Dear Sir, With reference to this office letter No.SDC/GB/2014-15/143/6795 dated 03.11.2014, a Drinking Water Cooler with (Non CFC Refrigerant) was ordered for supply against DGS&D Rate Contract No.DWC/ME-3/RC[protected]/0614/03/06399/1566 dated 19th Sept-13 valid up to 30.09.2014. In this connection, it is submitted that despite of various telephonic requests, fax, Voltas has neither executive the supply of the required item nor replied or contacted in response to our order. You are therefore, requested to take action immediately in this regard. In case company is ready to supply the item as per above DGS&D Rate Contract then supply immediately without further delay otherwise matter will be take up with the DGS&D authorities.     buy a voltas AC. I was told by the service manager that I have to register my self on the voltas then I did the same. Now when I called up the voltas customer care for the AC service on 5th Nov'14. The agent told me that the technical excutive wil come with in 24 hors. But no body came. Moreover I call up a lot of time there customer care for the status. But every time i got only disappoitmet. Not satisfied with the voltas service. REgards, Anupam Singh [protected]

      I have a voltas water cooler frm last 4 years..it suddenly stopped working 1.5 months back..i called customer care they send some perosn who came and opened it and went promising that he l come back with some parts..its now around 2 months no body is back.i called customer care 3 tyms getting same response that sombodu will visit tomorrow.but nobody came.it still opened..now better to throw it way.worst experience ever

          Hello, dear sir myself rahul thakur actually i had purchased a A.c in february 2014 and from starting to till now it is not working properly and i had complaint so many times every time technicians come and do something which i dont know and every next time i face a new problem and i am really sick from this please help me to replace it, THANKS.

            I purchased the 1.5 ton voltas split a.c on 20/10/2014 from chandan electronics, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Since the purchase till today i.e.29.10.2014, a.c might have worked only for 1 week properly. Regarding this i gave so many complaints to the customer care to check the a.c. after so many delays, customer care representatives visited the a.c atleast for 10times till now. Once they took away the outdoor unit and brought another old unit after 10days. even after that also the a.c is not functioning, no cooling at all. Again i have been calling the customer care since last 20days but no body came till now. I have been telling clearly the unit needs to be replaced, but no one is listening, and no body is taking responsibility. May be it is the intension of the VOLTAS to drag the complaint till the warranty gets completed. It is the carelessness of the so called big Tata VOLTAS agency.             This is again about the same complaint which i raised earlier. I have been running behind the customer care executives, and the person Mr. Vipul, +91 [protected], who himself call as the in-charge of voltas Ahmedbabad Area. Till today about 10-20 persons of different vertical of Voltas including technicians, mechanics, franchisee visited my home and checked the A.C. As the checks were done already quite a few times which exceeds the limitations of my patience. Recently also the Voltas people took the unit and checked again( I dont think so) and returned saying the unit was tested fully and working very well. It worked hardly again for 1week, and again the problem started, no cooling at all. And also to reinstate the unit they made so many holes in the house walls, and left without closing the holes also, while mentioning they will come back, but it is 1month over nobody turned up. I have been asking for the replacement of the unit, but somehow, Voltas people are very reluctant to do that, even though they know there is problem in the unit. I am really fed up with the so called customer CARE of the Tata Voltas. I spoke to Mr. Vipul again today 4/12/2014, now also he says he will send again some technicians to check the unit why it is not functioning, even though i told him already his people checked it infinite number of times. And also this person Mr. Vipul promised that they will issue a revised warranty card, as i could not use the A.C for most of the time during the warranty period. But so far i did not receive it till now.
            It is useless again to request or contact the Voltas customer care, as there is no use of it. I am going to complaint in the consumer forum regarding this recklessness and lack of sincerity in attending the customer requests. I would definitely make the Voltas paid through consumer court for the pain i suffered and the inconvenience i was made to feel.

