Sir, i happened to purchase air conditioner 1 ton 3 star at avadi chennai crpf canteen i was provided receipt and was asked to show receipt for person who comes for installation and pay rs 499, hence i called on customer care for help they suggested [protected] who is said area manager, but he suggested me to pay 1500 which should be clarified whether to pay 499 or 1500 hope canteen purchase has no coupon

    Voltas has sold me defective a/c and now not servicing it too.

    1 flipkart order id od[protected]. Great service from flipkart, no problems with flipkart. Had purchased voltas 4 start inverter ac of 1.5 tonne.

    2 got voltas company to install the a/c. Via voltas company installation service request - [protected]. Installation was done and additional 2100/- rs cash was paid by me.

    3 from day 1, i have complained of poor cooling in the voltas a. C after repetitive calls to the voltas service center, still the company has not sent a technician to solve the problem or provide replacement of product. Voltas company installation service request - [protected] which is still open.

    Voltas (A tata compay) is a fraud and cheaters. They sell defective products which are backed by pathetically poor service from voltas.

      Sir... On purchasing voltas ac (12/05/2019 at 8pm) from shiba electronics, bud bud, 713403, burdwan... They told me that installer installed my ac within 2-3days... Then i purchased the best one in market that's voltas. But even complete 5days after purchasing they told me that they log in my ac into your voltas id. But it's total confused concept from their side. For that reason i am not purchasing from durgapur, due to long period of time to install. I pay the bill after confirm and i wait for too long... It can't imagine from voltas... I informed 3-4 times in customer care u check it. But it's so unfair... Why should i take ac... U should answer it... Everyone should know from my side that about ur service... I[censored]r installer r busy in work then y r u sale... I[censored] don't install in correct time.
      I request u to please look after the matter... Otherwise we have to think again...

        Hello,
        I have purchased my Voltas Window AC 1.5 ton 3 star on 7th may 2019. This is an online purchase.

        When I called them for WTA (extended warranty i.e. 1+4 yrs) they are saying since I have purchase my AC from online shopping so they will not cover WTA in this case.

        Could you please help me out with this issue as I have purchase Voltas product and it for home use.

          Purchased 3 acs - 2*1.5 ton window and 1 * 2 ton split from kd audiovision, sector 18, noida in the year 2014.

          Voltas had claimed that these were superior quality as they used copper pipes and they were less prone to gas leakage. The reality ii that over the last 4 years we have had gas leakages in almost all acs every year and have had to replace the coil of the split ac. Spent approx inr 20, 000/- for repair apart from the mandatory spend on the annual maintenance (Approx 500/- per ac per year where they come and just wash the ac).

          Last year, in june the authorised service centre (Again kd audiovision) had take both window acs to their workshop for gas refilling and replaced the coil of the split ac. Total cost was approx inr 8, 000/-. And again in this year we had a gas leakage in one of the window acs and were told that the coil of the same had to be replaced. Estimate inr 6500/-.

          Had previously used carrier aircon for past 8 years at the same address and had to get gas refilled only 2 - 3 times during the period. Unfortunately got conned by voltas' "copper pipes story".

          I was extremely upset and somehow manged to get the number of the voltas service manager of the area (Manoj chauhan) and related my very bad experience with both product as well as the service quality to him. He promised to help by escalating the issue to his seniors but unfortunately did not revert. He took my calls 3 - 4 times over a 10 day period but then subsequently stopped taking calls also.

          I have subsequently got my ac repaired from an outside person (No coil replacement required). They have also guaranteed free gas refilling in case of leakage during the rest of the season.

          To me this entire gas leakage/ coil replacement things looks like a total scam being run by the authorized service centers. Am not aware how many of the voltas service managers would be involved because i am sure that this cannot be happening without the knowledge of some of the people in the system.

          Worst decision of my life buying the voltas acs. I would never ever buy or recommend a voltas product to anyone.

            I had complained about my air conditioner on 15th April 2019.
            The executives came 5 times but still the issue has not been solved.

            I have bought Volta's inverter split AC (Voltas eu 183v szs2 r410a)from digital world mathura uttar pradesh. swing isn't going down which makes it cooling the walls not the people inside.               Dear sir/madam,

              I am pained to inform you that i have purchased a voltas ac on 24.05.2018. Since i purchased this product i am facing problems. I have already complaint to voltas service centre and they have also sent too many times person to repair it. But sorry to inform you that the persons who came for service mostly were not equipped with technicalities. And sometimes they did but still my problem persisted. The technician itself agreed that that there is some manufacturing defect but still no action taken. I called them numerous times but no proper resolution till date. It seems that you people are only wasting time so that my warranty period gets over.

              Today also one technician came bought parts which that to was incorrect and now to resolve my issue he said that there is some compressor issue ad for this 2 weeks time will be taken to bring the parts.

              I am really fed up with your poor quality of service. No proper resolution till now. I want my machine to be replaced immediately. Because if it is half repaired also in few days my warranty period will get over then you people will not listen anything.

              I want this matter to be taken on priority basis. Kindly any senior executive officer handle this. If no proper resolution is taken i will take a strict action against the company will lodge a complaint in consumer forum and also post this email with all relevant proofs in social media.

              I am hereby attaching the invoice and service documents as well as the video of the person who came for service at my house today.

