My name is saurabh kumar and i have place a order on voonik.com for artificial jewellery order name is jnj, order is confirmed & i receive a order no. R[protected] by sms, but still i don't receive any dispatch details. Also i don't able to track my order on www.voonik.com, so please help to track my order and information me accordingly.

This is to inform you that I had ordered the product (order ID (M[protected] on 5.9.2016 and got delivered on 17.9.2016 after a gap of 12 days and not on 10.8.2016 as mentioned in our mail. when it was delivered i saw that the size was 38 as preferred by me. But after a week when i wore it, it is small in size and does not fit to 38 size. I had contacted voonik on october 6 to return the product which was 19 days from the date...

I have ordered a product from Mr. Voonik and paid twice for the same product (Rs351) and not getting any response from company end. Please note that the following details are mentioned below :-

I ordered some product (Order id # R[protected] on their portal and it was a very bad experience with me. First time they delivered wrong product, when I put a complaint against this then they asked to give one more attempt but again they delivered some different product. Again after firing complaint they were agreed to refund my money within 7-8 working days. But now more than 22 days have been passed and they are not refunding my amount....

Against the above order we have not received the amount but we have not taken delivery. Nobody responding at customer care phone no. Please confirm whether amount has been credited to voonik account or not. If yes then can I order for another against the deposited money?...

This is in reference to my order no R[protected] dated[protected]. My order contains a dress of pathetic quality which is worthless w.r.t to the price you sought. Now in an attempt to return my product, I am totally frustrated with your system.
1) No 1 is picking up the calls on your customer care number [protected]. I have tried atleast 20 times with each time Rs 5 getting deducted. Who is responsible for this extra expenditure?br...

I had placed an order - Order No : R[protected], for dupattas on Sep 16, 2016. There were two different vendors in this order. Only one of the order was delivered. I have already made the payment and its been one month since I placed this order. Have tried mailing customer care multiple times, but the response has always been that they will get back in 48 hours. I also tried calling customer care multiple times, but its always busy, and one...

There are items on underwear like women's shaper, lingerie & swimsuits where the size chart shows wrong data. If you order any item based on your waist size, it comes as very small size. While complaining, they tell that particular item in no-exchange/non-return; so they can't exchange to bigger size.

This way, they denying to return or exchange that item where that item will be no use for u....

I have raised return request for my order no. R[protected]-4 but it has not been processed yet even after calling customer care for many times. Please take my return request and collect the product. You can refund the amount on my voonik account.
Also I'm not able to raise return request through app. Voonik app is not at all updated in time.

Request you to do the needfull ASAP....

Please send the orders with order I'dR[protected], it has been so long since I have placed order and the estimated delivery was on october8 but till now I don't get any status on that. There is no proper customer service also for the same. All the numbers which are placed are fake....

I have ordered a chinos from the above mentioned site and they charged me twice for a single product.I have been charged two times Rs351 from the site and further their is no response from the site and humble request to look on my complaint.

I bought 2 sharee from voonik.com from 1st october 2016, order no - r[protected].
Company delivered 1 sharee (product) (ordered no - r[protected]-1) correctly but company delivered 2 sharee (ordered n0 - r[protected]-2), it totally different from what i ordered.
I called on company number [protected] but they not receiving call.
I tried 50 times to return the ordered but your website not responding
