Ac get serviced on 25-04-19 and the day after the service ac not working. We informed star cool thaliparamba (Fr code: 150742). The next day service man came but not solved the problem. Then he came by on 10-05-19 but still the ac not working. He said he will come next day, but he didn't come. We informed service centre for several time, but they didnt responding to our complaint. They are not attending our call. If we call them from other number they say that he will come today. Every day they say the same words.

We had worst experience with star cool thaliparamba (Fr code: 150742) service centre, i wouldnt recommend any voltas product to anyone.

I purchased Voltas ac on 16th April 2023
Ac not working now indoor sound and not getting cooling
When call to customer on 11th june they registered Services request

Today 15th june 2023 no person called me about Services

I raised mails &
Call to voltas team customer tell i highlight the issue
But no use

They not even reply my mail

    I bought an ac (Split) from aircon paradise, 9/3 judge colony, vaishali, ghaziabad 201301on dated 10may2019.

    This complaint about the dealer mr suhail khan ([protected]/67).

    When i purchased ac from him than he told me that pay only 500/- rs to installation person and at the time of installation asking to pay 700/- while the sales person from aircon, asking me not to pay extra 200/-rs. So due to little confusion i called to suhail khan (Owner) than he misbehaved me on phone for 200/-rs and loudly said that nobody from voltas will attend your complain in future if you will not pay this amount.

    So this is to inform you that not to going buy again voltas product in future.

    And if i could pay 33k for ac+3300 extra for installation than why i will not pay 200/-rs.

      I brought a 1.5 ton 3star split ac of voltas in 2011. Instalised after 1 week. During free service i request them reptly then comes. During warranty period nt got service proply due to unexpart service mechanic. After warranty i request for service they comes after summer. Voltas ac every year must problem. Voltas ac only for decorate in room. Not for cooling

        Dear sir/madam,

        This is"v india corporation" from vizag, would like to complaint regarding irregular installation and a bad behaviour of service person and the dealer.

        Fault:huge gap between the wall and the inner unit and cooling was not proper

        Note:after repeated calling to the dealer, they were not atall responding and just prolonging the issue and the problem was not solved still now (20/5/19)

        And its a request to resolve the problem and i will not leave the issues till i get the solution.

          I have purchased a split ac of 1.5 ton last year for my home. Since then no service has been provided. Even i have raise request for routine service twice since march this year but request was closed with the comment :customer has changed the schedule." whereas as i have never been contacted by anyone.

          I have attached screen shot of one of the request raised.

          I have purchased voltas ac this time only looking at the brand name of tata group but fact is very much unacceptable for services. I already have another ac of lloyds and fully satisfied with the services.

          I am feeling voltas is my very bad selection.

            I procured one Window AC 1.5 Ton from Voltas authorised distributor - Santosh Enterprises, C 30, Main Road Kanti Nagar, Delhi 110051 on 18th May 19.

            At the time of installation, it was giving some abnormal noise from the fan. It's outer body had dent. At the time of installation, technician put some gatta / pulled air compressor hardly to stop the noise. The noise stopped for 5 - 10 minutes but it started again after 5 - 10 minutes.

            Installation technician - Idrees said that Voltas Engineers will come and rectify this problem on 19th May. 2 days had gone but nothing happened.

            I have been cheated by Voltas Dealer. He charged for new AC but supplied old and defected AC.

            I am going to file legal case against Voltas Company and it's dealer.

              We bought an AC 3 weeks ago, brand new, but it didn't work even for a minute after installation. After repeated complaints to the dealer and the service center. The AC is still in the same condition. NOT WORKING. I want a full replacement or full refund. I don't want a repair. Since I had a bought a new product and not a second hand. I paid full price for new product. This is last complaint I'm making and after this going to the consumer court. Please respond today itself.