                Voltas paid service. I was supposed to give negative marks for them, since it is not there, i gave 1. I used their paid service a week before, for water leakage in my voltas ac. During the service they mentioned the gasis low hence it started leaking, so they requested me to fill the gas. I paid for it. Still the water is leaking and the ac is not cooling properly. I am following up with this for the past one week. No proper response. Not even picking the call. I never seen such a worst customer service in my life. It affects the brand value of tata. I thinking writing to the voltas management team itself.

                  I have bought new voltas ac on[protected] and was expecting a call from company for installation. However, until monday i didn't receive any call from voltas. I called them on tuesday for the installation and they have collected my house address and told me that i will get a call from local area people and installation will happen within 24 hours. I received a message along with job number for installation and the local engineer tells me that they do not install ac in the area i lived. I called voltas the same day to correct the home address and they told me that address is updated and installation will happen in 24 hours. I called voltas again on wednesday to check for installation, but the call center people tells me again the wrong address. Finally they did provide me the contact number of engineer who installs the ac via sms. When i called the number he tells me that he is only responsible for cooler and refrigerator and not ac. When i called voltas they again provide me the same number.
                  Voltas company only wants to sell the ac with poor installation service and poor skilled call center agents who doesn't understand hindi as well.

                  Overall, my ac is not installed after a week of purchase.

                    I already launched complaint regarding not cooling of my ac, i purchased the ac approx one month before and after 15 days i am facing problem regarding not cooling of the ac.
                    I asked to shopkeeper to resolve the issue the shopkeeper told me to launch the complain in service center, so i did it complain no:- [protected] on 1st may, 2019 but no company guys still response to take care of it the service is very poor of volta's, i am really fade up with the volta's, now a days i am not recommending any one to buy vlotas ac.

                      This is raj from suhan pack tech pvt ltd. We are buying an ac april 2018 after 2 months in ac comes a e6 error and ac not work same day we inform voltas also we are following on mails. Number of person comes but our ac not working till date[protected]. We are very disappointed due to your service. Daily we are calling and mails on [protected]@voltas.com he give us 2 persons number nut no one person comes at our end. We are tired due to this ac. One year goes due to this problem if problem not solving i will go consumer court. We have all mails records.

                        I bought spil inverter ac 2 ton on 11th april 2019 through tata cliq app, serial no.- onreq[protected].
                        Customer name - ankit singh, registered id - ankitrajput75. [protected]@gmail.com. Contact no - [protected]. Address - vpo - ujina, district-nuh, haryana (122107).

                        The service of voltas is very pathetic as they installed ac 10 days after i recieved the ac, that also when i called them around 50 times to install then they came for installation. Thats how their service was.
                        Now on 4th may, ac stopped working suddenly, i made a request online for repair but still no response, i registered complaint again but no response. Then some guy from my service area called to come and repair but later on he started to ignore and keep on delaying it by saying i will come tomorrow again and again. When i told him to raise complain, he said do whatever you want to do, we will come to repair when we want. That's how they behave with customer. 10 days have passed still no one has come for repair my ac. My family is suffering in this hot summer and the company don't even bother. Even i have registered complaint many times to voltas customer support. But at the end now i am helpless. I request to look upon my grievance and help me out of this. They are fooling customer regarding customer after sales service. Please look upon my concern as soon as possible.

Even just 2 minutes after submitting complain on consumer court webiste, my complain was shown as resolved without any call, mail or any help from the company. Its so heart-breaking as going through all these hurdels after spending this much my hard earned money.

                        The same reply I am getting since last more than one month after I bought AC. First 12 days no one came to install AC whereas your AC installation time period is within 5 days as per Voltas rules and regulations. Then AC stopped working again I suffered more than 10 days. I am keep on calling service agent, keep on calling customer services the same reply you give, just assurance and we are working. Till today no one has to fix it, that's how your service is. I am suffering in this hot summer my family is suffering, did I pay 50k INR just to suffer and go all through this in this hot summer. Who is responsible for this? I want Voltas to compensate me for this entire 1 month suffering. Otherwise I have to go through with legal proceedings in consumer court. I'am just fed up now.

                                  I purchase voltas air cooler last year on 25 april 2018 and 15 days back cooler stop working. When i inform to that store and ask for warranty they told us that voltas engineer come at your home resolve the issue. After 15 days yesterday voltas engineer came and told your motor not working and need to replace.
                                  We ask for warranty that person told now your product is out of warranty so you have to pay money for motor (Rs. 2500/-) and motor have no any warranty.

                                  What type of service you are providing don't now.

                                  From last 15 days i am regularly trying to contact through customer care and shop where i purchase that product but they come after 15 days and saying your product is out of warranty.

                                  And engineer open the cooler and without closing they left.

                                      Description: i have newly brought voltas 1 ton non inverter ac on 5th may from vijay sales and machine has installed on 11th may. I have started the ac but ac is not creating cooling wind in room then i waited for 2 hours but still it is not working.
                                      Could you please repair/replace product asap.

                                        I have purchased the voltas a/c last year i. E april 10, 2018 and did all formalities for extended warranty certificate.

                                        Further, i have not received any certificate. A/c is registered on

                                        I had so many phone conversation with customer care team and they only tell that you would receive it in next 24 hours.
