    We notice that the refund has been processed in your Voonik credits on 24th Oct 2016. We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

    Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
    Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

      Voonik says they issued me refund on 26th october 2016 and it's already been more then 10 working days and i still have not received refund in my bank account. When i email voonik they take days to email me back and always say please wait 7-10 days which are already over.They are trying to scam me but i will not stop and will complaint about voonik in consumer court too. Worst service and worst customer support. If you are reading this voonik, then better refund my money for real

          Hello Sir,

          I have booked the product on 27th Oct. 2016 and it was confirmed by the company on same day. The company informed that it will deliver on or before 4th Nov. 2016. The order was processed on 28th Oct. 2016 and it was picked up and in transit to on 29th Oct. 2016. From that day it is continuously showing as "in transit to". Last date of delivery 4th Nov. 2016 is also gone before 4 days. But till today, I didn't get the product nor any single message from the company that when I can get the product.

We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com.

            Request you to pack the product correctly and write the correct seller address and contact number.

              Mysel[censored]rvashi. I have purchased one kurti from voonik online shopping website. My order no is R[protected]. But when i got that kurti I found that is different from catalogue which they mentioned in website. After that i have raised request for exchanging that product and as a result that product exchanged but again that same product came to me.Finally I have raised request for returning that product. And thier courier boy picked that kurti from my place. But for that still i didnt got the refund. Inspite many times contacting to voonik. I have also the reciepts of exchanging and returning.
              Kindly help for the same

                                I had ordered red dress from Voonik app on 23-Oct-2016, payment amount. 627, it was delivered on 28-Oct-2016 and it was very poor quality, so i have request to return.

                                    Hi,

                                    Reference is made to my order no. r[protected] for scholl velvet smooth express pedi electronic foot file, against which voonik has shipped a similar looking counterfeit product.

                                    On my insistence to replace the counterfeit with original product, voonik claims their policies permit them to indulge in the manufacturing/partnering/shipping of a counterfeit product if the ordered product is unavailable in the market however the policies do not permit them to arrange a replacement.

                                    Reacting to the attempts by voonik in intimidating me return the product immediately and accept a refund, i am writing to reiterate my insistence on replacing the counterfeit with orginal product.

                                    Voonik not just clearly violates section 486 & 468 but also in breach of trust or contract.

                                    While the insisted replacement would be beneficial for voonik, this replacement would help me in restoring good will on voonik and also build a strong relationship for the future.

                                      We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was processed on Nov 6th in Voonik credits.
                                      If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

                                      Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
                                      Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

                                        Request for the Return of your product has been raised.
                                        Kindly fill in your Bank Details in the form that has been sent through E-mail and submit it within 24 hours .
                                        The product will be collected from the given address within 4 -5 working days. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days. If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@voonik.com & we'll look into it.
