To be honest, the service is really poor in pondicherry. Moreover they are not even concern about the working and service not even equal to 50 percent. As a consumer it is really hard to render money for the aggravate service. However im going to complain to the officals "law enforcement" agency. Worst ever. Even lg and samsang is better. My ac is really good before service and now it is wrost in working. Hating voltas service and waste of service money. Get lost

    Grievance against voltas, i rang voltas ac services on 17th september (Number [protected]) regarding my issue with my ac, they sent guy called navin kashap ([protected]) to repair. He fixed my ac and i payed the charges asked of me. I asked navin for the receipt, i was told that they will post me the receipt, but “till today” i haven’t received any receipt. I tried to contact navin numerous times on number he provided, but now he is ignoring my calls. I rang voltas service center on above number who initially sent navin and explained my situation but no success, every time i end talking to different person but they can’t help, apparently navin doesn’t exist on there system. They also took navin contact number so that they can figure out. But they never called back. Till today (17days) i have made more than 30 calls but no success.

    I read on your website that other voltas customers are having same issue where unauthorized repair guy does the job and people are left in limbo.

    I need this sorted asap. I do have right to have a proof of repair (Receipt).

      Purchased ac from raipur electronics pvt ltd kolkata on 07/20/18. Bad obnoxious unhealthy smell coming from the ac while running a little.
      Request the company to kindly change the total set (Indoor and outdoor).
      The gas is cfc (Chlorofluorocarbons).
      It wastes the ozone layer.
      So it is causing serious health hazard.
      No word of repair
      Please and please replace the indoor and outdoor as early.
      Otherwise i'll just open both the doors and keep them to the dealer shop.
      Waiting and looking forward for your favourable response.

        On Saturday, 28th Sept 2019, we ordered a Voltas window AC from Amazon. The AC was promptly delivered next day.

        On Monday, 30th Sept 2019, the Voltas installation team arrived at the scene. As soon as they came, they demanded Rs. 3000 from my old parents for buying material for the installation. They very naively gave them the money since they weren’t aware of the technicalities and the installation team realised that they could fool senior citizens.

        This team had come from KWIK AC WORKS who claim to be the authorised service partners for Voltas. They are based in Andheri. As you can see from the installation photos, no additional material was needed for the installation. They did not give any receipt for the additional money they have taken and the service report also mentions clearly that only Rs. 500 were the installation charges. Photos of the service report are given with this complaint. Even after paying Rs. 3000, the installation person asked for 800 rupees more, when my parents refused, he threatened and forced them to pay. He said they will have to face dire consequences if the amount wasn’t paid.

        Such cheating, threatening and intimidation is definitely not expected from Voltas.
        The name of the person who came for the installation was Mr. Kapil. We don’t know who to go to for help.

        My old parents are traumatised and shocked by the whole experience. Please help.

        I have Purchased two Voltas 1.5 Ton Inverter Split AC,
        Installation charges were 450 rupees and 750 rupees for the stand per AC.
        I was unaware that if extra copper pipe ie more than three feet required, it is payable. No document or brochure from the company was provided at the time of purchase regarding installation.

        I booked my installation, and their installation team called and confirmed that installation will be done today, they didn't arrive in working hours at 8:00 PM they came and installation cost was as
        7500 rupees for pipe + installation charges + stand charges. They insisted to pay advance 3000 rupees and gave no receipt of that payment.

        I consulted my architect for an alternative solution that can reduce the pipe size he suggested me to pass the pipe through eaves, this reduces the length of pipe and it comes in a range of three feet.
        The next day after several calls, they came and I told them what my architect recommended, they refuse to dig through eave and kept insisting on expensive installation. So i requested them to mark on the wall where dig through is needed and I will call my mason and do come so that all work will be done once for all.

        When mason arrived I booked a second installation service through the call center and informed them regarding that, from morning 10 AM to 12 PM I have made many calls but the response was casual "will be there in 30 min." One person came after noon and helped mason to mark the right spot on the wall and went.

        Today 6 Oct 2019, in morning I made the call but my call was not received so I called the call center for help they connected me to there several in-charge, they all kept on insisting on expensive installation. The entire conversation I found unprofessional at the end of the conversation they promise to install the unit within 1-2 hours and someone other people will come to install.

        my installation is going on at present.
        I have no issues with the call center, delay in service, aggregation and arrogant behavior, it happens.

