Hi,

I am tamal banerjee. My address is 5/9/20 hazarhat kalitala lane west bengal howrah -711104. I submitted a service request for my split ac servicing on 09th of may on voltas portal, my service request number is [protected] for the date of 11th of may 2019. There is also an option to select the time as per my preference so as a service holder i have selected the time of 9.30 a. M for my ac servicing. Now it is 1pm but no one yet called me for this purpose. I have called thrice in voltas care number i. E [protected] on 10.52a. M, 11.02a. M and 11.27a. M. First time when i called in voltas care there executive told me that the service request is raised on an priority basis and it is forwarded to our nearest service center named "cool wave" and gave me a number of that service provider i. E [protected] which is invalid. After that i called on the voltas customer care number for the second time and told him about this thing and he also told me that my service request has been raised on priority basis. On 11.21 a. M i got a messege that my request no-[protected] assigned to engg kaushik, phn no -[protected]. I called this person and asked about when he is gonna come to my place but he told me that he is not gonna come to do the ac servicing at my place, its just a number, someone else gonna look after my service request. That is when i called the voltas care for the third time and the customer care executive told me that i have booked the service request for the evening session where as i have booked it for the morning session. After that i called this person (Engg kaushik, phn no -[protected]) and asked for their office number. He gave me a phone number i. E - [protected]. I called on this number and a lady picked up the call and told me that their service center is open from 11am to 6pm, the service person will come within that only, and when i asked her about the message that is send to me regarding the service person number she told me that its just a message that guy will not come someone else gonna come and after that cut the phone.

I would like to request you to please look into this. My one whole day office is being spoiled due to this thing. They (The voltas guys and the service center guys and the lady) behaved like they only have the value of time and my value of time doesn't matter to them. Please look into this and do the needful on an urgent basis. It is almost 1.30 pm but still i didnt get a single call from those guys.     I have purchased volta's 1.5 ton split ac on 27th april and it has been installed on 29th april. Next day after the installation the remote is not working. I. E only on /off button is working nothing else working. I have informed this problem to installation team. They told me that it hardly takes one week to replace without any inspection. So i lodged complaints online with cc. They gave me req no for my complaint and told me within 24 hrs problem will be solved. Technicians came and inspect the problem and told me that remote sensor is not working g properly. And suggest to inform the same to installation team. Now the ac installed person is saying that u need to give request no hen only i can process ur request. I don't know why initially tell this. Again he is saying that it take one weeks time. Its hot summer i n chennai. Bp aircon installed the ac for volta's company.in midnight our family is suffering lot. Even after paying 35000 rupees for ac we could not feel comfort. I suggest if it is not solved, people do not go for voltas bcos of poor service

      Voltas complaint request no-[protected]

      My air cooler - tower cooler 25l vm-t25mh. Voltas 4810050b17l006234 purchased on 04/02/2018 (Warranty for 2 years) faced motor issue and the main motor needs to be replaced. I have been calling vijaykumar sutar ([protected]) everyday, but he shows no interest in solving the issue. After lot of efforts, he finally agreed to send his mechanic to check the cooler. He checked the cooler and told that the motor needs to be replaced. But since more than 50days there is no show from vijaykumar nor the mechanic. I have been calling them everyday for some response. According to my knowledge, this problem is not been reported in office.
      This is a complete inefficient way of work form the company side as the employee’s are not able to support the customer at this hot hour of the year.
      I expect a reply to this complaint considering the amount of time i have been waiting to solve this issue.

        I have a voltas split ac model 1.5t 183 sy.
        Bought it from croma in 2017. I have the bill and invoice.

        From the day one this ac has given me problems.. The installation guy installed and we had to call him again within few days.. Found that there was gas leakage from the beginning. He filled gas and rectified the leakage.

        There was.. No cooling even after that had to complain again the same guy came and said that "you are living in top floor with direct roof" so entire heat is settled on roof and therefore cooling takes longer time!

        We usually run the ac in 24/25 believe me or not the ac keeps running for 8/9 hours straight in the night without cutoff!
        (Clear indication that room is not cooling)

        Again we complained the so called technician gave the same reason! "you are living in top floop" so no cooling.

