I would like to inform you that the ac unit supplied has manufacturing defect.

The branch manager gave assurance but it took the technician one week to visit to attend to the problem. The technician had visited and inspected the ac. He was the same technician who had replaced the compressor on the 2-4-2019.

He had after checking the external unit informed us that the compressor is burnt out. It was a shocked to hear the a compressor replaced on 2-4-2019 is burnt without even operating. It is evident that the ac supplied is defective piece. We tried to call both branch manager and local engineer of the company. Both were not reachable over phone.

From the above it is evident that the ac unit supplied had manufacturing defect. The ac was not working since august 2018. I had made calls and complained to call center. We received reply calls that your service persons would visit and attend to the problem however non from your service center had visited and attended the problem.

Finally we had made online complaint and then in march 2019 the service persons visited and informed that the compressor defective. Your service person had checked that the compressor was within warranty within 3 years and therefore replaced the compressor on the 2-4-2019. Apart from replacing the compressor the service person charged me rs. 2, 500/- for filling gas. However, the ac worked for a few hours and main electric meter tripped. We called your service person to rectify the problem. The service personal visited 3 times and check the ac for rectifying the problem. They have insisted we check our internal wiring. We had even called the electrician and the electricity department person. Both have confirmed that the ac is defective.

Since 2-4-2019 we had been pursuing by giving 3 online complaints. I had been complaining about the defect in the ac. One week after your assurance that your service person visited on 6-5 — 2019. We were shocked to hear that the compressor which was replaced under warranty within 3 years of purchase also burnt out.

When the new compressor which is replaced under warranty itself is burnt out it is clearly a defective unit. Two compressors burnt out one with ac unit and anther newly replaced.

It evident that the ac unit has manufacturing defect. We there fore request you to replace ac unit as the same is defective.

We request you to expedite the replacement as the problem is continuing for the past 2 months. Further the ac can only be effectively be used only during present season in summer. Otherwise the very purpose of purchasing the ac itself is lost.

Hope you would replace the ac unit without further delay.

    I have bought voltas ac, from reliance digital attapur hyderabad at the name of flint group india pvt. Ltd date of inv 30/04/19 inv no 00034.
    Installation service was free but i did not get service and service staff did not cooperate in installing the ac and said i can get it installed from whomsoever i want he is not bothered and left the ac as it is...
    I am still following with reliance but they are not providing another person... Only keeping call on hold without resolving the issue.

    Pls help me in installing the ac because neither seller or service staff behavior is cooperative to resolve the issue

      Dear concern,

      I have launch a service request for my air-conditioner on dt:[protected] in bhubaneswar baring the request no:[protected] and on the 2nd may the service engineer has visited my flat and after his inspection he has told me that i alone can't solve this problem because yours is a inverter model ac there for i have to bring one of my assistant in the afternoon around 4:00 pm for the service, from then no one has visited the place yet although i have tried several times to your customer care and also to the local voltas representative over telephone and didn't get a positive feed back. These feed backs are mentioned below for your reference.

      1- your problem will be definitely solved by evening.
      2- i am ensuring you that we will solved your problem by tomorrow morning before 11 am.

      And finally i have received a sms today that your service request has been cancelled. There for i would like to request you that please look in to this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

        I purchased voltas ac 123vcztt (3 star inverter) on 29th april from vijay sales sec 18 noida (U. P). When voltas technician came to my place for installation then i asked them a proper location to setup the ac but they denied and told me that this location is not appropriate for installation and then they install it in some other location where there is high risk of ac may be stolen. Later when in took suggestion from a third party technician then they install the ac in the same location which was earlier denied by voltas technician. Due to lack of knowledge of technician i had to pay extra money to third party technician to install the ac in safe and proper location. Now i want my installation fee (I. E rs5000) back from voltas.

          I filed complaint for non working of ac purchased before a month.
          Everytime we call they ask us to gile a nee complaint and no action is taken after that.
          No superior is taking responsibility.
          Each timr the customer executive transfers call among themselves and put the call on hold for more than 10 mins.
          They says that they will call back in some time but no one does after that.
          Everytime we had to repeat our issue and explain everything from the beginning.
          We have all the call recording.