It worked for 1( Only one) day fine and started giving problem again. As usual again i have been running behind the so called voltas executives to address the issue. There is a person named Mr. Vipul(available on +91 [protected]), who is looking after my case is reluctant to replace the unit, even though it is very faulty. I am exhausted by giving complaints and no body is listening about it. It is never ever expected from a company which they themselves called as a very big company. I took this recklessness of the Voltas customer CARE very seriously, and make the voltas people to compensate me for making me suffered this much, by filing the matter in the consumer court. The warranty period of the A.C is also fiinished by 8 months, even though i could not use more than 15days in this whole 8 months period. Regarding this warranty also i was told by Mr. Vipul that he will provide the extended and revised warranty to me, but it never happened even though i phoned him many time and sent my e-mail id to him. It is just pure unwillingness to address the issue and take up the matter seriously. Even though it is useless to post in this forum, as Voltas will not take the action. But this will be a eye opener to fellow friends/ customers who never ever dream to buy Voltas A.C

            The problem for which I am fighting with Voltas since last 1.5 year is not solved yet. I have been demanding for the replacement of the unit, as it is very defective, which voltas executives also realised, but they always say that they will keep on replacing the parts and see if it works, but they never ever listen to me for the replacement. For your information I am copying the e-mail I wrote to them in the recent past 25/8/2015.

            I am thinking to file a suit about this problem.

            In the past also I wrote e-mails about the problem with the split A.C which I purchased from Voltas. Unfortunately no action was taken to REPLACE the unit. With the last hope, I am writing this e-mail again.

            With my wrong decision I purchased Voltas split a.c 1.5 ton capacity on 20th April 2014. Since then I never ever was able to use the a.c for the intended purpose. To get the solution for this a.c problem I have been running behind the so called great Voltas people since the purchase. During this period I came across and contacted many people of Voltas. This list of people includes, toll free customer care, service centre, regional sales in charge, and last but not least the shop Chandan Electronics, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where from I bought the A.C. During this period a.c might have worked hardly for 2-3 weeks properly. After so many requests number of people visited my home to diagnose the A.C, and they took the A.C unit to their work shop also, and after several days they brought back the A.C unit and with difficulty they installed after making so many holes in my bed room. It worked just for only 1(One) day and started giving problems again. Every time the Voltas people come, in a span of 1month and say the gas is drained out ( which is very unusual).

            There was a person named Mr. Vipul(available on +91 [protected]), who was looking after my case earlier was reluctant to REPLACE the unit, even though it is clearly known by him that there was no option except REPLACEMENT. Now he is no more with Voltas.
            A New person Mr. Sanjay patel came in Mr. Vipul place. Even though he can easily understand the case history from the Voltas database, if such database exists in Voltas, he again started saying he will get the a.c repaired and he will take the a.c unit again to the workshop for scanning etc. Again I started telling this person Mr.Sanjay Patel([protected]), that all the checkings, repairs, scannings, gas fillings were done by the earlier persons, and now the only option is left is REPLACEMENT. During this period Mr. Ashok Khare (I think the Voltas regional head is also aware of the case), came into picture and contacted me and made me to allow them again to check the A.C. Voltas people re-installed it in new place after doing core cutting in the R.C.C beam. During this period, Mr. Ashok also provided me warranty extension as he understood that I could not use A.C in the earlier 1 year warranty period. It worked for 10days ( I felt very happy by thinking problem is resolved). But my happiness did not last too long. A.C started NOT functioning again, already from past 1-2months. .

            When I speak to Voltas people they say REPLACEMENT responsibility lies with the Shop persons. When I contact the shop they say REPLACEMENT is responsibility of VOLTAS. All together made me just a fool and just escaping from the responsibilities and delaying the matter further and further.


            As a last attempt I am sending this mail to all of you whoever looks after the so called great VOLTAS. I presume there will not be any action from VOLTAS for the REPLACEMENT, as it did not happen in the past which is of almost 1.5years. The only option I am left with filing suit in consumer court, which I am going to do very soon. However, with a last hope of REPLACEMENT I am mailing this to you. In case if anybody wants to talk to me about the REPLACEMENT I am available on Phone numbers mentioned below."

            As discus had with you, after inspecting the machine by our Engineer and found that Compressor fail.
            As you know that compressor under 5 years warranty and we are ready to replace the compressor with gas charging as per the Given Extended Warranty.

            Requested to please allow to us for compressor replacement. after replacing the compressor machine will work perfectly.

