      Sir,
      i have ordered pack of four tops with order no.R[protected] form voonik cloths online . due to some issue i have returned the tops n demanded for return within provided time period. its been three months now n i have not recieved the amount . inspite of complaining n strict warnings no action has been taken n no response is given by the company .kindly take some serious n strict action against this irresponsiblen careless attitude of company towards customer n help me to get my money back

        Worst Ever Delivery time .
        No Proper response or communication on the status of the order.
        Item ordered on 10th september, Expected delivery was on 23rd september.
        Till date the items have not reached also no one has communicated regarding the delay!!! :(

            I purchased two products from voonik online shopping for d first time. But as i didn't liked d materials n fabric, i returned it d very next day. The courier boy came n picked it up giving me a receipt in return. And now it have been more than 20 days but the company is not refunding the money. I called several times every single day to the customer care but even their response is too bad. I was also been asked to send the pictures of my pickup receipts at [protected]@voonik.com. And that too i did for twice. But they did not even replied. And now i am so very disappointed n disgusted with the service that i swear, i seriously swear not to shop anything from this disgusting online shopping centre. I really don't want anything but i want my money back.

              I have received today (04.10.15) the sydney shoes blue m[protected] through xpressbess courier service, which i booked online. The shoe code is 211478, but my complain is that when i was going to book the abovementioned shoes, i saw the advertisement against the shoe is : "buy one get one free". That's why i have ordered online. But now i received only one pair shoe. So why have you given that type of worthless advertisement i. E "buy one get one free"? Its not fare. I think i will take necessary action against your advertisement.

                  Hello i have ordered for a korean dress of order number through online payment on[protected] and i got the product delivered on[protected].Instead of the product i have ordered i got another dress of complete different look and size so i kept it for return on the same day of delivery.                         I had ordered dress material from voonik. But received a fake order from balodis tech company with the same price of cod ordered on voonik. I thought it is from voonik and paid cod money. But the package contains some fake defective dress material. Customer care number for balodis and voonik is not working. I tried to call them several times. Please suggest what should be done now. I want my money back.

                                  To hum kehte hai ki ye fraud company hai.
                                  Ye company jaldi hi band honi chahiye.

                                    On 28th september i placed an order for 2 shoes under buy 1 get 1 free scheme.
                                    I made the payment of rs. 1057.00 via online option thru icici bank via payu payment gateway with transaction id [protected].

                                    However the money got deducted from my account and i did not receive the order confirmation neither i can see that in my placed ordered section in app.
                                    Can you please refund rs. 1057.00 to my respective account.