        No solution.. We had to use the ac as it is..

        It's been 3 years now..in 2019 and we have got 3 floor above us and we are no more below the roof!!

        And yet again this season also the same problem no cooling no cutoff

        We have serviced the ac every 6 months..

        Yet to get a solution.. We don't have plans for replacing the ac...

          This is in reference of ac purchased through invoice no 298, purchased from Rajasthan electronics on 25 apr, 2019 which is installed on 27 apr by Voltas authorise service centre, which is not working properly from day one, I complained to service centre many time, every time a engineer come and gives me a modified opinion such as (stabiliser is not working properly, Capistor is not working, window is not working )no one gave me a satisfactory response regarding the issue in AC, on top of that when I called customer care they put the call on hold for 20 min and then also no response was there, another thing I would like to bring in notice is that I did not provide otp and signature too on the job sheet but the executive closes the request on his own stating that the problem is resolved, this is the worst customer support service I have ever noticed in my life, I am enclosing uh the picture of bill, call logs .
          This is a humble request to get into the matter as soon as possible as I have patient lying into the bed because of which I purchased the AC

            Hi,

            Yesterday night we have purchased the voltas mega 60s. After filing water in tank it's likege both sides. I have raised complaint already no body not yet responded.

            First time i bought this product and never used past. I used symphony cooler earlier and still now no problem.

            So please take proper action and give us proper service or replace the product asap.

            Otherwise i will take nessary action for his issue.

              I purchased volts ac from bajaj electronics, secunderabad on 6th of this month and i was told by the seller that it will be installed on the same day. That did not happen. No one from your company is coming forward to install the ac. I called several no. Of your service centres but things remained as it is. Hence this complaint.                 I bought voltas split ac on june 2018. Voltas service is very bad. I register my complain with request no [protected] on 31.03.2019 regarding e1 issues in my split ac. After 1 month on 28.04.2018 2 service man came and informed that there is some outdoor motherboard problem. Now it is 10.05.2019 but still the service centre informed that till the board is not come so cant able to solve the issue. Now it is more than 1 month of complain but still my problem in ac is not solved and i m suffering from this summer without ac. This effect my mental and physical health issue. This is worst service companies i never seen in my life. Voltas service is really worst service. I want to solve the issue as soon as possible.

                Thanks for co-operation. My problem was solved and my AC is worked properly. There is a fault from the engineers came from the voltas. 1st they send the unexperience person to solve the issue. Due to this they create a big issue and takes lots of time to re-solve the issue.

I repeatedly call voltas person as the number given by voltas. But still they not lifted my phone. I m really disappointing with this type of service. I m mentally and physically harassed by voltas.

                KINDLY REPAIR MY AC WITHIN 2 DAY OR REPLACE MY AC OR REFUND MY MONEY AT THE EARLIEST SO THAT I AM GOING TO BY HITACHI AC. IT IS CLEAR FROM YOUR SERVICE AND ALL THAT OTHER BRAND IS FAR BETTER THAN VOLTAS AC.

                Still there is no response from voltas side. They area manager also not respond my call. Mobile no o[censored]r area manager is [protected]. Today is 15.05.2019 and i register my complain on 31.03.2019. It is 1 and half months past but still my problem is not resolved yet. My mobile no is [protected]. I live in visakhapatnam steel plant township. Please take this matter most urgent. I suffer this summer without AC.

                Thanks for your support. Today Volta's technician visit and replace outdoor PCB in the morning. But after replacing, Problem not resolved and still AC cooling is not work and outdoor fan is not work and E 1 error is appear. Voltas technician informed that there is some other issue and not the outdoor PCB. My original PCB is changed without any fault. This implies that the technician is not checked properly and assume that the outdoor PCB is defective due to this my original outdoor PCB unit is changed. Today technician informed that they will come at the evening and repair the AC. But after calling them several times, they told that without big ladder they are not working. I call your Visakhapatnam incharge who looks this matter Mr. Krishna over phone and he told that without ladder they are not solve my issue. (I have the call recorded).

