I had placed an order - Order No : R[protected], for dupattas on Sep 16, 2016. There were two different vendors in this order. Only one of the order was delivered. I have already made the payment and its been one month since I placed this order. Have tried mailing customer care multiple times, but the response has always been that they will get back in 48 hours. I also tried calling customer care multiple times, but its always busy, and one time I got through I had told to refund my money, but there has been no action till now. Please look into the matter and refund the amount
