This is to Inform that I am constantly calling both the
Aramex Courier Service as well
Voonik Customer Care regarding the Shipment delivery, they say that the address and Mobile number is updated Wrong.
While Booking of the Order, the address and Mobile has been updated correctly, and I have purchased many Products from
Voonik, Not sure how the wrong Address has been updated in
Aramex.
Despite of Many Call Attempts, No Action has been taken care, they always inform us that we have escalated the Issue which has no Prior action taken.
Not even a Single call has been received to my Mobile neither from
Aramex nor from
Voonik, stating the delay for the shipment as an Intimation to the Customer.
If the Number and Address has been updated wrongly in the
Aramex, I have been constantly calling them and they have updated the correct address and Mobile Number, still they were unable to deliver me and update the tracking status to consignee not available. If they were unable to reach through Primary Number which has been updated wrongly, they need to contact the Alternative Number. If the Address has been updated wrongly in the Courier service, it is not the Customer Problem correct. It is correct while booking of the Order in the
Voonik System.
This results in a Poor Service giving to the Customer.
rRequesting you to take an Action immediately and Expecting a Delivery today as early as Possible.
Voonik Tech customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Could you please send us the screen shot of the error message on your mobile? along with the details of your phone 1. IOS/Andriod, 2. Name of the mobile .