        I have an issue with Voltas for not informing me completely regarding installation charges before the purchase o[censored]nits and will utilize all resources to make it sure they should in future

            I filed AC not working complaint on 3 Aug, complaint number [protected].
            On 10 Aug service personnel came with some sensor and found that it was problem with compressor (Warranty 5 years, purchase date Feb 2015).
            After 1.5M of long waiting I received call from customer care that they do not have compressor for my AC model ( 1.5T 18VDY, Hot & cold inverter).
            Also told me to buy new AC for which they will compensate Rs 7000.
            Do you think anyone will invest another 45k for weird reason of compressor not available which is under warranty?
            Request please help me with this issue.

            Hi,
            Can you please advice what is happening regarding my complaint, as I spoke to Mr Ashok Yadav (BSM) but he also says compressor part is not available and offering that I should purchase new AC and they will give little discount.
            If company is not able to provide spares then why they claim 5 years warranty?
            How they can suggest customer to buy new AC (costing 40k) every time it has some problem.Who will take their excuse of non available spares.If they do not have spares then better they should provide new AC rather than compensation of small amount and asking customer to buy new AC.
            I am sure returning customer will not buy Voltas AC again also they will spread word for irresponsible behaviour of service personnel they get after product is sold.
            I have a new construction in progress for which I have to buy some ACs but I swear to God - Never Voltas again.

                Hi team - i had raised the complaint [protected]. Its been apprx. A week but issue still persist.

                Its been second time i am registering complaint for the same issue and its still not resolved.

                Compressor not working properly in the night due to which ac start giving warm air.

                I raised a request approx. 15 days ago for the same issue and the tecnician told just clean the filters and showed me that now its providing the cool air. Hence, we closed that requrst
                But now again its the same issue persisting.

                Its been couple of days i have raised the request and yesterday technician didnt do anything and suggetsed that its fixed now.

                Not sure if he aware whats the issue. Today i got a call from technician and told him to come at 5 pm but he didnt come. And when i called him he said he will come tomorrow.

                Its very annoying the way voltas technician does work or treat the customer. I would urge if you please replace the product as its in warranty.
                Technician suggested that there is some problem with stabliser hence he is connecting the ac directly thru mcb. He asked us to observe ot for couple of days and he will visit again. Yesterday night as well, ac started giving warm air. Can you please raise severity to either fix the issue or replace the product.

                  I purchased ac on 11 april 2019.ac is not working properly. Its remote and sensor are soo weak that it does not operate in a normal room. I made many complaints against this issue, but every time the technician visits and says that this model will operate like this only. After 5 to 6 times of operation of remote the ac gets on/off. Technician says that make an angle then it will operate. This model has defect it does not operate so easily. Why u purchased this model. U have to make adjustments soo the sensor can sense the remote. Although they changed my sensor and remote both but the problem is still the same. He makes excuses only on visit that u have to deal with this. We can't do anything. I don't know if the model has such an issue why they are not providing replacement of it. Or i can say that the technicians are not skilled enough to resolve the issue. It is model 183 izi3. I am very frustrated by technician visits every time and my problem remains the same. I am attaching pics of my ac. Kindly take an action in this regard. Thanks supriya

                    I have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton split inverter ac.

                    Continuously water dripping from both internal and outer unit, i have made a complaint to customer care on dated 11.09.19 & again on 14.09.19 but till date no solution provide.

                    After several call to customer care they just told me that we are again forwarding your complaint.

                    Very poor service from voltas ac delhi dealer.

