I have been trying to follow up my complain (logged on 11-June, 2014). COMPLAIN NUMBER: [protected] I have called up the toll free number:[protected] and other numbers : [protected], [protected]) BUT MY COMPLAIN IS YET NOT ATTENDED. I spoke to: Rohit, Sumant, Rama, POOJA DEVI, B. Suresh. But nobody is taking the matter seriously. Kindly take my complain seriously HERE. Again I follow up 12, 13 14, 16 but no one visit to our office. Again Customer Care given New Complaint number on 16th June 2914 ([protected]) and assure to resolve but still same. We are follow up (Kuldeep, Sunil and Anjali). Your customer care put call on hold and disconnect the call. The service is provide by the Big Brand and very bad. Thanks & Regards.     Dear Sir, this is to inform you that I registered a complaint with VOLTAS customer care 8 days back on 10th June, 2014 for a 1.5ton split ac (complaint no [protected]). Despite numerous requests from my side and repeated assurances from the customer care number that the job will be done on the same day the service guy came on 14th June 2014. There appears to be a major communication gap between your customer care numbers and the service centre. The service person who came to attend my complaint rectified gas pipe leakage as the problem. He assured to repair the very same day but he vanished and came on 17th June 2014 after repeated complaints.He filled the gas and said pipe is broken and needs welding which burned the wire. That burned wire caused electricity problems and short circuits. The guy refused to look into the matter and left . I find this approach extremely unprofessional and intolerable because of the negligence and unskilled kind of work done.Please forward this mail to someone senior in the hierarchy, so that this complaint gets dealt with at the earliest.

        I have recently shifted to a new house and got re-installed Voltas 1.5 Ton Window AC through service request at Voltas Customer Care. Installation Fee of Rs 500 was paid as per the communication from Voltas Customer Care. After sometime I observed that drainage is not proper after installation and all water instead of coming out of drainage pipe is getting accumulated in AC frame. Due to this water was spreading on entire floor below the AC and going to verandah in lower floors causing problem to its occupants. When I contacted them again citing the problem in installation, they told me that I have to pay again fees of Rs 500 to get the problem corrected. When I reminded them the problem arose because of installation was not done properly, voltas people were rude and flatly refused to listen to it. This is just absurd and is openly fleecing of the customer. It is very shameful that a tata group company will stoop to such low level to make money. Customer service is one of the worst I have come across.

          Dear Sir, this is to inform you that I registered a complaint with voltas customer care 4 days back for a 2 ton window ac (complaint no [protected]). So far nothing has been done for rectification, despite several requests from my side and repeated assurances from the customer care number that thejob will be done on the same day. There appears to be a major disconnect between your customer care numbers and the service centre. One operator at the customer care even told me to speak to the service centre myself and gave me the contact number of the service centre. I find this approach extremely unprofessional Please forward this mail to someone senior in the hierarchy, so that this complaint gets dealt with at the earliest. If not, please revert to me so that I can get the job done from some other mechanic. Thanks

            sir I have registered compliant on 04 th June 2014 on Voltas customer care, no technician attended so far. I have been calling customer care since then, they told me that the technician would visit within 24 hours, however no technician attended. we family members loosing faith and confidence . the complaint number is [protected].               Greetings! !!


              I would like to express my feeling, bad experience and wrong decision by buying 3 voltas ac in one time only .


              I have got 3 ac on 9th March, 2013 from M/S sawhney electronics, sadar bazar, cantt, mangal pandey road, lucknow. Invoce number is 7366.


              Now reason of my frustrations and disappointing, within three months from date of buying ac on 16. 07. 2013, gas got leaked / finished . Once called toll free number engineer came to check from kushi air conditioning singar nagar, near eye care hospital, alambagh lucknow . They filled up gas and left since it was under warranty so we were not charged.


              Now I have faced again this problem, gas is leaked / finished after 2 months, when after winter, summer started, we start using ac from April, 2014.


