All the voltas inverter ac 123vey that we have bought have their pcb getting spoiled immediately after the warranty period is over. There after even after replacing the board, it keeps getting spoiled in a frequency of every 2 to 3 months.

Adding to this the voltas franchise who come for service of ac during guarantee period replaced the pcb for 2 of our ac's (While it was working perfectly) saying that there is chance for the current pcb to get spoiled!! Thereafter these ac's have never worked more than 2 months. Which makes the intention of this replacement of pcb suspicious.

This is definitely a defective item from voltas and voltas should compensate the customers for the inconvenience, agony, waste of time and expenses caused due to this.

      Recently i have serviced two ac
      In that one of the ac water started leaking. Again i logged a complaint and service person visit and done something and said it was fine now. But on. Tje same day night itself my ac started leaking. Again i raised a complaint via voltas self care. But till date no one visited. While checking today in voltas self care i found that case has been closed. I got shocked. How come no one visited but case got closed. Again i reopen the case today. Let's see how the response is thus time. Day by day losing faith in voltas service. This will be last try. If not going to solve i have to look for other option.

        I have purchased voltas 2 ton split ac on 14 may 2019 same day installation done by technicians with in one hour started dropping water the technician checked 2 hours he declared that manufacturing defect. The technician kept in complete it is reported to our manager they replace it with in the week they promised me and i have requested raised to vyjayanthi electronic managers same time still i am not getting any call and conforms for replacement has been more than 15 days and ihavecontacted voltas service center on [protected] i am totally dissatisfied with voltas i have never expected this kind of service from a very reknowend companyre

          Dear Sir / Madam,
          I purchased voltas A. C. 1.4 ton. Your installation engineer did not fix the water outer outlet pipe properly. Pipe connector teared off and now water is seeping through the walls and sun shade. I have complained many times but voltas service centre in Serampore sends service engineer instead of installation engineer/work man. Improper outlet pipe fitting was done by Amit Koley, kindly take strict action against him and Serampore service center phone number - [protected]. I also complained about this matter to your ASM but he also ignored my complaint, his phone number is - [protected].Take action against him also.
          My flat is on the fourth floor and during installation your engineer used safety belt. I have already arranged one safety belt for your workman. My A. C. is still under warranty period.
          Kindly look into the matter and solve my problem or else I will approach consumer forum.

              Purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC one year back, now got cooling issue, and lodged complaint with ref number[protected] before 10 days back. Customer care represents taking nonsense regarding this. I did a mistake by choosing Voltas. Why you are so reckless about customers. I recommend LG AC rather than Voltas. LG service is better than Voltas. Again and again I am saying Voltas service is too bad and too worst....

              I have a voltas 2 ton a. C. Installed at our o. P. D. For which i have logged a service complaint on 24/05/19 for my a. C. Which was by then working fine and for which a service engineer named aslam ali visited. As the a. C. Was operational i have showed him that the a. C. Is working fine and need just wet service. As he started doing service the basic equipment for cleaning i. E. Pressure cleaning gun was missing along with cloth. Once the a. C. Was operational it was then noticed that their is slight less cooling than normal but as the time passed i realised that the service engineer has played a mischief and he had deliberately damaged my otherwise working well a. C.. On making complaint with the company he was again sent and he told me that due to damage gas leaked. I know this is not possible until you deliberately damage it. I have also face the same issue with prayas service centre in 2017 when they have serviced my a. C.. I believe that your team is intentionally damaging customer's a. C. To gain more profit which is unethical and inhuman and i wish that voltas should take serious steps for such repeated complaints and refrain itself to give service authorisation to such people. Least but not least i am capable to purchase new a. C. Every season but such intentional mischief will not be tolerated.

                Hi Team,
                my name is suraj mishra. we bought a new voltas cooler 60 liters. on 1st may 2019. right after 10 days the pump started giving problem so we lodged a complaint with complaint number [protected]. after which the engineer visited and made it work. however after few days the same problem with pump came up. we again lodged a complaint with complaint number [protected] on 20th may 2019. but no one visited to resolve our issue. then on 25th may 2019 i went though a lot of people in customer care to rteach Mr. Rajnish from escalation team, who eventually connected me to the area service manager named Mr. Narendra. Who on 25th assured that issue will be resolved by maximum of 26th may. however that didn't happen. So i decided to call to on 28th mat 2019 again. and spoke to many people from customer care named, Rajesh, Ikrar, and even an escalation team representative named Dushyant. and all of them put me on hold for atleast 15 each and then never returned back on the call leading to automatic disconnection of the call. this has wasted a lot of time today staying on the call. As well 8 days since we lodged a complaint waiting for engineer's visit. who never showed up. I feel very agitated for being ignored. and have almost made up my mind tpo go to consumer forum for this poor product quality and worst service i have ever faced in my life. Can any voltas official tell me what is your opinion and what a customer should do after this?

