    i have ordered a saree of 749/- in www.voonik.com website and i received the wrong product, though i returned the wrong product back to the organisation, but still the amount has not been refunded to my account, its been almost a month that im waiting for the refund, but still nothing has been resolved, please process the refund amount and also the delivery charges as well immediately.

              Hi team,

              I ordered 2 products from voonik as amounting rs 688/- and rs 1127/- and i already paid through online, i received both the products also, but i revived 2 more products for same amount which was cash on delivery, and my husband wrongly received the product and paid rs 688/-, now the courier company is not taking responsibility to returning the product,

              And because its the same amount so i thought that the information is shared through voonik only,

              So now where i can go and return the product.

We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com. Seller address is mentioned in the invoice copy.

                            I ordered a dress from voonik with order number - r[protected] costing 1620 ruppees they said it will cost me 1772 and when i was not satisfied by the quality i returned it and they said for refunding only 1690 ruppes.
                            Thats not a prob. But they asked me to submit account details which i did on 21st september. But when i called them for my refund today they said they havent recieved my account number and ill have to send them back.
                            They are just running a fake market over here. Totally dissatisfied with the company. They dont pick calls on customer care number i have called approxly 58 times but i got answrd only 2 times. Voonik is behaving lyk beggers on the slum disgustting.

                              Sir,

                              I had booked a product vide order No, R[protected] which I returned costing Rs.1445.00, and booked another product later vide order No.R[protected] costing Rs.766.00. I had utilised the voonik credit lying in my account but when I enquired from your customer support today they said it has already been credited to Voonik Credit.                                         We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com.
                                        Request you to pack the product correctly and write the correct seller address and contact number.
                                        The product has to be self shipped within 15 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and refund would not be given.