            It's been more than 48 hrs I registered a complain till yet no action no service boy has been provided worst company to take product from never recommend there products worst company shame on Tata

            Missing copper pipe and late installation

            Hello
            I purchased a voltas split air conditioner 1.5 tonns.
            The installation request is pending since 1 month. After following up with customer care they were able to send an executive for installation but then they found after opening the boxes that the copper pipe is missing.
            Now i am unable to use the product when it is most required.

              I am having a voltas ac in which the compressor which is under warranty is not working. I contacted the customer care on 7.10.14 and logged the complaint for which a tech came from Merit enterprises, chennai on 11.10.14 and identified the same with an assurance that it will be replaced asap. But even after repeated calls to their landline they are not responding at all and have not replaced it till date which has put me into immense mental stress. Moreover i bought this ac specifically for my pre-term baby to protect him from all pollution, mosquitoes, etc. But even during Diwali, i was not able to protect my son from all smoke, since our street is a very cramped one.This is not the first time i'm experiencing this kind of dereliction of duty from voltas, because in a previous issue of gas leak, two authorised voltas service providers tried to put the blame on the other. This has created a threat to my son's health condition and put me into untold mental stress for the past 21 days. I request this to be resolved with your help.

                    Dear Sir, My Name is Mr. Navin D'Lima and I stay in Mumbai. I had purchased a Voltas AC, 1 ton split, 2 Star on 11.04.14. After 05 months o[censored]se the AC stopped cooling and so a complaint was made on the toll free number. The complaint was made on 04th of October 2014, Saturday. I was told of someone will attend in 24 hours, but the person came only on 08th October 2014. After checking i was told that the gas has leaked out and he will submit the report the next day and the company will send someone to fill the gas as it was under warranty. From that day onwards i have called the toll free number almost everyday 3 times to check when they would send someone over for filling the gas but all they say is "SORRY and WE WILL MAKE SURE TODAY THE SERVICE MAN REACH YOUR PLACE". I bought Voltas AC since it has the name of TATA attached to it, since it is a trusted brand and i can rely on their services, but to my utter shock they have not lived upto their reputation and have broken my trust in them.                       I have purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton Split AC from Viveks Showroom in Mylapore Chennai on 4.10.2014 and got it installed on 6.10.2014. Within two days it started making annoying noise in such a way that even our neighbours got irritated. I registered a complaint with Viveks Customer care on 8.10.2014 and they promised to sent a technician the same day. Till night no news from the technician or Viveks. Then i called the technician Mr.Prabhakaran directly and he promised to come the next day, that is on 9.10.2014 by 9 AM. He didn't turned up till 12 PM. So i called him. His reply was " I am leave today and i already informed the office".How is it?. I now regret purchasing from Viveks showroom. I recollect the good service i got from E-Zone.                         dear sir i purchased a voltas 5 star rated window ac from mahla electronics sales and service on date 5 5 2014 and the bill no is 4451. the ac and its remort was not working from last one month. i complained near about 8 times to voltas costmer care no [protected] and [protected] but they takes near about one month to repair it. even the service center tryed to charge me transpotation charges and asked me that we can repair your ac only if you transport it to our worksitop.the remort is still not working. they gave me very very poor service. i want justice and want my money back

                          After having conversation with Mr pandu of voltas twice still the problem reamins the same and no one is coming to attend this problem. Sometimes he asks for my address but no one is reporting to attend the same. Dear Mr Pandu, As I have already registered this complain three times but there is no reponse from the customer care. When I call the customer care they say it will be attended. Even one technician is also calling but he is not coming after giving a call. Once he came and magnified the present problem. The problem was attended once but after attending the sound got intensified and from that day there is no reply of the techinician.

                            Complaint no. [protected]. Technician Mr. Irfan has attended the complaint on 1st October, 2014 and filled the gas because of non cooling. He has removed the nutbolt cap (Black colour) and while placing he was not finding one cap so he has removed our neighbours nutbold cap (brass) and placed in our machine. Why did he touched any other machine when he has come for Voltas? We cannot trust voltas because they can do anything. I have purchased Voltas machine on 15th April, 2014 and after one month there was a oil leak, representative have attended and said it is ok. I dont know what he has done our gas was leaked. From April, 2014 till september it was my 2nd complaint. I will not suggest anybody for Voltas in future.