                I register my complain on 30.03.2019 and today is 19.05.2019 which is more than 1 and half months past. I suffering this summer without AC due to Voltas bad service.

                My question is that whether it is written in the warranty terms and condition that the Ladder should be provided by the Customer for any repairing the AC. There is a fault from Voltas side and due to this customer is suffering and there is fault form Voltas technician due to this customer is suffered.

                My suggestion is that kindly mention in the terms and condition of warranty/guarantee documents that the Ladder should be provided the customer or provided by the service centre so that in future Customer should not cheated by the Voltas service centre.

                Kindly look into this matter and for your information my AC still not working and still E-1 error is showing. I hope voltas co-operate with the customer for better service in future. But for me in future i go for other Brand except Voltas due to this bad service from Voltas.

                Now Voltas technician raise new problem regarding the Ladder. I hope Voltas solve my issue without suffering me any more.

                  I am rafeena from taliparamba. I contacted voltas authorized service centre at taliparamba (Kannur district, kerala state-670141) for registering complaint against voltas 1.0 ton ac. They came and checked and said the compressor is damaged.ac's warranty period is not over so they said they will replace it with no cost for compressor. But while repairing the compressor they have to release the gas inside and for refilling that we have to pay inr 2500 plus 500 service charge. How it become so? Compressor is damaged and it's your duty to get it repaired as you give 5 years warranty on compressor. If you have to release gas while repairing, you should refill it at free of cost. That is basic customer right. How could they charge 2500 rupees for that? Is that the customer service that voltas is providing?

                    Purchased new ac. The ac is not working / not cooling properly, i have raised a service request with voltas but no one is responding. I have called voltas office, manager but no one is looking into the issue. Service from voltas is pathetic. It has been three days since i raised service request.                       Dear sir,

                      I m purchased 18/04/2019 your product inverter ac 1.5 tonn, fitting was done 20/04/2019 but installation was not done (Not cooling) pc01 error occurred form the date of fittings, my dealer complained id-[protected] dated 21/04/2019 and technicians come 26 apr. But not resolved till.

                      Your service provider was tested all possible problem and saying it was manufacturing problem and we can not resolved.

                      I am contact (All possible way) to company head and person and all of assured me to under replacement process. But no any action taken till. (सब बेवकूफ बना रहे) i have no more to wait because half summer was end and my trust in regards to voltas company was lost. Finally i want refund.

                        Hi my name is emmanuel [protected]. I have bought a voltas ac 1.5ton in the month of feb 2019. The ac is not working / not cooling properly, i have raised a service request with voltas but no one is responding. I have called voltas office, manager but no one is looking into the issue. Service from voltas is pathetic. It has been three days since i raised service request. Escalated it twice but everything in vain. Still the request is open and issue unresolved.

                          I wanted to complaint about the worst service i have ever seen by any company in repairing my air conditioner that was purchased 5 years ago and paid each year for the extended warranty also known as amc. I don't think i have paid for the extended warranty to a recognised company but to a roadside one seeing the assistance i have been receiving. I have complained more than 20 times on your customer care number and what they have done is nothing more than registering it and giving me a token for the complaint. I have complaint vide mobile no [protected] for my split ac. What i can tell you now is either get my ac properly repaired this time within a week or be ready to face me in the consumer forum. Every time the service men have comez they have checked it and asked for a day or two but that period is not yet over.

                              It gives me very much pain to inform you that i purchased a voltas inverter ac having unit no.4551878a15d002871. And unit no. 4511917d15c000476. On dt 04.06.2016.. For rs 42000/-. From the mahima enterprises, sanjay place agra u. P.. When it is installed in my house. I noticed on very first day that the ac is not following instructions given by the remote and after understood the problem i reported the problem to seller m/s. Mahima enterprises and after some days time some persons came and changed the cell / batteries of the remote and adviced me that the ac would works properly. But again i noticed that the problem is not removed and it is still present. I reported again to the seller, but the seller did not respond at all and the season was over by doing this.

