[Resolved] Voltas — Complaint Against Voltas For Split Ac Service | |||
Dear Sir, We got repaired our split AC from Volta's company in July 2014. The mechenic from Voltas company carried some intrnal parts of AC with him and said he will replace them within 2-3 days. Neither he / another mechenic came nor fixed the spare parts in AC despite of regular follow ups with company. Around one year elapsed, but no solution found. Dear sir, myself a student in ujjain medical college, i brought an 6-7yrs old voltas window ac from my home & got it installed on april 2nd 2015.on 19th april 2015 evening, suddenly with a big sound the ac stopped working.i called college electrician he to check he said fan has broken & took fan for replacement from voltas.he said that voltas people here in ujjain saying fan is not available.i ccontacted voltas customer care & lodged complaint for the same.mymy complaint no.-[protected] on 21st april 2015, i was told by customer care that their engineer will visit me to solve the problem.i got call from their local service centre regarding the same & told that he will talk with my college electrician but he himself didnt visit. Its been a week almost Till today he didnt visit i m daily calling him &he is giving me assurance daily.voltas service is not good m fedup. I will never ever recommend anybody to buy voltas products.

i got a message from your autogenerated system stating that my above mentioned complaint has been cancelled, i again contacted yyour online cutomer care for the same who gave me new complaint no.- [protected] on 5/5/15, which again within an hour had been cancelled with Reason - No Purchase Proof(No Payment).when did they ask me for the same? I am a student having final exams in this month end & i m being troubled voltas service providers.
