the amount.

                          I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton ac from jk electrical noida. Purchased date is[protected], invoice no - jke/18-19/359.
                          I was registered by using wta for 1+4 warranty extend. But i have not received any confirmation mail.

                          Now i want to get ac service then customer care told me your ac is out of warranty you need to pay charges. I am totally shoked.

                          It is not good that at the time of registration saying your registration have done and now when i want service they tell me your ac is out of warranty.

                          Please check the wta details and give the proper solution otherwise we will never purchased these type of tata products.

                            I have taken amc of my 1.5 ton window ac installed at noida vide amc contract # [protected]/ agreement number 70097910 started from 17/10/18 to 16/10/19. Quality of window ac is so poor that every year atleast two times it need gas charging. Last year cooling coil of ac was changed under warranty with nil cost paid for the same. Few days back i had again registered complaint for no cooling & service engineer visited today morning & suggested change of condenser as there is leakage in condenser. I asked him to get the part changed since it is under amc.
                            To my utter surprise i got shock of my life when he told me that change of condenser is on chargeable basis. I told him that when last year cooling coil was changed free of cost under amc than how come this has become chargeble this year.
                            I called call center & he was unable to share any information & then i also called service engineer owner but he is also not responding to me properly & neither interested in sharing contact number of voltas service manager.
                            I took this amc to ease my life from all hassles but this has become nightmare of my life. Very poor experience. I have three more voltas ac but now i think next time i should buy some better brand who has some service standards.
                            Pls help me resolve my complaint immediately as it very very hot (45 degree) & this ac is being used by my father.

                                When i bought this i extend the warranty but still i have to pay full amount to repair it i bought in 2017. Now the condition is very bad. Quality was very bad and service is also poor i have not got my bill of extended warranty from v care at the time of sales they sowing you so much thing but neither they have quality nor they can provide you good service only thing they know how to make money. Customer service agents does not have sufficient information to provide you. I am still waiting for the certificate of wta. Also send email to [protected]@voltas.com, but did not get any response. Please provide me warranty extended certificate asap

                                  Dear concern,

                                  This is a mail regarding my purchased ac new berco electronics. I purchased ac on 02/06/2018. I again raised the concern today before a day its warranty expired its again giving same issue compressor not get started.

                                  A/c was successfully installed which worked only single day due to its compressor issue. We have lodged complaint at customer care regarding the ac not working. As per engineer the ac is defective and would need to be repaired. He also suggest me to call customer care only.

                                  I as well as my family is highly depressed and dis-satisfy with the services of voltas and there representative. I have invested my huge amount in voltas product and not getting proper response.

                                    We have purchased an air conditioner of voltas company 10 days before. It's not cooling properly as a normal ac do. We have complaint about it and also your engeneer came to see it. He said that it had 5 pound. Less gas, so he came and filled it. But even after that it is not cooling our room properly. So kindly visit us as soon as possible and see what's the problem. Thank you

                                      You are requesting that you will cooperate quickly.
                                      On 25/05/2019, we were told that the reason why ac gas was not supplied due to the fact that the ac can not be supplied by technician - sarfaraz, which was sent to us on 25/05/2019. I told him that if i filled the gas, i knew it because i came with gas and he took 2850 and ₹ 300 servings of gas. And on the same day i have asked for help from the ac closure due to evening. They should tell how to report such fraud.
                                      The ac is not cold. Please send your person as soon as possible, 7 days have passed.

                                        Now till day i am very disappointed due to the your service, no body serious action on the my problem.

                                        I had purchased ac from tata click on date 2 june 2018, with offer two year warranty. But they saying to me you have been not sms for within a week for the own extended warranty, i was not know that this is scheduled, but sir is this right no any notification and sms from your company for the extended warranty,

                                        One month ago your team came and fill the gass but after one month again i complaints for the same, they came and filling again gas, sir one one month and they again issue for the gas filling due to the not colling, it's right?

                                        I request you to kindly take action on this and please extended my balance warranty and do the needful.
