The product which I have ordered was not the same as seen in the site...after i returned the product they haven't returned the money back...they don't even pick the phone no. which they have provided...they acknowledgement no. is 851469 dated 6feb REQUEST ID p44490253. All the phone numbers provided by the company are always busy. They never pick up the calls. Nor do they reply to your emails.nd nor do they return your money back. I want my money back. The product which I ordered was so different from the one seen. Nd the colour of the saree was also different. I hope you will at least pay attention to this nd pay our money back.

    I have ordered a saree from voonik. I returned the product as I was not satisfied with the quality nd colour of the same on 25th January 2017. I have not yet received the promised refund. Several Times i had contacted to your Customer Care.But I Did Not get a Proper Response. They did not shared any Transaction Details.Please transfer the money as soon as possible to my bank account...

        the order got failed but my amount is deducted.
        there is no mentionaning of order failure or anything and i haven't got my cash back.

              I ordered 2products. I rejected one product on the time of delivery and requested return for another product also, at the time of pick up courrier service did a small mistake they pick my product and send the product in the place of my rejected order, but i didn't get refund on my returned product plzz help me to get my refund i'll send several mails for my missing refund, but i didn't get my refund if i didn't get refund in 24hours i'll file a case on voonik

                I received a watch which was of very poor quaoity so i rerurned it. The amount that got refunded into my voonik. Account was lesser than i paid. It is the problek o[censored]r sellers selling bad quality and why sholud my money be deducted?! Worst site ever for shopping. I also received a bag which look totally different from what i ordered. Better close down this site. My order no. For watch is r[protected]. I need full amount i paid. Dont deduct even a single paisa for ur fault.

                    I had purchased a Lehanga.But the delivered product is very bad.I was returned the same on 25 th January 2017.

                    Voonik did not gave any refund to me. When I submit a complaint, then had given me a Fake transaction id...

                    When I contacted to bank..Bank manager said that given transaction id is Fake...

                    So I am going to raise a complaint in kerala consumer court against them..

                    I was ordered the same on 18 th January and returned the same on 25 th january...

                    In this case let me know...how you can initiate refund before purchase?
                    I have ordered a shoe of Order no R[protected]-2 I want to return the product but there is no option to return and I want my money back which i gave for the shoe

                      Hiii, i am priyanka, i was order one saree of rupees 560/- & online show shipping is 29/-, Means i have to pay 560+29=589, but when i ordered that the amount increase on COD, in condition of COD shipping is 49/-, means 560+49=609, but you have charged 638/- for what you change it, i want to know why you change amount of shipping. That is like Fraud.

                        I was purchased one top from vonik.com for Rs. 421on dt-24/12/2016 and after some problem i returned that top and request for refund they gave me 48 hours time for refund but till date i have not received my refund please help me.

                        Voonik executive is also not give me proper response and he says to me

                        We do understand that you are waiting for your refund.Our concerned team is checking with Payu team regarding the refund status.As we did not receive any update from Payu team, we request you to give us some more time.Once we receive an update from the concerned team, we will update you the same.)

                              Ticket # 2214469, 2209416 was raised to return & refund wrong product delivered for order#R[protected].

                              Actaully a Yellow shirt was ordered but received a green shirt.

                              Despite trying to initiate return from site, no confirmation of return received. thus raised the above two tickets and still their is no info on the refund or return of the faulty delivered product.

                              Till now neither the return is initiated nor any refund. Either send the correct product or refund immediately

                                Hello sir, i faced a problem while ordering an item from voonik online.on 15.01.17, 12:39 pm i ordered a footware of Rs.540/- from voonik apps.somehow the order could not be placed.but Bank(Allahabad bank) msg came that Rs.540 has been debited from my account.When we enquired in Bank, they informed us that the amount has been transferred to an account no[protected].journal number[protected].plz chk if its voonik's account no.if so, then plz hlp us to get the money refund.

                                        I ordered a gown with order number R[protected] from voonik. The quality was really bad and It was delivered really late, therefore I wanted to return the product and I chose voonik credits instead of bank account for refund bymistake. Now I want the voonik credits to be refunded in my bank account. How do I go about it? This was the first time I ordered something from voonik and the last time too because it didn't meet my expectations at all. I'm really dissappointed.

                                        We are sorry to hear that the product we sent did not match your expectations.
                                        We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was processed the refund in your Voonik credits on Dec 20th 2016. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

                                        Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
                                        Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

                                        I purchase order no : R[protected] Ishin french crape black and yellow printed dress material its prize are 469 prouduct.. i dont like that.. i m return that product. but 391 rs add my bank account 78 rs shortage : shortage amount. i return that dress on[protected] in Ecom express .. give me reason shortage amount. very sad.. y u cut 78.
