      Hello,

      I have purchased 20 items from Voonik, out of which I have returned 8 items due to lot of issues with products worth Rs. 2735 but my Voonik Account is credited with only Rs. 1718.

      I want the rest of the money i.e., Rs. 1017 to be credited in my account as soon as possible.

      The worst part is, I opted for PAYMENT ROLLBACK to my account from which I did the payment (My Credit Card) but still I am forcefully given Voonik Credits.

      I never had such a bad experience, there are other websites that credits the amount as per the payment done.

      The Customer Care Numbers [protected] / [protected] provided are of no use, Calls are never transferred to the operators.

      VOONIK IS THE CHEAPEST SITE I HAVE EVER COME AC-CROSSED.
      CHEAP IN SERVICE PRODUCTS QUALITY AND EVERYTHING POSSIBLE.

      More over I still didn't receive one of my item yet, when tracked it just shows "ORDER PLACED"

      Voonik needs lot o[censored]pgrades and safety, highly NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone.

      It would be better if the team look into this matter as priority, or else I will have to take strict actions against your policies.

        They are not providing any size guide and cheating people by sending anythng that thet want. On raising complaint they put all onus on sellers without taking any responsibility. Very poor show by voonik and there subset vilara. Please do not order anythng from them. Their customer care is pathetic and hence do not expect any resolution of grievances.

        If this is rare incident then i believe you company must make it a point LIKE ALL RESPONSIBLE companies do. They accept that a mistake like this happening with a new customer must be immediately addressed either by changing or refund. I am sure about myself with this experience that i am not going to either use voonik or vilara and stick with jabong. Also i am going to advise others not to use voonik or vilara. Your customer grievance system is also flawed with executives sitting who just READ PRE FED DATA FROM MONITORS placed in front of them without listening to customer. I would grade my experience under ONLINE FRAUD if no action is taken by hiding behind error by sellers rather than taking corrective action by such a reputed company like you.

          I buy sandal from Voonik but it didn't suited on me, so I ask for return request they ask me for return by bank transfer or voonik credit . I said bank transfer and then gave them all necessary details. But when I submit the details, it said " return request isn't intitiated " please help me !!! I am worrying about this !!! Please help me to get my money back !!!

                I order lehengas from voonik on 14-Mar-2017, but it was not as per expected and shown in voonik site, so I returned it back two days after, order no: R[protected]
                I selected refund to bank account option but they didn't refund my money to bank account instead they done it to voonik credit account which I never asked for.
                I emailed to customer care, but no response received yet.

The saree was taken from Voonik company, but the saree was damaged. I inform the seller to return this saree and they were returned. But the amount of Rs.284/- is not in my account. recently I was viewed my voonik account, the amount of Rs.283/- is in credit. Hence I inform that the amount of Rs.283/- is credit in my SBi Account No., [protected], IFSC Code. SBIN0014679 at Gudur branch.

                            I have ordered an item with id-m[protected]. The delivery item is not delivered to me by the delivery boy. I have complaint it in customer care about that false delivery but their response is very dissatisfied. I have paid for the item online already so now i need the money back. I am very much disappointed with voonik services. And will not refer anybody to buy things from this app. If this complaint site is reliable plz do help.

                                  We notice that you have returned the product and refund was processed in your Voonik credits on Mar 15th. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:
                                  Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
                                  Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

                                    I ordered from Voonik.com thinking that my product will be good Order No: R[protected]. However, the quality was extremely bad.The quality, the color and no lining etc., made me terribly disappointed with the overall product. I ordered a Turquoise top the product that came to me was a totally different green. I ordered a beige top in net with black zip the product that came to me was a peach color top with golden zip and no lining. It was cheating to put a different picture in the product line and deliver another product to the customer.Delivering a different product from what was ordered is against consumer rights. I would like to return all my products back as I am extremely upset with the quality, color and change in product. Please assist consumer support team.
