[Resolved] Voltas — Extremely pathetic voltas ac service | |||||
My voltas split ac model 18v iy(1.5 ton) was delivered from snapdeal on 9th march. During installation/inspection, the voltas service team found that there was a defect in compressor pcb and they informed me to replace the pcb with a new one within a week. However even after a month they have not yet replaced the defective part due to which i am not able to use the product. I am not getting proper response from them despite calling their customer care repeatedly. I have already lodged a complaint in their official website to no avail. Their customer service is extremely pathetic and strict action should be taken against them. My complaint no is [protected]. Request you to please resolve this issue at the earliest so that i can use my new product, else i will escalate this issue to even higher authority. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I got calls from Snapdeal as well as Voltas customer care representative but Snapdeal didn't accept that they delivered the defective product to me even though I had mailed them the snapshot earlier. Snapdeal can't be trusted. Voltas tech team got in touch with me and replaced the defective part with a new one and its working fine now. Voltas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Regarding the Voltas Complaint ID: 1263726, I have already shared my order id and complaint number with [protected]@snapdeal.com. I got a call from Snapdeal representative regarding the product but they didn't accept that they delivered the defective product to me even though I had mailed them the snapshot earlier. This kind of customer service is not at all acceptable. Anyway Voltas tech team got in touch with me and replaced the defective part with a new one and its working fine now, hence marking the complaint as resolved. Expecting much better service from both Snapdeal/Voltas in future.
outdoor unit fan not running
sir I c had complianted on 4 th june 2014 regarding split ac problem of not functioning outdoor unit fan. so far no techinician attended to rectify the problem.Shreyasingh36's reply, Jul 28, 2019
Same case has happened with me.. they are highly irresponsible and have very careless attitude .despite of being complaining again and again they are not taking any action @voltas worst product after sale service.
