I have purchased 20 items from
Voonik, out of which I have returned 8 items due to lot of issues with products worth Rs. 2735 but my
Voonik Account is credited with only Rs. 1718.
I want the rest of the money i.e., Rs. 1017 to be credited in my account as soon as possible.
The worst part is, I opted for PAYMENT ROLLBACK to my account from which I did the payment (My Credit Card) but still I am forcefully given
Voonik Credits.
I never had such a bad experience, there are other websites that credits the amount as per the payment done.
The Customer Care Numbers [protected] / [protected] provided are of no use, Calls are never transferred to the operators.
VOONIK IS THE CHEAPEST SITE I HAVE EVER COME AC-CROSSED.
CHEAP IN SERVICE PRODUCTS QUALITY AND EVERYTHING POSSIBLE.
More over I still didn't receive one of my item yet, when tracked it just shows "ORDER PLACED"
Voonik needs lot o[censored]pgrades and safety, highly NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone.
It would be better if the team look into this matter as priority, or else I will have to take strict actions against your policies.

We notice that you have returned the products and the refund of Rs 2, 965/- was initiated on April 3rd, as per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the your account within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays).