                      I bought a 5 star split voltas ac alongwith a stabiliser through snapdeal in the year 2015 (July) through vardhman electronics - mundka - primo, swarn park industrial area, mundka, delhi-110041. The only problem with this ac is that it has not run for as many days as mechanics have come and filled gas into it. First year onwards mechanics came from their customer care unit and henceforth private ones as those coming from the customer care took several days to come, charged heavily and yet did shoddy jobs. When we found that every year we need gas we called a specialist mechanic liaqat ali (Phone no.[protected]) who worked tediously on it to see where he leakage is. After this just a couple months ago we became confident that henceforth there will be no leakage. Since this ac is installed in a guest room where no guests come for the night we use it very very sparingly. We are an elderly couple who made this new house and enthusiastically furnished it. Many of our rooms have daikin acs which have remained trouble free so far, touch wood. Just a week ago my husband wanted to sleep solitary as i had some children playing in my room and lo when he put on the ac there was no cooling. We are senior citizens having served the government at very responsible senior places, are not comfortable without spects and help, to fish out records and that`s the reason we have been seeking private electricians. That was also one reason why we asked one of our married children to get it through snapdeal. This time after his hard work mr liaqat ali raised his hands and said that only the company people can mend it. Tell me mr voltas company, is this how you keep your company`s image and reputation? While writing this complaint i have today read other complaints which are so similar to mine. Please, would you be kind enough to either replace my piece, return my money, or mend it forever without any extra cost on me.                         I am writing that my new ac voltas which bought last year June 18 was damage during free fitting. Its panel was change this year after repeated follow up. During free service gas got leak which was done after follow ups. Now same sounds and cooling issue is there

                        After no of mails and adding complaint in consumer portal I got technicians visit today which also found same last issue still there

                        Now I got call from service team to pay Rs 2200 for gas. what is my fault if i purchase Voltas ac which for same fault repairs they are demanding money.

                        This portal also is made fun by voltas they are demanding mails for which i am writing to them from months

                          Hi team,
                          I am facing multiple issue since i purchased new split 1.5 ton ac. Earlier, i was facing water falling from the indoor unit since last year. Now i am facing extra sound issue after an engineer visit to fix water dropping issue.

                          Engineers visited here many times to fix the issue, but the issue is the same. I requested them to replace my faulty units.

                          I faced installation issue, cooling issues, water dropping issue from the indoor unit, extra sound from indoor unit and etc.

                          I have purchased it[protected]. Since that time i am facing issue and sometime engineer visited and some time complaints were resolved withou any resolution and notification.

                          Manytimes, i requested them to replace my faulty unit wiht good one and i am also ready to return it with 10% to 20% lose of money.

                          Please do the needfull and let us knwo if any action required from my end.

                              This is regarding the water leakage issue in my new brand split ac for which i have raised multiple complaints (More than 10 times) however not getting any proper response and permanent solution.

                              First of all sorry as i am escalating this email to entire group because i am not getting any proper response from voltas service center (Yash enterprises, noida) and even not getting permanent solution.

                              Before purchasing to this ac, i had full belief and trust on voltas brand but now i will not suggest to anyone to purchase any voltas product. Both the parties first from where i have purchased split ac (Voltas brand shop – ace technomark, gip mall noida) and second who is providing voltas service (Yash enterprises noida) are playing with voltas image and spoiling its image in market.

                              I had multiple discussions with both the parties but everyone giving excuse to avoid the situation and no one wants to give proper response. Even i have raised complaints to seniors in yash enterprises but did not get solution. Now i do not have any other option to escalate this issue to everyone in voltas as well as on social media as i am tagging the same email. Also i have some audio recordings where seniors were saying to their technician for do the fleeting work so that we should not raise any voice for replacement.

                              My personal request to everyone, please take this issue seriously. If required, i will go for legal action.

                              Below is the incident detail;

                              On 30th june we purchase split inverter ac from voltas brand shop – ace technomark from gip mall noida. The ac was delivered to us next day. We had asked for installation from the company only but they sent a guy from yash enterprises by name tanveer who installed the ac. At night only ac has started leaking. We complained on customer care number, once gain he came and did something and go. Till 12th day this yash enterprises and ace technomark kept on sending different technician and engineers. They opened our brand new ac’s panel more than 15 times with scratches on it.

                              Then we thought to raise a complaint at higher level than company sent a senior technician/engineer from direct service center of voltas (Dsc team). He came and saw that installation had many mistakes (Slope/fitting/direction/no taping for insulation) and on a same time he raised concern to yash enterprises. Ace technomark and yash enterprises had played with us for so many days.

                              Now again we are facing water leakage issue, again two technicians visited and did something however issue not resolved. When we are trying to connect with area manger or senior level, no one giving response. Mr. Manoj chouhan so called area service manager (Marked in this email) even after so many talks with him did not reacted to situation properly and showing complete negligence. Many technicians said him by calling before us that product is defective but did not take replacement issue seriously. It is our kind request to company please take appropriate immediate action for the long trouble faced by us.

                              Hello,

                              This mail is to highlight about water leakage which is still going on slightly and re-installer cleverly fooled us by bending ac towards one side. A new problem of continuous loud hissing sound from ac indoor unit has started, which is very irritating.