                पिछले एक महीने से मेरे द्वारा (के. पी. सिंह ) एसी खराब होने की समस्या के सम्बन्ध में शिकायत की जा रही है और इतने परिश्रम के बाद आपकी कंपनी से एक टेक्निसियन पहुँचता है और एसी की जांच पड़ताल करता है। वह बताता है की एसी में गैस नहीं है और दूसरा टेक्नीशियन आएगा और गैस डालेगा मई रिपोर्ट बनाकर दे देता हूँ। दो से तीन दिन में आपकी यह समस्या हल हो जायेगी परन्तु ऐसा नहीं हुआ और आज एक हफ्ते से ऊपर होने जा रहे हैं लेकिन जब भी मै वोल्टास के सर्विस सेंटर( [protected] ) पर फ़ोन करता हूँ तो बताया जाता है की सर आज हो जाएगा परन्तु ये आज अब तक नहीं आया यह भी बता दूँ कि मेरी एसी गारंटी में है और वारंटी ख़त्म होने में मात्र एक माह बचे है और इनके द्वारा जानबूझकर लापरवाही दिखाई जा रही है और मेरे पास इसके सभी साक्ष्य उउपलब्ध है। यदि इस समस्या का हल समय से नहीं किया जाता है तो मैं कंपनी के खिलाफ न्यायालय जाने को बाध्य हो जाऊँगा।

                    I pratima bhowmick brought a ac on 05.05.2019 from khosla electronics chinchura hooghly (West bengal).ac was delivered 10.05.2019. But installation process in not done till now on 18.05.2018. I want to raise a complaint against the service centre namly 'green wave refrigerator' and also voltus management system. If any customer dont get the good service that means that customer should not buy any product of voltus again. Please repairs the management system and give better service.

                      I raised sr [protected] on 15.05.2019. Technician planned to attend this request on 16.05.2019, but on that day he rang me around 4 pm and told me that he will come on 17.05.2019 to attend the request. But today he has not come and someone from voltas office rang me mentioning that she is going to cancel the request as the request has not been attended within stipulated time. I didn't agree with that proposal and requested not to cancel the request. But just now i have got sms "dear customer, you have requested for reschedule beyond six days for sr [protected]. Kindly book a new sr or call on '[protected]' for reschedule".
                      Considering above mentioned fact, i would like to complaint against your representative and technician who has rescheduled my sr by making false statement without providing service. Please note that this is the 2nd free service request of my voltas inverter ac.

                          Voltas has sold me defective a/c and now not servicing it too.

                          1 flipkart order id od[protected]. Great service from flipkart, no problems with flipkart. Had purchased voltas 4 start inverter ac of 1.5 tonne.

                          2 got voltas company to install the a/c. Via voltas company installation service request - [protected]. Installation was done and additional 2100/- rs cash was paid by me.

                          3 from day 1, i have complained of poor cooling in the voltas a. C after repetitive calls to the voltas service center, still the company has not sent a technician to solve the problem or provide replacement of product. Voltas company installation service request - [protected] which is still open.

                          Voltas (A tata compay) is a fraud and cheaters. They sell defective products which are backed by pathetically poor service from voltas.

                            Sir... On purchasing voltas ac (12/05/2019 at 8pm) from shiba electronics, bud bud, 713403, burdwan... They told me that installer installed my ac within 2-3days... Then i purchased the best one in market that's voltas. But even complete 5days after purchasing they told me that they log in my ac into your voltas id. But it's total confused concept from their side. For that reason i am not purchasing from durgapur, due to long period of time to install. I pay the bill after confirm and i wait for too long... It can't imagine from voltas... I informed 3-4 times in customer care u check it. But it's so unfair... Why should i take ac... U should answer it... Everyone should know from my side that about ur service... I[censored]r installer r busy in work then y r u sale... I[censored] don't install in correct time.
                            I request u to please look after the matter... Otherwise we have to think again...

                              I have purchased my Voltas Window AC 1.5 ton 3 star on 7th may 2019. This is an online purchase.

                              When I called them for WTA (extended warranty i.e. 1+4 yrs) they are saying since I have purchase my AC from online shopping so they will not cover WTA in this case.

                              Could you please help me out with this issue as I have purchase Voltas product and it for home use.

                                Purchased 3 acs - 2*1.5 ton window and 1 * 2 ton split from kd audiovision, sector 18, noida in the year 2014.

