I have already pay for this order.
When i have again call to customer care says that reached your order two to three days.
So i can't satisfy.
Plz sir do something for this situations.
I had this order september 12 and now coming date october 12. So sir tell me how how can handle this situation.

Apologies! The order stands cancelled due to logistical constraints. Request you to place a fresh order and will ensure a hassle free delivery to your doorstep.
We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits on Oct 19th. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank.

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

    I have ordered a xniva women's black color dress from voonik. First i did not get any message about product delivery after the 2 weeks of placing order. I tried to catch up and called customer care lots of time but did not get any response. Few days back i got the the product but i am not satisfied with this and wants to return. Now again i am calling to customer care and not getting any response. Also i put an email to voonik one week back. Waiting for the response. Please tell me how to return the product if any one has any idea about. I ordered online (Without downloading the app). Please help

        I am trying since past 3 days to return my product but, whenever I post my details I do not get any acknowledgement from Voonik about confirming my Return status. I am trying to contact their customer care but unable to connect with any customer care executive & I have even dropped an email but no response from their end. This is really annoying. Can somebody please help?

            I ordered a saree from brand geny & geny. Wrong product was delivered. I returned it but did not get full amount back. I again ordered a saree ..brand Anju... again wrong product is delivered

                  In may 2016 i purchased a saree from voonik via online shopping. As the product did not meet my expectations I couriered the product back to the company as per their instructions.
                  Despite several reminders and their apologetic promises, they have failed to refund me near about 800 rupees.
                  Im fed up of reminding them constantly.They asked me to send them my bank details which I did long ago but they have failed to deliver. I can't let my hard earned money go waste. Please help!

                          I have ordered a dress with order no r[protected]. Not satisfied by the product due to size issues. I had appealed for return. My request was accepted and the product was returned with a promise of refund of a amount of rs.679. I handed out the product to representative from 'shadow fax' who came to collect the order on 30 sep 2016. The request id is p93417435. But till now i have not got any information about my refund. Therefore i request you to initiate my refunding process as soon as possible.

                            I had received aanarkali dress with id r[protected] which was of small size.. On repeated calls, for returning this product i called voonilk customer care... They never. Picked up.. I then complained in this forum.. After 2 days they picked up the dress material.. Through shadow fax... And promised me to refund the money within 5 days. I still have not received the money of 696rs... When will you refund my money???¿???

                                  I have placed a return request for the order#[protected].i got a message regarding this request that my order will be picked up .but after that i did not get any message about the contact person to whom i will give my order to be returned.

                                  sometimes after i got message that this return request is failed.

                                  so many times i tried calling the customer care number but it's always showing busy.as i need to return this product within 15 days of delivery so i want the pickup should be placed as soon as possible.

                                  i expect the contact person details like phone number or name for return of order.

                                  please revert ASAP.

                                    I had ordered dress material from voonik. But received a fake order from Voonik company with the same price of cod ordered. I thought it is the same order and paid cod money. But the package contains some fake defective dress material. I have informed to voonik customer care received wrong shipment on same date 24/9/2016 Ticket #2045736 in voonik, but after many follow-up it didn't recevied any status from their side about the return & money refund this is absolutely fraud thing
