      I have ordered a jumpsuit and off shoulder top, but both the products are damaged . I have used PREPAID method to pay money and also while returning I choosed "payment Rollback" option. But the money is refunded to my "Voonik Credit" on feb 28. No matter how much time I have clicked "Transfer Credits to bank" option, still it's not credited to my bank account till now.

          Hi..

          This is to put forth my grievance to you, regarding my order R[protected].

          This has been ordered in return of the previous item.

          With a very heavy heart I would like to say that I was informed only 4 hours before the expiry of my credits worth 700. In other words Rs 700/-

          I was put in such a rush to place the order.

          I did nevertheless, and consumed all my points 700.

          Now, at the time of delivery, the man is asking additional Rs 98.. What for? It is absolute rubbish and silly..

          Having paid the amount why do i pay a single penny more.

          Requesting you to kindly send my parcel R[protected] with no extra money, as i have paid already.

          Or else you can keep the parcel but at least be genuine, that's my sincere advice.

          P.S. Lesson Learnt:- Voonik alert!!!

            I had ordered a t-shirt on[protected] with order id m[protected]-1. But i didn't get any expected delivery date even i can't get tracking details. I had done payment through freecharge which has successful. But i am in confusion wheather the product order has placed or not?
            This came in my mind because when i tracked through that order id nothing is showing. Please resolve it and give the information regarding the order placed.

                Hello, I am Zoya and have ordered a shreeom fashion navy blue semi stich dress material with reference to order no. R[protected] on 20 Feb 2017. It was of very bad quality and material so I returned it.
                At the time of order return refund, I chose the option of voonik credits. When I am checking my credits/coupons, it's showing 0 credits. And when I am trying to buy some other product, there is no option of voonik credits.
                Please refund my money in voonic credits or in my account. And please enable the option .

                        Sir, I have order of Molessi Blue Stylish Loafer Shoes, Today I have got delivery of above order through Ecomexpress. On opening the packet, I found black in place of blue. How it happened. I am not interested to get black color. You are requested to help me, to get it back and exchange it with blue as per my original order and choice. I am depressed to get black in place of blue.                                 But in application I don't see anything in my recent orders.

                                  Hello, I am Neha and have ordered two dresses on 19th Jan"17 with reference order ID R[protected]. One was torn and other one was of very bad material so I returned on same day.

                                  At the time of order cancellation refund is only done by Voonik Credits and now when I am trying to buy some product and use credits, there is no options in payment segment.

                                  Either enable the option so that I can buy some of product from voonik or refund in my account.
