I have placed my first order and that to be through prepaid mode on 29th Aug 2016. Whenever i called customer care, they used to say that same will be delivered by 10th Sep 2016. When i asked to share the courier details, their answer was too pathetic that " it has been dispatched from local courier and we do not share the number, though we are sharing tracking details but you would not be able to track the same. So, what the point to share the same."

Order number- R[protected]

No communication sent by voonik side regarding delay, they do not even bother about customer's concern. When i called them today (11th Sep 2016). They simply said, yes there is a delay, please wait for 48 hour.

And Guess what- They do not have any idea about the parcel and courier details AS IT WAS DISPATCHED BY LOCAL COURIER, SO THEY DO NOT HAVE A COURIER DETAILS.

I have already made the payment on 29th Aug 2016, till today i have no idea that where is my product is !!! And they shown their callous attitude.

After that i have requested them to cancel the order and refund the amount. THEY SAID WAIT FOR 48 HOURS FOR CANCELLATION. And after that when it is cancelled, We will process refund, WHICH WILL TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS MORE...

FRAUD WEBSITE!!!

First they took your money and after that they neither deliver the item nor providing the courier contact details. And when customer wants their money, they give 10 days refund policy.., . Why would i wait for 10 days. i have not return the item, i have not received this item, due to delay from voonik side and till today they have no idea about the [product delivery, so at the end every customer should ask for the refund, but they play their blame game...

      I have ordered a lengloy brown sholder bag and received it after a week from the date of order placed.
      The quality of the bag is soo worst.
      I just want to return the bag and get my money refunded.
      while tring to return it througth the app it was asking for a RAN number, but nowhere in the order and in the invoice i found a RAN

            First time this is my trayal order i give order 2nd july 2016 i give the order very cheap rate Sari Bhagalpuri Silk Red colour. We get Sari 8 -9 h july, 2016 that time i am in office. My mother give the payment and take the packit. When i come to home in evening 7 o clock from my office. I open the packit I saw sari is not my ordered another colour sari delivered. By SMS message i inform that this is not my ordered sari. I want my ordered Sari. so many mail and phone sms give but we not get my ordered sari.

                I am a ethnic seller in voonik.

                I have many payment related issue with voonik. They wrongly deducted amount from payment many times. I have generated ticket for all that issues. They do not accept mistake easily even we provide them all the proofs with screen shots and images. If they accept and give statement like you amount will be refund in next payment cycle. Then they never follow their statements.

                I got this statement that your refund will credited in next payment cycle for multiple tickets. But 3 month above gone but i don't receive a single refund for their accepted issue.

                There are 73 returns missing. I haven't received yet. They said that within a month we will provide proof of delivery to you. If can't we will refund you. They provide me different proof of delivery statement from courier after 1 and half month when i manually remind them by mail. There is no single shipment detail of mine. No my name nor stamp and signature. Now i am asking for refund for that shipments because they said that if we couldn't provide the delivery proof than we will refund but no single reply. I have generated ticket for this issue at december 2015. They need a year to resolve ticket. I want my refund.

                after 5 days i got revert from voonik. they shared pod. they provide those pod which shipments already deliver to me and i haven't complaint for that. there is no single pod of missing order. voonik.com is absolutely fake company. if i will not get solution i will go for consumer court with many sellers from surat who are also victim of voonik's fraud.

                    I had ordered a product from "voonik" [my order no. R[protected]-3 (Indian designer blue frock)[xl] and due to certain size issue decided to replace the order. On 4th aug’16. The product has been picked by the courier person. The pickup receipt no. Is[protected]. I have enclosed the pickup receipt below.
                    Then i have replaced the order with [xxl] size instead of[xl].
                    After that the customer care assistant told me that i will receive the reverse order within 10-15 days. But it has been more than a month nothing has been delivered to me and there is no response from vonik team also. Now i don't need the product anymore i just need my money back.

                        This is to bring to your notice that I have made an order (order ID- R[protected] on August 27, 2016.

                        On the invoice, the particulars in terms of names of the sarees, etc. are correct, however, the product is not the one as mentioned.

                        The pick up boy "Sunil Kumar" from has refused to pick up the aforementioned orders (reverse order VNK 0258256). This is because it was tagged by Voonik customer care executive as "Damaged Product". Yesterday also, the same thing happened when another pick up boy refused to take back the products. This has happened now for two times for the same two products. I ended up calling your customer care number for around 15 times in last 48 hours requesting to arrange for exchange and delivery of the correct product. The received product's are not at all damaged but certainly these are not the ones that I ordered.

                        How difficult is it for you all to understand the difference between eceive of wrong product and damaged product? This was my first time with Voonik and I didn't have a positive experience at all.

                        Required refund...for the aforementioned two sarees. I can't rely on you guys anymore. Kindly, initiate the refund process ASAP. I WANT REFUND FOR THE ABOVE TWO PRODUCTS AND CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO SHOP ON VOONIK ANYMORE.

                                  R[protected] order is got on Aug13 2016. The size of the shoes is not fitting.,
                                  I want to return it to Voonik.
                                  Its asking for RAN number.

                                  So I called customer care,
                                  Cusotmer care phone unreachable.

                                  Its already 4 days past the delivery.

                                      Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
                                      Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