            Hi team,

            I have bee your loyal customer since 2011.

            May 24th i have raised a service request and technician visited my property and informed indoor blower motor needs replacement and on same day he raised a purchase order

            Now it's been more than 15 days with no update

            Called multiple times to raju service station volta's care with no use

            Spoke to chamdra shekar and he promised by 3rd issue will be resolved

            Today is 5th with no update and he is not lifting phone same with area manager venkat

            All are asking to speak to service center and they are saying to speak to customer care wow

            Venkat said by 5th or 6th issue resolve
            Raju said product arrived but the concern person not lifting phone

            10 times escalated and spoke to various people in that department suxh a worst response

            You may think alone i can't do any thing but you are wrong

            In have recorded every call for your reference

            For a small part you guys are really playing unnecessary games with customer fooling them

            I didn't have any issue with my product i respect and like tata but not the stupid service

            You don't have a proper escalation matrix atleast no right people

            15 days for a small part that to in hot summer ridiculous

            Dont you know how small family with kids suffer in hot summer without ac

            What a worst service nobody to track and understand customer problem forget about part worry about your stupid service and care free service

              My self siva kotteswararao rao lakkakula working as a software programmer, coming to t my query i purchased voltas 5 star 1.7 ton three years back the first problem was raised on last year may i. E (The out door compressor was leaking) we contacted voltas customer care nd they fwd that complaint to local dealers they repaird. And two weeks back we faced the problem again the ac was running but not cooled so, i raised the complaint again they came up with the solution gas was completed in out door compresser they charged 2400 and filled the gas after two days facing the same problem, they said sir we don't know the exact problem shell we take the ac nd compressor to our place and check the exact problem nd fixed it i said okay but they did not take that ac nd compressor, today i called that dealer sir please sort out my issues thay siad may be it was a big problem i[censored] have any intrest to exchange ur ac with new one, see there is no one ready to exchange a 40k product with in 3 years hope you will understand nd please sort out my issue asap
              Note: the servicing was very very poor they don't answers the call even though we tried more than 10 times this is not a proper way to treat a valuable customer's

                  I have already 4 to 5 complete aganaist my ac
                  Which is almost 1 month old, every time the service boy saying that, today, tomorrow we'll solve ur problems but actually already 6 days passed away, bt i didn't get any satisfied reply
                  I'm totally mentally harassed i think this is the biggest mistake of my life, next time i mevr ever purchase any voltas products and also i say all my friend circle that don't buy any voltas product.

                    I'm using a voltas 1.5 ton split aic conditioner which i have purchased from snapdeal.com approx 5 months ago.
                    The product needs to be serviced as soon as possible, bucause water is draining out from the front side of the machine.

                    I have called voltas 24x7 toll free for exactly 4 time within 10 days, each and every time they are giving me a request/complaint number and says that the technician will visit your place within 24 hours. They even provided me the contact number of the technician but its in switch off, ([protected]) now its over 10 days and still waiting for the technician to get the product serviced.

                    Kindly take a legal action against the company as soon as possible.

                      What kind of bad service is given bt voltas, i purchased ac from online and its giving problem i am followup with voltas from past one month and they check the ac and said has likage problem and now they are saying gas will be filled by the installation party only, then why the hell u guys are giving warranty and selling you product online

                      Bad experience by your product hence will never buy your product and will giv bad review to those who are going to buy

                        On 26 of april 2019, I was call for ac service (split Ac) but till date no any eng. Visit for service and no any response from customer care side.Without any service, message given from voltas is that- your problem is resolved. But till now no any of service provided by Voltas.When we call to our local customer care, call is not respond. Very bad service from Voltas Ltd.
                        Shame on this product.
                        Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                          I bought voltas 1.5 ton invertor split AC on April 29th 2019 from Amazon India through EMI
                          After several requests voltas installation team installed the AC on May 1st 2019. And they charged 2780 rupees. Installation was done by normal people who are good at making holes to walls. They took money and left without providing any demonstration. But after they left I realized that AC is not cooling the room and it is a faulty AC.
                          Now I am puzzled about the investment.
                          To return the product again I need to pay for uninstallition. Loss of Money and time, also I will be charged extra amount from bank.

