Dispenser is not working. It is within the 1 year warranty period. Already requested for 5 times compliant throug toll free number but everytime the complaint was cancelled automatically by your end. My dispenser is under 1 year of warranty period but why you people are not giving the proper service.

When I called them for WTA (extended warranty i.e. 1+4 yrs) they are saying since I have purchase my AC from online shopping so they will not cover WTA in this case.
