Sir/madam,
I have received today (04.10.15) the sydney shoes blue m[protected] through xpressbess courier service, which i booked online. The shoe code is 211478, but my complain is that when i was going to book the abovementioned shoes, i saw the advertisement against the shoe is : "buy one get one free". That's why i have ordered online. But now i received only one pair shoe. So why have you given that type of worthless advertisement i. E "buy one get one free"? Its not fare. I think i will take necessary action against your advertisement.

We notice that you have not used B1G1 offer at the time of placing order. To avail the BOGO offer, a minimum of two products should be added to the cart. The BOGO coupon will be auto applied at the checkout stage. Since you have ordered for only one product BOGO offer was not applied. But don't lose heart! No Proper response or communication on the status of the order.
Item ordered on 10th september, Expected delivery was on 23rd september.
Till date the items have not reached also no one has communicated regarding the delay!!! :(
