[Resolved]  Voltas — Defective AC sold with inefficient customer service

Hello, we have purchased a new AC on 19 Apr 2015 and installed on 13 May 2015. The product has been found to be faulty on the day of its installation and have requested for its replacement, your technician visited on May 25 and found motor defective, we were promised that the same shall get replaced within 3 to 4 days. Even after repeated reminders (mails, daily telephonic conversation on toll free no.) the AC has still not been replaced. What was customer fault if your fresh AC was defective is it not your responsibility to replace it. Would strongly recommend that as an organization must spends more time on improving there customer services. Waiting to resolve our queries assoon as possible. Feeling Very sorry to invest in Voltas
bought a window AC on 06 Jun15..was installed on 09 jUN 15.. AFTER INSTALLATION, NOTICED THAT THE AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY..NO COOLING AT ALL.. REGISTERED COMPLAINT INSTANTLY..COMPLAINT NO [protected]...NO RESPONSE BY CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER 48 HRS..EVEN THE TOLL FREE NUMBER IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONNECT...REGRETTING MY DECISION TO BUY A MADE IN INDIA PRODUCT..

How many times you want me to write the same thing. Stop all this nuisance. I have already mailed you twice.
You are simply trying to fool customers nothing else by pasting the same words without even knowing the matter, really disgusting attitude.

If you cannot do any thing simply speak out don't portrait of as if youare really caring for customers.

Either remove your AC from our home or fix our problem before monday
One more option for your organisation, simply remore customer care service centre from your org. Because its not working at all
