Please refer to my following email of last year may 3, 2018 regarding complaint of voltas customer care service.
This year my ac was not started and i called ac mechanic on 28.4.2019. He informed me my coil was totally changed, wherein 11 tanke on ac tubes were shown, i. E. My coil was replaced by damaged coil. The cost of new coil was rs. 3000/-,. For this fault, gas was leaked within one year, though it should be running for 3-5 years.
Kindly send your mechanic with new coil otherwise i am taking this matter in consumer court.

I have window ac 1.5 ton for which i had contacted your customer care on 20.4.2018 for service. A message came on my mobile by stating "request no.[protected] appointment scheduled for 22.4.2018. On 22.4.2018, your technician (Mr. Anil, mobile no.[protected]) came late around 4.00 p. M. He checked and informed for cooling problem, for this, they have to take my ac at their shop.
I informed him specifically that whenever you install ac, only evening time from 7.00 p. M. Suits us, moreover we are not available from 28.4.2018-30.4.2018, so you fix/return it on or before 26.4.2018.
He said ok and detached ac and assured that at evening, one another person will take it. I telephoned him at evening 2/4 times but nobody picked ac. On 23.4.2018 at 8.00 p. M. They took ac on e-riksha for which you charged rs. 400/-. Total expenditure was rs. 2750/-, break-up of service mentioned below:-
Rs. 1850/- gas filling
Rs. 500/- service charges
Rs. 400/- cartridges
From 24.4.2018 onwards i was regularly ringing for installing ac. Mr. Anil informed on 25.4.2018 that tomorrow it will be fixed and ac problem rectified. As per assurance of mr. Anil i took half day leave and phoned him morning time, he assured 3.00 p. M your ac will be fixed. When voltas engineer not came till 4.00 p. M., i rang him, (Meantime one another call from mobile no.[protected] was attended by me regarding same matter/false assurances) he again given assurance that around 5.00 p. M., it will be fixed. Around 8.00 p. M. I telephoned him and asked what happened, he said vehicle stuck at jam (Dadri to dwarka - 10 minutes distance) and feeling so sorry for inconvenience. I told him, i will be out of station for three days as informed you earlier, so for god sake on 1.5.2018, this will be done. He said ok.
On 1.5.2018, a phone call come from voltas service centre (Mobile no. [protected]) around 10.37 a. M. Regarding above and assurance again provided that 7.00-7.30 p. M.ac will be sent to my home. As usual till 8.00 p. M. Words not fulfilled by customer service of voltas. I telephoned at above mobile as well as mr. Anil and told them it should be done today positively. Around 9.30 p. M. One official alongwith ac came to home without their other washing instruments for clean front cover of ac. He washed jali and front cover in an ordinary way.ac front cover looks dirty. He said it was not informed by mr. Anil or other official that front cover and jali also clean by him, otherwise he bring his kit for washing jali and front cover. He installed as it is.
The whole story of mental harasment provided by voltas service centre to the undersigned indicates that nobody should use service of voltas customer care. You imposed cartrigdes charges rs. 400/- which irrelvalent as ac bring/took on e-riksha, moreover 10 minutes (Aprox.5 kms) distance charges were too much.in future i will not use your services and inform other persons about your poor services & charges.

I have just received a sms which says "Your request no. [protected] has been cancelled. Reason Cust Number Not Reachable please call at Helpline [protected] (24*7) for further assistance.
When I called at the customer call center, they told me that the complaint has been closed whereas the technician (Mr. Ram [protected]) have spoken to me on the same number regarding the complaint and assured me that the complaint will be resolved.
Now, what action do we expect from VOLTAS.