                              Now we don't want any technician visit or service we just want REPLACEMENT any how, that too as soon as possible. Now this is high time and we are fed up till head. We are mentally tortured by VOLTAS and both the service providers (Yash and Sidhi Vinayak service centers) and can't handle anymore repairs on AC.

                              Just to clear this time even if any technician comes i will not even allow him to touch AC, as more than 15 times my AC was opened by technician. The only solution is replacement at any cost. If not done in time will go to consumer forum and put a complaint on VOLTAS, Service providers and Dealer.

                              In last, in simple words WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AT ALL DUE TO MULTIPLE ISSUES COMING CONTINUOUSLY AND NOT GETTING ANY PERMANENT SOLUTION. JUST TAKE YOUR PRODUCT BACK AND REPLACE IT.

                                This service centre checked my ac 5 times in 3 years 3 times they filled gas but cooling is not good. I have called them after service but they never came to check my ac. I personaly go there and registered my complaint but no body rectify my problem.                                 I purchased Voltas company AC from through reliance digital mall Alwar. I launched a complaint that my AC not working properly. Mechanic visit at my home on 31Aug 19. He found that parts required to change but he not changed parts till date. I call many times to company .

                                    I purchased 1.5 ton window ac on 15 july 2019 from local authorised dealer at bhiwani, haryana m/s deepak electeonics. From very first day the swing of my ac is nkt working, i did complaint to local dealer after 2-3 days but they never sent a technician or never attend my complaint. After this harrasment, they suggest me to lodge a online complaint to voltas customer care. I lodged a online complaint on 20 aug.2019 to voltas care. My complaint no. Is [protected]. After lodging the complaint the technician visit my home only one time & told me that one of part for swing is missing in your ac. He assure me that we will order this part & fix your problem as soon as possible. After that day i called to customer care 20 times & they give me a fake promise everytime that your part has been dispatched from our warehouse & it will be delivered to local service centre upto 10th sep.2019. When i called again on 13th sep. They gave me contact no. Of local service centre m/s wadhwa electeonics, & when i cantact him the guy on other side is very rude& talked me like i made a mistake by calling him.
                                    From that day when i called customer care every time they again misguide me & now their new type of harrasment is that your part was dispatched on 10th sep.2019 & will be delivered shortly. I can't understand the logic of this poor type of customer service. Everytime when i asked them to transfer call to senior executive they hold my call for 5-6 min.& then make me again a fake promise to arrange a back call from customer care. I never received any type of back call from customer care till date.
                                    Now this is the way voltas provide service to its customers. I suggest everyone who reading this plz never buy voltas product.

                                      Please see below my all the numerous complaints which i logged in voltas in between almost 1 year. I purchased this ac on dt. 23.04.2018 and i am using this ac as a second summer season.

                                      I am very sorry to say that i am still facing issues with this ac… in this season 4-5 times we face problem…. Now two times gas has been leaked in the same. I logged complaint on dt. 11 sept 2019 but no action taken till now. Kindly find attached my previous complaint mails and below numerous complaint nos for your reference.

                                      As you aware that summer is on peak and due to this frequent issues in this ac, my family got disturbed ….                                         I bought votas split ac 1.5 ton last year. It was with free fitting. Company officials during fitting damage front panel. This came in notice in start of this season when officials came to do free service. It was change after repeated follow up in month, too our surprise our ac in 17 degree temp setting is also not doing cooling and sound started coming from back. When i requested as this issue came after first free service there was no response from company. Now company is not listening as my free warranty expired and after number of mails not even single official took effort to check issue.

                                        Its such poor quality that one season ac is not lasting. I even escalated in all emails and repeatedly after having 06 voltas ac at home. This is respect i got for company loyalty

                                        Mr ratan tata was also shared mail but without single response from any company official.

                                        I request consumers not to purchase voltas : go for other companies as its just on name of tata they are selling low quality chinese product.

                                        No response instead they are demanding money for issue rectification- Same issue they added while changing panel

                                        Engineers are available only for visited on side. They are not taking ownership to resolve the problems. Every time Engineers are changed and their effort are wasteful !! Why this is happened by manager ??

                                        Engineers are available only for visited. Every time Engineers are changed and their effort are wasteful !! Why this is happened by manager ??
