I ordered a shoes but when i opened it .the shoes is different what i saw.the product quality is very bad.for this type of product the payable amount was too much.thats why i want to return this product and i hope you will kindly consider on my complent and provide me the easy way to return my orderd product....

I ordered a shoes but it was completly different from what i saw...

I am not satisfied from the product that i had purchased from voonik order no. R[protected].. And i want to return it back. I didn't like the color and the dress material is disgusting.. The dress is totally different from what i have seen at the time of purchasing, it looked so attractive and in reality when i saw the dress i was shocked.. Seriously that was so disgusting and idiotic... And want to return it within 3-4 days......

I have ordered saree worth rs 499, 389 and 499. I received only one order but the cloth was very cheap quality. So the reason other order also given return before delivery i returned my order but still refund not done. I called customer care no [protected] many times thry are not responding. I ordered a top from Voonik .The quality of the product which i bought from voonik it is not good at all. The material is polyster and no 1 can wear that material. so i want my money back from them. I got that product in my hand on 14.09.2016. I want refund and i will not pay any courier charge while returning. I have already paid COD & shipping charges....