                                Voltas had claimed that these were superior quality as they used copper pipes and they were less prone to gas leakage. The reality ii that over the last 4 years we have had gas leakages in almost all acs every year and have had to replace the coil of the split ac. Spent approx inr 20, 000/- for repair apart from the mandatory spend on the annual maintenance (Approx 500/- per ac per year where they come and just wash the ac).

                                Last year, in june the authorised service centre (Again kd audiovision) had take both window acs to their workshop for gas refilling and replaced the coil of the split ac. Total cost was approx inr 8, 000/-. And again in this year we had a gas leakage in one of the window acs and were told that the coil of the same had to be replaced. Estimate inr 6500/-.

                                Had previously used carrier aircon for past 8 years at the same address and had to get gas refilled only 2 - 3 times during the period. Unfortunately got conned by voltas' "copper pipes story".

                                I was extremely upset and somehow manged to get the number of the voltas service manager of the area (Manoj chauhan) and related my very bad experience with both product as well as the service quality to him. He promised to help by escalating the issue to his seniors but unfortunately did not revert. He took my calls 3 - 4 times over a 10 day period but then subsequently stopped taking calls also.

                                I have subsequently got my ac repaired from an outside person (No coil replacement required). They have also guaranteed free gas refilling in case of leakage during the rest of the season.

                                To me this entire gas leakage/ coil replacement things looks like a total scam being run by the authorized service centers. Am not aware how many of the voltas service managers would be involved because i am sure that this cannot be happening without the knowledge of some of the people in the system.

                                Worst decision of my life buying the voltas acs. I would never ever buy or recommend a voltas product to anyone.

                                    I am pained to inform you that i have purchased a voltas ac on 24.05.2018. Since i purchased this product i am facing problems. I have already complaint to voltas service centre and they have also sent too many times person to repair it. But sorry to inform you that the persons who came for service mostly were not equipped with technicalities. And sometimes they did but still my problem persisted. The technician itself agreed that that there is some manufacturing defect but still no action taken. I called them numerous times but no proper resolution till date. It seems that you people are only wasting time so that my warranty period gets over.

                                    Today also one technician came bought parts which that to was incorrect and now to resolve my issue he said that there is some compressor issue ad for this 2 weeks time will be taken to bring the parts.

                                    I am really fed up with your poor quality of service. No proper resolution till now. I want my machine to be replaced immediately. Because if it is half repaired also in few days my warranty period will get over then you people will not listen anything.

                                    I want this matter to be taken on priority basis. Kindly any senior executive officer handle this. If no proper resolution is taken i will take a strict action against the company will lodge a complaint in consumer forum and also post this email with all relevant proofs in social media.

                                    I am hereby attaching the invoice and service documents as well as the video of the person who came for service at my house today.

                                      Voltas paid service. I was supposed to give negative marks for them, since it is not there, i gave 1. I used their paid service a week before, for water leakage in my voltas ac. During the service they mentioned the gasis low hence it started leaking, so they requested me to fill the gas. I paid for it. Still the water is leaking and the ac is not cooling properly. I am following up with this for the past one week. No proper response. Not even picking the call. I never seen such a worst customer service in my life. It affects the brand value of tata. I thinking writing to the voltas management team itself.

                                        I have bought new voltas ac on[protected] and was expecting a call from company for installation. However, until monday i didn't receive any call from voltas. I called them on tuesday for the installation and they have collected my house address and told me that i will get a call from local area people and installation will happen within 24 hours. I received a message along with job number for installation and the local engineer tells me that they do not install ac in the area i lived. I called voltas the same day to correct the home address and they told me that address is updated and installation will happen in 24 hours. I called voltas again on wednesday to check for installation, but the call center people tells me again the wrong address. Finally they did provide me the contact number of engineer who installs the ac via sms. When i called the number he tells me that he is only responsible for cooler and refrigerator and not ac. When i called voltas they again provide me the same number.
                                        Voltas company only wants to sell the ac with poor installation service and poor skilled call center agents who doesn't understand hindi as well.

                                        Overall, my ac is not installed after a week of purchase.
