Hi Pradeep,

We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated on Jan 10th, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
We have processed courier charges in Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

    I ordered a Lucfashion men's exclusive premium fashionable stylish casual shirt for men.. order id is M[protected]-1...i want to return it bcz quality is very poor..fabric is not good and color is very much different from the pic..so i want to return it...and want my money back...i have recived the order yesterday..
    And i make continous calls on the no. Which you provide bt there is not response.pz refund my money as soon as possible

      Hi.I am ms Priti P Chitriv My Order ID-R[protected] which i have placed on dt 30/12/2016..but i didn't get any tracking information about my order until only confirmation message.When I checked my online order status it shown you don'nt have any order but i got order id which mention above.
      Sir pl tell me what is the status if not please refund my payment in my credit card.

      My order id is R[protected]-1 dated 3rd jan 2017. I have paid the cost online by net banking. I have received my order today on 5th jan and also paid cash to the courier boy. Cost of my order is Rs 399. I have paid Rs 798 for that.
      please refund my 399 as soon as possible as i paid twice.

        Regarding the Order Number : R[protected]
        and Shipment Number : [protected]

        This is to Inform that I am constantly calling both the Aramex Courier Service as well Voonik Customer Care regarding the Shipment delivery, they say that the address and Mobile number is updated Wrong.

        While Booking of the Order, the address and Mobile has been updated correctly, and I have purchased many Products from Voonik, Not sure how the wrong Address has been updated in Aramex.

        Despite of Many Call Attempts, No Action has been taken care, they always inform us that we have escalated the Issue which has no Prior action taken.

        Not even a Single call has been received to my Mobile neither from Aramex nor from Voonik, stating the delay for the shipment as an Intimation to the Customer.

        If the Number and Address has been updated wrongly in the Aramex, I have been constantly calling them and they have updated the correct address and Mobile Number, still they were unable to deliver me and update the tracking status to consignee not available. If they were unable to reach through Primary Number which has been updated wrongly, they need to contact the Alternative Number. If the Address has been updated wrongly in the Courier service, it is not the Customer Problem correct. It is correct while booking of the Order in the Voonik System.

        This results in a Poor Service giving to the Customer.
        rRequesting you to take an Action immediately and Expecting a Delivery today as early as Possible.

        We are truly sorry for the experience you have been through. Our courier person has tried to call you a couple of times on your registered contact number but the calls were unanswered and we were not provided with your alternate contact number to get in touch with you during the time of delivery. However, the product is returned back to seller and refund for your order is initiated on 5/01/2017, it may take 7-10 working days for your bank to credit amount in your account.

          I purchased a saree from voonik.com and there was a big hole inside the saree. Next day i returned the product by registered post to the seller address.
          Further i mailed to the company so many times and also telephonic discussions with them but till date they have not refunded my money.
          Almost three months passed but they are not refunding.

            I ordered product no R[protected] on 15 December and it's delivery date was 23 December but it wasn't delivered so I want to cancel it. and ordered product no R[protected] on 21 December but due to some problems I need to cancel it but it isn't happening the app asks for return authorisation number.what should i do?

            I placed my two orders.But because of some problems i need to cancel the order.And I was about to do it but it was not possible because app asks for Return authorisation number.I don't know the RAN number I tried a lot but couldn't do it.So what should I do?

              Iam ASHISH JAIN.I ordered a combo pack of ''DEUX BRANDED SHOES with WATCH'' from MrVoonik of Rs 498/- ith order no M[protected] on 1DEC 2016.
              But due to Unknown reason MrVoonik cancelled my order and generate a message about the cancellation of order & refundation of money on 5 Dec 2016.but still up to date 23 DEC 2016 I didn't receive my money.
              Before making this complain i call them thrice but each & every time they said for wait Two or Three working days to refund money but i every time my hands are blank.
              so please look at once and refund my money as soon as possible

                      Order id r[protected] . I had returned a product (kurti that was semi stitched but wasnt mentioned in the website and of very poor quality) a week ago on nov 24, 2016 .havent got cash back yet . Very disappointed with voonik shopping .

Inquiry in Bank says fund have been transferred with above Ref. No. and asked to service Provider for the refund of the same. I have mailed on 13/11/2016 but still I have not received any Response. Waiting for your repaly.

                              I have ordered saree from voonik and they have given me wrong product so i have applied for exchange of saree and they tell we will replace in almost 3 days
                              So i had waited for 3days.
                              And after that they tell me the seller denied the order so i had tell them to credit my money in my voonik credit account and it's almost 15-20 days i 'm contacting them for credit in my account they tell we will give uyour credit in 3-4 days and it's not happening so plz take necessary action on this company

                              We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com. The seller address is mentioned in the invoice receipt.
                              Request you to pack the product correctly and write the correct seller address and contact number.
                              The product has to be self shipped within 15 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive the courier receipt, we will immediately process the refund to your Voonik account including the courier charges.