              We have called engineer from M/S khan, park road, saran chamber, den dayal nagar, behind shia hostel on 11.04.2014, voltas franchiese . They said installation is not done right way from the beginning that is why gas is leaking ever time. We were charged 2200 rs for gas refilling.

              Now Again within 30 days, split ac gas got finished . We called up again m/s khan, Voltas franchisee for that . they came and again refilled gas on 14.5.2014

              During our conversation from engineers when they came to check from M/S khan, they told us installation of split AC is wrong that is why every months this problem is coming .

              We spoke to M/S sawhney Electronics and told about same problem since we bought ac from them and their engineers installed but unfortunate nothing happen. They were not bother for our problem at all.


              I went to gomati nagar head office to meet higher authority but no one was there.
              Finally I spoke to Vinay, he is working as manager in voltas . Now its been 30 days when we spoke to vinay, I am very much sad still nothing happened . Even vinay stop taking our calls.

              We even sent photo of ac and they way installation is done to vinay on his wtsapp mobile number.


              I would make humble request to all higher authority to voltas please look at my matter very seriously and take right action by send qualified engineering to check what is the problem

              1. check split ac has a problem
              2. 2. check split ac installation problem

              After having split as and spending 74, 500, I am sleeping using fan only with temperature of 46 degree.

                i have complianted on customer care of voltas on 4th June 2014. since then no technician has attended to rectify the problem .The compliant number is [protected]. I have been calling customer care number, replied that our technician would solve your problem by ought that day, but so far no technician attended. Kindly I request u get the problem rectified as early as possible

On Last week i Purchased New Split AC of Voltas from "Dev Raj Verma" kotwali Bazaar, Hoshiarpur City, Punjab. This dealer did Decieved me on this Purchase and guided me Wrong.Firstly, When i Purchased Ac from this dealer shop he said according to given Configuration of my room, 1.5 ton AC of perfect for me and he has This Ac in his warehouse with Packed box. i did faith on him and given my Address and he sent it to my home and i paid for its installation, When i started use this AC it was not Doing Cooling in my room after Long run. I complained regarding this and dealer sent one local mechanic to check it and he admit on that time it is not working good even it is not fit in this room and we should replace this AC with 2 ton on urgent basis. very next day when i approached to Dealer on this matter he totally refused to replace it . Actually dealer has not given us New AC because when i checked there were lot of scrates on AC Outter Body and Remote. Dealer given us that AC which he Was using at their shop. Please help us on this matter, this dealer is harshing to senior citizen, i have not more power to visit again and again on dealer shop and ebate on this matter, i am heart patient . please take quick action on this matter and replace my AC with New One from Company directly because i have no faith on this dealer now. It was Not Cooling.Very Next day, I complained regarding this to same dealer and he Sent Local mechanic to check it and he was Admitting it is not fit to this Room and Also it is not working in right manner. Mechanic Said to us he is help us on this matter and we should replace this AC with 2 ton AC or with another New Piece. The Matter is that When I Paid for this AC the shop keeper said to me you can go back to your home and he will sent this AC to our Home Address when i checked AC remote and Ac Outter body then there were some Sctrached on it. the i came to know that Your Dealer decieving New Customers and Specially to doing harsh to Senior Citizens like me. Please do needful on this matter and Replace our AC With New one for which I have Paid my hard Earning Money. Even He Guided me wrong About this AC when i did Shop. Please Please take Quick Action on it and replace my AC i have bill which also he given to me of rs27, 500 but he charged 30, 500rs fro my side and said he can only Give Bill of 27, 500rs rest i no need to worry.                       Lodged a service request for my 1.5 ton ac not working on 08/06/14 vide complain no. [protected]. so far have not received any call or visit from the voltas side. On asking at the all centre on 11th I was told that my service would be attended next day. on talking to supervisor on 12th the same answer but the worst was on 13th when I was toldd by one Gurmeet that if I speak to him in punjabi he will try to solve my problem otherwise he won.'t.. Wish there was a nodall officer/responsible person who could answer my problem. Actually feel that i have been taken for a ride by Mr.Tata.

