Sir my product is m[protected] purchase by mrvoonk. Currently i have not receive.
I have already pay for this order.
When i have again call to customer care says that reached your order two to three days.
So i can't satisfy.
Plz sir do something for this situations.
I had this order september 12 and now coming date october 12. So sir tell me how how can handle this situation....

I have ordered a xniva women's black color dress from voonik. First i did not get any message about product delivery after the 2 weeks of placing order. I tried to catch up and called customer care lots of time but did not get any response. Few days back i got the the product but i am not satisfied with this and wants to return. Now again i am calling to customer care and not getting any response. Also i put an email to voonik one week back....

Order No : R[protected], but the quality is very poor.so, i decided to return the product.even tough iot saya 15 days return, the vooink website and thei customer care is not responding to my request.

I am trying since past 3 days to return my product but, whenever I post my details I do not get any acknowledgement from Voonik about confirming my Return status. I am trying to contact their customer care but unable to connect with any customer care executive & I have even dropped an email but no response from their end. This is really annoying. Can somebody please help?

Wrong product delivered against the order no. R03220830 only voonik credits 389 were credited to my account please add the delivery charges that you have taken as it was fault from your side....

I have placed a return request for the order#[protected].i got a message regarding this request that my order will be picked up .but after that i did not get any message about the contact person to whom i will give my order to be returned.

sometimes after i got message that this return request is failed.

so many times i tried calling the customer care number but it's always showing busy.as i need to return this...

I had ordered dress material from voonik. But received a fake order from Voonik company with the same price of cod ordered. I thought it is the same order and paid cod money. But the package contains some fake defective dress material. I have informed to voonik customer care received wrong shipment on same date 24/9/2016 Ticket #2045736 in voonik, but after many follow-up it didn't recevied any status from their side about the return & money...

No action taken for the return filed on Voonik.com. However tried to contact their customer Care executives but they are not responding .Exchanged few mails still no action has been taken.
