[Resolved] Voltas — misleading customers | |||
Two years ago we purchased volta's 1.5 ton window ac in tpddl in an exchange offer. At the time of selling the product, the company commited 3yr product warranty and free services for 3 yrs. Now suddenly they are saying no free services. Option is available only in the first year. If they have changed the policy, it should be applicable to products sold now and not to the products sold with certain commitment. Unless it was their trick to fool customers to increase sales Not expected from a company like volta's. Shame! Was this information helpful? | |||

Compressor of Freezer is not working, bill is also submited to Voltas service team, but they requested 8500 rs to repace this. But as Freezer is under warranty, it should be replaced without any extra charge.
