Voltas — Useless After Sale Service

I bought a Voltas AC from Ratna Fan house and the same Rite Aircon was introduced to service the Machine, this man Subramanian is the worst lying hooligan I have ever seen in my life, what a pathetic human being is he… my AC stopped working during the AMC period and I complained, they show up after 10 days and told me the swing motor is dead, this Subramanian promised to replace the motor in 4 days, and it is 7 months now, he offered 2 free service which I am capable of doing for my AC, whenever I call him, his mother will be in hospital or serious, he is so aged, but lying and cunning… one day he started yelling at me for calling again and again, he said it was my fault of buying an Voltas AC, all my friends suggested me to buy Voltas, but was I was surprised to hear a service head blaming me for buying a Voltas AC, is it my fault of buying Voltas or is it Voltas fault for having this type of worst service engineer
