[Resolved]  Voonik — Product return & cash refund

I ordered a etnic basket.. order id is R[protected]-1 and commodity code is BE70573...i want to return the dress bcz quality of dress is very poor..fabric is not good..so i want to return the dress...and wamt my money back...i have recived the order yesterday..
And i make continous calls on the no. Which you provide bt there is not response.pz refund my money as soon as possible

My complain is refund amount of two saree but today reverse in this one saree and courier boy refund only one Saree payment so humble request pls inform voonik team And refund amount secound piece asap.

It's almost been five days that I had requested a return of the order no. R[protected] but none of your representatives have come to collect the objects
Your support had sent me a link about ticket but the link is not accessible.
I wish that you see to this matter as the return policy says that the product should be returned within two days after receiving the order.
I had also sent a mail regarding this issue.

Fabric is not good.

My complaint is refund amount of one suit bcause in suit fabric is not good ..so humble request to inform voonik team and refund amt as soon as poosible and my order no .is R[protected]

what should i have to do to get my money back...plz help me...voonik does'nt ask me for my account details and i already returned the product at yesterday ...my order no.is R[protected]. plz...hpl me to refund my money in my account as soon as possible...

I have odered a dress with order no R[protected].not satisfied by the product I had appealed for return.my request was accepted and the product was returned with a promise of refund of a amount of rs.756.the process of refund was initiated on 11/06/16.but till now I have not got any information about my refund.therefore I request you to initiate my refunding process as soon as possible.

I have ordered Bhavana Creations brand new collection of designer saree 2 pieces, My order no.R[protected], Saree color is different so i have returned on June month, but since money did not returned. Plz return my money.