                              On the 17th of August I had made a complaint to your customer care regarding my Voltas Split AC.1.5 ton. On the 18th the engineer came, checked it and told me that the compressor had burnt out and had to be replaced. On the 19h at 10pm the engineer had com with the compressor to install, being so late at night he did it in a hurry and left. Since we had complained that it was still not cooling 2 days later the same engineer came and filled in gas. After about five days, the Air conditioner would completely switch off on its own and start again after 4 seconds. We had made another complaint regarding this however we were not given any complaint number and were told that it was the same complaint continuing A week 10 days later 2 serve engineers came I have no idea what they did to the outdoor unit. They waited for half an hour, reported nothing wrong and left. Now the air conditioner is even worse as the compressor does not come on and every time the compressor tries to come on the Ac shuts off. We have repeatedly been calling up everyday at your service center and all that we are told is that it would be done the next day however the next day never seems to come. We have also spoken to Mr. Gupta from Shri Bala Ji AirCom services Gurgaon informing him that the compressor that he replaced seems to be faulty for which we were charged Rs 3, 000. He assured us that he would get a new compressor replaced the next day . It has been three days and he has still not replaced the compressor. Today when we spoke to him he told us very bluntly that he has no idea when he will be getting a new compressor We trust that you will take action on this matter as we feel cheated and robbed and we hope that by writing to you our split AC would be rectified.                                 Voltas authorized service partner is a big fraud and cheater one i ever seen...they given me a cheque of Rs 2000/- as a service charge waiver on 10th oct 2014 as they committed after following a long time...But cheque has been bounced due to insufficient fund on 14 oct 2014 and bank returned the cheque to me after deducting bounce amt from my account...

                                I would like to request senior mgt of voltas comapny to look into the matter and resolve the issue...

                                  I have purchase 1 ton split AC on 06/07/2014 and within two months of its installation/purchase I have faced problems regarding its proper functioning, details of which can be retrieved from the records of the company customer care No.[protected]. Recently its swing flap stopped working so i made a complaint on 30 Aug 2014 with complaint No. [protected]. A technician, Mr Alam Khan, has made a visit and advice that its swing motor is need to changed and for this he has to take to its workshop. On inquiring about its re-fixation time, he told that it will be done by tuesday i.e. 02 Sep 2014. I am sorry to say that the swing motor has not been replaced till date viz 18 Sep 14. On making inquiry on customer care number, i have just been console that the request has been forwarded to the concerned person and someone will definitely contact me within 24 hours but no one ever contact me. Today i.e. 18 Sep 14, I just made a call to the firm, who is looking after the maintenance of the Voltas make ACs, and I came to know that the company does not have swing motor to replace. Moreover the company has informed to a complaint resolver site AKOSHA.COM, tab available on Voltas Facebook, that my problem has been resolved. It is a big surprise to me that without replacing the swing motor the company propagate that it has been resolved. Seeing the above scenario it is humble request to let me the know the emailid or phone number of higher executive authority/CEO of Voltas AC so that I can project my problem to him.                                     I bought a VOLTAS 1.2 Ton Split AC in March 2014. I then called to customer care to get it installed. Their team came in and the installation guy vanished the gas of compressor. He then came in again next day and filled the gas. As soon as I started to use the AC - I noticed water popping out of the indoor unit. I registered a complaint [protected] for it on 27th April - the technician came in and told me to wait because there is some problem in indoor unit. I waited for about a month but the complaint was closed from their side without any resolution. I registered another complaint [protected] on 17th May. Same happened this time. Their technician stopped picking up my phone. I was also fed up so I stopped following up. Again I registered the complaint [protected] on 26th of Aug. Their technician again came in and told me that there is some fault in the indoor unit and it needs to be replaced. He told me to wait. Suddenly I got an SMS on 15th Sep that my complaint has been cancelled. I called their customer care and they registered a new complaint[protected] for the same. Now the problem is that nobody is getting me resolution for that. They just close the complaints without resolving it. Thats why I seek your kind help in this matter.
