      I am not satisfied from the product that i had purchased from voonik order no. R[protected].. And i want to return it back. I didn't like the color and the dress material is disgusting.. The dress is totally different from what i have seen at the time of purchasing, it looked so attractive and in reality when i saw the dress i was shocked.. Seriously that was so disgusting and idiotic... And want to return it within 3-4 days...

          I have ordered saree worth rs 499, 389 and 499. I received only one order but the cloth was very cheap quality. So the reason other order also given return before delivery i returned my order but still refund not done. I called customer care no [protected] many times thry are not responding. The executive told my that she raised my complaints. But still refund not happened. I hope this can be solved asap.

I send the product back to them with the procedure told to me but didn't receive my money back.I purchased saree but received a cheap quality cloth which costs RS 1037. I am following up from nearly 2 months . They told me to courier their product and I couriered to them their product to Surat.               I had ordered a saree, for which the amount was debited from my account but neither had i received any order confirmation, nor the amount has been reverted back to my account, when i called up voonik they asked me to place a fresh booking saying they have not received the payment.I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved asap!!!

                I placed one order on 07 Aug 2016 M[protected] which consists of two sandles of which I received one which of wrong size and other one I had not even after one month.

                I requested five time on call that either cancel my order or deliver the product but unfortunately both not happen .

                                I received a cheap quality product, and I wanted my money back. I send the product back to them with the procedure told to me but didn't recieve my money back.I purchased a dress material but received a cheap quality cloth which costs RS 826. I am following up from nearly 3 months . They told me to courier their product and I couriered to them their product to Surat. After that I gave my bank details to them but didn't receive my money please see that I get my money back.

                                  I want to cancel my order for 3 combo yellow & black &red cotton kurti
                                  order no: R[protected] and also order of designer cotton kurti whose order no is R[protected]. Iam cancelling it because the quality of clothes is very poor, i have order once but I am not at all satisfied . and even the kurti is tight and i am unable to wear it. so i dont any more clothes from voonik. please cancel my order.

                                    I had ordered a saree on voonik.com but the product I received was wrong so I contact the company for replacement.They came for taking back the product but said that refund will be made in your account but till date they had not made any refund when I call on toll free number it's always busy.So please resolve my problem to get the refund.My order number is R[protected].

                                    We are sorry to hear that the product we sent did not match your expectations.We notice that you have returned the product and we had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

                                    Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
                                    Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
                                    If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@voonik.com & we'll look into it.

                                        I had ordered a lehenga and the first time I got a wrong product and then I requested an exchange for the correct lehenga. Again, a wrong product was delivered. What kind of crappy service do you provide? Do you even confirm the products that you send to your customers? It is my sister's wedding and I had ordered the lehenga.

                                        Please refund my money. I can buy a better dress elsewhere. Atleast, I won't be disappointed. I am furious!
