I would like to express my feeling, bad experience and wrong decision by buying 3 voltas ac in one time only .
I have got 3 ac on 9th March, 2013 from M/S sawhney electronics, sadar bazar, cantt, mangal pandey road, lucknow. Invoce number is 7366.
Now reason of my frustrations and disappointing, within three months from date of buying ac on 16. 07. 2013, gas got leaked / finished . Once called toll free number engineer came to check from kushi air conditioning singar nagar, near eye care hospital, alambagh lucknow . They filled up gas and left since it was under warranty so we were not charged.
Now I have faced again this problem, gas is leaked / finished after 2 months, when after winter, summer started, we start using ac from April, 2014.
We have called engineer from M/S khan, park road, saran chamber, den dayal nagar, behind shia hostel on 11.04.2014, voltas franchiese . They said installation is not done right way from the beginning that is why gas is leaking ever time. We were charged 2200 rs for gas refilling.
Now Again within 30 days, split ac gas got finished . We called up again m/s khan, Voltas franchisee for that . they came and again refilled gas on 14.5.2014
During our conversation from engineers when they came to check from M/S khan, they told us installation of split AC is wrong that is why every months this problem is coming .
We spoke to M/S sawhney Electronics and told about same problem since we bought ac from them and their engineers installed but unfortunate nothing happen. They were not bother for our problem at all.
I went to gomati nagar head office to meet higher authority but no one was there.
Finally I spoke to Vinay, he is working as manager in voltas . Now its been 30 days when we spoke to vinay, I am very much sad still nothing happened . Even vinay stop taking our calls.
We even sent photo of ac and they way installation is done to vinay on his wtsapp mobile number.
I would make humble request to all higher authority to voltas please look at my matter very seriously and take right action by send qualified engineering to check what is the problem

2. 2. check split ac installation problem
After having split as and spending 74, 500, I am sleeping using fan only with temperature of 46 degree.
