We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@mrvoonik.com. The seller address is mentioned in the invoice copy.

    Janasya blue & crepe Kurti ordered vide No.R[protected] on 6.10.16 in XL (shows available) size but received "S" size after 10 days. Again request given for replacement of the same duly cancelling the old order & again ordered vide order No.R[protected] dt.18.10.16 in correct size in XL (shows available), but received again the wrong size in 'S'. Is it required for a customer to pay money & to keep receiving wrong products & to wait for 20 long days time ?

    Today 26.10.16 tried calling customer care landline from 3.30pm, but the calls are getting disconnected in 5-10 minutes. Finally when one person attended my call i requested to transfer to Senior team. Again she holded my call for about 15 minutes finally another person by name Vinay came in line & informed saying Senior team lines are busy & taken my number saying that he will call me back with in 10 minutes time with some good resolution.

    I paid unnecessary DELIVERY CHARGES twice (Rs.28/- X 2 = Rs.32/-) for the wrongly sent product. Received a call on 28.10.2016 from Voonik confirming that both the wrongly delivered consignment delivery charges will get refunded, but I received only for order delivery charges of Rs.28/-. Why should i bear the same ? Hence Voonik have to refund Rs.28/- towards delivery charges collected for the order No.R[protected] on urgent basis.

    I received a call today from Mr. Vijay informing me that the refund will be credited to me but he has not confirmed about the refund o[censored]nnecessary paid shipping charges of Rs.28/-. Today sent a mail to Voonik in [protected]@voonik.com giving details of my refund clearly. Giving below the copy of my mail sent to Voonik.
    EXPECTING THE PROPER ACTION BY VOONIK IN REFUNDING MY MONEY ALONG WITH TWICE PAID SHIPPING CHARGES.

    In first order No.R[protected] on.06.10.16 for a Kurti costing Rs.449/-, I paid Rs.100/- (voonik credits) + Rs.349/- (my cash) + Rs.28/- (Delivery Charges)= Total Rs.477/- paid towards wrongly received product. (Received refund of Rs.449/- only earlier)

    Again 2nd time ordered the same kurti (size was showing as available) vide order No.R[protected] on 18.10.16 which costs Rs.449/-. then again I paid Rs.449/- (voonik credits) + Rs.28/- (Delivery Charges) and received again the wrong sized Kurti.

    HENCE, IT IS CLEAR THAT I PAID RS.28/- AS SHIPPING CHARGES TWICE for a wrongly delivered product from your end.

    Now, 100 is showing as Voonik Credits in my voonik account. But i am yet to receive the Shipping charges of Rs. 28/- + Rs.377/ = 405/- ( Kurti Cost Rs.449/- + twice paid Rs.28/- X 2 = 56/-). Please refund my balance Rs.405/- immediately.

    Very bad experience in using Voonik.com.

      I had ordered few dresses from voonik app on 1st Oct 2016. Order was processed and shipped as shown in the app.The details with due delivery dates are;

      I have not received my orders till date. I have sent repeated complaint mails to voonik.com and even called their customer care, but all in vain.
      I have not received my Order neither I know weather I will receive my order or not. Every time they just say me that your complaint will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. Every time customer care just keep on saying your order will be delivered by next day.

We notice that due to some logistical constraints, the delivery was unsuccessful for the orders, we will make sure Order - R[protected]-2, R[protected]-3 and R[protected]-4 will be delivered by Oct 29th.         My order no. is R[protected] Mulicolor lehnga booked in 17/10/16 and delivery date is 25/10/2016 but order not delivered, when i called in customer care no. then he promised order delivered in evening or next day morning and next day message is order cancelled but payment still not come in my account, so please tell me what we will do for further process.

          This order consist of three items. 2 of which were delivered but 1 item is NOT yet delivered to me.The item was shipped on 9th October 2016
          Item Name: Tactic Multicolour Flat
          Delivery Date was 20th October 2016 which is already passed.
          I have been contacting Voonik from past 5 days and all they say is they will contact the courier and will revert back via email in 24-48 hours which they never DO. I call them daily and they repeat same thing every day from past 5 days.
          One guy from voonik gave me the tracking ID.The shipment was shipped via Delhivery ( AWB[protected]. I tracked it and was shocked to see that the shipment reached my city on 12th October 2016 but no one is delivering it yet. I am very disappointed from Voonik for shipping from such a courier which is just holding my shipment or may be keeping it for themself. I regret paying for this order in ADVANCE.
          I want my money back or Deliver my Item ASAP! Don't give me same response as wait for 24-48 hours. I am fedup with you guys now.

