    Dear sir,
    I have purchased 2 inverter acs. After a long follow up one get installed by your technician. Also he declared that their is manufacturing defect in another ac and installation kept incomplete. It is reported that till date the part required by your technician is not received by him. Please speed up the matter. Please note that at this time i am totally dissatisfied with voltas service and behaviour of technician.
    Once again my humble request is to complete installation of my second ac on top priority.

    I purchase 2 split ac of voltas . But engineer deny to install ac where I want they told they cant install ac. But ac is install same place in other flat.
    Engineer is also not listening my word.

      Ac not working properly.
      I have 5job sheet for same problem. But problem not solve. They told me many defferent excuse in every time... But all are fake.
      Last time they told me that it's not ac fault. Stabilizer problem... But stabilizer 100â„… OK.

        I register ac servicing request at customer care, on 23rd may 2019 for ac is not cooling, was asked if is in warranty period, when i mentioned no the request was provided to some local service men, who doesn't look from company. When asked technician if works for company he replied he work for all service request of ac (All of typescompany ac) he checked ac, found some leakage, fixed it & mentioned he filled some pressure not to use for day. Charge us for 400 rs. As service charge.
        Next day is arrived saying gas need to be refilled, he reilled the gas, clean the filters, but later didn't fixed the nutbold from where the gas was filled. He charged us 2800rs. Total paid 3200
        Till evening the cooling was gone, now trying to reach him last 4 days, no repsonse, called customer care, got respond system is down can't help.
        This is completely fraud, misguiding, cheating to customer.

          After the purchase in march 2019, the started making squeeky noise and also horizontal movements are not working. Upon calling the customer care repetitively, the technician has not visited even after 2 weeks. Request raised : [protected].
          The request was raised on may 14th and without my notice it was closed on may 17th. Reopened the request on may 17th. But still no response.
          How should i go regarding this ahead?
          1. Firstly, why my request was closed without technician visit and my confirmation?
          2. Why i need to follow up so many times and explain everything everytime i call customer service?

            We received the voltas ac 2 days after the expected delivery date and when it get installed, swing and the display was not working. Complained in the voltas, they said once they will get the part which is required then they will install the part in the ac. Asked for replacement from flipkart but they gave the option of refund and arrange a technician to check but he also didn't come yet. Voltas used to be good but i think we made a wrong decision by choosing it again.

              Dear Sir

              I have lodge the complaint about E4 error in my spilt ac ( inverter model ) 1.5 Ton. But i am surprised the poor response from Voltas. I lodge the complaint on 21may but till date no call from service engineer. I taken the number from call center, the local service provider not providing the service and even now not lifting the phone.

              I purchased the AC in 2016. this was my biggest mistake i have done in life to buy Voltas Brand. every year i am facing the different problems.

              Now i m not recommending to any one to buy the votas AC due to poor customer service

                I have never expected this kind of service from a very reknowend company... I have been trying to a raise a complaint with voltas but the toll free number not at all working[protected] it says number not working its almost a week... Could you please look into this asaaaaaaaapppppp... Its pissing me off... Voltas only 3rd party vendors supoorting their product when ever i try to contact a authorized voltas service provider they we r third party vendor for voltas... I dont think so i will be an happy customer of voltas...

                Im complaining about constant noise in newly purchased AC, one o[censored]r service centre guy came and said for change of motor but i denied ...i want my whole unit change( indoor + outdoor)..its only been a month since ai purchased and i have gone through lot of mental stress due to unsatisfactory service and behaviour ..please change it ASAP.

                  Recently i was change my house. 4 days back i gave a re installation request to local voltas service center. Still they are not done the re installation. They even not picking up my phone. Yesterday one service guy came and tolled me that "today we don't have sufficient man power so we will do it by tomorrow morning". So i take a leave from my office and waiting for them but no one come. Even i tried to call the local service center number they did not pick the phone.

                    complaint for ac 1.5 ton

                    I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac last year in the month of june.
                    With in one month gas was leaked, which is filled by voltas service providers.
                    Now again this year gas is leaked for which i have registered complaint and my request no is [protected].
                    In this regard, it is requested to kindly check properly the cause of leakage again and again or change my device which is under guarantee.