                        I hv purchased Voltas AC, capacity 1.5 MT, Window in 2009. I hv lodged Complain in your Customer Customer for service of my AC on 04 April 2014 vde Complain No. [protected]. As per my Complain your Technical executive visit our site & after checking the AC, he was analysed there is some problem in Fan motor of our AC & fix the problem. But after around 10-15 days, the Fan motor stop working & making voice. I hv again re-open my earlier complain. Again, your executuve came & advise me to replace the new Motor as it is not working but after 10 days, he again advise me to repai the said motor as there is availability problem of new motor in your Company & he charged amount of Rs 2250/- against the repairment charges & fix the existing motor on 22 May. But just after 4 days, the said motor again stop working & i hv again lodged a complain and again your executive visit & advise that now this motor is not working so Voltas Company will replace with new Motor. But inspite of my huge followup & request & reminder now your service center neither replace the motor nor pickup my phone. I hv also requested so many times to your Customer care number but they also not doing anything. Now I am very much disappointed with your services & think not to purchase any Voltas product in future & also advise the same to our relatives & friends.

                        If you still think to improve your services & make my faith back upto some extend, kindly look afetr my problem & do the needful at the earliest. PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER MOST URGENT AS WE ARE FACING LOT OF PROBLEM SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR POOR SERVICES.

                          Dear Sir, I have registered a complaint of my Voltas 1.5 ton windows AC on 21-May-2014 with reference no. [protected]. Even after several follow-ups with customer support the problem is not solved (as of 13-June-2014). Everytime I reach customer support they say that they have added a follow-up and that's what they can do from there side. They give me a local vendor number who is not all reachable. I have even escalated the issue with the UPWest contact (Kshitij Gautam/UPBG/GAZ) but there also I am not getting any response. Kindly help. Regards, Vikas Garg

                            Hi, This complain is opened from 29th april Complaint#- [protected]. I purchased a brand new voltas 1.5T split AC and it has not worked for a single day since start. Technician could not fix the AC even after 3 retry. First time- Compressor Problem Second Time- Indoor PCB Problem Third Time- Indoor PCB problem even after replacing PCB. Now voltas customer support is saying they will again repair it by putting new PCB, but why would I accept multiple repair on a new product which has not worked for a single day? I need a replacement immediately or otherwise I have to take legal route for the mental harassment that been done by Voltas. Till date, even after 2 months of purchase it has not worked.                               Does this site work when it comes to action on the complaint various consumers have registered and a number of them in the recent times? Or is it just another way to fool the customers? I don't see any response in writing against the Customers complaints being logged here. Has been attended to? If so, dont you think you should make it public against each complaint logged here? Else your credibility is at stake and proves all this is an eyewash and you dont care to resolve issues of the consumers and the site created is just another way of a typical Indian mentality of fooling people. No doubt Voltas is the WORST when it come to services and this has been so since the past 5 years at least because I've experienced it personally while being a Corporate as well as domestic Client. Voltas hasnt improved at all and continue to being the WORST in service. When I was a corporate Client, I remember escalating to the Sr Vice Presidents and later to the MD and even then it didnt help much as I thought Tata's are a Employee friendly Org and thats the advantage the employees take without shouldering any responsibility and accountability. WORST service.

                                I am one of the consumers of Voltas product who bought a split type AC(2Ton) on 11/02/2013 having invoice no.9/13/15171 from National Electronics, Jamshedpur. After few days of purchasing, it had started troubling me like anything.In the month of April'13(13.04.2013) the "Gas changing" of the AC was suggested by Voltas service team and was executed accordingly, which could not resolve the issue.On 18.04.2013 the both units of the AC were removed and taken to service station by your team and fixed back on 25.04.2013 after repairing.You can well imagine how intensely a consumer can get annoyed by these activities when he purchases a new set of product and it starts delivering trouble within few days of purchase.Its not all, even after these we never got a satisfying performance of the product and we kept reporting the things to your service center(local) which counts not less than 6 times during these period.I am sure the voltas service team is being challenged hard by my case and they have no more options left with them.We had been suffering a lot with this idle AC in this scorching summer.After escalating the matter, the team voltas assured that they would take the machine for the final time and fix the problem.They took the machine on 28/05/2014 and refixed it on 31.05.2014.Just after few hours of fixing the machine, the fan/blower of the machine got stop at high speed.At medium speed also it started malfunctioning.We logged another complaint and mailed the matter to the customer support manager(Mr.Sanjoy Chakraborty).Mr.Manoj came to us on 07.05.2014 with the local service team voltas and started finding solutions with it.We expressed our dissatisfaction and explained him that we need a decision on replacement of the machine now. Mr.Sanjoy Chakraborty replied that they are not in position to replace the AC rather they will extend the warrabty period for just three months.