          I still have not recieved any refund whatsoever. I emailed voonik and they are not responding to my emails too. I think they have not yet refunded me my money in my bank account. Please respond here voonik

          Still i have not received refund from voonik.
          Whenever i contact them they say refund issues on 26th october and it's already more then 10 working days and i have yet not got refund in my bank account. I will not leave voonik like this and will file a consumer complaint against them.

              Product delivered is fake - so requested to return pickup & refund money, but which is still pending. Email remained unanswered & tele hardly connect & when it connect, keep busy with IVR service only.

              I COMMUNICATED MANY TIMES - BUT NOW THEY DENIED BY EXCUSE AS CANCELLATION TIME IS OVER.

              This is simple case of cheating to customers. Who are (as company behave) helpless.

              Voonik knows it very well,
              We created return requested by Dt 05 October 2016, (within 15 days' time frame) but system / website hadn't change status, so simultaneously requested by email to [protected]@voonik.com to arrange reverse pickup. But which was never answered also try to call many times but hardly it connected, when connected – keep me busy with IVR instead to talk or actions.
              Its fraudulent website, who just know, to take advantage of Indian judiciary system. But all people are not same.

              Shame on you - by lying in every emails.
              I told very precisely every time & loudly there after as I created return request by Dt 05 Octo 2016 as well email also to start return pick up as status is not changed on website to initiate return pickup process. Return process failed & you apologies for same many time, but is it way to doing busyness? Pl stop bluffing on this issue.

              So I asked to provide me registered office & directors name to start legal process.
              Which is also denied by you.

              Now all of sudden you changed story - deliberately.

              This is cheating with customers & you pay for it.
              Be ready for legal actions soon.

              India is having some legal system & that you may realize it.
              You can not run busyness - to fool people by any of way.

                I ordered 4 products through Voonik for which I paid a total amount of 1910/- . 3 orders were returned by me and 1 order was cancelled by the seller.However, the refund amount credited to my account was 1828/-. WHY 82/- DEDUCTION??? I want the refund of 82/- also else will proceed to consumer forum for the entire harassment.

                  For the above order i did not receive refund for two items.Now it is more than 10 working days.
                  And in the same order i did not receive other two items(delivery date was October 14).I am attaching the screenshot that i get while tracking the order.
                  I have written so many mails to their team and felt really unsatisfied.
                  Please help me getting the refund(Rs 8400/-) for all the 4 Items.

                                  I have ordered one frock (Order No. R[protected] on 16th Sept'16 on online payment worth Rs. 499 + Rs. 28 Delivery Charges.
                                  It was delivered on 28th Sept'16 and it was very poor quality, so i have requested to return it back and refund my money on 2nd Oct'16. Product has been picked up by Voonik guy on 5th Oct'16.

                                  Still I have not received my money back. The email ids from which I have received all intimations is now going failed.

                                  None of their executive is talking on customer care number.

However, 3 orders were returned by me and 1 order was cancelled by the seller.However, the refund amount credited to my account was 1828/-. WHY 82/- DEDUCTION???                                       I have place order for 2 pc where they one is cancelled by voonik and got a message that your refund is initiated. I dont understand why they take order when they can deliver. Paytm is far better then is morron wensite.

                                        These people have taken amount for the original product but have not dispatched the same and have sent the free product and now stating that they do not have stock of the original product.This is a worst site to purchase anything please do not use this.Not trust worthy.

                                        I have ordered a lehenga for 699 on this site on 699 and delivery date was updated was 08th oct .I did not receive it so called their call center and got an update that i will get the product in 5-7 working days.It is 9 days today and i did not received any update so called Voonik again and the rep stated that the product is out of stock.

                                        They are not even refunding the complete amount.