                    Dear sir,
                    I have purchased 2 inverter acs. After a long follow up one get installed by your technician. Also he declared that their is manufacturing defect in another ac and installation kept incomplete. It is reported that till date the part required by your technician is not received by him. Please speed up the matter. Please note that at this time i am totally dissatisfied with voltas service and behaviour of technician.
                    Once again my humble request is to complete installation of my second ac on top priority.

                        I register ac servicing request at customer care, on 23rd may 2019 for ac is not cooling, was asked if is in warranty period, when i mentioned no the request was provided to some local service men, who doesn't look from company. When asked technician if works for company he replied he work for all service request of ac (All of typescompany ac) he checked ac, found some leakage, fixed it & mentioned he filled some pressure not to use for day. Charge us for 400 rs. As service charge.
                        Next day is arrived saying gas need to be refilled, he reilled the gas, clean the filters, but later didn't fixed the nutbold from where the gas was filled. He charged us 2800rs. Total paid 3200
                        Till evening the cooling was gone, now trying to reach him last 4 days, no repsonse, called customer care, got respond system is down can't help.
                        This is completely fraud, misguiding, cheating to customer.

                          After the purchase in march 2019, the started making squeeky noise and also horizontal movements are not working. Upon calling the customer care repetitively, the technician has not visited even after 2 weeks. Request raised : [protected].
                          The request was raised on may 14th and without my notice it was closed on may 17th. Reopened the request on may 17th. But still no response.
                          How should i go regarding this ahead?
                          1. Firstly, why my request was closed without technician visit and my confirmation?
                          2. Why i need to follow up so many times and explain everything everytime i call customer service?

                            We received the voltas ac 2 days after the expected delivery date and when it get installed, swing and the display was not working. Complained in the voltas, they said once they will get the part which is required then they will install the part in the ac. Asked for replacement from flipkart but they gave the option of refund and arrange a technician to check but he also didn't come yet. Voltas used to be good but i think we made a wrong decision by choosing it again.

                              no visit of service engineer after complaint lodge in customer care even more than 8 days.

                              I have lodge the complaint about E4 error in my spilt ac ( inverter model ) 1.5 Ton. But i am surprised the poor response from Voltas. I lodge the complaint on 21may but till date no call from service engineer. I taken the number from call center, the local service provider not providing the service and even now not lifting the phone.

                              I purchased the AC in 2016. this was my biggest mistake i have done...

                              I have never expected this kind of service from a very reknowend company... I have been trying to a raise a complaint with voltas but the toll free number not at all working[protected] it says number not working its almost a week... Could you please look into this asaaaaaaaapppppp... Its pissing me off... Voltas only 3rd party vendors supoorting their product when ever i try to contact a authorized voltas service provider they we r third party vendor for voltas... I dont think so i will be an happy customer of voltas...

                              Im complaining about constant noise in newly purchased AC, one o[censored]r service centre guy came and said for change of motor but i denied ...i want my whole unit change( indoor + outdoor)..its only been a month since ai purchased and i have gone through lot of mental stress due to unsatisfactory service and behaviour ..please change it ASAP.

                                Recently i was change my house. 4 days back i gave a re installation request to local voltas service center. Still they are not done the re installation. They even not picking up my phone. Yesterday one service guy came and tolled me that "today we don't have sufficient man power so we will do it by tomorrow morning". So i take a leave from my office and waiting for them but no one come. Even i tried to call the local service center number they did not pick the phone.

                                  complaint for ac 1.5 ton

                                  I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac last year in the month of june.
                                  With in one month gas was leaked, which is filled by voltas service providers.
                                  Now again this year gas is leaked for which i have registered complaint and my request no is [protected].
                                  In this regard, it is requested to kindly check properly the cause of leakage again and again or change my device which is under guarantee.

                                  Within one month of purchase the air cooler - victor-60 liters is not able to cool the room properly and water is leaking like anything. Even after calling several time to the voltas customer care no body is appearing to resolve the issue
