      Sir,
      This is to inform you that I had ordered the product (order ID (M[protected] on 5.9.2016 and got delivered on 17.9.2016 after a gap of 12 days and not on 10.8.2016 as mentioned in our mail. when it was delivered i saw that the size was 38 as preferred by me. But after a week when i wore it, it is small in size and does not fit to 38 size. I had contacted voonik on october 6 to return the product which was 19 days from the date of delivery which was 4 more days than the permissible return period. Sir, I had bought many products through voonik and i rate the company as the best. I hope that you will accept my return request and help me in this matter. Further i affirm that i will buy another shirt or pant for the same price or higher price if you permit.

          I ordered some product (Order id # R[protected] on their portal and it was a very bad experience with me. First time they delivered wrong product, when I put a complaint against this then they asked to give one more attempt but again they delivered some different product. Again after firing complaint they were agreed to refund my money within 7-8 working days. But now more than 22 days have been passed and they are not refunding my amount. When I am trying to call on their customer care number[protected] then no one is responding there also and which is wasting my un-necessarily calling charges.

          My kind request to take some action against this so that such kind of portals get some learning and stop fooling their customers.

            We notice that the refund for the order has been processed in Voonik account. Kindly check your available Voonik credits.
            Voonik Credits are cash equivalents which you receive in your Voonik account. By value, 1 Voonik credit point = Rs 1.Please login from your registered email-Id only. Once you fill your address, you just need to select the option ''Apply credits''. The amount will be deducted from the Grand total. This is applicable for prepaid orders only.In case the amount of the product is more than the Voonik credits, the difference amount will be debited from your card(Credit/debit/net banking). If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@voonik.com & we'll look into it.

              This is in reference to my order no R[protected] dated[protected]. My order contains a dress of pathetic quality which is worthless w.r.t to the price you sought. Now in an attempt to return my product, I am totally frustrated with your system.
              1) No 1 is picking up the calls on your customer care number [protected]. I have tried atleast 20 times with each time Rs 5 getting deducted. Who is responsible for this extra expenditure?
              2)Even after sending 2 complaint mails on your email id, no revert is there. Are we foolish?
              3)No landing page is there for your return link on your waste website. Are you guys fake or what?

              Whatever it is, whosoever you are! I want my money back at any cost.
              I am not going to spare you if I don't get the refund within 10 days.

                The customer care helpline is unresponsive and the website is faulty. Me and my family have together bought over 25k worth of stuff from your site. I don't think you would want to lose customers like us. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    I had placed an order - Order No : R[protected], for dupattas on Sep 16, 2016. There were two different vendors in this order. Only one of the order was delivered. I have already made the payment and its been one month since I placed this order. Have tried mailing customer care multiple times, but the response has always been that they will get back in 48 hours. I also tried calling customer care multiple times, but its always busy, and one time I got through I had told to refund my money, but there has been no action till now. Please look into the matter and refund the amount

                      There are items on underwear like women's shaper, lingerie & swimsuits where the size chart shows wrong data. If you order any item based on your waist size, it comes as very small size. While complaining, they tell that particular item in no-exchange/non-return; so they can't exchange to bigger size.

                      This way, they denying to return or exchange that item where that item will be no use for u.

                              There was not order ID generated for that when added to the cart then on payment gateway i gave my Netbanking ID and password after sumbit its said you payment failed and amount got deducted.

                                  As discuss over the call. It was a promotion being offered by sellers across Voonik platforms, where a customer can buy 1 product and get another free. i.e when a customer selects 2 products and adds them to cart, she will pay only for the higher priced product.

                                      I bought 2 sharee from voonik.com from 1st october 2016, order no - r[protected].
                                      Company delivered 1 sharee (product) (ordered no - r[protected]-1) correctly but company delivered 2 sharee (ordered n0 - r[protected]-2), it totally different from what i ordered.
                                      I called on company number [protected] but they not receiving call.
                                      I tried 50 times to return the ordered but your website not responding
                                      Customer support ticket no #2098124 (no reply after 36 hr)

                                      Accept our sincere apologies for this unfortunate incident. We're forwarding this case to our Quality Check team who will take the necessary action right away.
                                      We notice that Return request has been raised on Oct 13th. We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller address and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com.

                                      Request you to pack the product correctly and write the correct seller address and contact number.
                                      The product has to be self shipped within 15 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and refund would not be given.