                    I have purchased the voltas air cooler just one month back. But facing lot of issues.
                    Lot of time i have called the customer care with out any result.
                    Most pathetic service and product from voltas
                    My product has water leakage issue from the 15 days after purchasing the product.
                    I purchased this product from bajaj electronics, hyderabad.
                    Within one month of purchase the air cooler - victor-60 liters is not able to cool the room properly and water is leaking like anything. Even after calling several time to the voltas customer care no body is appearing to resolve the issue

                          I registered complain on 23th may 2019, my service request # is [protected]. But till now no any response from voltas. From my ac continue water leak, and due to this my newely born baby facing lot of problems. I call back many times to customer care to send some people as soon as possible. But no response. This is my mistake that i buy voltas ac., now i never done such mistake.

                          I also suggest to everyone that please not buy any voltas product due to it's very very poor service

                            I have amount of rs 6500 as spare and service charges. But after one day the same issues came. I immediately contacted service center and customer care but one one bothering my issues. I made this in 13th may still my problem has not been resolved. These voltas people are playing with us. Unnecessary spending our money which is not meant for the issues. This very bad and action should be taken against them.

                            After lodging complaints for nemerous time atill no sevice has been provided by authorised local dealers
                            We have complained to Voltas customer care they assured for a service within 48 hrs max but nothing has been solved even after 4days

                              Dear sir my name is rabindra ku. Harichandan being a user of voltas ac. What i want to express my sorrow is i am seeking your favorable response and some positive step to resolve my problem so that company earn and continue the faith from cusomer. But i am very much sorry when i did not get any response from the dealer or any where. Matter is i had purchased a voltas ac, 1.5ton, r32, inverter model on 28/04/2019 just before the striking of cyclone fani. Fact is i came to know that in past company had helped a lot to resolve the issues and faults of no. S of voltas ac damaged in kerla due to cyclone. Then why not you are providing same kind of facility in odisha where fani (Cyclone) damages every thing. We have a strong faith on such a big and reputed company. But you are not looking towards the customers benifit which is not expected from the company like voltas.

                                My window ac is giving error df and e2 on the display. I had complaint about the same and cc registered the complaint on 22nd and recieved sms mentioned below

                                Dear customer, request no [protected] appointment scheduled for[protected]. For assistance call our helpline [protected] (24x7).

                                Once, i received the call from technician named shahid on 22nd may, he said parts are not available and will come tomorrow. But till date nobody turned up to fix this issue. I called cc yesterday and they said gave the contact number of so e agency and asked me to call them but unfortunately the number was whole day switched off. Is this the kind of service u give to the people.

                                The unit is in warranty and it will get over next month. I want to get this issue fixed asap or else i can escalate this issue to higher management.

                                  I (Mr dhruba ch pradhan) have brought one voltas defreeze for my business purpose. At the time of purchase they informed us that home service facility available for that product in case of any damage. But on dt[protected] my defreeze was suddenly stop working and not make cold ant product. I have contacted to the local volats technician for repairing of my product. They came on dt[protected] for repairing and charged rs 400 for service charges. I paid the said amount to the technician. The technician told me that my defeeeze will be ok in 2 hours continue charging. I followed the instruction given by the technician but it was not working after 2 hours. So after 5 hours we again informed about the isuee to the service manager of voltas mr tiki on telephonic conversation but they do not respond our complaint and cancel our call after listening our problem.
                                  Kindly look into this matter.

After 5-6 minutes he said the prices, no chair for the customer. Arrogant behaviour. I feel very much ashamed. As he was the dealer as shows in justdial so I went to his shop.

                                      I have complained multiple times in voltas service centre, every time they send inexperienced engineers, one of the engineer figured out my problem that the ac is defective and there is some oil problem but no further step was taken to solve the issue.
