[Resolved] Voltas — request closed without any action | |||
I bought voltas air cooler on 21st april 2019 from bajaj electronics, hyderabad. It is not cooling properly since the beginning. I raised a request on 7th may and started calling customer care daily. No one came for repair so far. Today when i called up customer care i was told that my request is closed. How can anyone close the request without taking any action? So far no one came to repair it. 2 moths back I was taken vector cooler with remote but it's not working properly &full of body vibrations and noise and today sundanly course fan broken and started more vibration