                                  Hi, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have recently purchased a Voltas AC from Voltas sales partner - EasyDay store situated at Sohna Road, Gurgaon on 9th Jun 2014 vide Regd Mobile # [protected]. I also got a service request # [protected] for installation from Voltas. I was told by Voltas sales partner that it will be delivered and installed at my place in Gurgaon itself on the same day i.e. 9th Jun 2014. I agreed to purchase because the store manager promised me that it will get installed on the same day at my place. The AC got delivered on 10th Jun 2014 and till now, it has not been installed. I never expect that from Voltas sales partners make false promises to your customer to meet sales target. I urgently need that AC for my father who is not well and it’s difficult for him to stay without AC. Volta never understand these things and just focus on their sale. Voltas sales partner manager should have informed me before sale that it can’t be delivered on the same day and installed only after three days. I would have purchased that AC from somewhere else. At least inform that you can’t get that installed on the day of delivery, I would have make my own arrangements to get that installed so that my father wouldn’t have to suffer in summers. It seems Voltas has instructed their sales partner to make sale even if they have to make falls promises to customer. This is clearly unprofessional and unethical practice that Voltas is following.                                     Voltas service is the worst of all,
                                    I made a complain on[protected] around 8:00 am about my ac not working properly,
                                    In response i was told that my complaint would be attended within next 24 hours
                                    I have been waiting since then for technicians to turn up and do the job. It has been more than 96 hoursand still my complaint has not been dealt with.
                                    Whenever i call customer care they just ask to wait for the technicians to call me
                                    And i am assured that my complaint will be solved in a few hours . These few hours have extended to 100+ hours and it is really testing my patients in this hot weather .
                                    This is the worst customer service i have ever seen

                                      Dear Executive, I had purchase a 1.5 tonne window Ac on 06.06.2013 and lodge a complaint to your customer centre from my mobile number [protected] for the service of my air conditioner. The customer care issued a complaint no. [protected] on the day complain register i.e. on 25.05.2014. The dilemma starts once I started following the complaint no. Issue by the customer care. After continuous following regarding the complaint no. your customer care again issued a fresh complain number [protected] on Sunday i, e. 08.06.2014 giving the reason that the complainant not pick up the phone called by the service station which is just a total false allegations on the part of customer care. Moreover they even not bother to ask me whether I am satisfied with the service provided by the service centre. Now the biggest question is that your customer care now ignoring me and still I am sitting with folded hand as far as servicing of my Air conditioner is concerned. The point of question raised 1. Whether I committed a crime while purchasing from you or else if not than whether I have no right to ask service from your company as you are advertising a lot about your product and service at the time of selling. This is the scenario of the country biggest brand known as TATA which is famous for its fare business policy and this the main reason why I simply buy your product...but i don't know the other side of the mirror as there is not much difference between you and other company Now the least and the last whether I am able to get service from your so called service station or my complaint on your registration form also went in vein.                                       Keep on raising these issues untill it get resolved. We need to make them realise that after sale service is important and they can't make customers fool...

                                        Voltas is a worst company I have ever seen. I bought a watercooler and it was damaged from inside. Now the dealer is not replacing it not even bothered to repair it.
                                        The most shocking part is company VOLTAS is also not bothered as I have made so many compalins about it.
                                        Such a shame !!!11