                              In the next starting session i reported the same problem to the seller and he said he would see. So much time passed but he did not respond. After continuously contacting to the seller for many times he responded and sent the persons and they came to my house and tried to under stand the problem and they took my remote with them. After 7 / 8 days with my continuous follow up they returned my remote and told me that the remote has been repaired. But i realized that the problem is not removed, it is still present and i reported the same to the seller and he did not respond and even he was not picking my call. Then i visited the seller, s place and discussed the problem. Then he suggested the name i. E. Shree. Sanjeev kumar, service area manager mob. No.[protected]. To solve the problem. Then i contacted him and discussed the problem. After many contacts he visited the ac at my house and he got repaired the card of ac but the problem was not removed. Later on he changed the card of ac too but the problem is still present it is not removed. Now he is avoiding my phone call and he is not responding properly. Now he has given the another mob. No [protected] mr pramod kumar service area manager, agra. I told him the full case, after listening the problem he told me that the warranty has passed what he could do. Now i am contacting him continuously he is not even picking my phone at all a single time. I am contacting both mr pramod kumar and mr sanjeev kumar nobody is responding now.
                              I have already registered the complaint many times over voltas toll free no. [protected], and [protected] but nothing has been done fruitful till now.
                              Now i have come to the result that i have been cheeted by provided me a defected ac by seller m/s mahima enterprises, and voltas company.
                              Now your are requested that kindly change my defected ac with a proper and right ac so that i can feel the piece. Failing which i am compelled to go to the legal court to seek a justice.

                                I got my ac servicing on 27th of april after that ac in not cooling. Again i complaint for that. The executives of voltas saying there is some gas leakage problem and they will charge 2000 rupees for the same. They admitted that the fault is from their side although they are charging from me. The whole staff of agency is illetrate thay only know making money, no sense of talking.

                                    I bought a voltas split ac from amazon 2 weeks back. As per amazon service they booked ac installation request to voltas, the day they delivered the ac i. E on 5th may 2019.
                                    A call came form voltas side by 6th that they are going to come by 7th 2:30pm. I requested for 4:30pm as it is difficult to come out from the office. They were o. K. With it. I waited for them on 7th and next half of the day but didn't get any communication further. I have a sms from voltas with service id for the same and customer care number. I tried both but nothing worked.
                                    I tried over net and got dedicated website for voltas care and fond my installation service is showing pending. But there is no way to know when that will happen. Thus again i booked installation - service request, and got system generated sms as well but there is no human in voltas bother to call and inform when they are please to come!
                                    Now again system generated sms that "duplicate service request" we are deleting" for not deleting call some no. And if you call you can understand the person just hung up the phone! I 'm just very curious to know what is the issue? And what makes voltas employee to behave ridiculously! I know chennai is now over 40 degree and can cause mental disorder.

                                    This is an worst type of service any one can expect from a brand which is a child of tata.

                                      I bought window ac in 2018. It's remote is not working. On making it's complaint, service engineer ensured that he will bring his remote within two days. Rather than bringing new remote, he closed the service request


                                      On making new complaint of faulty remote on 3 may 2019. Again they assured me to resolve the issue within two days
                                      .in record they have mentioned the date of complaint 7th may 2019 instead of 3rd may 2019. Now they are giving excuses o[censored]navailability of remote in service department. They are spoiling the name of company. If such a prestigious company, is not able to manage the spares. Nothing can be worst than this scenario.

                                      I am feeling regret on buying voltas ac.

                                        We purchased 1.5 ton ac on 6th may 2019 from soundharya shoppee, kakinada, andhra pradesh. We purchased it at 3pm. The ac was not installed even by 6pm of 8th may 2019 (More than 48 hours). During this time period we requested the call center and service agency but nobody responded. By purchasing this product it was more like a punishment then pleasure. During this 48 hours i went through mental agony as the service center person ramana and call center officials deceived me. After 50hrs of purchase i returned the product to the vendor and took my money back. All through the 48hrs of purchase the service center fellow and call center people and the vendor kept me at abeyance and wasted my precious time. I will never buy voltas products and i will tell as many people as possible not to buy voltas. A good word of mouth will spread to 3 people and bad word of mouth will spread to 11 people. I request you to action against the concerned people especially the service center person ramana and also comunicate to me what action you have taken.