                          Amazon and Voltas need to take responsibility

                            This is regarding My Request No - [protected].

                            I was registered a complain of my AC is not cooling on 15 Apr 2019. An engineer visit and fix my problem. But after 3 - 4 days my problem is same that my AC is not cooling. Then again i will call to customer care and reopen my complain. No body visited to us to solve it. Whenever we talk to your customer care they answer same lines always. That they reopened our complain and their engineer will visit us by tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

                            I have been following up with customer care but no response only false promises.. almost call to customer care 10 -15 times. Horrible service must say.

                            My personal experience with voltas never buy voltas products in life...

                            Kindly revert that how much more time you have required to resolve this issue.

                              Dear All,
                              Please note we purchased 8 Voltas Ac on 17th Jan 2019 from Ace Technomark Noida, The only reason we purchased Voltas as we believed in this brand as it’s a TATA product but unfortunately we have been very disappointed with the product as after numerous complaints to the dealer and to your call center
                              2 of the AC’s are still not working and your engineers have visited us number of times and every time they say the issue has been resolved but till date they are non-functional and as per them now one of the parts have to be changed and it will take a week for them to fix it and in one they have filled gas numerous time and again it has no gas the next time they visit us. You should understand that these AC were installed in our office and it’s so inconvenient to work in this heat without AC.
                              This is highly unprofessional behavior from your end as the product is in warranty and instead of replacing the equipment you are giving false and misleading
                              Information every time.
                              This is really unfortunate that a TATA product is of such poor quality and above that the service provided by you is even worse.
                              We have no choice left but to complain in the consumer tribunal which we will do it today.

                                Ac was delivered on 1st may 2019 wednesday, after 48 hours installation was not completed. I am still waiting for service agent will call me.
                                What a pathetic service given by voltas, after calling to voltas customer care, service agent said that, they will call me in evening. But i am still not clear about installation wheatear happen today or tomorrow.

                                  The compressor caught fire last year and was changes by m/s balaji aircon and charged us rs. 2, 200/- even though the part was under warranty.
                                  Not a year have passed and the machine have stopped cooling.
                                  We feel sorry to ourselves for purchasing the voltas product.

                                  When the technician from M/s Balaji Aircon visited on 03.05.2019 to attend the complaint, he first asked for Rs. 400/- and thereafter only check the machine. Without checking the machine, he left the premises by saying that we will come tomorrow with a new compressor. After that, he is not traceable.
                                  Last year, the technician from the same supportive company have done the repair works and not even a year have passed, the machine is having cooling problem (probably not working).
                                  After an hour of his visit, I received an SMS which says "Dear Customer Your SR no. [protected] proposed for Cancellation, Reason : Cust Number Not Reachable." whereas the technician had asked me the directions on the same number (recording of the conversation is available on the same phone number).

                                  THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE VOLTAS IS NOT EXPECTED.

                                      Nable to on power for voltas 1.5 tr split ac. Checked current available at output of stabilizer and at compressor unit connector but supply not available at blower unit. We have checked with current status by using current tester and found gap is between compressor unit ande blower unit. Local engineer is saying that one not the card in blower unit or in compressor unit may be faulty. Can you send someone to look in the issue with both the cards so that same can be replaced at same time if found faulty.

                                        My self govind kumar saxena purchased voltas window ac 1.5 ton on 2 may and installation of ac timing given by customer care was on 3 may but repeatedly contact to customer care 1920 pm technician came and told that window prepared for ac is not being done and left home saying that they can not have that much time. Is this the way to deal with new customer or timing given by the company is not being observed. Very sorry to say that if your company does not value it's time but we are very punctual as it has been taught to us in defence. Very ridiculous service provided by company to new customer. Now suggest me that i should return back your products and liaison with another company for installation of ac.
