Hi team,
I ordered 2 products from voonik as amounting rs 688/- and rs 1127/- and i already paid through online, i received both the products also, but i revived 2 more products for same amount which was cash on delivery, and my husband wrongly received the product and paid rs 688/-, now the courier company is not taking responsibility to returning the product,
And because its the same amount so i thought that the information is shared through voonik only,
So now where i can go and return the product.

I have complaint from ur voonik COD service. The voonik delivery boys capture photo of the customer. I only want to know that why photo of customer is important in COD???
