i have ordered a saree of 749/- in www.voonik.com website and i received the wrong product, though i returned the wrong product back to the organisation, but still the amount has not been refunded to my account, its been almost a month that im waiting for the refund, but still nothing has been resolved, please process the refund amount and also the delivery charges as well immediately.

I ordered 2 products from voonik as amounting rs 688/- and rs 1127/- and i already paid through online, i received both the products also, but i revived 2 more products for same amount which was cash on delivery, and my husband wrongly received the product and paid rs 688/-, now the courier company is not taking responsibility to returning the product,

And because its the same amount so i thought that...

I ordered self ethnic designed womens bollywood fancy ethnic dress 1077Aorng. I returned for the reason of colours of the dress is changed. And they promised me that they will send another colour instead off that and they collected the dress from me but till now I Dint get my returned order which I paid 500 like that for that...

I ordered a dress from voonik with order number - r[protected] costing 1620 ruppees they said it will cost me 1772 and when i was not satisfied by the quality i returned it and they said for refunding only 1690 ruppes.
Thats not a prob. But they asked me to submit account details which i did on 21st september. But when i called them for my refund today they said they havent recieved my account number and ill have to send them back.br...

I had booked a product vide order No, R[protected] which I returned costing Rs.1445.00, and booked another product later vide order No.R[protected] costing Rs.766.00. I had utilised the voonik credit lying in my account but when I enquired from your customer support today they said it has already been credited to Voonik Credit. My Voonik credit totally should have been Rs.1445.00 after which I booked a product costing Rs.766.00....

I have bought a red lehnga from your site whose Order No : R[protected] and paid through via online payment but because of quality purpose i returned that product you told me that the cash will refund with in 10 days but the cash not refund till now . kindly check your payment method and cash will be refund as soon as possible in my accont u said us the amont will be refunded with in 10 to 15 days but the amount is not refunded its almost around...

If this complain is been accepted at the earliest, I shall be grateful to this Voonik company....
